We had a great time doing this. Our guide was so nice. She was upbeat, relaxed and professional. That set the tone for the trip and allowed all of us to relax and have fun. The sea cave was a little disappointing, it was more like a hole in the wall. The snorkeling was wonderful. All in all it was a thumbs up trip that I'd like to do again.

Our kayaking trip was amazing! We were both first-timers, and our guide (Tori) did an excellent job explaining how to paddle, safety procedures, etc. if you're like me, you may be thinking, "You all say this is easy...but maybe you're just better at things than I am." Well, trust me: this is easy, fun, and wonderful. The trip was relaxing, and during the snorkeling part we saw lots of fish (yellow tang, parrot fish), an eel, and turtles. Once we got to the cliff and snack area, we also saw a mongoose! A note on the cliff: jump. Seriously, just do it. You will regret it if you don't.

In short, take this adventure! The staff are professional and friendly, and the activity itself is not to be missed. Thank you, Tori, for one of our favorite activities! You are awesome!

Thoughts on participating in this tour:
1. There are times when you find yourself surrounded by foreigners, which can feel a bit uncomfortable.
2. I dived three times in total, but during the third dive, the water was deeper, and I couldn't see the beautiful underwater scenery as well. By the second dive, I was quite tired, so I was already full from diving.

Although I wrote some not-so-fun things above, the beauty of the Hawaiian sea during the first and second dives, especially the first dive, is amazing if the weather is good! You can see fish up close, and the coral is right in front of you!
Also, even if you can't speak English, one of the guides can speak some Japanese, so you don't have to worry too much. However, the explanations about the locations are given on printed materials beforehand, and I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't understand the live explanations.
One thing I want to caution participants about is that before going out to sea, you will go to the restroom, but it takes quite a while to get back to the restroom from there. Also, there are times when you accidentally swallow seawater while snorkeling, and in that case, you might end up drinking a lot of water.
So, you might have trouble finding a restroom.

１、周りが外人だらけになる場合があり肩身が狭いことが結構あります。
２、計３回ダイブしましたが、三回目は海の震度が深い場所でそれほど綺麗な海の中を見ることができませんでした。そして二回目以降は結構疲れているので海にもぐるのはもうお腹いっぱいでした。

上記にはあまり楽しくないようなことを書きましたが、ハワイの海の綺麗さは一回目と二回目のダイブ、特に一回目のダイブは天気が良ければ最高です！！
魚は近くで見れるし、サンゴも目の前！
また、英語がしゃべれなくてもガイドの一人は多少の日本語も喋れるのでそれほど深く考える必要はありません。ただ、場所の説明などは事前にプリントしたもので配られるますが、生の声での説明がわからないのでそこだけ残念でした。
ただ参加する人に注意しておきたいことは、海に出る前にトイレに行きますが、そこからトイレの場所に戻るまで相当時間がかかるのと、シュノーケリング中に間違って海水を飲むことがあり、その場合に水を飲むことが多いです。
なのでトイレに困るかもしれません。

While flying, it was quiet, and I didn't feel scared at all; I could leisurely gaze at the mountains and the sea. The boat ride before flying was much more thrilling, haha. When I think about the height in terms of buildings, it can feel scary, but over the vast sea, there's no fear of height—just a mesmerizing view of the wide ocean and the grandeur around me.

My wife and I went on the kayak and snorkel adventure about a month ago now and we were both so happy that we did. The bay itself and the surrounding areas are incredibly beautiful and kayaking is the best way to see it all. The snorkelling was great and our guide made everyone feel safe. Speaking of the guide, Jasmine was really knowledgeable and enthusiastic and made sure everyone had a great time. A personal highlight was jumping off of the cliffs into the ocean (twice!)We both had a fantastic time and I would thoroughly recommend the sea kayak adventure to anyone

This was an adventure we will treasure for a lifetime. Kayaking among Hawaiian Spinner Dolphins and snorkeling in water with a spectacularly beautiful reef; home to dozens of species of fish. We even viewed Moray Eel and a large White Tip Shark. Words cannot do this justice. Our guide, Mike, was friendly, helpful and informative. It is an ideal excursion for those new to shorkeling and kayaking. The highlight of our Hawaiian vacation. Thank you so much.

