The guide was considerate of each passenger. The announcements regarding precautions just before arriving at each spot and the departure times were clear. I was impressed that the driver bowed every time we got on and off the bus. The timing of the tour's schedule was just right. There were several restroom breaks, which were very helpful.

One disappointing thing was that the timing of the restroom break at the Mushroom Kingdom in Otaki Town was just before lunch. There were so many delicious options like mushroom curry bread and tempura that I really wanted to try, but in the end, I had to settle for just mushroom soup.

The announcements about the tourist spots and the history of the Sapporo area could be heard in multiple languages through a recording. I was surprised at first that it wasn't the guide's voice, but since there were many foreign tourists, I thought this was the best approach. The audio information was plentiful, so it was very educational.

各スポットに到着する直前の注意事項のアナウンスや出発時間のアナウンスも分かりやすかったです。
ドライバーさんも私達がバスを乗り降りする度に、会釈をしてくださり感動しました。
ツアーの内容の時間配分もちょうど良かったです。トイレ休憩も何度もあり、助かりました。
ひとつだけ残念だったのが、トイレ休憩で大滝町のキノコ王国に寄るタイミングが昼食の直前だったことです。キノコカレーパンや天ぷらなど、沢山の美味しいものが並んでいて、凄く食べたかったけど、結局、キノコ汁だけで我慢しました。

観光地や札幌近郊の歴史のアナウンスは、録音されたものを多言語で聴くことができました。はじめはガイドさんのアナウンスでないことにびっくりしましたが、外国人の観光客が多いのでこれが一番いい対応だと思いました。
音声での情報が多かったので、とても勉強になりました。

All the places we went are worth visiting, and the weather was great, so the view was breathtaking.

But I feel I need to come back again another time, as the time length for Abashiri Prison Museum and Cape Notoro was way too short. The group size is big.

It was a shame that the tour didn’t allow us to watch the sunset at Cape Notoro; instead, we were stuck on the bus during the golden hour, going back to Abashiri Station.

Besides, when it came to lunch selection, there were only two choices, and I clearly pointed out the fish set menu to the guide, as the other choice contained raw fish that I don’t eat. I don’t know how the guide could even get it wrong. Luckily, there was a very nice girl who was willing to switch with me. But it was still annoying, as the guide's reaction made me feel like I was the dumb one who couldn’t even remember what I’d ordered.

It was great to efficiently visit various tourist spots. Although I had a lot of luggage due to traveling by bike, I was able to easily enjoy sightseeing by leaving my bags on the bus.

色々な観光スポットに効率良く回ることができ良かったです。輪行で荷物が多かったですが、バスに預けて手軽に観光を楽しめました。

We departed around 8:30 AM and got off at Lake Akan. We were able to see Tsurumidai, Lake Mashu, the sand area at Lake Kussharo, and Mount Io on our way to the Akan Onsen. The stay at each location was not long, around 20 to 30 minutes, so I feel it's more suited for those who want to explore efficiently rather than for those who want to take their time with photography. The pork bowl was served warm and was delicious. With a guide present, we were able to hear stories about the cranes in Tsurui Village and the caldera lake, making it more meaningful than just a regular bus ride. There were also restrooms at each stop, which was reassuring.

朝8時半位発、私たちは阿寒湖で下車。
鶴見台、摩周湖、屈斜路湖砂場、硫黄山を経てます阿寒湖温泉まで一通り見れました。一ヶ所の滞在時間は20分から30分と長くはないためカメラでじっくり撮影したい方より、効率的に周りたい人向けだと感じます。豚丼は温かい状態で出されて美味しかったです。ガイドさんがいるので鶴居村のタンチョウの話やカルデラ湖の話が聞けて単なる移動バスより有意義でした。トイレも滞在場所ごとにあり安心でした。

It was snowy in the morning, but it cleared up at just the right moments, allowing us to fully enjoy the scenery. The driver was sincere, and the guide was great. They weren't too talkative or too quiet, and they had a good sense of humor, making for a fun day. I wasn't expecting much from lunch, but I was pleasantly surprised. Both the location and the food were good. Thank you very much.

