I used the service on September 18, 2019. The flight was delayed by over 30 minutes, and it took about another hour to complete the procedures before leaving the airport, but I wasn't informed of any issues and was guided promptly. The staff member was Japanese and seemed busy handling the reservations of the incoming guests. The driver spoke English. When I was asked where I was going, I replied, "Are you going to Ala Moana? Then get on this way—your hotel is XX!" They were very efficient.

We arrived at Ala Moana Center quickly, and the Roberts Hawaii lounge was very nice, with pleasant service in both Japanese and English. There was a large rabbit stuffed toy that was adorable. Here, I received an eco bag, which was very helpful since eco bags are essential in Hawaii! I planned to request the 3 PM bus for check-in at the hotel, but I was told it was full from the previous guests, so I took the 4 PM bus instead.

I was able to enjoy a meal and shopping, making good use of my time from the first day, which I was very satisfied with! I couldn't take pictures because there were too many people on the shuttle bus, but it seems the back seats accommodate five people, while the other seats can fit about eight, so it fills up quickly! I definitely recommend it! ✨

アラモアナセンターはすぐに着きロバーツハワイのラウンジはとっても綺麗で日本語、英語共に感じのいい接客、大きなウサギの人形が可愛かったです。
こちらではエコバックをもらえました。ハワイはエコバック必需品なのでとても助かりました！15時にホテルがチェックインなので3時のバスをお願いしようとしたら前の人でもぉないといわれ16時のバスに。
ご飯を食べたり買い物を楽しめたので初日から時間を有効に使え満足です！写真はたくさん人が乗ってたので載せられませんでしたがシャトルバスは後ろの席が5人、後は2人の席が8ぐらいなのですぐにいっぱいになるみたいです！是非オススメします✨

Since I was traveling alone, I used this shuttle bus instead of a taxi. They arrived about 10 minutes early since I was the first pickup. There were other passengers on board, almost to full capacity, but they efficiently made stops at other hotels, so I didn't feel much time was lost.

The sightseeing spots were excellent. I was able to make good use of the time before checking into the hotel. However, the time spent in Kaka'ako was quite long. The people I participated with also felt they had too much time on their hands. It would have been better to have a bit more time for the North Shore and Dole Plantation instead.

This time, I stayed at a hotel near the Honolulu Zoo (on the eastern end of Waikiki), so I was the last to get off, but we arrived in just under an hour after departure. We stopped at several hotels along the way. It seems that starting this time, there is a Roberts booth at the Ala Moana Center, and the shuttle also stops there. Passengers can get off, drop off their luggage at the booth, and then go shopping at the Ala Moana Center. There is a shuttle that runs from the Ala Moana Center to the hotel every hour until the evening, and there were about two or three groups of users taking advantage of it. It seemed that the driver didn't understand Japanese. I thought I could get off at the Waikikian, so when I checked with the driver in my broken English at the drop-off point for the Islander, he said it was the last stop. When I sat back down, I felt that the direction was wrong, so at the next drop-off point, I told him to let me off at the Waikikian. Finally, he confirmed my name and destination with the iPad.

However, as soon as we arrived at the Grand Waikikian, he started complaining about something I couldn't understand, and we ended up back at the original drop-off point for the Islander.
