I was satisfied with the long duration. The boatman's stories were interesting and enjoyable. I would like to go during the autumn leaves season as well. Depending on where you sit, it might be a bit cramped.

時間も長く満足できました。船頭さんの話も面白く楽しかったです。紅葉の季節にも行きたいです。座る場所によってはせまいかも。

There are many attractions around Osaka Castle that can be used for free, so by combining a boat cruise and entrance fees (for about two places), you can almost break even. Additionally, since you can use the subway, buses, and private railways within Osaka, depending on the location of your hotel, it might be worth purchasing this pass just for sightseeing at Osaka Castle.

The available attractions are somewhat spread out, but they are concentrated in the area, so I think it's better to target specific places to visit.

By the way, I injured my foot while trying to climb the Osaka Castle main tower, so I gave up on going up the tower.

大阪城周辺のアトラクションに無料で使用できるところが多いので、船クルーズと入場料(2か所くらい)の組み合わせで、ほぼ元が取れる。更に地下鉄・バス・大阪市内の私鉄にも乗れるので、宿泊先のホテルの場所によっては大阪城観光のためだけにこのパスを購入してもよいと思う。
利用可能なアトラクションがある程度散らばっているが、エリアに固まっているので、ターゲットを絞って行った方が良いと思う。
なお私は大阪城天守閣に登ろうとしたところで足を痛めたので、天守閣はあきらめました。

You cannot board with just the voucher from Veltra; you need to exchange it for a boarding ticket at the reception. Once the reception hours start, you can board at any time, but if you board too close to the cutoff time, it might be difficult to move to the shower room. I was worried about the cramped space and whether I could sleep, but the gentle rocking of the waves helped me sleep soundly. Wi-Fi is available, but the signal isn't great... It's to be expected since we're on the sea. It seemed like more locals were using this service to come to Hakata than tourists.

ベルトラからのバウチャーだけでは乗れず、受付で乗船券への引き換えが必要です。
受付時間が開始されたら乗船時間は自由ですが、あまり間際に乗るとすぐ消灯時間が来るのでシャワールームへの移動が大変かと思います。
狭くて眠れるか心配でしたが、波の揺れが心地よくぐっすり眠れました。
Wi-Fiは通っていますが、やはり電波はよくないです・・・
海の上だから仕方ないですね。
観光客よりも地元の方々が博多に来るために利用している方が多い印象でした。

I was thinking of taking the jet foil, but since I would just be sleeping once I returned to Nagasaki city, I decided to take it easy and change my plans. The inside of the boat wasn't too crowded, but there were still some passengers. I felt it was about half tourists and half locals. Wi-Fi is available, but the signal isn't great... It's understandable since we're on the sea. I spent my time watching TV, reading a book, having snacks, and napping. The boat hardly sways at all.

ジェットフォイルにしようかと思っていたのですが、長崎市内に戻っても寝るだけなのでゆっくり行くことに変更。
船内はそこまで混んでおらず、かといってお客さんがいないわけではないです。
観光客と地元の方が半々くらいに思いました。

ＴＶを見たり本を読んだり、おやつを食べたり寝たりして過ごしました。
船はほとんど揺れないです。

I used the ferry from Fukue to Narao. There was a quiet announcement that we had arrived at Narao, and since the boat was swaying and no one around me was moving, I thought I shouldn't get off yet. Then, people started boarding, and I was in a bit of a panic. Please be careful to get off immediately when they announce that you have arrived.

長崎行き、福江→奈良尾利用しました。
アナウンスで奈良尾着きましたと小さな声でアナウンスがあり、揺れているのもあり、周りも動かないのでまだ降りてはいけないのかと思ったら、人が乗ってきて、慌てておりました。
着いたと言われたらすぐに降りる必要がありますので注意してください。

The return trip was a boat journey of just under an hour and a half to Nagasaki. We stopped at Narushima, and from there we took a high-speed boat. We arrived in no time. It was great to enjoy two different patterns: the overnight trip there and the morning departure back, arriving in Nagasaki before noon. This time, there was hardly any rocking.

