staffs are friendly and spoke good English and gave us some very interesting facts about dolphin. This was my first time touching a real dolphin and it was a very unique experience. my 4 year old daughter enjoyed it very much. you can bring your own phone for photos but just dont drop it in the water.

The instructor was very kind and explained everything in detail, which allowed me to successfully ride the kayak. Due to strong winds from the typhoon, we couldn't go to Lake Shikotsu and instead paddled up the Chitose River. The Chitose River... the water was so clear. I was thrilled when I saw fish and shrimp. During the kayaking, the instructor took many photos, and I received them immediately after the experience via AirDrop. It was a fun and fulfilling experience.

　台風からの強風で波が高く，支笏湖には行くことができず，千歳川をのぼっていきました。千歳川・・・とても水がきれいでした。魚やスジエビが見れた時にはテンションがあがりました。
　カヤック中はインストラクターさんが何枚も写真を撮ってくれ，写真は体験終了後にair dropを通じてすぐいただけます。
　楽しく充実した体験でした。
　

Even I, a 61-year-old who usually doesn't exercise, was able to do it. As long as I followed the instructor's guidance, I didn't fall. While nervously paddling on the SUP, I was moved by the fact that I was standing on the water using only my own strength. I was amazed by the emerald-colored sea and the coral, and when I went further out, the deep green water was about thirty meters deep. By that time, I had completely gotten used to it, enjoying the scenery around me while feeling the pleasant breeze. I was surprised that I could do it, feeling both good and a sense of accomplishment. I was filled with gratitude for my daughter and her husband who gifted me this trip.

普段なにも運動をしていない61歳の私でも出来ました。インストラクターの教えを守っていれば落ちることはありません。おっかなビックリSUPに乗り漕いでいると、海の上に自分の力だけで立っている事に感動。エメラルド色の海と珊瑚に驚き、沖に行くと濃い緑色の海もうそこは水深◯じゅうメーター。その頃にはすっかり慣れて周りの景色を楽しみながら心地よい風を受けて、気持ち良さと達成感で私でも出来た事に驚きました。この旅をプレゼントしてくれた娘夫婦に感謝の気持ちでいっぱいになりました。

I participated in the tour because driving to the northern part on my own seemed challenging, but the time spent at each sightseeing spot was just right for me, allowing for a leisurely exploration.

Cape Hedo was breathtaking. At the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, I was a bit disappointed to have arrived late and only saw the dolphin show from outside the venue, but everything else was satisfying. In the end, I enjoyed the sunset from the car window.

I prefer a tour like this, which focuses on specific destinations, rather than moving between many sightseeing spots in a short amount of time.

自力で北部まで運転して行くのは大変そうだったので参加しましたが、各観光場所での滞在時間が私にはちょうどよく、ゆっくり観光することができて良かったです。
辺戸岬は絶景の一言。大石林山は一番長いコースをじっくり見て回ることができ、美ら海水族館は、到着が送れてイルカショーの会場の外から見たのがちょっと残念でしたが、それ以外は満足でした。最後は車窓から見る日没まで楽しみました。
短い滞在時間でたくさんの観光場所を移動するより、こういう行き先を絞った余裕のあるツアーがいいです。

I was a bit anxious the day before the full day of mountain climbing, but once we started, thanks to our guide Kodama's thorough explanations and appropriate breaks, everything went smoothly! Despite the unfortunate weather, we were able to visit Jomon Sugi and Taiko Rock, which became wonderful memories! I was very happy to take a lot of photos at the photo spots! The next day I had muscle soreness, so I really think it was good to do it all in one day!

丸一日の山登りということで前日は少し不安もありましたが、いざ始まってみるとガイドのこだまさんの丁寧な説明と適度な休憩でスムーズに進むことができました！！あいにくのお天気でしたが縄文杉も太鼓岩にも行くことができいい思い出になりました！写真スポットでたくさん写真をたくさん撮っていただけたのがとても嬉しかったです！翌日は筋肉痛になったのでやはり1日にまとめて良かったと思いました！

I participated in a day trip to Jomon Sugi and a day trip to Shiratani Unsuikyo (Taiko Rock).

