I've been on several snorkel day boat trips and this was one of the best. The turtles were amazing and we're all around us. We also had a wonderful sail as well. Captain and crew were Friendly and helpful. Price was great. Loved it!

I participated in a tour during Silver Week. The sunset viewed from the catamaran and the Waikiki sunset were amazing. The Mai Tai was a bit weak in alcohol but still delicious. I switched to beer and enjoyed a few Mai Tais along with some beer. We encountered some rain and got soaked, but that was part of the fun. It was a very enjoyable two hours.

The only downside was that although the meeting time was set for 5 PM, when I asked the staff before 5 PM, they said, "We won't check in for another 20 minutes," and we ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes before departure. I wish I could have done more shopping during that time, so I deducted one star for that. However, it was such a fun tour that I almost forgot about that.

ただマイナス点は、集合時間が5時になっていたのに、5時前に係りの人に尋ねると、「後20分くらいしないとチェックしない」と言われ、出航まで結局 30分近く待っていました。
それならもっと買い物したかったのに、、、と時間がすこしもったいなかったのでマイナス星１つです。
でもそれを忘れるくらいたのしいツアーでした。

We booked this event last minute e.g. the afternoon before the event day and we're lucky that we got on. We enjoyed the trip. The food was ok perhaps average for the price of the event. 2 alcoholic baverages were included subsequent alcoholic drinks were 1$ (beer, wine) or 2$ (cocktails, mixed drinks) which is very cheap. So a good deal for people who can drink a lot. The crew was friendly, helpful and knowledgable.

I waited for about 15 minutes for the pick-up. It was mentioned that there would be a "trolley with a logo to greet us," but no one came despite waiting... I kept an eye out every time a car stopped, but there was no sign of the right vehicle. After more than 15 minutes had passed, I started to feel anxious and decided to call. They told me, "It already passed." I hurriedly took a taxi to the location where the boat was departing and managed to make it in time for the tour.

When I spoke to a Japanese woman at the reception about the absence of the vehicle and the fact that we weren't called, she responded as if it was our fault, saying, "We don't call names, you know? Others have gotten on." The vehicle I saw was just an ordinary van without any logos.

Having participated in various tours before, I noticed that the pick-up staff usually have a list of participants. If it was just a regular van, at least they could have mentioned the tour name... The pick-up location in front of the Duke statue has many cars stopping, and since it also serves as a meeting point for other tours and a trolley stop, it is quite difficult to identify a non-logo vehicle as the tour vehicle without any guidance.

The guide on the boat was a local who entertained the participants well, but the fact that we made others wait and the unpleasant attitude from the Japanese woman at the reception turned what should have been a fun memory in Hawaii into a disappointing one.

車を見るとロゴも何もないただのワゴン車でした。
今まで色々なツアーに参加してきましたが送迎の方は必ず参加者のリストを持っていたし、普通のワゴン車なのであればせめてツアー名だけでも言ってくれれば良いのに...と思います。
Pick Up場所のデューク像前は止まる車も多く、他のツアーの待ち合わせ場所やトロリー乗り場にもなっているため、案内もなしにロゴの無い車をツアーの車だと判断するのはかなり難しいです。
船に乗ったガイドさんは現地の方で参加者を楽しませてくれましたが、他の参加者を待たせてしまったこと、受付の日本人女性にすごく感じの悪い態度を取られたことで、ハワイで楽しい思い出を作るはずが残念な思い出となりました。

We were a family of 8 people that included 4 young adult children looking for a fireworks cruise that included dinner and found this cruise on this website that was very well priced.
The fireworks are on at the Hilton Hawaiian Village every Friday night and the Hilton put on a fireworks cruise at a more expensive price but I wasn't sure if we would like the food so decided to go for this cruise that included BBQ buffet dinner at Shore Bird restaurant in the Outrigger hotel. We met the Holokai catamaran on the beach directly out front of the Shore Bird restaurant. The crew were friendly and we were able to purchase our drinks on board and got to keep our cocktail shaker that we bought our drinks in, nice souvenir! We sailed out to position in front of the Hilton Hotel Rainbow tower.
Such a lovely tour to do whether you are a small or large group and then return to the beach to make your way to a BBQ of fish,chicken or steak and help yourself to the all you can eat salad buffet followed by desert.
We had the steak and fish for dinner and we're happy with our meals, I especially liked their potato salad int the salad buffet as well.
The restaurant overlooks the beach and they also have karaoke. I would highly recommend this cruise as it is well priced and it gives you the option of dinner or no dinner if you would prefer to eat elsewhere.

On the day of the event, perhaps due to the strong winds, my wife and child were able to participate in the first round, but during the second round (myself and my child), our parachute got tangled, and we were unable to participate. It was very disappointing.

