We were not informed that we could enter Pineapple Park and only looked at the souvenir corner before leaving. The admission fee of 1,500 yen was too high, so we didn't go in. I was very disappointed to learn later, when you called to let us know we could enter, that we had missed the opportunity. I'm also concerned that after I made a complaint, I was told they would check on it, but I still haven't received any contact.

パイナップルパークに入れる事が私たちに伝えられおらず、お土産コーナーだけみて退店した。有料1500円が高くて入らなかったので、後から入れると電話でご連絡頂いた際に知ってとても残念だった。
クレームをしたら、確認しますと言ってからいまだに連絡が無いのがきになる。

I participated in a night tour. The guide explained the creatures and plants in detail, allowing us to experience the depth of nature at night. I was moved by the sight of creatures that I usually wouldn't notice, making it a very valuable experience. The starry sky was beautiful, and I had a memorable night.

ナイトツアーに参加しました。ガイドさんが丁寧に生物や植物について説明してくれて、夜の自然の奥深さに触れられました。普段では気づけない生き物たちの姿に感動し、とても貴重な体験になりました。星空も美しく、思い出に残る夜を過ごせました。

I participated in a snorkeling tour at the Blue Cave in Ishigaki Island. I was relieved to enjoy the experience knowing they checked the weather before we set off. The cave, illuminated by light, was incredibly magical, and I was moved by the beauty of the crystal-clear sea. It was a special experience that allowed me to fully enjoy a marine world I usually can't see, leaving me with wonderful memories of my trip.

石垣島の青の洞窟シュノーケルツアーに参加しました。当日の天気を確認してから出発してくれたので安心して楽しめました。光が差し込む洞窟内はとても幻想的で、透明度の高い海の美しさに感動しました。普段は見ることのできない海の世界を満喫でき、旅の思い出に残る特別な体験になりました。

I participated in a stargazing and night tour. It was a thrilling experience to venture into the pitch-black jungle with just a flashlight, something I could never do alone. It was truly an extraordinary experience unique to the tour! Thanks to our skilled guide, we discovered five coconut crabs, encountered two sleeping green pigeons in the trees, scorpions, the great eggfly butterfly, and various types of frogs. Finally, when we reached the coast, we were greeted by a breathtaking view of the starry sky stretching as far as the eye could see. It felt like being enveloped by the universe, bringing a sense of calm to my heart. This tour allowed me to truly feel the mysteries of nature and the vastness of the cosmos, and I’m so glad I participated. It was a thoroughly satisfying experience.

星空鑑賞＆ナイトツアーに参加しました。
こわくて個人では行くことができない真っ暗なジャングルをライト片手に進むスリル満点の体験で、まさにツアーならではの非日常！熟練のガイドさんのおかげで、ヤシガニを５匹も発見し、木の上で眠るアオアカバト２羽や、蠍、オオゴマダラ、さまざまな種類のカエルにも出会えました。最後に海岸へ出ると、視界いっぱいに広がる満天の星空。まるで宇宙に包まれているような感覚で、心が静まりました。自然の神秘と宇宙の広がりを肌で感じられる、参加して本当に良かった大満足のツアーです。

The water buffalo moving from Iriomote Island to Yufu Island was great. The mangrove cruise with the guide's explanations was also good. The buffet lunch was mediocre.

西表島から由布島へ移動する水牛がよかった。
マングローブの遊覧船はガイドの方の説明もよかった。
ビュッフェの昼食はイマイチでした。

On October 24, the weather forecast indicated a temperature of 28°C, rain, 1 millimeter of rainfall, and a wind speed of 6 meters. It is said that the perceived temperature drops by 1°C for every meter per second of wind, but it was still warm enough to wear short sleeves.

This time, I participated in a half-day afternoon tour from Ishigaki Island, but the ferry to Uehara Port was canceled. The final travel method was to go from Ishigaki Island to Ohara Port, then take a bus to Uehara Port, and finally join the tour. Although I had some anxiety about the situation, the detailed prior communication made the transition smooth!