I participated in this tour. Since it was just us this time, I felt a bit bad, but the guide was very accommodating. The meeting point was very easy to find, and we quickly joined up and boarded the boat. I was a bit surprised to learn that the spot was just off the coast, but once we got there, I saw a small group of dolphins jumping around the boat. There were quite a few of them. We quickly got ready and jumped into the water. Dolphins swam by at an incredible speed! After that, we waited in the water. Following the guide's instructions, we moved a little. I kept my eyes peeled... but the dolphins didn't appear for a while. Reluctantly, we got back on the boat. Then, we saw another large group of dolphins jumping around! After observing them for a bit, we went back into the water. However, even with my eyes straining, I couldn't see any dolphins swimming. While it was easy to see the dolphins from the boat, I realized that swimming with them was quite challenging. But it was fun to have so many dolphins welcoming us. After that, we went snorkeling in the bay right in front of Captain Cook's monument, had a light snack time, and then they took us to the coastal caves, making for a very full experience!

本ツアーに参加しました。今回は我々だけだったので少し悪い気がしましたが、ガイドさんも快く案内して頂きました。待ち合わせ場所は非常に簡単ですぐに合流出来、早速乗船。沖に出てすぐの所がスポットだというので拍子抜けしましたが、見ると船の周りで少し小柄なイルカちゃん達がピョンピョン飛んでます。かなりの大群です。すぐに準備して海の中に飛び込みます。視界を凄い速さでイルカが泳いで行きました！　その後、海の中で待ちます。ガイドさんの指示に従い少し移動します。ずーっと目を凝らします。・・・・なかなかイルカは現れません・・。やむなくまた船に上がります。するとまたイルカの大群がピョンピョン跳ねてます！　少し様子を見てからまた海の中に。しかし、目を凝らしてもイルカは泳いでいません。イルカを船の上から見るのは簡単でも「一緒に泳ぐ」となると、かなり難易度が高い事が良く分かりました。でも沢山のイルカが迎えてくれたみたいで楽しかったです。その後はキャプテンクックの記念碑がある目の前の湾でシュノーケリングをして、軽いおやつタイムもさせてくれて、その後岸壁の洞窟にも連れて行ってくれてかなり盛り沢山でした！

I participated with my sister. Since it was our first time in Hawaii and our first time renting a car abroad, I was worried about whether we would make it to the meeting point after learning there was no pickup service. However, we arrived safely 20 minutes before the meeting time thanks to the easy-to-understand location and the straightforward route. We couldn't speak any English, but after reading everyone’s reviews, I thought we might manage somehow. On the day, however, all 11 other participants, aside from us, were from English-speaking countries, which made me realize the importance of English. Despite not understanding any English, the captain frequently checked in on us, and we had a very enjoyable time. During the snorkeling session, dolphins swam close to the boat. Unfortunately, we were on the boat when we came up from the water, so we couldn't swim with them, but we were able to see the dolphins up close. The boat was very fast, and an elderly lady who was riding with us became worried (even though I have a good build...) and made me move to a safer seat. Still, the angle between the boat and the water was almost 90 degrees! It was so much fun. Next time, I want to join during the whale watching season and master English so I can communicate with people from other countries. Thank you for the wonderful time.

姉と二人で参加しました。ハワイ島初上陸＆初海外レンタカーだった為ピックアップがないと知った時は無事集合場所に着けるか心配でしたが、とてもわかりやすい立地と運転しやすい道のりで集合時間20分前に無事到着できました。英語が全くできない私達皆さんの口コミを読ませて頂いていたので英語が出来なくてもなんとかなるかなぁと思いましたが、当日参加されていたのは私達を除く１１名はみなさん英語圏の方たちだった為やはり英語の大切さを実感させられた時間でした。しかし、英語が全く分からない私達ですが、キャプテンがたびたび大丈夫か？と声をかけてくださり、とても楽しい時間を過ごす事が出来ました。シュノーケルの時間にはイルカがボートの近くを泳いでいました。残念ながら私達は海から上がってボートにいる時だったので一緒に泳ぐことは出来ませんでしたがとても近くでイルカを見ることが出来ました。ボートはとてもスピードが速く一緒に同乗していたご高齢のご婦人に心配をされてしまい(私はとても体格がよいにも関わらず。。。)安全な席に移動させられてしまいましたが、それでも海面とボート角度がほぼ90度！とても楽しかったです。次回は、クジラが見える時期に、そして他の国の方たちとコミュニケーションが取れるように英語をマスターして参加したいです。楽しい時間をありがとうございました。