帰りは長崎まで、１時間半弱の船旅。奈留島に寄って、そこからは高速艇に。あっという間に到着。行きの夜行と、帰りの朝出て、お昼前には長崎に着く２パターンを楽しめて良かったです。こちらはほとんど揺れませんでした。

I had ramen in Hakata, then took a taxi to the second pier. Check-in was smooth. Once on board, I was shown to a twin private room. We set sail in an hour, and I prepared my futon. The ship swayed quite a bit during the journey, and I could hear some gasps, but I was almost in deep sleep. By the next morning, we arrived at Fukue Island in the Goto Islands right on time. Compared to the jet foil back to Nagasaki, it takes longer, but I recommend it for active travelers who want to start their day early. The ship is large enough, so it's fine even if it sways. Please check the location of the life-saving equipment.

博多でラーメン食べて、タクシーで第二埠頭へ、チェックインはスムーズ。船内に入り、ツイン個室を案内される。1時間で出航、布団を敷いて備える。途中船が相当揺れ、きゃーと言う声が聞こえつつ、ほぼ熟睡。翌朝には五島列島、定刻に福江島到着。帰りの長崎までのジェットフォイルに比べ、時間は掛かりますが、朝から活動を開始したいアクティブな方オススメです。船は十分大きいので揺れても大丈夫dsと思います。救命道具の在処を確認下さい。

It was my child's first time on a ship, and the interior was beautiful and spacious, so they were in a great mood. If there’s another opportunity, I would appreciate it.

I used this for a round trip for a day tour of Fukue Island in the Goto Islands. The seats were comfortable, similar to a spacious reserved seat in a two-row window seat on the Shinkansen. I was worried about the operation status due to the approaching typhoon, but I think it's a good idea to register for "Kyushu Transportation info.com" as mentioned on the Kyushu Ferry website. By the way, if you research dining options around Fukue Port in advance, it will allow for more efficient travel.

五島福江島の一日観光のため、往復で利用しました。座席は窓際2列のゆったりとした新幹線普通車の指定席同様で快適な船旅でした。台風接近のため運行状況が心配でしたが、九州商船のホームページに記載のとおり「九州のりものinfo.com」を登録しておくと良いと思います。余談ですが、福江港周辺の食事処を事前に調べておくと効率的な移動ができます。

It was much more fun than I imagined. Since I went on a rainy day, the amusement park was closed, but the penguin parade and shows went ahead as scheduled.

The interior was beautifully decorated for Halloween, which was very exciting. There were plenty of photo spots. My 2-year-old and 4-year-old children also enjoyed themselves. The silhouette Halloween decorations in the corridor had various patterns and were lovely.

The penguin parade was set to take place at "Nix Square," so I was waiting for the start time while taking shelter from the rain near the ticket booth. However, even when the time came, no one gathered, and there was no sign of it starting... I searched for staff but couldn't find anyone, so I lined up at the ticket window and asked. I was told that it would be coming from the back of the square, so it would have been better if that had been clearer.

Also, since the dolphin show always splashes water into the audience, I think it would be good to have an announcement or a sign about that in advance. When I went, it was raining, and I was wearing a raincoat, so it was fine, but I think it would have been disastrous if my iPhone or bag got wet without me knowing.

想像よりもかなり楽しかったです。
雨の日に行ったので遊園地はやってませんでしたが、ペンギンパレードやショーは予定通り行われました。

館内は凝ったハロウィン装飾があちこちに施され、とてもわくわくしました。写真映えスポットたくさんです。2歳と4歳の子供達も楽しんでいました。
回廊廊下にあるシルエットのハロウィン装飾も色々なパターンがあって素敵でした。


ペンギンパレードの場所が「ニクス広場」ということで、チケット売り場のあたりで雨宿りしながら開始時間を待っていたのですが、時間になっても人も集まらず始まる気配もない・・・スタッフの方を探し回るもどこにも見当たらず、チケット窓口に並んで窓口の方に聞きました。広場の奥の方から歩いてくるということだったので、もっとわかりやすければ良かったです。

また、イルカのショーは必ず客席に水が飛んでくるので、事前にアナウンスするか貼り紙などあった方が良いと思います。
私が行ったときは雨降りでカッパを着ていたから良かったですが、知らずにiphoneとかカバンが濡れたら悲惨だったと思います。

My first experience with Hozu River Boat Ride. As expected, it started to rain halfway through the trip. They provided a roof when we reached a calm section of the river. The boatman's thoughtfulness was kind, and it was a very enjoyable experience. Next time, I want to bring my grandchild along.

