I had a great time walking through the jungle and looking for various animals! It was quite difficult to find the coconut crab, but our guide, Hina, was able to spot one for us, so we got to meet the coconut crab as well. Thank you for the valuable experience! 😊

This was my first time using a charter taxi. Since I was traveling with my elderly parents who have mobility issues, I was initially quite anxious about who would come to pick us up. Our reservation was for 7:30 AM, but the driver (Mr. S) was already waiting for us. He greeted us, helped us with our luggage into the trunk, and we set off.

When we arrived at the Churaumi Aquarium, Mr. S guided us to the entrance and even took some photos for us. There were various situations that arose, and at times we couldn't achieve our intended goals, but he made suggestions each time, and we were able to visit places we hadn't planned on, which was a great help.

In the end, I felt really sorry for any inconvenience we caused. Despite that, he greeted us with a smile, and my family was able to enter the hotel with smiles on our faces as well. I considered renting a car, but it was much more relaxing to have someone else drive, so we really enjoyed ourselves. There are still places I want to visit, so I definitely want to use this service again next time. Thank you very much!

今回初めて貸切タクシーを利用しました。高齢で足が悪い両親含めての旅行だったため、初めはどんな方が来てくれるのかなど色々不安でした。朝7:30の予約でしたが、すでに運転手(Sさん)が待って下さり、挨拶をしてトランクに荷物を入れて出発しました。美ら海水族館に着き、Sさんが入口まで案内してくれて、写真も撮ってくれました。その後も色々あり、目的が果たせない事もありましたが、その都度ご提案していただいて、予定していなかった所も行けてとても助かりました。最後はご迷惑をおかけしてしまい、本当に申し訳ありませんでした。それでも笑顔で挨拶して下さり、私たち家族も笑顔でホテルに入る事が出来ました。レンタカーを借りる事も考えましたが、自分が運転するより気持ち的にも楽だったので、とても楽しめました。まだ行きたい場所があるので、今度もぜひまた利用させて頂きたいと思ってます。本当にありがとうございました。

As we made our way to the meeting point, we felt a bit anxious walking down the dark path (laughs), but when we got out of the car at the beach, the number of stars was unbelievable!!

We didn't have any particular poses or preferences, but the photographer, Tenten, gave us various suggestions and directions, which we really appreciated! We got so many beautiful photos taken, and every time I look back at them, I remember the emotions we felt ⭐︎ I highly recommend it, so definitely check it out! ♡

Since I have visited Okinawa and its remote islands many times, I decided to try the Yanbaru tour in the northern part instead of the usual tourist spots. We were blessed with beautiful weather and had a wonderful tour guide. I also appreciate our driver for their safe driving.

I’m not a fan of seafood for lunch, but they kindly changed my meal to a vegetable tempura set at my request, which was very delicious with a light, crispy batter.

Although Cape Hedo and the old Oishi Forest Mountain were quite far, I was able to enjoy the scenery and listen to the explanations without getting too tired, allowing me to stroll at my own pace and have fun.

On Kouri Island, I bought my usual mozuku seaweed.

It was a lot of fun, and I would love to participate in other bus tours offered by this company.

何回も沖縄や離島を訪れているので、いつもの観光地ではなく北部のやんばるツアーを申し込んでみました。
晴れに恵まれて、素敵な添乗員さんに案内していただけました。もちろん安全運転のドライバーさんにも感謝です。
昼食の海鮮が苦手で事前のお願いで変更してくださった野菜の天ぷら定食は、薄めのパリッパリの衣でとても美味しかったです。
辺戸岬や旧大石林山は距離はありましたが、景色を楽しみながら解説を聴きながらで疲れるほどではなくマイペースで楽しく散策出来ました。
古宇利島では、いつものもずくを購入しました。
とても楽しかったです。この会社の他のバスツアーにも参加したいなと思いました。

I was able to enjoy the best starry sky!! The moment I stepped onto the beach, a night sky filled with stars that I had never seen before spread out before me, and I couldn't help but gasp in awe. The photographer, Tenten, kindly taught me how to pose and take pictures, and really got everyone excited, so I was able to take photos with great enthusiasm! I had a wonderful experience that I could only get from this stargazing night photo tour, so I highly recommend it!!

