Relaxed sunset sail!

I had a blast on this sunset sail. It was the perfect "pau hana" (happy hour, end of work day)!
For drinks, they had cocktails, beer, wine, & non-alcoholic drinks. I really liked the appetizers (chicken, rice, and veggies). It was just the right amount of food to go with the Mai Tais that I had!
This is a docked catamaran. Unlike beach catamarans, you will not have to walk knee-deep in the water to board the boat. You'll be perfectly dry as you board the boat on the pier (as seen in the photo). This makes it a great choice for those who want to dress up a bit for the sunset sail, those traveling with little ones, guests with mobility issues, etc.
I loved that this was conveniently located in WAIKIKI! It's right at the Hilton Hawaiian Village (not to be confused with the Hilton Waikiki - which is a different hotel).

From boarding to dinner, to the gorgeous evenings, riding the “wave” back in to the dock - it was absolutely excellent, Food arrive timely and hot, It tasted very good and the meat was so tender you cut with a fork not a knife. I would do this again when I return, The value was definitely there.

It was just okay, but the waitresses on the vessel made up for it.

The service provided on the dinner cruise by the servers was excellent. They were friendly and nice, always with a smile! I expected more interaction by the captain. He didn't introduce himself to the people on board or had anything to say to us. This dinner cruise was a disappointment, but we tried to make the best of it. The dinner was good, but two of my family members got sea sick because the waters were choppy and the vessel was rocking back and forth pretty bad. At least a photographer took a nice picture of us that we purchased! Thank God I took motion sickness medication before I boarded the vessel.

The food we were served was amazing. I expected it to be decent, but not 5 star restaurant quality considering it had to be made in bulk and served on a boat. It was delicious!
My family sat downstairs because the top got filled up quickly and we would have had to sit separately. If you want to sit in the open air, I suggest being in line to board a little early.
I would definitely do this again.

Misleading information

Food was good and my 5 yr old picky eater liked his Mac and cheese dish. However on the website it says BYOB or drink are available for purchase. We were rushing and forgot our beers at our hotel but we thought we’ll just buy some there. When we asked for drink menu the waitress said they didn’t sell any alcoholic beverages and it was only BYOB. We told her about the website and she said some websites have wrong information. So we only had options of some juices and sodas. Also call for kid menu options which was only mac and cheese. Thank goodness he liked it. We book it at 5:30pm which was perfect time for the sunset views. But after sunset it did get cold and it was a windy night so I would think twice about going in shorts and tank and the boat did rock a little. I would do this again but better dressed especially for kids and don’t forget your drinks. Oh and the juices and sodas are unlimited and free.

My boyfriend and I went on this catamaran and it turned out to be the absolute best part of our trip!!! Everything from the crew, the service, the captain, the food and drinks to the ride was absolutely amazing! The food was awesome! So delicious! I especially loved the support the staff offered! Before boarding, you get your pictures taken with your group! Which at the end you get to pick up right outside the dock! And the staff onboard, they’re such sweethearts, they asked if we wanted our pictures taken and were always asking if we were good! 10/10

It’s supposed to be a sunset dinner trip, but it ends up as a cloudy windy dinner trip.. My friend almost throw up due to the wave so he didnt have any food. I can’t really enjoy the food either even though it was good. It’s not the crews’s fault but it might be better to cancel the event and refund...