We went as a couple, but the kids who came in a group and rode in the three-seater seemed to be having a great time together.

You can take photos yourself, but it's also fine to take turns with the people you're riding with, so there's no need to worry about photos.

I have a significant fear of heights, but I had no problems at all!! The reason I decided to challenge myself to jump from 150 meters was because I saw everyone's experiences.

Since I participated alone, I jumped with others. Everyone was supposed to jump from different heights, but from the boat, they all looked like they were at the same height. The price varies depending on the height, so I'm really unsure if the person I jumped with was actually at the same height as me. Was it possible they were lower than 150 meters? Did the person I jumped with not actually want to jump from 150 meters? If that could be clarified, it would have been incredibly fun☆

I definitely recommend taking photos. I think they make for great memories. If they could also provide photos (or videos) from above while jumping, that would be even better. I want to jump again when I go to Hawaii!! The staff made it enjoyable, so I created wonderful memories.

Last year, I attended the "VIP Dinner & Cocktail Show," and both the food and the show were excellent, so I was determined to end my last night in Oahu here. This year, I upgraded to the "Green Room & Dinner Show." Unexpectedly, I was able to participate through a monitor tour.

その後、舞台装置や照明、衣装、小道具、楽屋などを分かりやすい説明を交え案内してくれました。まだ誰もいない舞台でスターになった気分でここでもパチリ！スターの早変わりや舞台を横切るサーフボードなどバックステージツアーのおかげで普段何気なく見ているショーが一層、面白く感じました。

ディナーの柔らかいステーキとマッシュポテトが美味しい。これまた美味しいパンはおかわり
できます。サーモンとロブスターは少し生臭い気がしました。デザートはかなり甘いのですが
珈琲とベストマッチです。

エルビス・マイケル・リトルリチャード３人のショーでした。前もって代表的な歌詞の内容を把握して行ったので、前回以上に感激しました。
タヒチアンフラを含めダンサー達の切れの良いパフォーマンスにしばし夢の中！特にファイアーダンサーの力強く美しいダンスはとても口では表現できません。是非ご自身で感じてください。

I made a reservation because I wanted to see hula (since it feels like Hawaii). The food was quite delicious, and the atmosphere was nice. Additionally, it was fun to see various Polynesian dances, not just hula. The Tahitian performance was the most exciting, and my dad was invited on stage to dance, which made for a fun experience. Since we chose the standard seating, the stage was a bit far, but they danced facing different directions, so it was enjoyable even from the side. It was a bit pricey, but I think it was worth the cost.

I initially made a reservation for 9/7 at 10:00, but when I arrived at the port, thunder started, and due to the captain's judgment, the trip was unfortunately canceled. I experienced this twice in Bali, but in Hawaii, we went much further out and climbed really high, so all three of us were very satisfied. The motorboat experience from the port to the open sea was also fun. I often hear about the pickup taking a while, but in our case, we were surprised to find the bus waiting for us as soon as we stepped outside. However, the return of the boat seemed to be delayed, so if you have a tight schedule, it might be frustrating. The tip was displayed as $8 on the boat, and since I wasn't prepared with $1 bills, I panicked and ended up giving more, which meant I didn't have any tip left for Yano, our driver. I signed up for the trip to Hawaii just before departure because my daughter said she really wanted to try it. On the day of the event, it was drizzling occasionally, and while I was worried, we waited for the shuttle. As we waited longer and felt anxious, a staff member from Japan called to let us know we were at the wrong pickup location, and after that, we were successfully picked up. The parasailing experience was more refreshing than I had expected and turned out to be a valuable experience. My daughter says it’s her favorite memory from the trip!

