You will have your photo taken before boarding the ship after checking in. While it's not mandatory to purchase the photo when disembarking, it does add a bit of time to the boarding process. There were many foreign participants, but there were also some Japanese people. Even though we didn't communicate much verbally, it was enjoyable to share the same space and connect a little. The sunset viewed from the ship was a different experience compared to watching it from the beach, and it was truly moving. I would love to participate again next time.

We participated as a family of three. We took a boat out to sea, and from there, we started parasailing. There were three groups on the boat, including us. We were the first to fly, and since two of us were going together, I thought I would be alone, but surprisingly, we ended up flying together as a group of three. Since there were three of us, the balance was a bit off, and we had to hold onto the rope. However, flying at 180 meters was high, and it was thrilling with amazing views, so it was great. In the end, we were dropped into the sea a little, but that became a memorable experience. We'll definitely do it again next time.

We had a blast on the catamaran from start to finish. We looked into the dinner cruises but were drawn to the quaintness and al-inclusive drinks on the catamaran. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful to show you a good time. The sail included a ride past Diamond Head and then returned toward the sunset over the Pacific. Seeing the many sailboats, paddleboarders, and surfers along the way was fun. We would definitely do it again.

Six groups, including us, experienced parasailing. Among them, there was one other Japanese group besides us.

The jet took all six groups out to sea. Then, one by one, they pulled up the parachute with the jet. If you go first, you will be on the jet for the duration until the remaining five groups finish. If you go last, you will have to wait for all five groups to finish. Either way, the time spent on the jet remains the same.

The waiting time can be a bit tough, but when you are actually experiencing it, you are enveloped in your own world, quietly enjoying the moment. It was a lot of fun!

In addition to the application fee, I paid $30 for DSLR photography and $20 for tips.

After checking in, I was lent a rash guard and received a brief lecture on the beach about my position on the board, how to stand up, and how to use the paddle, before heading straight into the ocean for practice. At first, I was a bit stiff and hesitant to stand up from my knees due to fear, but once I managed to stand, it wasn't as scary anymore. However, when the board rocked with the waves, I braced my feet and lost my balance, falling into the sea! In a panic, I clung to the board and somehow managed to get back on it, but I realized I had let go of the paddle, which was floating about 2 meters away from me.

I was so far away from the instructor and my family that I couldn't even hear them, and I was at a loss without being able to retrieve the paddle. Fortunately, a photographer (who was also on a board and taking pictures nearby) noticed my situation and came back to help me get the paddle, which saved the day. Thank you very much!

When the board rocked with the waves, I learned to keep my knees soft instead of bracing my feet, allowing my whole body to absorb the movement, which helped me avoid falling.

I spent about an hour and a half going back and forth in a relatively calm area from in front of the Royal Hawaiian to near the Moana Surfrider, and just as I was starting to have fun, it was time to finish. For my first experience, it was quite enjoyable. The instructor spoke only in English.

ボードが波で揺れた時は、足を踏ん張らずに膝を柔らかくして、身体全体で揺れを吸収するようにしましたら、落ちることも無くなりました。
１時間半ほどロイヤルハワイアンの前から隣のモアナサーフライダーの前の辺りまでの、割と穏やかな場所を何周かして、ようやく楽しくなってきたころに終了。初めてにしては十分楽しく事が出来ました。
インストラクターの方は英語のみでした。

Soooo Much Fun!! And they are not stingy on the drinks.lol I thought I would have to be asking for drinks but they actually go around often to refill your cup. I was never fully done with my drink. (And my friends and I were racing to finish them!) lol We were on the corner of the sailboat so we got soaked! We didn't mind getting wet though! Everyone must do this! So worth it!

I stayed at the Waikiki Park Hotel, and right in front of the ABC Store, there was a tourist information center with a foreigner. They offered the Atlantis submarine tour for just $40 per person. I had heard that local bookings were cheaper, but I didn't expect it to be this low. The water quality was quite murky, and our next tour was canceled.

My son was happy to be on the boat, and the staff were all very cheerful and wonderful people, but despite that, I still had some dissatisfaction with the tour. If you have a basic level of English or have a translation app or English conversation book on your smartphone, I strongly recommend making a local reservation.

By the way, the souvenir photos that are common at theme parks cost $50. At Dole Plantation, the train photos were $25, so I bought them there.

I used this service for my first trip to Hawaii. Although there were no staff members who spoke Japanese, both the shuttle staff and the onboard staff were friendly and welcomed us warmly. There was also a Japanese manual before boarding the boat, which made me feel at ease for the departure. About 7 to 8 years ago, I participated in surfing lessons here. It was my first time, but I managed to ride the waves a few times and had so much fun that I decided to join again. This time, I successfully rode all the waves! Yay! The staff were incredibly helpful, and I realized once again that this school is the best. They give you a little push at the moment you catch the wave, which makes you feel like you've really "caught it!" After that, all you need to do is stand up calmly, and you're good to go! Riding the waves was a success. Of course, paddling is tough, but my sister, who joined me, is also a woman in her late 40s. If you have the motivation, you can definitely do it, so I highly encourage everyone to give it a try. Surfing in Hawaii is the best memory for a trip!