The guide was very kind and friendly, making it easy for me to join even though it was my first time trekking. Not only did they teach me a lot about Yakushima, but they also provided thoughtful snacks along the way, which I truly appreciated!

In early January, there were no other people around (I only encountered a total of 9 people), and I was able to spend time surrounded by nature, creating unforgettable memories. I highly recommend visiting Yakushima during the off-season!

屋久島のことをたくさん教えてくださるのはもちろんのこと
道中の軽食の気遣いなどもたくさんいただき、本当にありがたかったです!!

1月上旬で人が誰もいなくて(すれ違った人はなんと全部で9人)
自然だけに囲まれて過ごすことができ、忘れられない思い出になりました。
オフシーズンの屋久島、とってもお勧めです!!

Unfortunately, it was a drizzly day, but wearing a wetsuit helped me get used to the water temperature quickly. More than that, the cuteness of the dolphins was the best! Each dolphin had its own personality, and while learning various things, I got to touch the dolphins, swim with them, and even see them jump right in front of me. I believe this is a rare experience that you can only have here. It's a bit pricey, but it's definitely worth the time. With towels provided and a well-equipped changing room, I headed straight to the nearby Churaumi Aquarium after the experience.

あいにくの小雨日和、ウェットスーツを着ているのですぐに水温には慣れます。それよりもそれよりも、イルカのかわいさがサイコー！
イルカにも個性があって…といろんなことを教えてもらいつつ、イルカに触って、一緒に泳いで、つかまりながら泳いで、目の前で大ジャンプを見られて。
ここでしかできない貴重な体験だと思います。
ちょっとお高いですが、十分に価値ある時間です(^^)
タオル完備で更衣室もしっかりしているので、体験後にすぐ近くの美ら海水族館へ直行してきました。

I had no plans until I arrived, but I found this online and the reviews were good, so I signed up. It was my first experience, and I was with my child, but the guide was kind and we had a great time, so it was really wonderful.

現地に来るまでノープランでしたがネットで探して口コミも良いので申込みました。
初めての体験、子供と一緒でしたがガイドさんが親切で楽しめたので本当に良かったです。

I was a bit anxious about the all-day tour starting early in the morning, but thanks to our guide, Mr. Takahashi, I was able to enjoy trekking at a comfortable pace with my fellow tour members while listening to information about Yakushima and an iPhone workshop!
The miso soup and coffee during our breaks were also very delicious!

I think it's possible to go on your own, but having a guide is definitely safer, and you can learn a lot about Yakushima. Next time I go, I want to visit Mount Miyanoura, so I hope to book again then!

早朝から丸一日掛けてのツアーに不安がありましたが、アクティブ高橋さん(笑）のガイドのおかげで、屋久島の事やi-Phone講座に耳を傾けながら同じツアー仲間の方々と程よいペースでのトレッキングを楽しむ事ができました！

個人で行く事もできると思いましたが、やはりガイドさんがいた方が安全ですし、屋久島の事をたくさん学べると思います。

In Okinawa, I experienced various kayaking activities such as the Blue Cave Sea Kayak and the Kiyasujigawa Mangrove Kayak. Two days later, I also tried the Okukubi River Mangrove Kayak, but it couldn't compare to the sunset kayak.

On the morning of January 3, 2020, after arriving in Okinawa, I visited the usual Naminoue Shrine for my first shrine visit of the year and then relaxed a bit at the hotel before participating in this activity.

By chance, our family was the only participants, so we had the guide all to ourselves, which made for a very meaningful time. The sunset view was stunning enough to be Instagram-worthy. I've been to Okinawa countless times, but I don't remember ever seeing such an impressive landscape. The kayaking rules for safety are strict with any operator, but the shop we joined allowed for some freedom (we could go further), which made the kids very happy.

この２日後も億首川マングローブカヤックを体験しましたが、サンセットカヤックの比ではありません。
２０２０．１月３日の午前中にに沖縄に到着後、いつもの波の上神社で初詣をし、ゆったりホテルに到着後少し休んで、このアクティビティに参加。
たまたま私たちの家族一組だけの参加となりガイドさんが独り占めできとても有意義な時間が過ごせました。
夕日はインスタ映えするほどの景観、数え切れないほど沖縄に行っていますが、こんなに感動する景観を見た覚えはありません。そこにどこのカヤック業者でもルールは安全のため厳しいですが、参加したショップはある程度遊べる(遠くへ行ける)ので子どもたちも喜んでいました。

I was glad that I could explore Nara Park by taxi, but I was disappointed by the somewhat rigid response. I had such a great experience when I used it in another prefecture that this feeling arose. I'm sorry. However, I do think they tried their best to listen to my requests and responded earnestly.

