We were lost, tried to contact before cruise left and no one would answer our calls. Could not get
We were lost, we called 4 times and no one would pick up our calls before ship left us behind. Someone should be there to answer the phone to help out of state customers, we were a group of 6 Senoir Citizens lost in another state. We all lost all our money we called 45 minutes before ship left.
