When I was picked up from the airport, I was taken to the bus waiting area after confirming my name, but then I was left there! The bus took a long time to arrive, and there was no explanation, which left me feeling bewildered.
This was part of a plan through the Ala Moana Lounge, but I wasn't sure which bus was the right one.
The Ala Moana Lounge doesn't have enough space for families to sit together, but it seems good for couples or individuals, and there is a space for children. It was nice that I could choose the bus time from Ala Moana to the hotel, and they took care of my suitcase during that time.

As soon as you exit the group area, there's a staff member in a yellow aloha shirt at the desk on the left, making it very easy to find. The departure was smooth and stress-free. You can leave your luggage at the lounge in Ala Moana and go shopping, so you can head straight to the hotel, have them hold your luggage, and return at check-in time without any hassle, making effective use of your time. However, I didn't know that the lounge doesn't have a changing area or restrooms, so I thought it would have been convenient if there was a simple space to change. I also received a shopping bag, which was handy for my shopping afterward.

団体出口から出てすぐ左のデスクで黄色のアロハシャツのスタッフがいるので、とても簡単に見つけられて良いです。出発もスムーズでノンストレスでした。アラモアナのラウンジで荷物を預けて買い物に行けるのでそのままホテルに直行してホテルに荷物を預かってもらってチェックインの時間に戻るという2度手間にならず、時間が有効活用出来ました。ただ、ラウンジには着替えスペースもトイレも無い事を知らなかったので、簡単な着替え出来そうなスペースがあったら便利だったのになぁと思いました。ショッピングバッグも頂けてその後の買い物に便利でした
