Avoid this business: Prioritizes profit over customer safety and experience

We booked this charter primarily for snorkeling, with sightseeing and fishing as secondary goals. Despite calling twice before the trip to express concerns about a 30 mph wind forecast, we were repeatedly told it was fine to proceed.
On the day of the trip, the conditions were so poor that other local companies canceled their snorkeling tours. Our captain even explicitly stated that snorkeling was unsafe. We pivoted to whale watching, but saw nothing due to the weather; the conditions were so miserable we had to cut the trip short.
Most disappointing was the company’s response. When I reached out, they claimed snorkeling was still possible "for strong swimmers"—a reckless statement considering we had children with us and the waves were objectively dangerous. It’s clear this business prioritizes keeping your money over customer safety and satisfaction. Avoid this company; they do not have their customers' best interests in mind.

I was thrilled to see a pod of dolphins that I thought I wouldn't be able to see! My husband and child had a great time sailing, but unfortunately, I forgot to take my motion sickness medication and ended up feeling seasick. Up until that point, everything was wonderful!

Whale watching together with our friends was such a precious experience and we would recommend it for everyone. I went with my grandchild. The weather wasn't great, and the sea in January was cold. There was some rocking, and just when my first grader started to feel a little seasick, we spotted a whale, which was incredibly exciting!
The staff had a wonderful atmosphere. I only had a card with me, but I ordered juice anyway... However, they responded with such kindness and excellent service that I want to give back next time.

We had no idea what to expect. We just thought a little boat ride would be fun. It ended up being our favorite thing we did on our trip. We started off in the bay seeing dolphins swimming and spinning around and then went through some white capped waves that felt like a thrill ride. We laughed and smiled the whole time. Felt completely safe and taken care of.

The waves were not high, and it was comfortable. We saw dolphins shortly after departing, which really boosted everyone's spirits! I think people of all ages can enjoy this. There were even pregnant women on board. If you're worried about seasickness, it might be a good idea to take some motion sickness medication beforehand for peace of mind.

Since we went quite far from the shore, we were able to enjoy the beauty of Diamond Head and the entire coastline while taking in the beautiful sea! Inside the boat, lively pop music was playing, creating a vibrant atmosphere that felt very international!

I experienced this with my 3-year-old son and my mother in her 70s. I made a reservation on the morning of the day, but it was possible to book about two hours in advance. The boarding location is Waikiki Beach, which is very convenient.
I didn't understand the English explanations at all, but it worked out somehow. Once we headed out to sea, the boat rocked quite a bit, but my son fell into a deep sleep halfway through. He woke up on the way back to Waikiki Beach and seemed to really enjoy standing in a spot where he could feel the netted sea right below him.
The boat was clean, and the crew was friendly, making it enjoyable for people of all ages. The sun was strong, but there were shaded areas as well. It ends quickly in just an hour, so I recommend it for a little free time.

The scenery was, of course, breathtaking, and the crew was cheerful. There were fewer Japanese people, so I was able to talk with foreign guests as well. Additionally, I was able to sit at the front of the boat where a lot of splashes from the water were, which made it a very enjoyable activity.

I feel like I've been coming to Hawaii on this ship every year. I love the view of Waikiki and the hotels when I look back after heading out to sea 😊. The scenery that disappears at night can be fully appreciated during the day. I'm also looking forward to seeing the back of Diamond Head. Sea turtles and dolphins... they show up every year as well.

I rode this again after going last time. The sea sparkled beautifully. The dolphins came close and stayed with us for quite a while. The sea breeze felt really nice.

In front of Duke's restaurant you walk a few steps on the beach onto a wonderful catamaran-then go out for a hour ride on the water- the weather was sunny 85 degrees once out for five minutes the two front sails are dropped and the wind takes over the power. what a view of the open waters and Diamond Head on the left. Before we turned around to head back to shore, I had finished my first drink, a MaiTai, then on way back in had a fresh pineapple juice with rum-what's not to like? Did I say drinks are included! The view of the Honolulu beach and all the high rise hotels was cool coming in. To top off such a wonderful time, had dinner at Duke's-that's another story-do this it will be a highlife of your visit to Oahu.

When I go to Hawaii, I always end up on a catamaran. It's great to spend an hour and a half cruising the open sea while enjoying drinks. This time, one of the female staff members cast a fishing line, and towards the end, she caught an impressive big fish, which was quite a surprise!

Since it was during a campaign, it was quite a good deal compared to other companies' catamarans. Although the all-you-can-drink option doesn't allow for excessive drinking, I was overall very satisfied! I had a truly Hawaiian experience.

We went on a boat ride as a family. At first, I was worried about the kids getting seasick, but the fun outweighed that concern, and our excitement skyrocketed! The view of Waikiki from the sea was refreshing, and we could see Diamond Head beautifully! I want to experience it again!

In the midst of rising prices, the all-you-can-drink service was a delightful offering! We were the only Japanese people there, and the number of guests was just right, so we could relax without feeling cramped. We chose a catamaran with a restroom just in case since we had children with us, but we didn't use it even once. The kids had a great time too!