I felt reassured after receiving explanations about the arrangements.

As for the tour itself, we went on a canoe tour as a family of four. I had some concerns with my 4-year-old and 6-year-old, but they had no problems and enjoyed themselves immensely. The kids were thrilled with this new experience! Their smiles and laughter were nonstop. We explored the mysterious world of mangroves and the creatures that inhabit them. It was a healing time for both adults and children as we connected with nature. Our guide, Jun Sato, was always kind and encouraging, allowing us to enjoy the experience with peace of mind.

After the tour, we took a shower and felt refreshed. We were then transported back to the meeting point, concluding the day. We were even waved off until the bus departed, which made for a very satisfying half-day. The kids were so excited that they couldn't wait to go again on the way home.

10月24日、天気予報は気温28℃、天候は雨、雨量1ミリ、風速6メートル。風速1メートルあたり体感温度で１℃下がると言われていますが、全然半袖で行ける程度でした。
今回は石垣島からの日帰り半日、午後ツアー参加でしたが、目的地である上原港便が欠航でした。最終的な移動方法は、石垣島→大原港到着後、バスにて上原港へ移動、その後ツアー参加。と言った流れでしたが、事前の連絡で事細かに説明いただき、実は不安がありましたが、すんなり移動完了！
その辺りの説明も頂けて安心して参加することができました。
本題のツアーなのですが、家族4人でのカヌーツアー。4歳と6歳とで実は不安もありましたが、全く問題なく楽しむ事が出来ました。子供達も初めての経験に大興奮！笑顔とはしゃぐ声が絶えませんでした。マングローブの神秘的な世界と、そこに住む生き物達。大自然と触れ合った大人も子供も癒された時間でした。ガイドの佐藤潤さんもいつも優しく声を掛けてくれて、安心して楽しむ事が出来ました。
ツアー終了後はシャワーも浴びて、さっぱり。集合場所まで送迎して頂き終了。
最後はバスが出るまで手を振ってのお見送りまでしてもらえて大満足の半日でした。
子供もまた行きたいと大はしゃぎで帰路に着く事が出来ました。

I recommend visiting the three islands of Iriomote, Yufu, and Takeshima as it's more efficient than exploring them individually. Being swayed in a water buffalo cart while listening to the guide's sanshin performance of Okinawan songs, surrounded by the blue sea and the clear blue ocean, was a precious experience that allowed me to forget my daily life and be healed by nature.

西表、由布、竹島３島巡り、個人で巡るより、効率的に巡る事ができるのでお勧めです。水牛車に揺られ、ガイドさんの三線演奏での沖縄の唄、青い海と、透明な青い海、日常を忘れ自然に癒される貴重な体験でした。

I was able to efficiently tour Iriomote Island, the water buffalo cart, and Taketomi Island using the ferry, water buffalo cart, and bus. Although it was early October, it was still quite hot, and it was very good that we could travel by bus on Taketomi Island.

西表島、水牛車、竹富島、と船と水牛車とバスで効率的に観光することが出来ました。
10月初旬ですが、まだまだ暑く、竹富島はバス移動が出来、非常に良かったです。

Unfortunately, it was pouring rain, and I wasn't lucky, but there's nothing I can do about that. I gave up on the starry sky and decided to join the night tour, and I was thrilled to encounter many creatures I had never seen before, like coconut crabs and habu snakes! I'm glad I participated, thinking that since I came all the way to Iriomote Island, I shouldn't cancel.

あいにくの大雨、、ツイてないけどこればかりは仕方ない。星空は諦めてナイトツアーに参加してみたけど、ヤシガニやハブなど初めて見る生き物にたくさん遭遇出来て大興奮！！
キャンセルせずせっかく西表島に来たのだからと思い参加してみて良かったです。

The tour was held despite the heavy rain that had been ongoing for about two days prior to my reservation. When we arrived at the cave, we found out that it was flooded, and unfortunately, the visit was canceled (crying). We couldn't relax at either Kabira Bay or the observation deck due to the storm, and we weren't able to take many photos... However, we enjoyed a delicious lunch.