海辺に降りた瞬間、今までに見たこともない夜空一面の星空が目の前に広がり、思わず息を飲んでしまいました。カメラマンのテンテンさんが優しく撮り方やポーズを教えてくださったり、盛り上げてくださったので、ノリノリで写真を撮ることができます！この星空ナイトフォトツアーでしか得られない素晴らしい体験をすることができたので、とてもオススメです！！

On my last solo trip, I went to Churaumi Aquarium by myself, but this time I signed up for a tour with my mother. To sum it up, I recommend the tour because it allows you to visit various places efficiently. However, if you want to take your time enjoying the aquarium and the shows, 150 minutes at Churaumi might not be enough. Despite it being a weekday, there were many Asian tourists in the aquarium, and with strollers everywhere, it was a bit challenging to navigate in the dim lighting. Also, since lunch is on your own, I think it would be a good idea to eat during the bus ride to save time.

I didn't have high expectations for the Okinawa Confectionery Kingdom and Pineapple Park included in the tour, but they exceeded my expectations. At the Okinawa Confectionery Kingdom, I bought several rose-shaped sweets as souvenirs. Many people were buying boxes of purple sweet potato tarts, but personally, I found the purple sweet potato karukan to be moist and delicious. Although it wasn't pineapple season at Pineapple Park, the botanical garden was creatively designed and enjoyable. Someone commented that there are more dinosaurs than in Jungle Land, and that might be true. There were realistic dinosaurs everywhere, which I think kids would enjoy. Even though pineapple season is over, there are plenty of processed products available as souvenirs.

The guide was older, but he was very skilled at storytelling and singing. I wish I could have listened to him more closely from the front seat.

前回の一人旅では自分で美ら海まで行きましたが、今回は母親とともにツアーに申し込みました。結論を言いますと、ツアーでは色々効率よく周れるのでお勧めです。ただ水族館やショーをゆっくり見たいとなると、美ら海150分では足りないかもしれません。水族館内は平日にもかかわらず、アジア系観光客がたくさんおり、しかもベビーカーがあちらこちらにあったので、暗い中見て回るのがちょっと大変でした。またランチは各自となるので、時間セーブのためにもバスでの移動中に食べるのがいいかと思います。

ツアーに入っている御菓子御殿やパイナップルパークにはあまり期待していなかったのですが、想像以上に良かったです。御菓子御殿ではバラのお菓子をいくつも買ってお土産にしました。多くの人が紅芋タルトを箱買いしていましたが、個人的には紅芋かるかんがしっとりして美味しかったです。またパイナップルパークはパイナップルこそ時期ではありませんでしたが、植物園が工夫が凝らされており楽しかったです。どなたかのコメントでジャングリアより恐竜がいるとありましたが、その通りかもしれません。リアルな恐竜がわらわらいて、子供も楽しめると思います。パイナップルシーズンが終わっていても、たくさんの加工品のお土産があります。

年配のガイドさんでしたが、お話も歌もとてもお上手でした。前の席でじっくり聞きたかったです。

Due to the impact of the typhoon, it was a day with on-and-off rain. I was able to enjoy my long-awaited visit to Iriomote Island and Yufu Island, but it was disappointing that I couldn't go cycling on Taketomi Island because of the rain. I think it would be great if there were options to switch to bus tours or discounts at restaurants for rainy days, allowing for enjoyable plans even when it rains. The tours offered by Beltora are very appealing, and I always make use of them. I'm looking forward to future experiences!

台風の影響もあり　雨も降ったり止んだりの1日でした。念願の西表島　由布島は楽しめましたが、竹富島では雨でサイクリングもする事ができず残念でした。雨の場合はバスツアーに変更や飲食店の割引きなど、雨の日でも楽しめるプランへ変更できるコースがあるといいと思います。ベルトラさんのツアーはとても魅力的なツアーが多くいつも利用させて頂いてます。今後も楽しみにしています。

Although the weather wasn't very good, I was very satisfied that we were able to follow the planned itinerary without any issues. I also enjoyed the beauty of nature, and we were able to visit three islands in one day. The guides on the bus and the sightseeing boat were also very good.

お天気はあまり良くなかったものの、全て予定通りの行程をこなすことができて大満足でした。自然の素晴らしさも満喫できましたし、1日で3島も回ることができ、バスや遊覧船の方のガイドもとても良かったです。

I was worried about whether the tour would proceed due to the approaching typhoon, but they contacted me the day before to explain the conditions under which it would be canceled and provided important information, which made me feel at ease to participate.