朝から雪でしたが、ここぞというポイントで晴れて、景色を存分に楽しめました。
運転手さんも誠実な方でしたし、ガイドさんがよかったです。喋りすぎず、おとなしすぎず、それでユーモアがあって、楽しい一日でした。

I was grateful that the guide kindly explained everything in three languages. I was anxious about driving in Hokkaido during winter, so although there were time constraints, I was able to visit many places. I'm glad I used the tour and would like to use it again if I have the opportunity!

I chose this tour, which covers tourist spots far from central Sapporo, such as Lake Shikotsu, Lake Toya, and the Usuzan Ropeway, with the aim of enjoying the nature of Hokkaido in winter. It also included an unexpectedly luxurious lunch, which made me very satisfied. I can say this is the best value tour.

冬の北海道の自然を満喫することを目的に、札幌中心部から遠く離れた観光スポットである支笏湖、洞爺湖、有珠山ロープウェイなどが網羅されているこのツアーを選択。予想外の豪華な昼食もついており、大いに満足しました。コスパは最高なツアーと言えます。

While listening to the audio guide through my earphones, I visited Lake Toya and Lake Shikotsu for the first time. The snowy scenery was incredibly beautiful thanks to the favorable weather. From the window of the hotel restaurant where we stopped for lunch, I enjoyed a wonderful view that looked like a postcard, along with elegantly arranged kaiseki cuisine. I was very satisfied to be part of this tour.

イヤホンから聞こえる音声ガイドを聞きながら、初めて訪問した洞爺湖、支笏湖。そして雪景色。天候に恵まれて凄く綺麗に見えました。
昼食で立ち寄ったホテルのお食事処の窓からも絵葉書の一枚を見るような素晴らしい景色と品良く並んだ懐石を堪能しました。
このツアーに参加できて満足でした。

Shikotsu Lake, Toya Lake, lunch, Usuzan Ropeway, the weather was great and it was the best experience.
I didn't have high expectations for lunch, but considering the sightseeing fee, it was very good.
The outbound and return journeys were significantly delayed due to snowy roads, but thanks to the driver's careful driving and the timely guidance from the tour guide (Mr. Yamauchi), I was able to enjoy the trip without getting bored.
The other passengers were also great people.
Overall, it was excellent.
All the crew and passengers were wonderful.
If I have the opportunity, I will use Chuo Bus and Veltra again.

I used this service to travel from a hotel in Kushiro City to a hotel at Lake Akan. There are few buses on this route (perhaps because it's winter?), and taking a taxi is expensive.

In just over six and a half hours, I was able to see cranes and swans, and visit major attractions like Lake Toya, Lake Mashu, and Kawayu Onsen, which made me very satisfied. The pork bowl bento for lunch was warm, delicious, and came with miso.

I also appreciated that the bus tour allowed us to leave large luggage on board while sightseeing. The guide's explanations were kind and entertaining.

釧路市内のホテルから阿寒湖のホテル迄の移動に利用しました。路線バスの本数が少なく（冬だからか？)、タクシー移動は高価です。
６時間半余りで、鶴や白鳥が見れ、洞爺湖、摩周湖、川湯温泉など主要な観光も出来、大満足です。昼食の豚丼弁当も温かくお味噌付きで美味しかったです。バスツアーは大きな荷物も、車内に置いて観光出来るのも嬉しいです。
ガイドさんの説明も、親切で面白かったです。

The winter zoo was completely different from the summer one. There were many active animals and plenty of highlights to see. The polar bears and tigers were walking around, and it was very enjoyable to see them up close. The penguin parade was very cute. We had three and a half hours of free time, but it felt a bit short.

Also, the guide (Mr. Ito) gave great advice and pointed out the highlights. Thank you for the souvenir recommendations at the rest area.

冬の動物園は夏とは全く違いました。
動き回る動物が多くて見どころたくさんでした。
白熊やトラは歩き回っていて、近くで見れるのでとても楽しめました。
ペンギンパレードはとても可愛かったです。
3時間半の自由行動でしたが、足りないくらいでした。

またガイドさん(伊藤さん)のアドバイスが良くて、みどことを教えていただきました。
途中の休憩所でのお土産のおすすめもありがとうございました。

I was unsure about renting a car in Hokkaido during winter (December), but asking for a sightseeing taxi turned out to be a great decision! There were roads closed due to snow, and I think we wouldn't have been able to reach our destinations on time due to our concerns about driving. The experienced driver suggested an efficient route, allowing us to enjoy a satisfying sightseeing experience within our time limit. Since we had limited time due to our next schedule, we were introduced to "Takamikan" to see the beautiful scenery of Biei. The photos of Biei at Takamikan were stunning, and I was especially touched by the driver's desire to show us the scenery of Biei that we couldn't see! Thank you very much. I apologize for the inconvenience caused by leaving something behind, but I appreciate your kind assistance. I would like to request the same driver again.
*By reserving the sightseeing taxi in advance, we were able to plan our itinerary with peace of mind. It was also great that we could make reservations in hourly increments.