Since we can't control the weather, I will consider this a valuable experience, but it turned out to be a disappointing tour.

予約していた2日ほど前から続いていた大雨の中で催行されました。
楽しみにしていた鍾乳洞に着いたところで、鍾乳洞内が冠水しているとかで、まさかの見学中止に(泣)
川平湾でも展望台でも暴風雨でゆっくりできず、写真もなかなか撮れずじまい…
お昼は美味しくいただきました。

天候はどうすることもできないのでこれも貴重な体験かと思うことにしますが、残念なツアーとなってしまいました。

The driver was very pleasant, and I felt安心してお願いできました! I hadn't decided on many plans until the day of, but I was given suggestions for the extra time, and I was able to spend it meaningfully! I highly recommend it!

I was worried about the rain, but it held off, so I was lucky! The water buffalo was obedient and cute ❤ I learned a lot about the island's culture and more!

I was able to enjoy the atmosphere of Taketomi Island. I think the lack of time was my own mistake.

However, I was really frustrated that I couldn't hear the voice of the water buffalo cart guide. I was at the back of a group of about eight people. The manners of the elderly participants in the group were the worst. They were talking on their cell phones and starting casual conversations. I wanted to enjoy a relaxing time, but they kept interrupting the beautiful folk songs...

If the service is so different between the front and back, I wish the price would reflect that. It was frustrating not to hear the guide's voice, and it ruined the experience.

竹富島の雰囲気は味わえました。
時間にゆとりがなかったのは自分のミスだと思います。

ただ、水牛車のガイドさんの声が聞こえないのには参りました。
片側8人程度乗車の最後尾。
グループで参加していた高齢者のマナーが最悪。途中携帯電話で通話はするし、世間話は始めるし。ゆったりした時間を楽しみたいのにせっかくの民謡に合いの手入れるし…

前方と後方でこんなにサービスが違うなら金額も変えて欲しい。

せっかくの体験が台無しでした。

As I paddled the canoe and felt the wind, the fatigue of everyday life seemed to fade away.

The sounds of birds echoing in the mangrove forest and the light reflecting on the water's surface were truly beautiful, providing an incredible soothing effect. I thought half a day might not be enough, but surprisingly, canoeing turned out to be quite challenging, and I was completely satisfied even with just half a day!

マングローブ林に響く鳥の声と水面に反射する光が本当に美しく、癒やし効果は抜群です。
半日では物足りないかもと思っていましたが、意外とカヌーって漕いでみると大変で全然半日でも満足できました！

I was worried about the weather, but I was glad to be able to enjoy a starry sky like a natural planetarium! I was also very satisfied to see rare creatures in the jungle at night!

Honestly, it was quite disappointing.

At the beginning of the explanation, it was emphasized that "coconut crabs can often be seen," but in the end, we only found a small hermit crab. The latter part was mostly excuses saying "they are mostly not around this season," which contradicted the initial explanation and was a bit disappointing.

I also had a photo of the starry sky taken, but it was blurry and there was no retake. I understand that there are parts that are beyond control since it's nature, but there was hardly any explanation or creativity from the guide regarding the wildlife, stars, or plants, giving the impression of just a "night walk" rather than a tour.

Looking around, all the participants also had expressions of dissatisfaction at the end. Honestly, 5,000 yen per person feels expensive for this. It would have been better if there had been more content and a sense of professionalism from the guide.