The guide was very attentive and made sure that even beginners like us could enjoy the experience safely. It was impressive how they continuously encouraged us to ensure our safety throughout the tour.

As we paddled along the calm waters, I felt the grandeur of the natural beauty of Iriomote Island, a UNESCO World Heritage site, up close, and I was moved by the breathtaking scenery multiple times.

When we returned from canoeing, there was a large rainbow in the sky, and its beauty filled my heart. Thanks to the power of nature and the warm guidance of our guide, it became a wonderful experience that will stay in my memory.

If I have the opportunity to visit Iriomote Island again, I would love to participate once more.

台風が上陸しようとしていたため催行されるか心配でしたが、前日から「どういうときに中止になるか」や注意事項等、電話にて連絡してくださり、安心して参加できました。
ガイドさんがとても丁寧で、初心者の私たちでも安心して楽しめるように盛り上げてくれたこと、安全に進められるよう終始声をかけてくれたことが印象的でした。
静かな水面を進みながら、世界遺産である西表島の壮大な自然を間近に感じられ、息をのむような景色に何度も感動しました。
カヌーを漕いで戻ってきた頃、空に大きな虹がかかっていて、その美しさに胸がいっぱいになりました。
自然の力と温かいガイドさんのおかげで、心に残る素晴らしい時間になりました。
また西表島に来訪する機会があったら、もう一度参加したいです。

Unfortunately, due to the thick clouds after the typhoon, we couldn't see the starry sky, but we were able to spot many wild creatures. Although I couldn't capture them in photos, I saw an eel, a purple crab, a striped snake, and a long-legged spider. There were some difficult spots where we had to climb, but it reminded me of my childhood and was a lot of fun.

あいにく台風後で雲が厚く星空は見れませんでしたが、たくさんの野生の生き物を写真には残せませんでしたが、オオウナギ、ムラサキガニ、シマヘビ、アシナガグモなどが見れました。途中、よじ登る感じの足場の悪い所がありましたが、子供の頃を思い出して楽しかったです。

Many people did not adhere to the meeting time for the tour, which left a very unpleasant feeling. Those who arrived late did not apologize, and the tour guide did not address it either.

ツアーの集合時間を守らない人が多く、不快感が大変残ったツアーでした。遅れてくる人も、謝罪は無く、添乗員も注意しません。

I thought it would be canceled due to the typhoon, but I was super lucky that it was canceled the day before. I'm really glad it went ahead. The content was great, and I felt reassured!

It was an irreplaceable experience. It was unfortunate that there was wind and rain due to the typhoon, but I enjoyed a very delicious lunch with Ishigaki cuisine. It was my first time on a water buffalo cart, and listening to the sanshin performance was a soothing time. I recommend this tour for anyone going to Ishigaki Island.

水牛車は初めてでしたが、三線の弾語りも聞けて癒しの時間でした。

Había tenido experiencias con otras empresas de la zona en las que te llevan a hacer Snorkel con un barco a zonas muy bonitas. En este caso, la actividad se realizó en una playa de la ciudad en la que no había demasiado que ver en cuanto a veces, y los corales tampoco eran demasiado bonitos. En cuanto a la parte del kayak fue un paseo agradable con nuestro instructor Hiro, pero igualmente, eché en falta más información sobre la fauna de la zona, y el poder, haber avisado más especies.

The mangrove cruise passed by in no time, making me forget the passage of time. The water buffalo worked hard to pull the cart to Yubu Island, and they were very clever and diligent. The island was full of plants and connected to the beach, allowing us to have a fun time.

I was disappointed with the buffet for lunch, but the oil soba I tried without expectations was incredibly delicious—was it the magic of shikwasa?

The only downside was the rental bicycles on Taketomi Island; while I could tolerate the worn and rusty ones, the handlebars were crooked, making it very difficult to ride after not cycling for a while.

According to reviews, the fresh mango smoothie at Chirorin Village is the best! I also wanted to try the fresh pineapple smoothie...