始めての保津川下り。雨の予想通り、出発半ばで雨。
途中流れがないところで、屋根をしてくれました。
船頭さんの心遣いも優しく、とても楽しい経験でした。
次回は孫を連れて行きたいです。

The journey included a trolley, a traditional carriage, and the long-awaited Hozu River boat ride. The view of the Hozu Gorge from the deepest part of the valley, the skill of the boatman, and the entertaining talks and guidance were all fantastic.

You can enjoy wonderful entertainment and activities in nature at the same time.

All of this made the grilled squid and beer purchased from the selling boat at the end absolutely delicious! The flavors change with each season and water level, so I want to go again.

道中はトロッコ、京馬車、そして念願の保津川下り。谷の最深部から見上げる保津川峡の景色、船頭さんの技、オモロ楽しいトークとガイド。
自然の中で素晴らしいエンタメ&アクティビティが同時に楽しめる。
そんなこんながあってこその終盤の売り子船から買うイカ焼き&ビールが最高に美味い！
季節ごと、水量ごとにまた味わいが変わるので、また行きたくなりました。

I entered with two friends and two first graders. Although I had seen it in photos, the actual space and the exciting feeling exceeded my imagination from the pictures, and both adults and children were thrilled. For adults, it was a satisfying escape from daily life, a healing space that stimulated all five senses. There were plenty of clever ideas to keep the children entertained as well. It’s not just a space for Instagram-worthy photos; everything has a concept, which I think is why it’s appreciated not only domestically but also internationally. It's a place I would like to visit again.

友人2名、小学校一年生2名と入場しました。
写真では観ていたものの、実際は写真で想像する以上の空間とわくわくした感覚が待っていて、大人も子供も大はしゃぎでした。
大人にとっても日常を離れた、五感をくすぐられる癒しの空間で大満足です。
子供も飽きずに楽しめる工夫が満載でした。
ただのインスタ映えの空間ではなく、全てにコンセプトがあるアート作品というところが、国内のみならず海外からも評価される理由なのかなと思います。
また訪れたい場所です。

I thought it would be fine for those who are not good with heights since you can climb using the cable car and the ropeway. The view from the top was great, and it was nice to be able to have a meal while enjoying the stunning scenery.

ケーブルカーとロープウェイを使って登るので高いところが苦手な人でも大丈夫かなと思いました。頂上からの景色もよく、絶景を見ながら食事ができるのもよかったです

It was great to be able to complete the procedures smoothly on-site with a reservation in advance.

I plan to make a reservation and go again.

事前予約で現地でスムーズに手続きができ、よかったです。

また、予約して行こう思います。

There was a group of middle school students, and it was lively, but... I was told that at the reception, but it was spacious enough that it didn't bother me at all, and I could see everything. Compared to Tokyo, it does feel a bit smaller, but because it's closer, it's easy to understand where everything is, and it gives a sense of familiarity. If time permits, I definitely recommend visiting.

中学生の団体がいてにぎやかですが…と受付で言われましたが、全然気にならないくらい広くて十分みることができました。東京に比べると低い感は否めませんが、近い分どこがどこなのか分かりやすくて親近感が沸きます。時間が許せばぜひ行かれることをお勧めします。

The night view was beautiful.
The way to form the line for purchasing the outbound ticket felt a bit off. It looked like a line for those already holding tickets to ride the ropeway. The staff seemed confused, perhaps because there aren't many examples of voucher exchanges.
The outbound and return ropeway and mini cable car operate at 15-minute intervals at the same time, leading to a lot of waiting time. (I think this is to encourage purchases at the shop along the way.)
The rooftop was windy and a bit chilly. I heard that if you take something out from the shop, you can view it indoors, but there was no guidance when I bought soft serve ice cream at the shop, so I ended up eating it on the rooftop. I regretted that later.
Overall, the night view is fantastic, but the operation of other facilities is lacking. I'm sharing this in advance so that those who go next won't feel frustrated.

