It was helpful to have a departure point within walking distance from Hilton Hawaiian Village.
The swimming spot had a strong current, and I was overwhelmed with fear until I got used to it.
I was able to borrow a life vest from the boat (there was also a type that wraps around the waist).
When I tried to enter the water with a snorkel on, the staff told me it was not allowed.

We were able to see the streets of Waikiki from offshore, providing a different perspective and allowing us to capture memories with our cameras. One thing that concerned me was that I was asked to submit a paper "liability waiver" when making the reservation, so I searched for a facility to print it early in the morning and brought it with me, but in the end, it was not requested, and I left without submitting it (I was having so much fun that I forgot to submit it, haha).