冬の北海道(12月)でレンタカーを借りるか悩んでいましたが、観光タクシーをお願いして大正解でした！積雪で通行止めになっている道もあり、自分たちでは運転に不安もあり予定通りに辿り着けなかったと思います。ベテランドライバーさんが効率のいい回り方を提案してくださり、時間内で大満足の観光が出来ました。次の予定がありあまり時間がなかった私たちに、美瑛の風景を見るならと「拓真館」を紹介していただきました。拓真館の写真で見る美瑛の風景も素晴らしく、なによりドライバーさんの“見れなかった美瑛の風景も見せてあげたい”という気持ちが嬉しかったです！本当にありがとうございました。忘れ物をしてしまいお手数をお掛けしましたが、親切にご対応いただきありがとうございました。また、同じドライバーさんをリクエストさせていただきたいです。
※事前に観光タクシーを予約したことで、安心して行程を組む事が出来ました。数時間単位で予約が出来たのも良かったです。

Initially, I planned to travel to Kushiro for three nights and four days in August. However, due to my mother's health issues and an extended hospital stay, I had to cancel the trip and give up on this season. But after my mother regained her strength after more than three weeks in the hospital, I felt motivated to go to Hokkaido, even if it meant shortening the trip, and decided to go for two nights and three days at the end of September. Since I made the decision just before the trip, I didn't have time to plan activities for the second day, so I ended up participating in a tour with Veltra. I had a good experience with them when I visited Melbourne, Australia, so I joined again this time.

I've been to Sapporo a few times for work, but it was always a quick trip, so I couldn't do much sightseeing. I hadn't prepared geographically in advance, but by participating in this tour, I realized for the first time that Furano and Biei are relatively close. At Shikisai no Oka, I was able to experience the vast land, and the blue pond was a mystical blue that really lifted my spirits after a long time. However, the weather was unstable, and even my self-proclaimed sunny disposition couldn't keep the sun shining.

Aside from the weather, it was a satisfying tour. Above all, Hokkaido was truly vast. Thank you very much.

　最初は、８月に３泊４日の予定で釧路に旅行行くつもりでした。しかし、母親の体調不良で入院期間が長引いたので旅行をキャンセルして今シーズンは諦めておりました。でも、３週間以上入院した母親もなんとか元気を取り戻してくれたので、期間を短縮してでも北海道に行こうという気持ちになり、９月の末に２泊３日の予定で行くことにしました。でも行こうと決断したのが旅行寸前だったので２日目の行動を計画する時間がなく、結局veltraさんのツアーに参加させていただくことにしました。オーストラリアのメルボルンに行ったときにお世話になったので今回もそのご縁で参加したものです。
　札幌は、仕事で数回来たことがありますが、とんぼ返りだったので殆ど観光はできませんでした。事前に地理の予習ができてなかったのですが、本ツアーに参加して初めて、割と近くに富良野や美瑛があることを実感しました。また、四季彩の丘では、広々とした大地を体感でき、青い池も神秘的なブルーで久しぶりに気分が上がりました。ただ、お天気が安定していなくて、晴れ男を自称している自分の力でも晴れを継続できませんでした。
　お天気を除けば、満足できたツアーでした。何より北海道はほんとに広かったですね。有難うございました。

I enjoyed the magnificent nature with the snow-covered mountains in the background. The food was delicious, and thanks to the driver's safe driving and the guide's professional explanations and attentiveness, I was able to relax and have a great time. I would like to experience this again in another season.