マングローブクルーズは時間の経つのも忘れるくらいあっという間に過ぎました。
由布島までは水牛さん達一生懸命に車をひいてくれてとても賢く働き者でした。島内は植物もたくさんあり、ビーチにつながっていて楽しく時間を過ごせました。
昼はビュッフェでがっかりでした、でも期待せずに食べた油そばがすごく美味しかったのはシークヮーサーの魔法？
竹富島でのレンタルサイクルだけが残念、ボロボロでサビてるのは我慢出来るけどハンドルが斜めで久しぶりに自転車乗ったが運転がとてもしにくかったです。
口コミをみてちろりん村での生マンゴースムージーは最高‼︎生パイナップルスムージーも飲んでみたかった…。

I was able to visit many tourist spots in one day. Unfortunately, there were some disappointing parts due to the rain, but I was able to fully enjoy the atmosphere. I think it would have been perfect if the weather had been nice.

I originally wanted to see the starry sky and was looking for a tour. However, I was drawn in by the "photo of the coconut crab" and signed up for the night tour of the sea and jungle. I was very satisfied with the guide's attentive service, the enjoyable stories, and the chance to see the coconut crab, as well as witnessing the emergence of cicadas. Although I couldn't see the starry sky due to cloudy weather, I was able to enjoy the night tour instead. I highly recommend it.

元々は星空を見たくて、ツアーを探していました。でも「ヤシガニの写真」と夜の海・ジャングルに惹かれて申し込みをしました。ガイドさんのきめ細やかな対応と楽しいお話とヤシガニに会えた事、蝉の羽化にもで会えた事などなど大満足でした。星空は曇り空で見えませんでしたが、その分ナイトツアーを楽しむができました。お勧めです。

Overall, arranging everything by yourself can be a hassle, but with the bus, ox cart, and boat, everything is taken care of in one go. It allows for efficient travel, includes pick-up and drop-off services, and offers free time, making it highly recommended for first-time visitors.

The boat may lack the luxury compared to other companies, but since you won't be on it for hours, it's not a problem.

One thing to note: the bicycles available for rent are quite worn out. It was mentioned that there would be English guidance, but there was none at all. I applied for the bicycle rental option, and while it clearly stated that those who cannot speak Japanese are not allowed, I inquired whether it would be fine if someone who speaks Japanese accompanied me, and it was indeed fine. It would be better if this information were accurately stated.

とにかく自分で手配したら面倒なのですが、バス、牛車、船、と全て一発です。
効率良く回れ、送迎もあり、自由時間もあり、で、初めて行く方はお勧めします。
船は他社に比べると豪華さに欠けますが、何時間も乗るわけでないので問題なし。

気になった事。
自転車レンタルオプションの自転車はかなりボロいです。
英語ガイダンスあり、と書いてありましたが、全く案内ありませんでした。
自転車レンタルオプションを申し込みましたが、明らかに、日本語できない人は不可、とありますが、日本語が話せる者が同行したら問題ないか問い合わせて、問題ありませんでした。
記載だけなので、正確に記載されていたらもっと良いと思います。

You can efficiently visit all the points you want. The guide was attentive and wonderful, and I enjoyed listening to songs played on the sanshin. The driver also drove safely, making it a fantastic time.

This was my third time visiting Ishigaki Island, but it was the first time for my wife, my daughter and her husband, and my two grandchildren. Our accommodation was all-inclusive, so we were having a great time without needing to go out. However, I thought it would be a shame not to do any sightseeing while we were in Ishigaki, so I made a reservation for a half-day private sightseeing taxi from Veltra without consulting my family. On the day of the tour, I discussed with the driver and requested to visit the glass-bottom boat at Kabira Bay and try the gelato at Mirumiru. I left everything else to the driver, and we just followed along. At the glass-bottom boat, my grandchildren and daughter were thrilled to see tropical fish and sea turtles. At Mirumiru, we were blessed with good weather and enjoyed gelato and shaved ice outside, which made us very happy! The driver's sightseeing commentary along the way was enjoyable, and we truly appreciated his help. Even though it was time to go, he took us to the observation deck, so thank you very much. I plan to visit Ishigaki again in December and intend to book the same tour. Thank you in advance!