During my last trip to Hawaii with friends, I had to give up on parasailing because I didn't have anyone to fly with and my weight wasn't enough... This time, I soared through the sky with my college and high school sons, and we were able to stay up longer than if I had gone alone. The rugged coastline of lava, the horizon stretching into the sky, and the sparkling surface of the water... Everything was incredibly beautiful and moving, and I kept taking photos. We rose so high that the boat looked like a dot, but I felt no fear at all and was able to enjoy a happy time.

If you love the ocean and ocean wildlife, you will love this activity as a solo, couple or family. What a fun and exciting trip! Watching the Manta Rays was like watching an underwater ballet. I got some great video footage to capture the experience and to bring home. I did the snorkeling portion but I'm sure if you can scuba dive this would be even more fun! To top it off, they give you hot soup and hot chocolate afterwards! Great fun!

As marine activity lovers, we requested this experience with a feeling of "it seems fun," and in the end, we were completely satisfied and enjoyed ourselves.

First of all, the staff was friendly and quickly created a relaxed atmosphere. The boat ride truly felt like "ocean rafting," with thrilling speed and dynamic steering that made it feel like an amusement park.

We were lucky enough to encounter a "pod of dolphins" and thoroughly enjoyed dolphin watching. The snorkeling exceeded our expectations, allowing us to see an incredible variety of "tropical fish."

We are grateful to the staff who kept us entertained beyond the scheduled time, and this was definitely an activity we would love to "visit again."

The cost was not much more than the 50 minute volcano tour and we saw active lava tube, waterfalls, and a view of the island that we would have not experienced any other way. Our pilot Joel was very accommodating and made sure that the flight experience was enjoyed by everyone on board. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see all of the Big Island!!!!!!!

not scuba diving but still worth it

My husband and I both participated in this adventure. We are certified divers but didn't want to deal with equipment or renting gear. This was a good alternative. The reef is a very short swim from the shore. I immediately saw tangs, angels, eel, parrot fish, rock fish, and wrasse. Because the water was so shallow the colors were vibrant. The tour sold $20 underwater cameras and I was able to take pictures. Well worth the money.

I gave the adventure 5 stars, because I don't think it could have been any better and the guides were excellent.

That being said, I did not enjoy the adventure. The water was very rough and I had a very difficult time paddling and controlling the kayak. I have kayaked on lakes and rivers before without difficulty. In addition, because it was so rough, I got VERY sea-sick. That made the return trip nearly impossible. Since you are on your own, you have to muscle through it. As a result, my husband didn't enjoy it because he was worried about me.

Some suggestions, don't do this adventure if you get sea-sick. Another gentleman in the group was also throwing up, so it wasn't just me. In addition, unless you are in amazing physical condition, get a two person kayak. You can use your combined strength to get through the waves.

I was looking for a tour to swim with dolphins on the Big Island and narrowed it down to two options: ① a small boat tour with about six people (no restroom, no shower, some snacks provided, possibly swimming close to dolphins) or ② a large boat (with restroom, shower, breakfast and lunch included, able to see dolphins but not swim with them). When I asked my kids, they preferred the large boat with a slide (more interested in that than the dolphins... haha), and considering my wife's health, I thought it would be better to choose the tour with the restroom, so I went with option ②.

In fact, two years ago, when I participated in a tour with Quicksilver in Cairns, Australia, the large boat had a buffet for lunch and was equipped with restrooms and changing rooms, making it very comfortable, so I chose a similar type this time as well. The departure location was a bit far from the office and unclear, but when I first went to the departure point and asked a crew member near the boat, they kindly guided me, allowing me to find the office and park the car successfully.

