I unexpectedly got to see a lot of whales. I didn't see this many even during whale watching. The other guests were all foreigners except for us. But we had no trouble at all and had a great time.
Everything was fun, but this cruise was my favorite. I definitely want to ride it again when I come to Hawaii!

I was worried that the strong winds from the typhoon would cause the trip to be canceled, but I’m glad we were able to set sail as planned. I participated with three friends, and it was their first experience, while I had been before. We saw three turtles and intentionally sat in a spot to get splashed by the waves, enjoying the beautiful blue sea and sky. My friends were very happy, which made me glad as well. Personally, I prefer the aggressive daytime experience of getting splashed over the quiet drifting at sunset. I want to participate again next time!

I ride this yacht almost every time.

We participated in various optional tours, but this was the most enjoyable optional tour in Hawaii. I would do it again.

For about ten years, my mother and I have been visiting Hawaii almost every year, but this time we decided to try sailing for the first time and boarded the Mai Tai Catamaran, which departs near our hotel. I used to stay at the Sheraton, so I often saw it, but I never thought to ride it... For some reason, I was curious this time and decided to give it a try, and it was so much fun! I wish I had done this every year. As mentioned in other reviews, there were very few Japanese people on board. My mother doesn't speak English, but she had a great time getting wet and laughing with someone from another country who was sitting across from us, using gestures to communicate. It was refreshing to look at the city of Waikiki and Diamond Head from the sea and feel the ocean breeze. We also saw sea turtles. The duration of the trip was just right. I read in other reviews that it was good to bring less luggage, so I tried to minimize what I brought. Before boarding, they took our picture, which we could purchase on the way back for $20. Unfortunately, I didn't have the money to buy it, and that's the only regret I have.

We had a great time on the boat with our two kids and baby. They lived seeing the fish and turtles through the glass. The captain and his mate were very friendly. We would do this again!