雪化粧の山々をバックに雄大な大自然を満喫しました。食事も美味しく、運転手さんの安全な運転、ガイドさんのプロの説明と気遣いもあり、ゆったりとした気分で楽しめました。また他の季節に利用してみたいです。

On the day of the trip, it snowed and turned into a cold day. Since I wasn't used to driving on snowy roads, I chose a bus tour instead of renting a car. During the journey, I listened to an audio guide that explained the sightseeing spots and information about Hokkaido, and the guide also shared various stories, so I never felt bored. The lunch was delicious as well. Before lunch, I stopped at a drive-in and bought mushroom soup and mushroom rice balls, both of which were tasty and I highly recommend them. On the way back from Lake Toya, the guide pointed out that "a red fox is walking in the snow," and I was able to see it. There was also a garbage collection before getting off the bus. Thanks to the friendly and cheerful bus guide and driver, I had a great day.

当日は、雪が降って寒い1日になりました。雪道に慣れていないので、レンタカーというわけにはいかす、バスツアーを選びました。道中は、イヤホンガイドで、観光地や北海道についての説明を聞きながら、ガイドさんも色々と話してくれて、退屈する事なく過ごせました。昼食も美味しかったです。ランチ前に寄ったドライブインで、きのこ汁ときのこのおにぎりを買いましたが、どちらも美味しく、オススメです。洞爺湖からの帰路の途中で、ガイドさんが「キタキツネが雪の中を歩いている」と教えてくれ、見ることができました。バスの降車前にゴミの回収もありました。親切で明るいバスガイドさん、運転手さんで、いい1日が過ごせました。

I stayed at a hotel by the bay in Hakodate and wanted to visit Goryokaku before heading to the airport, but I was unsure if I could manage to take the streetcar, walk around for sightseeing, and then catch a good bus to the airport afterward...! I was quite confused while planning, so I made a reservation for a night view taxi as well.

Since I had already checked out of the hotel, I was grateful that I could change my reservation to Hakodate Station. I apologize for wandering around when we met.

The view of the snowy landscape from Goryokaku Tower left a much stronger impression on me than I had expected. I'm really glad I was able to visit during this season. The view from Mount Hakodate was also beautiful with the sun peeking through the clouds.

If I were traveling alone and walking, I probably wouldn't have gone unless I had a strong attachment to the place, so this became a wonderful memory.

Also, I appreciated that the kind driver suggested we stop by the Trappistine Monastery near the airport, which caters to tourists. I realized that having an explanation about the Hakodate Racecourse on the shuttle bus made a huge difference compared to not having one.

Next time I go to Hakodate, I would like to request the Donan Hire (Smile Taxi) again! Thank you very much for everything in the cold weather.

函館のベイサイドにあるホテルに宿泊し、空港に行くまでに五稜郭にも行きたいけど市電に乗って歩いて観光してからその後に良い時間の空港行きのバスにうまいこと乗れるかどうか…！
と、計画中にとても迷っていたので、夜景タクシーと併せて一緒に予約しました。

ホテルはチェックアウトしていたので、函館駅に変更して予約出来たのでありがたいです。落ち合う時にウロウロしちゃっててすみませんでした。

五稜郭タワーから雪景色を眺められたのが、自分の予想以上に凄く印象に残りました。改めてこの季節に行けて良かったです。
函館山も雲の隙間から太陽が出ていて綺麗でした。

一人旅で歩きだったら、よほどの思い入れがないと私の場合なかなか足が向かなかったかと思いますので、大変良い思い出になりました。

また、空港近くにあるトラピスチヌも寄っていただけて、観光客に寄り添った提案をしてくださる優しい運転手さんだなぁと思いました。
函館競馬場も行きのシャトルバスだと見落としてたので説明があるのとないのだと全然違うなぁと思いました。

また函館に行く時は、道南ハイヤー(スマイルタクシー)さんにお願いしたいと思います！

It started with light rain, and there were moments when it was sunny along the way, but when I got on the cable car, I was disappointed because I couldn't see anything in the clouds! I would like to participate again when the weather is nice. Thank you very much.

Asahiyama Zoo was a lot of fun because I could see many animals up close. Besides the zoo, there were stops at waterfalls and souvenir shops, making it a very worthwhile tour!