奈良公園をタクシーで回れたことはよかったのですが割と杓子定規的な対応が残念に思いました。他県で利用したときがあまりにもよかったのでこのような感想を抱きました。ごめんなさい。しかし、できるだけ希望を聞き入れて下さり一生懸命対応していただけたと思います。

This time, I had the opportunity to experience sea kayaking and snorkeling! We were given plenty of time for both activities, and I was able to enjoy them to my satisfaction! The guide was very kind, and I felt safe while experiencing both sea kayaking and snorkeling! The photos taken were beautiful, and it was great to have those memories captured! Next, I would like to try diving!

It was my first experience with sea kayaking, and I was fortunate with the weather, allowing us to go out to sea! The staff were very kind and fun, making it a truly enjoyable experience (*´ω｀*). The drone footage was even better than I expected, and I was really impressed! (I felt a bit embarrassed while filming, though, haha.) It was great to see so many fish in Okinawa while snorkeling! I was amazed when they came right up to me after I fed them!

シーカヤック初体験だったのですが、天候にも恵まれ沖まで行くことも出来ました！
スタッフの対応もとても親切で楽しい方で、とても楽しめました(*´ω｀*)
ドローン撮影が思っていたよりとても良く感動！(撮ってる時は少し恥ずかしかったです笑)
シュノーケルも沖縄の魚がたくさん見れて良かったです！
餌をあげたら目の前まで寄ってきたのは感動しました！

I was able to visit the northernmost cape of Okinawa Main Island, and I spent an hour exploring the Okinawa World, and on top of that, I could stay at the aquarium for three hours, which was really great. Overall, I was able to enjoy everything without feeling rushed. It was also nice that the bus guide was very reliable.

沖縄本島の最北端の岬に行けてさらに大石林山を一時間かけて回れて、その上水族館も３時間滞在できとてもよかったです。全体的に駆け足になることもなく十分堪能できました。バスガイドさんがしっかりとした方であった点もよかったです。

We participated as a family of four on January 2nd. The boat was shared with about 30 people, including those snorkeling and diving. Although it was sunny that day, the wind was cold, and it was very chilly during the ride and after getting out of the water, so I was glad I wore a down jacket. The underwater visibility was the best I've ever experienced while snorkeling! I could clearly see the seabed at 7-8 meters deep, and it felt like flying in the sky. The staff taught us the names of the fish and coral while we were snorkeling and took photos for us. On the boat, we chatted with the staff and other participants, and enjoyed lunch with Okinawan soba and shiratama zenzai. It was a fun and exhilarating day for not just the kids, but also for us as a couple. The staff were all cheerful and made sure that participants felt at ease, so I think it would be enjoyable even for solo travelers or those with children. I will definitely participate again when I go to Okinawa!

1/2に家族４人で参加しました。船はシュノーケルの人、ダイビングの人と相乗りで30人くらい乗り合わせていました。この日は晴れてはいましたが風が冷たく、移動中や海から上がった後はとても寒く、ダウンを着て行ってよかったです。海の中は今までシュノーケルした中で一番の透明度でした！7〜8mある海底もきれいに見え、空を飛んでいるようでした。スタッフの方がシュノーケル中に魚や珊瑚の名前をその都度教えてくれたり、写真を撮ってくれました。船の上ではスタッフの方や参加した方とおしゃべりしたり、ランチのソーキそばと白玉ぜんざいを食べました。子供たちだけでなく、私たち夫婦もアドレナリンが出まくった楽しくてはしゃいだ1日でした。スタッフの方たちは皆さん明るく参加した人が不安にならないように対応してくれるので、一人や子供連れの参加でも楽しく過ごせると思います。また沖縄に行ったら参加します！

The whole family (parents and 3 kids aged between 9 to 14) loved the dolphin swim experience. Am surprised it is not as well publicised as other popular activities offered in Okinawa.