自分は石垣島は3回目でしたが、女房・娘夫婦、孫2人は初めての石垣島でした。宿はオールインクルーシブなので、外に出なくても十分楽んでいました。しかしせっかく石垣島に来て一つも観光しないなんてと思い、自分が家族とは相談せずに、勝手にベルトラの半日貸し切り観光タクシーを予約しました。その日に運転手さんと相談し、川平湾のグラスボート、ミルミルのジェラードの観光をお願いしました。あとは運転手さんに全てお任せで、我々はその通りに
動いただけです。しかしグラスボートでは孫や娘たちは熱帯魚・ウミガメを見て大騒ぎ。ミルミルでは天気にも恵まれ、外でジェラード・かき氷を食べて大満足！それらの行く途中にも運転手さんの観光案内が楽しくて本当に世話になりました。時間になったにもかかわらず、見晴らし台にも連れて行って貰えて、ありがとうございました。12月にもまた石垣に行く予定です。同じツアーを予約するつもりです。宜しくお願いします。

The tour included visits to Iriomote Island, Yufu Island, and Taketomi Island, and it was a lot of fun. I especially enjoyed the bus driver's stories based on his real experiences on Iriomote Island; they were interesting and entertaining. I think he might have exaggerated a bit, but I was impressed by his calm way of speaking and how he wrapped up his stories with a punchline. I thought this was really insightful and listened intently. As for the ferry returning from Taketomi Island to Ishigaki Island, the boarding area was hard to find. There were no announcements at the waiting area, so we almost missed the boat. I wonder if there were others who missed it too.

西表島も由布島も竹富島にも行くツアーでしたが、とても楽しかったです。とくに西表島のバスの運転手さんの実体験に伴うトークが、面白くて楽しかったです。多少、盛ってるとこ有ると思いますが穏やかな話し方と、ちゃんとオチのある締め方で感心しました。コレって参考になるなぁ～と思って聴きいりました。竹富島から石垣島に帰るフェリーですが、乗り場が分かりにくかったです。待合所では、何のアナウンスも無かったので乗船がギリギリになってしまいました。中には乗り遅れた人もいたのでは？と思います。

I went to Okinawa for the first time. I was inspired to go after coming across travel videos about Okinawa on YouTube. Just watching the videos made me feel like I was traveling every day. My husband, who is recovering from an illness, suddenly said, "Let's go to Okinawa!" His condition had stabilized, and I thought we could go if we adjusted his diet (salt intake). We managed to book our flights and hotel, and created an itinerary. We chose a bus tour, and the weather was great, making it a fun and comfortable experience.

はじめて沖縄に行きました。
YouTubeで沖縄旅行✈️してる動画に出会ったのがきっかけ。動画見ているだけで旅行に行けてる気分で毎日過ごしていました。
病気療養中の主人が突然、沖縄に行こう！
体調も落ち着いていましたが、食事(塩分)を調整すれば行けるかも😃飛行機✈️、ホテル🏨の予約がとれ行程表を作成しました。で、選んだのがバス🚌ツアーでした。天候にも恵まれて楽しく快適なツアーでした。

The weather on the ocean road was cloudy, but I thoroughly enjoyed the open scenery. 😄 On the way back, I had delicious Okinawa soba recommended by the driver, making for a meaningful holiday. 😊 Thank you for your help, I appreciate it.

I was a bit anxious about driving in a new place for the first time, so taking the bus to efficiently visit several main locations in Okinawa (from the northern to central areas) was ideal. The bus group happened to have many tourists from overseas, which led to some friendly interactions, and we ended up sightseeing together at some spots. It turned into a bit of international exchange. This course included lunch only, but since the final stop was close to Kokusai Street, I went to a restaurant I had reserved before the trip for dinner. Using this course as an optional activity during your travels is a great idea!

初めての場所で運転に不安もありましたので、沖縄の幾つかの主な場所（北部~中部）をバスで効率的に回るのには最適でした。バスグループは、海外からのツアー客がたまたま多かったのですが、逆に仲良くなり一緒に観光して回った場所もありました。ちょっとした国際交流になりました。このコースは、昼食のみセットになっていましたが、終点が国際通りにも近かったため、夕食は、旅行前に予約しておいた国際通りにある、気になるレストランに行きました。旅のオプショナルとしてこのコースを利用するのもありです！

Although the rain dampened our sightseeing mood all day, we ended on a high note by witnessing my first sunset at American Village, which lifted my spirits as we arrived at our accommodation. Thank you very much.