旭山動物園は多くの動物をまじかで見ることができとても楽しかった。
動物園以外に滝や土産屋の立ち寄りもあってとてもお得なツアーでした！

Since there were few participants, we could choose our bus seats freely and sit comfortably, which was very pleasant. Both the guide and the driver were nice people. The lunch was also delicious. I think it was much more cost-effective in terms of time and money compared to going by public transportation on our own. However, it was a bit disappointing that we ended up with a group of foreign tourists on the Usuzan Ropeway, and it was extremely noisy.

I used this for a family trip. The guide was a kind person. Lunch was at a place with a view of Lake Toya (it had a nice atmosphere). I would like to use it again. ^^

The round-trip cable car ride, including lunch, allowed us to enjoy the experience for 10 hours, and it was a great value. The automatic audio guide via earphones was available in multiple languages, and it was convenient to just remove the earphones when we didn't want to listen. The mushroom soup and lunch were satisfying as well. The views at all the sightseeing spots were fantastic. Although it was sunny, the snow from a few days prior made the snowy scenery very beautiful. I'm glad we visited the bear ranch too. The guide took a lot of photos for us. Thank you very much.

ロープウェイ往復、昼食代も込みで、10時間かけて楽しむことができ、コスパ最高でした。イヤホンによる自動音声案内も多言語対応で、聞きたくない時はイヤホンを外すだけなのでよかったです。きのこ汁や昼食も満足でした。どの見学地も景色が最高でした。晴れの天気でしたが数日前の降雪のため、雪景色がとても綺麗でした。クマ牧場も行ってよかったです。ガイドさんにたくさん写真を撮ってもらいました。ありがとうございました。

The bus guide was kind, and the driver drove safely, so I was able to ride with peace of mind. If I could wish for something, it would be great if the time at the sightseeing spots could be set a little longer, even if the return time is later. Also, since the guide only spoke Japanese, foreign visitors might have had some trouble understanding the explanations.

バスガイドさんも親切で、運転手さんも安全な運転だったので、安心して乗車できました。欲を言えば、帰る時刻は遅くてもいいので、観光地の時間をもう少しだけ長めに設定して頂けると良かったです。また、日本語オンリーのガイドさんだったので、外国の方は説明がわからず少し困ったかもしれません。

It was cold, and it snowed a little along the way, but both Lake Shikotsu and Lake Toya had wonderful scenery. Riding the ropeway provided a breathtaking 360-degree panoramic view. We also had lunch at the hotel, and it was a satisfying experience that felt far beyond a day trip bus tour. The day trip lasted a long time, from around 8:30 in the morning until the evening, and I thought the price was very reasonable. This trip to Hokkaido became my best memory.

寒くて途中雪が少し降りましたが支笏湖、洞爺湖とも素晴らしい景色でした。ロープウェイにも乗り360度のパノラマの景色は絶景でした。ランチもホテルで頂き、日帰りバスツアーとは思えないほどの満足感のある内容でした。朝の8時半くらいから夕方まで長い間の日帰りツアーで色々と連れて行っていただいて、料金はすごくお安いと思いました。この度の北海道旅行の1番の思い出になりました。

I was impressed by the thoughtfulness of our bus guide, Mr. Wang. The explanations were primarily in English, but he provided additional explanations in a low voice for the Japanese guests. His commentary during the journey was excellent, and thanks to him, we had a wonderful day. The bus driver was also kind and had a wonderful personality. To be honest, I was surprised because I didn't expect such a high level of service from a bus tour.

On the day of the tour, the overall schedule was delayed due to snow, and the break times were shorter, but not a single person complained. If you are looking for a guide who speaks English or Chinese, this is the best tour. I highly recommend it.

今回お世話になったバスガイドの王さんの気遣いに感動しました。基本は英語の説明ですが、日本人客には小声で別途に説明。道中の説明や話しも上手く、おかげさまで楽しい一日を過ごすことが出来ました。またバスの運転手さんも優しくて素晴らしい人柄。正直、バスツアーでここまで期待していなかっただけに驚きました。
当日は雪の影響で全体スケジュールが押しており、休憩時間が短かったりしましたが、誰一人として文句言う人などありませんでした。
もし、英語や中国語でのガイドさんを探しているのであれば最高のツアーです。お勧めです。

The day after arriving in Sapporo, I participated in a tour. Since the next morning was early, I wanted to find the information center at Sapporo Station before heading to the hotel. However, I had a hard time locating it because there was construction going on inside the station. I felt it would be helpful if the information center's signs were more visible, such as being hung from the ceiling.

