If you are a lucky winner of a whale watching cruise, you will need to be in Hawaii and able to participate in the activity during the 2020 whale season (December 2020 until March 2021).

Only residents of the U.S. are eligible to win the additional merchandise and gift prizes.

You can tag as many people as you like, and each person tagged is one entry.

Winners will be chosen randomly.

• Eligibility: This contest is open to entries that have complied with the guidelines. Account users must be at least 18 years of age as of the date of entry. The contest is open to legal residents of the world and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of HawaiiActivities.com, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the contest. • Contest Period: Entries will be accepted online starting December 22, 2020 to January 15, 2021.
• How to Enter: The contest must be entered by following the stated rules of following HawaiiActivities.com, tagging a selected activity partner, and tagging another Instagram user. The entry must fulfill all contest requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the discretion of Hawaii Activities. The prize is nontransferable.