夜景はきれいでした。
往きの乗車券を購入するための列の作り方が、感覚的に変。チケットをもう既に持っていてロープウェイに乗るための列に見える。バウチャーの引換えもあまり例がないのか、係員がとまどっていた。
往きと帰りのロープウェイとミニケーブルカーが同じ時刻の15分間隔で運行していて、待ち時間のタイムロスが多い。（途中の売店で何かを買わせるためなのだと思うけれど）
屋上が風が強く肌寒かった。売店で何かテイクアウトすれば、室内で見られるそうだが、売店でソフトクリームを購入しても案内がなかったので、屋上に行って食べた。後で気付いて残念だった。
総じて、夜景はすごくいいけれど、その他の施設オペレーションがお粗末。次に行かれる方がいらいらしないように前もってお知らせしておきます。

I was so excited to see the whale shark up close! Its white polka dots and round eyes were adorable! They brought us so close that it felt like we could be sucked into its big mouth, and I had a great time seeing all the fish swimming alongside it!

The instructors were very cheerful, chatting with each other and with us, allowing us to experience the lively atmosphere of Okinawa.

They observed how we used the tanks and our swimming in the water, allowing us to swim freely and have fun! For those who were nervous, they guided us by holding our hands until the end, so I think even those who are not good at swimming can feel at ease!

I definitely want everyone to see a big whale shark at least once! Thank you for the amazing experience! ♪

間近でジンベエザメを見ることができて、大興奮でした！白の水玉模様とつぶらな瞳がかわいかったです！
大きな口に吸い込まれそうになるくらい近くに連れてきてくれて、一緒に泳ぐ魚たちもたくさん見れてとても楽しかったです！
インストラクターのお兄さんたちがとっても陽気でスタッフ同士や私たちともおしゃべりしてくれて沖縄の陽気な雰囲気を味わうことができました。

ボンベの使い方や、水中での泳ぎ具合を見て、臨機応変に自由に泳がせてくれて楽しかったです！
緊張している方には、最後まで手をとって誘導していたので泳ぐのが苦手な方も安心だと思います！

大きなジンベエザメをぜひ一度は見てほしい〜！！

I took the jet foil from Nagasaki Port to Fukue Port, and for the return trip, I boarded the ferry. Since it was a long journey, I was worried about seasickness, but I didn't feel sick at all on the way there, so I was able to board with peace of mind, thinking that I would be fine on the way back as well. The large ship had a spacious interior where I could lie down comfortably, and there were blankets and pillows available. Most importantly, there were very few people, which made it pleasant. I was able to relax, watch TV, and sleep. Although it took longer than the jet foil, the fare was cheaper, and I enjoyed the leisurely experience.

長崎港から福江港まではジェットフォイルに乗船し、帰路はフェリーに乗船しました。長旅になるので船酔いが心配でしたが、行きが全く船酔いしなかったので、きっと帰りも大丈夫だろうと安心して乗船することが出来ました。大きな船で、艦内の広いスペースで雑魚寝ができる様になってて、毛布と枕もあり、何よりも人が少なかったため快適でした。ごろごろしながらテレビ見たり寝たりと、ジェットフォイルよりも時間はかかりますが、料金もお安くゆっくりできて良かったです。

The boat trip from Nagasaki Port to Fukue Port takes about an hour and a half. I tend to get seasick easily, and I was quite worried about the rocking of the boat, so I took some motion sickness medication about 30 minutes before departure. However, the waves were calm, and there was no significant rocking, so I was completely fine. I almost fell asleep, and before I knew it, we arrived at Fukue Port, so I must have been able to relax. The check-in process was smooth, and I appreciate the safe operation of the service.