I was nervous about the 40-minute kayak trip since I am not a strong swimmer and it was my first time kayaking, but in the end, there was no need to worry at all. Despite participating in January, we were blessed with good weather, and the fun stories from our guide made the 40 minutes fly by. The trekking was a bit slippery, so caution is needed, but the difficulty was not too high, and I was able to climb comfortably. The view of the Pinay Sara Falls at the finish was breathtaking. I took a lot of photos, and it turned out to be a very enjoyable tour experience.

わたしはカナヅチ且つカヤック初体験なので、片道40分のカヤックは不安だったのですが、終わってみれば全く心配する必要はありませんでした。1月の参加にもかかわらず天気にも恵まれ、道中のガイドさんの楽しいお話しもあり、あっという間の40分でした。トレッキングは少し滑りやすいので注意が必要ですが難易度はそんなに高くなく気持ちよく登れました。ゴールで観れるピナイサーラの滝は圧巻。たくさん写真も撮っていただき、とても楽しいツアー体験になりました。

The weather was favorable, and with just under ten people, it was a comfortable pace, allowing us to enjoy ourselves. It's beginner-friendly enough for children and women to participate without any issues. However, your backside and feet can get quite wet, so I recommend being adequately prepared. There were also changing rooms available.

天気にも恵まれ、人数も10人弱と適当だったため、のんびりと自分のペースで進むことができ、楽しめました。子供、女性でも普通に参加できるほど、初心者にも安心です。お尻や足は結構濡れるので、それなりの準備をおすすめします。更衣室もありました。

On New Year's Day, we visited Jomon Sugi, and the following day, we went to Taiko Rock. Both days were blessed with sunny weather, and the guide's explanations were thorough and very easy to understand. I believe they were also very considerate of the participants' health and well-being.

Jomon Sugi:
Thanks to the guide's quick thinking, we were able to see the first sunrise from the bridge. Even though it was sunny, being January, the miso soup provided by the guide during lunch was a comforting warmth.

Taiko Rock:
The day before, there were three groups with seven people, but on this day, it was just our family, making it essentially a private tour. We were able to bond over topics other than trekking, and having the same guide for two consecutive days made the long journey feel quick.

If I have the opportunity to visit Yakushima again, I would definitely like to request the same guide. For example, I think it would be great if there was a guide selection system for repeat participants. Yakushima Tourist Station, please consider this!

元旦初日が縄文杉　翌日太鼓岩　でした。
両日ともに晴れの天気に恵まれ、ガイドさんの説明は丁寧でとても解り易く、ツアー参加者への体調等の配慮も充分だったと思います。

縄文杉：
ガイドさんの機転で橋から初日の出を見れました。晴れてはいても流石に１月なので、お昼のお弁当の時にガイドさんが提供してくださったお味噌汁はほっとする温かさでした。

太鼓岩：
前日は３グループ７名でしたが、この日は我が家だけで、実質プライベートツアーになりました。トレッキング以外の話題で盛り上がったりと、２日連続でガイドをしていただけると打ち解けて長い道のりもあっという間でした。

また屋久島にくる機会があったなら、是非同じガイドさんにお願いしたいです。例えば、２回目以降の参加者にはガイドさん指名システムがあったらいいなと思いますが、、。屋久島道の駅観光さん検討して下さい！

I was torn between renting a car or taking a bus, but I chose the bus tour due to the cost and the convenience of not having to drive.

Since it was a tour, I was concerned about the time allocation at each location, but there was enough time to fully enjoy the sightseeing, and I was able to savor Okinawa.

I would like to use this service again.

This was my second time participating, and this time I joined with my parents. The content and service were both wonderful! I definitely want to recommend this course to my friends.

This was truly one of the coolest experiences of my life! It was amazing to watch marine life so closely - I could not recommend it more.
On top of that, the staff were so nice & helpful. Met many great people. Great vibes all around.
Also, please be advised - the water can get choppy, so take sea sickness medication!!

I participated with my elderly parents. The young guide was enthusiastic and made it enjoyable. Since it was a shared tour, there were two male solo travelers and one female foreign guest, but thanks to the guide, we all bonded well. The transportation service was also a deciding factor for me. I appreciated the consideration for restroom breaks at the observation deck for stargazing. Thank you very much.