By the way, I also tried surfing on the Gold Coast, but I couldn't ride a single wave. I wonder if the waves in Hawaii are better or if the staff are just that good, as it felt surprisingly easy to stand up.

I was a bit worried after seeing some comments saying the service was "neglected," thinking, "Was it really great 7 to 8 years ago but has changed?" However, that was not the case at all. 今回は波乗り全部成功しましたよ。ヤッター！スタッフの方に大変助けてもらって、やはりここのスクールでなくっちゃと改めて思いました。波乗りの瞬間、ひと押し入れて下さるんですよ～。これで「乗った！」と実感できるので、あとは落ち着いて立てばＯＫ！波乗り成功です。もちろんパドルはしんどいですが、私も一緒に参加した妹も４０歳後半女性です。やる気があれば、がんばれますので是非是非皆さんも体験して下さい。「ハワイでサーフィン」なんて旅の思い出として最高です！
（ちなみにゴールドコーストでもサーフィンに挑戦しましたが１度も乗れませんでした。ハワイは波が良いのか、スタッフが良いのか不思議と簡単に立てます）

時々、書き込みで「放ったらかし」とあったので、「７～８年前は凄く良かったけど変わってしまったのかな？」と心配していましたが、全然そんなことなく、素敵な笑顔で励ましてくれたり、力強く助けて下さったり、本当に最高のスタッフでした。一生懸命パドルしてるけど力不足で進まない、行きたい方向に行けないなんて時にはしっかりサポートしてくれます。

最後に一番面倒を見てくれたスタッフと写真を撮りたかったのですが、取り損ねて残念。後片付けを一生懸命されてるので声をかけるのが申し訳なくて。あのレッスンの後に後片付けもなんて、本当にパワフルなスタッフです！
またハワイに行ったら、絶対レッスンに参加します。その時、私５０歳超えかもですが。。。（笑）

We visited Hawaii for our honeymoon, and I booked this show again for my husband, who was visiting Hawaii for the first time. We were able to watch the show in an open outdoor setting in Waikiki, and it seemed like my husband enjoyed it. The show is wonderful, but just like last time, the buffet (food) isn't particularly delicious, so it's best not to have high expectations (though the meat was good). We might not go for a third time, but I think it's worth seeing once. Also, please note that buses do not stop at the bus stop in front of the Hilton right now!

It was after a once-in-a-decade hurricane hit Hawaii, so I was worried about the strong winds and whether my 8-year-old could participate. However, the weather was great on the day of the event, and we were able to enjoy the wonderful scenery. My child was thrilled and said, "It was the best!" On our last day in Hawaii, my girlfriend and I dressed up and boarded a boat, but it felt like a children's summer camp from the movie The Addams Family, with an overly cheerful muscle crew interacting with families and elderly couples in a typically American, broad manner. The food was terrible, mostly fried items that would have been better left unserved. It might be fine for families with children under 13 or elderly couples, but I can't recommend it for couples. My girlfriend felt seasick and became moody, stopping talking altogether. Everyone seemed to be happily enjoying the sea turtles popping up, but I wondered if it was really that fun. This tour, which only goes a short distance from Waikiki Beach, reminded me a lot of the 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea ride I took at Disney World in Florida long ago. We boarded a submarine-like attraction that was full with just 15 people, dove only 2 meters, and saw a mechanical octopus that was broken and wouldn't move, with dads exclaiming "Waoooo!!" to their kids. It brought back that atmosphere.

We opted to have dinner as well as the show. We had a great dinner along with a pre-show of hula dancers. After dinner, we were escorted to the show room. These performers were the best. At one point, I had to remind myself that these were impersonators. We saw Elvis, who was one of the best that we had ever seen. Lady Gaga was fantastic and Michael Jackson would have given the real Michael Jackson a run for his money on the moon walk. If you are in Waikiki, don't miss this show. Well worth it!

We loved the sunset ride. The crew members and caption were professional and fun. The music took us back to our teenage years. Very fun and romantic. The views were awesome. God willing if we get a chance to come back to the island, we will do this again. A must do!

Surf HNL - Waikiki Surfing Lessons at Ala Moana Beach

I expected a stand up paddle board group lesson but ended up with a solo surf lesson and had a great time. Chris was a good instructor and got me out into the water and riding the waves in hardly any time at all. He was also close by and attentive to my safety and form. It was great fun and I plan on doing it again the next time I'm in Hawaii....

I had seen the catamaran at the beach for a while. Since I was traveling alone this time, I hesitated a bit, but I'm glad I participated! I had a great time!

There were no dolphins, but I encountered a honu! It was just floating around, and I was thrilled!

During the cruising, I wasn't exactly near the net, but I got pretty wet, haha. The weather was nice, so I dried off quickly and got a nice tan. I enjoyed cruising while sipping on a $5 Mai Tai. Next time, I’ll have fun splashing around near the net with my friends!

少し躊躇しましたが参加してよかった！楽しめました！

イルカはいなかったけど、ホヌに遭遇！普通にプカプカしていて感激！

クルージング中は、ネットのまわりにいたわけでもないけどかなり濡れます笑
天気がよかったのですぐ乾くしいい感じに日焼けできました。
５ドルのマイタイを飲みながらクルージングを楽しみました。
次回は友達とネット近くではしゃぐぞー！
