I felt relieved that even though the flight arriving from Japan was significantly delayed, there was someone waiting at the airport exit holding a sign with my name clearly written on it.

日本から到着する飛行機が、かなり遅れても空港出口でしっかり名前が書かれたボードを持って待って頂いているので安心でした。

During this trip to Hawaii, I was really looking forward to taking a boat ride to see Waikiki from the sea, something I had wanted to do for a long time, but unfortunately, it didn't happen. The backup location was hard to find, and in the end, I was late and couldn't participate. I regret not allowing more time and wish I had joined a nearby tour since I was staying at a hotel in Waikiki.

今回のハワイ旅では、前々からやってみたいと思っていた船に乗って海からワイキキを見るという事をやりたくて楽しみにしていましたが、それが叶いませんでした。
というのもバックアップ場所が分かりづらく、結局時間にも遅れてしまった事で参加する事が出来ませんでした。
もっと余裕をもって行けば良かったという反省とともに、宿泊しているホテルがワイキキだったので、近くのツアーに参加すれば良かったと後悔しかありません。

I have been coming to Hawaii for about 30 years and this was my first time participating. There were only my husband and me as Japanese people, and everyone around us was foreign, but everything, including Waikiki and Diamond Head viewed from the sea, was fresh and very enjoyable! I definitely want to participate again.

ハワイには30年程前から何十回と来ていますが、今回はじめて参加してみました。
日本人は私達夫婦しかおらず、周りは全て外国の方ばかりでしたが、海から見るワイキキやダイヤモンドヘッド等全て新鮮でとても楽しめました！
また是非参加したいと思います。

The dinner show at the Royal Hawaiian Center in Waikiki, which is within walking distance from nearby hotels, was fantastic. We enjoyed the food and drinks, had a great time, and took memorable photos.

近くのホテルからも歩いて行けるワイキキのロイヤルハワイセンター内でディナー付きのショーは、食べて飲んで楽しんで思い出の写真も撮れて最高でした

I make a reservation every time I come to Hawaii. Especially while waiting for the sunset, enjoying my favorite sparkling wine, Hawaiian beer, and cocktails is the best.

We participated for the first time as a family of four (two adults and two children aged 3 and 1).

There were not many Japanese people, but everyone was very kind, and we had an amazing time.

We brought our own snorkeling set, so we were able to snorkel off the coast of Waikiki, which was great.

I would like to do this again when we go to Hawaii.

家族4人(大人2人＋3歳1歳の子供2人)で、初めて参加しました。

日本人は少なかったですが、みなさんとても親切で最高に楽しかったです。

シュノーケルセットを持って行ったので、ワイキキ沖でシュノーケルもでき、よかったです。

またハワイへ行ったらリピしたいと思います。

Let's start with the boat - Fabulous & modern, a vessel to be admired. The captain and crew - freaking amazing, patient, kind, informative, went above and beyond. Took us right out to the sea turtles. It was a perfect day with perfect hosts and an experience we will never forget.

We enjoyed dinner while listening to Hawaiian music and watching hula by the poolside. The resort atmosphere was fantastic! The staff were very kind, and when they realized we were Japanese, they quickly brought out the Japanese menu and chopsticks. The food was delicious but quite large in portion. Those with smaller appetites should be careful. Next time, I’d like to try a burger during the day. I also think the prices are reasonable considering the high cost of living.

プールサイドでハワイアンミュージックを聴きたりフラを見たりしながら夕食楽しみました。リゾート気分は満載！スタッフは優しくて日本人と分かったらサッと日本語メニューやお箸を出してくれます。食事の味は美味しいですが巨大ですね。少食の方は注意して。今度は昼にバーガーとか食べてみたい。お値段も物価高の割に良心的と思います。

This is my several visits to Oahu, but I was able to be picked up and dropped off according to the traffic conditions, which made it stress-free. Thank you very much.

It seems that the hotel shuttle was probably mistaken, as I waited for about 10 minutes at the hotel early in the morning with no one around. It was disappointing that there was no announcement.

次のホテルの送迎は多分間違えたらしく早朝誰も居ないホテルで10分ぐらい待ってました。何もアナウンスも無く残念です

The long-awaited parasailing was enjoyable, and the journey to the point was fun as well. I also felt that the airtime was longer than expected. However, while they took photos for us, the quality felt a bit rushed considering the high price for the photo service. Additionally, there was a strong push for tips, which was a bit off-putting.

