The guy who picked us up at the hotel and took us to the airport was exactly on time and very courteous. I dont know if veltra trains their staff to do this, but every time we used them for something the staff was always nice enough to tell us things to pay attention to ..what to go see ..what was closed or open..how to get through the airport when leaving...i just LOVEEEE that they dont leave you hanging trying to figure everything out for yourself!!!
This company as a whole gets 10 stars in my book...but since i can only rate 5 on here..then ill give it 5!!! Thank you veltra for making our trip so much smoother in transition!!

Great start to a great trip!

Our shuttle to the hotel was on time the lady who picked us up was wonderfully sweet and soo helpful...she accidentally got the hotel drop site wrong- because there were 2 hotels with basically the same name...however she didnt make a fuss just politely apologized and loaded our bags back in the bus and got us to the right hotel...she like everyone else we have dealt with through veltra was amazingly courteous and professional and she was really down to earth , she shared a lot of great things to do and a little about her which i loved ....so great to feel so welcomed. Veltra as a whole really has mastered great customer service and i love that they respond to the reviews even if theyre good reviews...most companies only reach out if there was an issue. I wish they were in more states because would book through them every.single.time.

Simply Amazing!!!

Well needless to say this was a great experience, however id like to take the time to brag personally on our girl...she not only waited for our flight to come in which was over 45 min late coming in. ..but she was soooo sweet and just very helpful in getting us to our shuttle...just a great experience all around!

Amazing!

You know im always apprehensive when booking anything online, but i must say i was EXTREMELY pleased with how smooth everything went...the shuttle was always on time and exactly where it was supposed to be. The polynesian cultural center was amazing in itself! Loved every minute of it....cant wait to go back! Veltra took care of everything i asked for and the tour guides were so incredibly friendly!