On that morning, there were about five people who were cutting it close on time and mentioned they had trouble finding the place. I was satisfied with the tour because we were able to visit all the places we wanted to go. The water at Lake Toya and Lake Shikotsu was incredibly clear and transparent, which surprised me. I was thrilled to be able to walk down to the water's edge.

For lunch, we had a luxurious meal that was delicious, and I’ve attached a photo. We took the ropeway up to Mount Usu and walked from there to the summit. The magnificent scenery of Hokkaido was amazing. The tour duration seemed just right, and I appreciated the safe driving from both the guide and the driver. I got off at Susukino, and it was my first time being able to get off exactly where I wanted during a tour.

札幌についた翌日にツアーに参加しました。
翌日朝が早いのでホテルに行く前に札幌駅で案内所を見つけようと思って探したのですが、札幌駅構内も工事をしており案内所を見つけるのに大変苦労しました、構内側から見たときに案内所の表示が見やすいように、例えば天井から吊り下げてあればいいと感じました。
当日朝5人ほど時間ギリギリの方もいて場所がよくわからなかったとのことでした。
ツアーは行きたいところに行けたので満足してます。
洞爺湖、支笏湖の水がとてもきれいで、透きとおっていて驚きでした。
波打ち際まで降りることができて感激です。
お昼は、豪華な食事でおいしかったです、写真添付しておきます。
有珠山はロープウェイで上って、ついたところから歩いて頂上までいってきました。
北海道の雄大な景色が素晴らしかったです。
ツアー時間はちょうどいいかも、ガイドさんも運転手さんも安全運転で感謝です。
降りるところもススキのでおりました、自分の降りたいところで降りれるツアーは初めてです。

I was informed on the day of my visit that I couldn't take a taxi to the summit. Changes to the itinerary should be communicated in advance or at the time of booking. Additionally, the cable car fee is separate, and I was left dissatisfied with the waiting time and costs. I was satisfied with the driver, though.

タクシーで頂上まで行けないと知らされたのは当日。内容変更は事前掲載又は予約の段階で知らせるべき。ロープウェイ料金も別途掛かり、並ぶ時間と料金に不満が残った。運転手には満足。

This time, I participated alone. The tour guide was very kind. I was a bit anxious being by myself, but I was able to enjoy it. I especially had a great time at Asahiyama Zoo even on my own! Additionally, I thought it would be nice to visit the Blue Pond and Shirahige Waterfall again in a warmer season, but I believe I had the best day!

今回、一人で参加しました。
添乗員さんも、とても親切な方でした。
一人なので少し不安でしたが、一人でも楽しめました。特に旭山動物は一人でも楽しむ無事ができました！その他、青い池や白ひげの滝は、もう少し暖かい季節に、もう一度、行ってみたいな！と思いましたが、最高の一日を過ごせたと思います！

I joined the tour as a solo participant. It was a tour with many foreign guests, and the guide and driver provided such warm hospitality that it made me, as a Japanese person, very happy. The driver was kind, giving a small snowman to a little child and brushing off snow from their clothes. However, the lunch buffet was somewhat lacking, and I wished that the guests from abroad could have enjoyed delicious Japanese food. Considering food waste, I thought it might be better to have something like a mini kaiseki instead of a buffet.

ひとり参加でツアーに申し込みました。
外国の方が多いツアーで、ガイドさん、運転手さんがとても温かい対応でおもてなしの心が日本人の私も嬉しかったです。運転手さんが小さい雪だるまで小さな子どもにあげたり、服についた雪を払ってあげたりとお優しい方でした。ただ、お昼のバイキングは今ひとつで、せっかく外国からいらした方々に日本の美味しい食事を食べてもらいたかったなぁと思いました。フードロスもあるのでバイキングにしないで、ミニ会席のようなものでも良いのかなぁと思いました。

I enjoyed a smooth day trip with a luxurious lunch. The crew members were consistently kind, and if I have the opportunity again, I would like to use VELTRA's tours.

スムーズな日帰り旅行で昼食も豪華で堪能しました。また乗務員の方々も終始親切な対応で、また機会がありましたらこちらのVELTRAさんのツアーを利用したいと思います。