When I got close to the boat, the check-in was smooth, and we boarded. The boat was not as large as the one from Quicksilver in Australia, with six booth-style seats like those in a family restaurant, and there were bench seats back-to-back in the central area on the second floor, which had a roof, while the outer bench seats were exposed to the sun. By the way, for those prone to seasickness, the first-floor seats are recommended as they experience less rocking.

Since we had an early morning meeting, there was a simple breakfast buffet where we could eat as much as we wanted, including fruit. Also, I had accidentally submerged my waterproof camera the day before, so I rented a digital camera (GoPro) for about $30 with an 8GB SD card and chip. I think it’s much better than the waterproof disposable camera... I tried both, but the photos included here are from the GoPro.

Unlike the Great Barrier Reef in Australia, we didn’t go out far into the ocean but progressed along the coast. Therefore, we were on the boat for about 30 to 40 minutes. When we arrived, the staff distributed snorkeling masks, and the fins were located under the seats on the first floor, so we were told to choose ones that fit our foot size. 実際、2年前にオーストラリアのケアンズでクイックシルバー社のツアーに参加した時、大型船で昼食にビュッフェがあったり、トイレ・更衣室等完備されていたので、大変快適だったので、今回もそのようなタイプを選びました。
出発場所から若干事務所が離れていてよくわからなく、最初に出発場所に行って船の近くにいるクルーに尋ねたら親切に教えてくれたので、事務所を無事に見つけ、車を駐車することができました。
船の近くに行くと受付が行われていて、スムーズに済み、乗船。
オーストラリアのクイックシルバー社の船ほどの大きさはなく、ファミレスのボックスシートのような席が6か所、あとは二階席で中央側にベンチシートが背中合わせであり、そこには屋根があり、外側のベンチシートは日が当たるような状態でした。ちなみに船酔いしやすい人は1階席の方が揺れが少ないのでお勧めです。
朝早くの集合のため、簡単な朝食バイキングがあり、フルーツを含め好きなだけ食べることができました。また前日に防水カメラの内部に浸水させて故障させてしまったので、デジタルカメラ（GoPro）を借りました（8GBのSDカードとチップを入れて30ドル程度だったかな。防水タイプの写るんですよりは全然いいかと思います…両方試してみましたが。今回掲載している写真は、GoProのものです）
オーストラリアのグレートバリアリーフとは違い沖に出ず、岸に沿って進んでいきます。そのため30分か40分程度船に乗るくらいです。
到着する頃になると、スタッフがシュノーケルのマスクを配ってくれ、フィンは1階のシート下にあるので、自分の足のサイズに合うものを選んで使ってくれということでした。ダイビングもできるくらいの深さのところなので、ライフジャケットを借り（スタッフに言えば貸してくれます。というか、置いてあるものを手で持って、ジェスチャーで示すだけでもわかってもらえます…笑）
オーストラリアのグレートバリアリーフに同じ時期に行った時は、海水がやや冷たく、ウェットスーツを借りましたが（クラゲ防止も含めて）、今回は不要でした（クラゲもおらず）。
透明度がすごくて、思いっきり下まで見えました。綺麗です。
船の周辺を好き勝手に泳いだり、2階からスライダーで滑り下りて（1階くらいでスライダーがなくなり、残り1階分くらいの高さから）、水中に落ちる。小3の息子は楽しんでいました。外国人は大人も楽しんでいました。スライダーでなくても2階の手すりのないところから飛びこむこともできます。
昼食頃になるとデッキでBBQをやり始め、ハンバーガーを中心としたバイキング形式の食事になります。
この辺りは食べようが遊ぼうが出発時間までは自由時間です。
帰り道でイルカの群れに遭遇し、船と並走して、ジャンプしたりしてくれました。
天気にも恵まれて大変よかったと思います。
途中船酔い状態になりましたが、やはり大型船だったため、ずっとシートで横になっていることができたので、小型ボートでなくてよかったと思いました。
ちなみにこのツアーですが日本人はうちだけでした。せっかくハワイまで来たのに、周りが日本人ばかりというのもちょっと寂しいので、そのようなツアーにしましたが、お陰でロスから来られたアメリカ人の方と仲良くすることができました。
今回酔ってしまったので、星4つとしましたが、ツアー自体はいいものです。
