Located in Waimanalo near Makapuʻu Point, north of Hanauma Bay on the breathtaking island of Oahu in Hawaii, United States, this place is a marine mammal park, bird sanctuary, and aquarium all rolled into one. Since 1964, the park has been delighting visitors with unforgettable experiences. You can interact with the animals by swimming with dolphins, sea lions, and rays. How to Get There

By Bus

Hop on Honolulu’s city bus, which offers daily routes to and from Sea Life Park Hawaii. Check schedules at www.thebus.org.

By Car

From Waikiki, it’s a quick 30-minute to 1-hour drive to Sea Life Park. Take the H-1 East (Lunalilo freeway) and H-1 becomes Highway 72. Drive through the residential area until you reach the coast. Then continue driving along the coast past Hanauma Bay, the Blow Hole, and Sandy Beach, to Makapu’u Point. You’ll see the large signs indicating Sea Life Park’s entrance on the left side of the road. The parking lot rate is $15 per vehicle per day. However, guests coming to enjoy lunch at Beachboy Lanai get free parking. Be sure to ask the parking booth for details.

You can complete your tour in around two hours, but with more time on hand, indulge in the interactive tours and shows to make your visit an unforgettable experience.