長崎港から福江港まで約1時間半の船旅。船酔いしやすい体質で、結構揺れて船酔いするのではないかと心配で、出発30分前くらいに酔い止めを飲んで乗船しましたが、波が穏やかだったのか気になるほどの揺れはなく全然大丈夫でした。ほぼ寝てしまったのですが、あっという間に福江港に到着しましたので、きっとリラックスできてたのでしょう。受付もスムーズでしたし、安全に運行していただき有難う御座いました。

I printed the voucher at home and brought it with me on the day of the reservation. I arrived by car around 11:30 for my 12:00 reservation. Parking is free.

I submitted the voucher at the reception on the second floor and filled out a separate sheet with my address and name. At that time, I received a reception number and sat on a bench in the back. When my number was called, I boarded the boat in order.

In August, the sunlight was strong, but I appreciated that the boat had a green roof. (This might reduce the feeling of openness a bit.)

The boatmen's talks were entertaining, and the river ride itself was enjoyable. Since it was summer, I think it would have been even better if we could have gotten a bit wetter or had more thrills.

On the way back, I walked around Arashiyama and took the train home. (Since trains are infrequent, it might be good to check the schedule in advance.) Overall, it became a great memory!

予約時のバウチャーを自宅で印刷し、当日持参しました。12時予約で11時半ごろ車で到着です。駐車場は無料です。

改めてバウチャーを2階受付で提出し、別紙に住所や氏名等を記載しました。その際受付番号をもらい奥のベンチに座っていると、受付番号が呼ばれてその順に舟に乗る…という感じです。

8月で日差しが強かったですが、舟には緑色の屋根を付けて下さり助かりました。（その分解放感は薄れるかもしれません）

船頭さんたちのトークは面白く、川下り自体も楽しかったです。夏だったのでもう少し水に濡れたり、スリルがあると一層良かったと思います。

帰りは嵐山を歩き、電車で帰りました。
（電車の本数が少ないので時間を調べておくといいかも）
トータルいい思い出になりました！

I visited in March. I arrived in the evening and enjoyed cake while taking in a view of the city from a window seat. Since I could walk around the entire place, I was able to get a general understanding of the road conditions and the locations of tourist spots.

3月の訪問です。夕方に訪問。窓際のイスでケーキを頂きながら市内を一望。
ぐるりと一周できるので、道路事情や観光スポットの位置関係などもだいたい把握できました。

The tour schedule was unclear. The location for the wagashi experience was also far away, and I had to find and move there on my own. The wagashi experience was just okay.

ツアーの日程がわかりづらい。和菓子体験の場所も離れていて、自分で探して移動する必要かあった。和菓子体験はまずまずでした。

I went to the Old Naval Headquarters Bunker, the Himeyuri Monument, the Peace Memorial Park, and Okinawa World on a 7-hour tour. Thanks to the driver's guidance, I was able to learn a lot about the Okinawa War, which was great. I also appreciate being able to walk along the old paths at the Peace Memorial Park that I didn't know about. Thank you for treating me to sata andagi and drinks as well.

7時間のコースで旧海軍司令部壕、ひめゆりの塔、平和祈念公園、おきなわワールドへ行きました。運転手さんのガイドのお蔭で沖縄戦について詳しく知る事ができ良かったです。平和祈念公園でも私が知らなかった旧道を歩かせていただき感謝してます。サーターアンタギーや飲み物もおごらせて頂きありがとうございました。

Due to increased water levels, the activity was suspended until the day before, but after it resumed, the river rafting was more intense than I expected, and I enjoyed it several times more! The guide was easy to understand, and I definitely want to include this in my itinerary the next time I travel to Kyoto.

前日まで増水の為、休止をされていましたが再開後とあって思ったより激しめの川下りで思ったより数倍楽しめました！船頭さんのガイドも分かりやすくて、また京都に旅行に行く際は必ず日程に入れたいと思います。