正直、かなり残念な内容でした。

説明の冒頭では「ヤシガニがよく見られる」と強調されていましたが、結果的に見つかったのは小さなヤドカリ一匹だけ。後半は「今の季節はほとんどいない」との言い訳が中心で、最初の説明と矛盾している点も少し残念でした。

星空の写真も撮っていただきましたが、ブレていて撮り直しもなし。自然が相手なので仕方ない部分もあるとは思いますが、生物・星空・植物などガイドの説明や工夫がほとんどなく、ツアーというよりただの「夜の散歩」という印象でした。

周りを見渡すと、参加者も皆、消化不良の表情で終了。これで一人5,000円は正直高いと感じます。もう少し内容の補完やガイドさんのプロ意識を感じられたら良かったです。

Unfortunately, due to the rain, it wasn't the tour I had imagined. While it was understandable that we couldn't ride the glass-bottom boat at Kabira Bay, we were forced to peek into the pearl center due to bus parking issues, and the Awamori shop we were introduced to was closed... I at least wanted to visit the souvenir shops on the main parking lot side. The taste of the hamburger for lunch was also just okay...

However, the bus guide and driver were polite and entertaining.

生憎の雨降りということもあり、想像していたようなツアーではありませんでした。
川平湾でグラスボートに乗れなかったのは仕方がないのですが、バスの駐車の関係で真珠センターを無理やり覗かされ、紹介された泡盛の店は休業…
せめてメインの駐車場側で土産物店をまわりたかった。
昼食のハンバーグの味もイマイチ…

バスガイドさんとドライバーさんは丁寧で面白い方でした。

I requested a starry sky photo for the first time, and the person was very friendly, allowing us to have a fun time while laughing together! Since it was a period with a large moon, the photos turned out quite bright, beautifully capturing the moonlight, and the starry sky reflected on the sea looked stunning, almost like daytime! I had heard that the delivery would take about a week, but I was happy to receive it in just 2-3 days! If I have the chance to visit Miyako Island again, I would love to come during the new moon!

初めて星空フォトをお願いしたのですが、
気さくな方で笑いながら楽しい時間を過ごさせていただきました！
月の範囲が大きい時期だったので割と明るく、月の明かりを活かした写真と、
星空は海も綺麗に移っていてまるで昼間みたいな素敵な仕上がりになってました！
納品も1週間くらいと聞いていましたが、2-3日で送っていただき嬉しかったです！
また宮古島に行く機会があれば新月に訪れてみたいなぁと思いました！

I also rode a water buffalo on Taketomi Island, and it was truly moving to see it cross the sea, as expected from a water buffalo. I went with my 3-year-old son and my mother (grandmother), and although our time was short, we enjoyed feeding the water buffalo on Yubu Island, seeing many butterflies, and eating ice cream!

竹富島でも水牛になりましたが、やはり水牛というだけあって海を渡る様を見れたのが感動しました。
3歳の息子と、母(祖母)と3世代で行きましたが、由布島で水牛に餌やりができたり、蝶々をたくさん見れたり、アイスを食べたりと短い時間だしたが満喫できました！

I was overwhelmed by the large mangroves! The explanations from our instructor, Seichan, were really interesting. Learning about the plants and creatures that live in the brackish water was incredibly educational. Kayaking through the great outdoors while thinking about how these species have adapted over many years was an invaluable experience. Also, I was excited to hear that the Adan is modeled after a certain famous manga, as I'm a big fan of the original work. If the great treasure is found, it might become a popular spot, so I want to go again before that happens! (laughs)

大きなマングローブに圧倒されました！
担当してくださったインストラクターのせいちゃんの説明もとっても面白かったです。汽水域に住む植物や生き物の紹介が、ものすごく勉強になりました。
長い年月をかけて適応してきたんだなぁと思いながら大自然の中をカヤックで進む経験はかけがえのないものとなりました。また、アダンが某有名マンガのモデルとなっている話も、原作が大好きなのでワクワクしました。大秘宝が見つかったら大人気スポットになるかもしれないのでその前にもう一度行っておきたいです笑

I was hesitant to participate until the last minute because I'm not good with bugs, but I'm really glad I joined!!! Even just seeing one cockroach was exciting and different from what I'm used to in the Kanto region, and I learned a lot, which made it very interesting. I was able to see about 5 or 6 coconut crabs as well. Additionally, the starry sky beyond the jungle was amazing. It's not often you get the chance to see the Milky Way with the naked eye, so I recommend participating if you're on the fence about it. The guide, Koma-chan, was very friendly and approachable, and the stories were entertaining.

