During my stay in Hawaii, I used the shuttle service six times. They always greeted me warmly and politely by name. I appreciated the friendly conversations. However, I felt that the pickup time for my return was a bit too early. I arrived at the airport too early and ended up waiting for a long time, which was exhausting.
