We went there as a pair. I showed the receptionist the screen from Veltra to communicate that we had a reservation, but she didn't seem to understand well. We were guided to our seats, but I was looking forward to seeing the live performance, and from my position, I could only see part of the instruments at the edge of the stage due to the building's wall.

Only the regular menu was left on the table, and we were left waiting. After a while, a male staff member came, and when I showed him the Veltra reservation again, he understood. I was asked which main dish I wanted, but nothing was asked about the appetizers, and they just brought two types without any discussion. For dessert, it was written on Veltra that we could choose from three options, but without being asked, two types were automatically brought to us.

All the dishes were delicious and the portions were generous.

In terms of location, it was by the poolside surrounded by hotels, and we could hear the voices of children playing, so it wasn't a quiet atmosphere with a view of the sea and live music.

受付の女性にベルトラの画面を見せて予約してある事を伝えましたが、よくわかっていなさそうでした。
席に案内されましたが、ライブ見られると楽しみにしてたのですが私の位置からは建物の壁でステージ端っこの楽器一部しか見えず・・

席には普通のメニューのみ置かれていてそのまま放置。しばらくすると男性スタッフが来たので
もう一度ベルトラのを見せると理解してくれました。
メインをどれにするかは聞かれましたが、前菜に関しては何も聞かれず、普通に2種類持ってこられました。
デザートもベルトラの内容には3種類から選べるように書かれていましたが、聞かれる事なく2種類が自動的に運ばれてきました。

料理はどれも美味しく量も多かったです。

ロケーション的にはホテルに囲まれたプールサイドにあり、子供達の遊ぶ声などもするので
海が見えてライブ音楽で静かな感じ〜とかではなかったです。

Such a fun and thrilling experience! Enjoyed the combo of paddling out and then riding/surfing the waves in. First-time for us plus our two teenagers, and everyone loved it! Staff are so friendly and helpful, too. Definitely recommend booking in advance like we did! Won't regret it!

Super easy and fun. Short boat trip with essentials provided to jump in, snorkel, and see some turtles. Crew was friendly and accommodating. Bring your own snacks, towel and fins too (only snorkel, mask, and floaty provided). Snorkel spot was a bit crowded with other tours but seeing honus did not disappoint. We say 7-8 turtles at one point, Amazing!

Scenic setting to see Waikiki in the sea! Perfect scenery for sunset on warm waters. Great staff who are friendly and accommodating :) I would recommend for a great time with others out on the sea.

My son and husband did this as their first scuba adventure and it was perfect! Great instructors and setting made my son feel at ease and safe with his surroundings. I would definitely recommend this activity to anyone who’s thinking about a different ocean experience!

Lots of fun! Crew was entertaining, very nice and good at refilling drinks as needed. Perfect amount of time on boat. Sunset was beautiful!

If you have the chance to go parasailing do it! Especially with this company. Amazing crew and easy check in. The experience is amazing and for about 80-100 photos you can pay 40
Dollars and get all those amazing pictures while In the air. They don’t ask for tip but please do it as they deserve it for making the experience memorable.

We have never been Parasailing and were apprehensive of the experience. Let me just say, our time was awesome!! The staff was great, engaging, and totally awesome!! We will definitely be back and look forward to another adventure. Thanks everyone!!

The staff were amazing! Remembered our names and got my some to go in the water even though he didn’t want too! Was windy, but we had so much fun!

Had a great time. BEST BOAT AND CREW I’VE HAD! Crew was fun, instructional and well-prepared. Handled us in an AWESOME manner with Aloha. The “big let down” was the sheer number of the other boats trying to come into the same small area. There were 7 other boats very close to us. I kept being bumped into by swimmers from other boats. It’s freaking ridiculous! And I know there’s nothing you guys can do to control that so I can’t hold it against you. But it would be nice if the tourism board or the county did some thing to limit it. Especially when your boat has been doing this much longer than the others.

This was my second parasailing adventure, and like my first time the experience didn't disappoint. The captain and his first mate were helpful, friendly and even humorous. They explained the rules and expectations but kept it light and fun. The boat ride out to sea was a little choppy but the views of the crystal blue waters and the Waikiki skyline during parasailing were as advertised. The only ding I'd give the tour is around the logistics for the meeting location. The address provided wasn't precise enough for our Uber driver so we ended up getting dropped off a few hundred yards from the expected meeting point.

I have waited my whole life to go to Hawaii. It was well worth the wait and a huge part of that is because of Manu Kai Waikiki Snorkel with Turtles Cruise. It was amazing!
The crew was professional, fun, and awesome. They made us all feel safe.
Next time I do this cruise I will bring my own snorkeling equipment. My only complaint is that I wish it was longer. The best part of this was being able to do this with my beautiful family. We all had such a great time and we look forward to our next visit to Hawaii to do it again.

I strongly recommend Manu Kai Waikiki Snorkel with the Turtles with Beers and Cocktails. You will be happy you did it. Oh yeah, the Turtles were magical it made me even more in love with Hawaii. I haven't been able to stop talking about it.

It was too crowded and there’s no room to walk around. I got foot injury by people falling/stepping on me multiple times and there were some people vomiting into the sea which is disgusting.

I had a great time on the boat with juice and snacks. Although there were no sea turtles, I enjoyed looking at the islands from the boat and taking photos, which is a unique way to spend time on a boat. Due to my mistake, I only had a $20 bill on me, so for reference, I recommend bringing a few $1 bills for tips if you're going.

ジュースとスナックありで楽しく船の時間を満喫。海亀やらは居なかったけれど船から島を眺めたり写真を撮ってもらったりと船ならではの過ごし方が出来ます。私の失敗で手持ちまさかの20ドル紙幣の持ち合わせしかなく、、参考のため、行く方はチップ代として1ドル紙幣を何枚か持っていく事をオススメします。

The view of Honolulu from a height of 150 meters is amazing! There were two crew members, and the one piloting the boat was fantastic at controlling it, intentionally dropping us into the water (just for fun, of course) and then lifting us back up. The person who prepared and explained everything took photos for us and entertained us with jokes.

You can enjoy it even if you don't speak English.

You should definitely experience this at least once in your life!

150メートルの高さから見るホノルルの景色は素晴らしいです！
クルーの方が２名いらっしゃって、船の操縦の方は、コントロールが素晴らしいのだと思いますが、わざと海に落としたり(もちろん楽しい程度に)、また浮かしてくれたり。
準備や説明をして下さる方は、写真を撮ってくれたり、ジョークで楽しませてくれたり。
英語ができなくても、十分楽しめます。

人生で一度はぜひ！！

We did this cruise the first day we arrived and we absolutely loved it! One of our most memorable and funnest part of our vacation. The crew was so much fun and entertaining and also so down to earth and just a great group of people! Highly recommend

My partner and I absolutely loved their sunset cruise! Their entire crew was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and fun. The day we boarded was just myself, my partner and another family of four, which made it a very relaxing and peaceful day experience. The music, food, and history was something we will never forget. Even though the water was calm that day, don’t forget dramamine if you get easily sea sick like myself! I felt so bad for probably looking so uncomfortable, because it’s absolutely a once in a lifetime experience! We are so grateful for the chance to have been on board with them.

Great time! From the boat ride, to the snorkeling it was a great experience! We saw a couple of turtles, they even came up twice right next to us to get air. The wife was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

It was written that masks should be worn, but everyone had them off. I think it would be reassuring if they could enforce safety measures a bit more thoroughly so that I could feel comfortable making a reservation.