乗合でしたので、
男性一人旅２名、女性の外国の方１名、と若いメンバーでしたが、
ガイドさんのおかげでまとまりました。

The team we joined originally had a reservation for seven people, but due to the weather not being suitable for stargazing, everyone canceled, and it was just me and my two sons who participated. However, the guide was incredibly knowledgeable and even found and caught a coconut crab to show us. He was very agile and caught many creatures to show us.

The guide was lively and caught a lot of creatures, which made my first-grade son very happy! Although we couldn't see the stars, I was glad we didn't cancel.

The guide was truly great, and I heard that the tour company has other plans, so when I looked it up, I was surprised to see that all the ratings on Veltra were high. I would like to join other tours here the next time I come to Ishigaki Island!

私たちが参加したチームは、もともと7人の予約があったそうですが、星空が見えない天気で、みんなキャンセルし、私と息子２人だけで参加しました。が、ガイドさんが本当に物知りで、ヤシガニも見つけて捕まえて見せてくれて、すごくフットワーク軽くたくさんの生き物を捕まえては、見せてくれました。
ガイドさんが生き生きとして、生き物をたくさん捕まえて見せてくれるので、小学１年生の息子も大喜び！星空は見えなかったけど、キャンセルしなくてよかったと思いました。
本当にいいガイドさんだったので、このツアーの会社の他のプランもあるときいたので、調べてみたら、このveltra内の評価がどれも高くてびっくりしました。次回石垣島に来たときには、ここの他のツアーにも参加したいと思いました！

We participated as a family of four with our two elementary school-aged sons. Due to the weather, we couldn't go to the Blue Grotto, but instead, we were able to go snorkeling at a nearby beach. In a way, snorkeling in such a wavy sea might have been a rare experience. The guide was very kind and knowledgeable, so all the kids had a great time.

The only downside was that we couldn't borrow towels. We had brought some just in case, so it worked out.

小学生の息子2人と家族4人で参加しました。
天候の影響で青の洞窟には行けなかったのですが、そのかわりに近くのビーチでシュノーケリングが出来ました。逆に、あんなに波のある海でシュノーケリング出来たのは貴重な体験だったかもしれません。ガイドさんもとても親切で知識も豊富なので子供みんな楽しめました。

残念だったのはタオルが借りられなかった事。念の為用意していったのでなんとかなりましたが。

It was my first experience with mangrove kayaking, and I enjoyed a two-hour tour in calm weather with no wind. Guided by a knowledgeable and lively guide, I was able to make the most of my last day in Okinawa. I went kayaking with my eight-year-old son, who was thrilled to be able to paddle the kayak by himself and kept on rowing. I would love to return for other types of tours on my next trip to Okinawa.

初めてのマングローブカヤック体験でしたが、風もなく穏やかな天気の中、2時間程度のツアーを楽しめました。
ガイドのお兄さんの色々な知識と軽快な語り口に連れられて沖縄最終日のひとときを満喫できました。
私は八歳の息子と二人でカヤックに乗りましたが、息子は自分でカヤック操作できることに喜びを感じてひたすら漕いでくれました笑
また沖縄旅行する際は他のタイプのツアーに戻ってきたいと思います。

I had my first experience with sea kayaking together with my husband. Even though I'm not great with ocean activities, I was able to enjoy it. At first, I couldn't find the shop's location, so I called. I parked in a space adjacent to the café next door, and after going down a narrow path, I found a grassy area with the shop further back. It's a hidden gem with a private feel, very quiet, and I could relax and enjoy myself. The instructor was friendly and kind, and I had a wonderful time. Thank you very much!

海遊びが苦手な私でも楽しむ事ができました。
最初お店の場所がわからず、電話しました。
隣のカフェに隣接したスペースに駐車し、脇にある細い道を下ると芝生広場があり、その奥に店舗があります。
知る人ぞ知る&プライベート感があり、とても静かで、ゆったりのんびり楽しむことができました。インストラクターのお兄さんもフレンドリー且つ親切で素敵な時間を過ごすことができました。本当にありがとうございました！