虫が苦手なこともあり、ギリギリまで参加するか迷っていましたが、参加して本当によかったです！！！
ゴキブリひとつとっても関東とは違う柄だったりとドキドキしつつも学びがあって大変面白かったです。
ヤシガニも5.6匹？見ることができました。
また、ジャングルを超えた先の星空も最高でした。
肉眼で天の川を見れる機会はそうそうないので、迷っている方は参加してみることをお勧めします。
ガイドをしてくださったコマちゃんも大変気さくな方で親しみやすく、お話も面白かったです。

The attentive service, clear explanations, and even the gourmet information about the island were all excellent. Of course, the starry sky was the best, and during the jungle exploration, we had a great time as a team discovering coconut crabs, scorpions, and butterflies—an enriching experience that you can't have in everyday life. Even during the shuttle to the accommodation, we encountered an M-sized coconut crab crossing the road, making it a tour full of great service until the very end!

丁寧な対応と、わかりやすい説明、島のグルメ情報まで含め、とてもよかったです。最高の星空はもちろん、ジャングル探検ではチームでワイワイ楽しみながら、ヤシガニやさそり、チョウなどを発見でき、普段の生活では経験できない充実した時間でした。宿への送迎の際にも、ヤシガニ（Ｍサイズ）が道路を横断するなど最後までサービス精神に富んだツアーでした！

The weather on the day was favorable, and the sea and snorkeling were very good.

However, honestly, I felt a bit disappointed with the tour company.

Disappointment 1:
I received a sudden call in the morning asking if we could leave earlier, without any explanation. It was stressful for my family, who were already preparing.

Disappointment 2:
The captain was very friendly and left a good impression throughout, but the other person (who was mainly responsible for explanations and guidance) was a bit arrogant in their explanations. I wish they could have spoken in a more enjoyable manner.

Disappointment 3:
This is common, but due to the season, Barasu Island is submerged (it reportedly appears around 6 AM at the end of September). If you're promoting Barasu Island, I would like this kind of information to be clearly stated. Alternatively, if it can't be seen, I would prefer to start snorkeling immediately without stopping by the submerged Barasu Island.

Disappointment 4:
Even though it was a full-day tour, we returned to the port to pick up participants who joined in the afternoon.

Disappointment 5:
I knew what I was signing up for, but the lunch consisted of two rice balls with plum and kelp and two pieces of fried chicken, along with pickled radish. Other tour groups were having meals on Hatoma Island, so it felt a bit lonely.

Disappointment 6:
This was my biggest disappointment: although there were many photos taken during the tour, they were quite lacking in content. Just some branch corals and a sea turtle, plus a little more. The snorkeling points were good, so I was looking forward to the memories, but the photos turned out to be really disappointing.

The sea was even better than Zamami, and I enjoyed exploring while checking the path to the lighthouse on Hatoma Island, so I do recommend snorkeling.

船長さんはとてもフランクで終始良い印象でしたが、もう一人の方（この方が説明や案内はメイン)が、少し説明が横柄でもう少し楽しい雰囲気になるように話してくださっても良いのになぁと思いました。

あるあるではありますが、季節の関係でバラス島は海の底（9月末は朝6時ぐらいに出現するそう）。
バラス島を謳うのであれば、この手の説明は、はっきり記載しておいて欲しい。または、見られないなら見えないバラス島の上を船で寄らずにシュノーケリングをすぐ始めてほしい。

1日ツアーと言いつつ、午後から参加の方を迎えに港に帰る。

分かって参加をしていますが、ランチが梅と昆布だったかのおにぎり2つと唐揚げ2こ、たくわん。他のツアーの方も鳩間島で食事されてたりするので、ちょっと寂しい食事です。

私は一番これががっかりでしたが、ツアー中の写真の内容が枚数はあっても薄い。枝珊瑚と海亀+α程度。
シュノーケリングポイントはそれぞれ良かったので、思い出として楽しみにしていたのに、本当にしょぼい写真だけでした。

海は座間味よりももっと良かったですし
鳩間島では灯台まで道を調べながら散策して
楽しみましたので、シュノーケリングはオススメです。

Since we weren't sure about the weather, we made a reservation the night before, but on the day of the tour, everything was handled efficiently. The instructor was a lovely person with a sun-kissed tan and a great smile. They were knowledgeable about the mangroves of Iriomote Island, sharing interesting facts like encountering crabs and how the mangrove leaves tasted salty. Although we had limited time for canoeing, it was a fun tour! Thank you very much!!

