Roberts picks up in both the Waikiki and Ala Moana areas, and their pickup at each hotel is somewhat inefficient (in a way, they are friendly to those other than the users?), which caused a delay of about 20 minutes. Additionally, since there are many pickup locations, the cumulative delay resulted in it taking about 90 minutes.

　ドライバーは気さくな女性で当たりは悪くないですが、価格と内容を考えると他社の方が全然良いと思います。
