I used the service via the Ala Moana Lounge. I am satisfied with the service as it met my expectations. However, I would have liked to be informed in advance that once the departure time from Ala Moana is decided, it cannot be changed, such as through an announcement when making the reservation. I was surprised that it took almost an hour to get from Ala Moana to Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa.