天候もわからなかったため、前日の夜の予約となりましたが、当日テキパキと案内いただきました。
インストラクターは日焼けと笑顔が素敵な鹿ちゃんでした。西表島のマングローブに詳しく、蟹に出会えたり、マングローブの葉っぱがしょっぱかったり、いろいろ教えてくれました。カヌーする時間は少なかったですが、楽しいツアーでした！

Everything was truly amazing!!
As we ventured through the jungle searching for coconut crabs and wildlife, we were greeted by an unbelievably beautiful starry sky.
If you come to Ishigaki Island, this is an experience you absolutely must have.
It's incredible to be able to have such an experience at this price.

Also, the stories and personalities of the staff are one of the highlights of this tour.
Throughout the tour, the atmosphere was relaxed, allowing us to immerse ourselves in nature without any tension.
The staff members got along well and shared information about the locations of coconut crabs, so I think there's a high chance of encountering them.

This is the best tour that lets you forget your daily life and rekindle your youthful spirit.
When faced with the nature we encounter on the tour, your worries will seem trivial!

すべてが本当に最高だった！！
ヤシガニや野生の生物を探しながらジャングルを進み、たどり着いた先で出会うありえないほど綺麗な星空。
石垣島に来たなら絶対に体験して欲しい。
これほどの体験をこの値段で出来るなんて破格すぎる。

あとスタッフさんのお話や人柄もこのツアーの醍醐味のひとつです。
終始、ラフな感じで肩の力を抜いて自然に没頭できます。
スタッフさん同士も仲が良く、みんなでいいツアーにするためにヤシガニの出現場所などを共有していましたので高確率でヤシガニに会えると思います。

日常を忘れて少年心を思い出せる最高のツアーです。ツアーで出会う自然たちを前にすれば、悩みなんてどうでも良くなりますよ！

It's completely dark without light. It's scary to go without a tour. The starry sky is incredibly beautiful, and as you look at it, your eyes adjust and you start to see more and more stars. I was able to see the Milky Way and shooting stars as well. I almost gave up on seeing the coconut crab, but the guide worked hard and I was able to see it. On top of that, I also saw fireflies. I was very satisfied.

ライトがないと、とにかく真っ暗。ツアーでないと怖くて行けないです。星空がとにかく綺麗で、見ていると目が慣れてきて星がどんどん増えていきます。天の川、流れ星も見れました。諦めかけていたヤシガニもガイドの方が頑張って下さり見る事出来ました。おまけにホタルも。大満足でした。

I was excited on the ferry to Iriomote Island, and I was thrilled to see the mangroves. Although I didn't see the wildcat, I really felt the abundance of nature. On the return water buffalo cart from Yufu Island, I was captivated by the guide's sanshin and singing, while the water buffalo took a rest... I was able to spend a relaxing time. The lunch was also delicious. Finally, on Take Island, I rented a bicycle to explore the island. I recommend the stamps sold at the post office. Thank you for a wonderful time!

西表島行くまでのフェリーでワクワク、マングローブ見れてウキウキ。ヤマネコは見れませんでしたが、自然いっぱい感じました。由布島から帰りの水牛車では、ガイドさんのサンシンと歌に聞き入って水牛がお休みしたり、、、。ゆったりとした時間過ごせました。昼ご飯もおいしかったです。最後竹島ではレンタサイクル借りて島巡り。郵便局で売っている切手がお勧めです。楽しく過ごすことができて有難うございました。