We requested photo shooting for $30, and the pictures turned out great. I think it was because the staff were used to the swaying. It was a really good tour. When I emailed to request a three-person ride, I received a polite response saying that depending on the weather and other conditions, it might be a two-person ride, but I decided to go ahead and book anyway. In reality, it was a three-person ride!! The kids were thrilled and really felt like they were flying. I would love to do it again. I think the height of 110 meters was sufficient. The flying time was longer than I expected. I thought it would end quickly... After arriving by car, we waited for about 15 minutes for the boat to reach the port, but I think this depends on the number of people in the previous group. Each group is set for an hour, but if there are fewer people in the previous group, they return sooner, allowing us to board earlier. If there are more people, it takes longer, which inevitably delays our start... But I think that's just how it is, depending on the reservation situation. In our group, we were the only Japanese, and there were three other groups. My children and I flew first. 家族で参加しました。母である私と、１３歳と１０歳の子供たち。父親はビデオ撮影者として同行しました。（ボートが揺れてあまりよく撮れなかったらしい…）。写真撮影は３０ドルでお願いしました。ばっちり撮れてました。揺れに慣れているスタッフだからこそかなと思いました。とても良いツアーでしたよ。予約時に３人乗りをリクエストする旨のメールを送ったところ、天候などの状況によっては２人乗りになってしまうとの返答を頂きましたが、丁寧な返答だったので、それでも予約しようと決めました。実際は３人乗りでした！！子供たちも大喜びで、本当に鳥になった気分でした。またやりたいです。高さとしては１１０メートルで十分だったと思います。思ったよりも飛んでいた時間は長かったです。すぐ終わるかとおもっていたので…。車で現地に着いたあと、ボートが港に着くまで待ちます。１５分くらいだったけど、これは前のグループの人数にもよると思います。一時間ずつ設定されていますが、前のグループの人数が少なければ早く帰ってくるから早く乗れるし、多ければその分時間もかかっているはずなので帰りが遅く、必然的に自分たちのスタートも遅れていく…。でも仕方ないかとも思います。そのときの予約状況次第なので…。私たちのグループは日本人は私たちだけ、あとは３組いました。私と子供たちは最初に飛びました。日本語の上手なイケメン船長ら２人やその他の乗客たちとも楽しく過ごせました。ボートはかなり揺れます。この体験談を参考に酔い止め薬を飲んでよかったと思いました。他の方たちが飛んでいる間も揺れてるし、ほんとにずーっと揺れてます。酔い対策は是非！！（特にお子様は）。結局港に戻って車に乗り込んだのは１２時１６分でした。１１時スタートのグループに予約したので終了時間は少しずれ込みました。（スタートが前述通り遅れたため）。でも、こればかりは仕方ないことだと思うので、スケジュールには余裕を持ったほうが良いです。終了時間（スタート時間）がある程度遅れることは念頭に、是非この素晴らしい体験を！！VELTRAの皆さん、ありがとうございました。毎回お世話になってますが、また来年ハワイに行きますので（懲りないな～）、良いツアーをじっくり探させて頂きますね。その時は宜しくお願い致します！

I signed up for SUP. As others have mentioned, the meeting point is hard to find. I registered with three other people, and while the other members rented rash guards, for some reason, I was not provided one. Then, just when I thought the lesson was starting, it unexpectedly turned into a surfing lesson. I thought it might be similar to SUP for a while and continued with the lesson, but it felt off, so I approached the instructor, who admitted there had been a misunderstanding. Despite having properly handed over the printed VERTRA voucher, I find it puzzling how such a simple mistake could occur. After that, we had to exchange equipment, resulting in about 15 minutes of lost time. Honestly, I wanted our precious time back. The instructor conducted the lesson 99% in English. Even when I asked questions in Japanese, I was told they didn't understand. It was labeled as "beginner-friendly," but the waves were much stronger than I imagined, and we had to paddle quite far out, which was incredibly scary for a beginner like me. The instructor kept gesturing for me to hurry up as I was lagging behind, but it was truly impossible for me to keep up. I was so frightened that I couldn't even stand. If we were going that far out, I think they should at least provide life jackets. The fear of whether the instructor would actually help me, who wasn't even wearing the rash guard, in case of an emergency made me give up after a few minutes. When I tried to paddle in shallower water for some fun, another staff member came to collect the equipment, and it was a forced end to my experience. There were several instructors available, so I thought it wouldn't be a problem, but I ended up spending a very boring time. Although it was supposed to last 1.5 hours, it actually ended in about an hour. Later, I rented equipment personally at another place and had fun.

正直、私たちの貴重な時間を返して欲しいと思いました。
インストラクターは99%英語でのレッスンです。
日本語で質問しても、分からないと言われます。
【初心者向け】と記載してありますが、想像より波もかなりあり、かなり沖の方まで移動するので、初心者の私にしたら、とてつもなく怖かったです。
インストラクターに遅れて漕いでいると「早く来い」と何度もジェスチャーで呼ばれるのですが、本当に無理です。ついていけません。
足がすくみ、立つことすらできませんでした。
あんなに沖に出るならライフジャケットくらい貸してくれれば良いと思うのですが。
万が一のとき、ここのラッシュガードすら着ていない私を、果たしてインストラクターは助けてくれるのかという恐怖も重なり、数分でリタイアしました。
浅いところでパドルして楽しもうと思ったら、別のスタッフに道具を回収され、強制終了でした。
何人も手空きのインストラクターもいたので、問題ないと思ったのですが、とても退屈な時間を過ごしました。
所要時間1.5時間とありますが、実際１時間ほどで終了しました。
後日、別のところで個人的に道具だけレンタルして楽しみました。