念願のパラセーリングは、ポイントにつくまでの道のりも楽しかったですし、対空時間も思いのほか長かったと思います。ただ、写真撮影もしてもらいましたが、写真撮影代が高かった割に全体的にやっつけ感は否めず、、、チップアピールはしっかりされたので、ちょっと引いてしまいました。

The crew was very friendly and helpful. I learned a lot about Hawaiian culture from them.

The pickup to the hotel was punctual, which is often not the case overseas where timing can be more approximate. When we arrived at the airport, they stopped right in front of the check-in counter for our airline, making it very smooth!

ホテルへのお迎え、海外では時間がアバウトなケースが多いものですが定刻通りに来てくれました。
空港に着いた時も利用する航空会社の受付のドンピシャ手前で停めて頂きスムーズでした！

I was taken care of for both the airport to hotel and hotel to airport transfers. The driver was talking while driving, but unfortunately, I couldn't understand anything due to my limited English skills, which was frustrating. Of course, I was aware that the driver was an English speaker, so I was prepared for that.

空港からホテル、ホテルから空港、往復ともお世話になりました。
ドライバーさんが何かをしゃべりながら運転していましたが、残念ながら私の英語力では全く理解できず、悔しい思いをしました。
もちろん英語スピーカーのドライバーさんだということは承知の上なので、覚悟はしていましたが。

At first, I felt scared, but the view of Hawaii from above was amazing. People of a certain age can try it safely. I recommend it.

はじめは怖く感じましたが、空の上から見るハワイの景色は最高でした。ある程度の年齢でも安心にトライできますよ。おすすめします。

We went quite far out on the boat and took off from it! The boat swayed quite a bit due to the waves, but from below, the height of 120 meters surprisingly felt high, and it was more terrifying than just feeling seasick. (laughs) Once in the air, I was healed by the beautiful scenery of the mountains and the sea. They took photos from the boat, which I purchased later for $40. It was over in no time, but it turned out to be a fun experience.

ボートで結構沖まで進み船の上から飛び立ちました！波でボートは結構揺れましたが、120mの高さは下から見ていると案外高く、恐怖で船酔いどころではなかったです。笑
飛んでみると山と海の綺麗な景色に癒されました。船から写真を撮影してくださり、後から購入しました。(40ドル)あっという間でしたが、楽しい経験になりました。

I have a tendency to get motion sickness, so I took anti-nausea medication in advance, but I still got sick. However, the scenery was breathtaking, and I had a wonderful experience! During the parasailing, I felt no fear at all and was able to take pictures of the view with my iPhone.

酔いやすい体質なので酔い止め薬を事前に飲みましたが酔ってしまいました。
ですが、景色は絶景で貴重な体験が出来て楽しかったです！
パラセイリング中は怖さは一切なくiPhoneで景色も撮影する事ができました。

I used Mr. Roberts for the transfer to the hotel as usual. Since I've been using them for a long time, the arrangements were the same as always. They also handled my suitcase with care. It's not just for Japanese guests; there are also foreign passengers. The reason for my choice is the reassurance and consistency.

ホテルまでの送迎は、今まで通りロバーツさんを利用しました。ずっと使っているので、今まで通りの手配でした。スーツケースも丁寧に運んで頂きました。日本人客だけの送迎ではなく外国の方も混乗です。安心でいつもの通りと言うのが選択の理由です。

Four groups ride the same boat out to the ocean and take turns jumping in, but the waiting time is also filled with fun moments with people from various countries. Moreover, the view of Waikiki and Diamond Head from the ocean is breathtaking! The time spent flying went by in an instant, but the stable flight in the air and the playful spirit when coming down are full of enjoyment.

4組が同じボートに乗って沖まで行き順番に飛んでいくのですが、待っている時間も色々な国の方達と楽しい時間。更に沖から見渡すワイキキとダイヤモンドヘッドは絶景！
飛んでいる時間はあっという間でしたが、上空では安定したフライトと降りてくる時の遊び心は楽しみ満載です。

On the day of my return, I used a charter service from the hotel to the airport to reduce the burden on my elderly companion. After providing the flight number and time, I was informed to gather at the hotel bus depot 3 hours and 10 minutes prior to departure, and to call if the bus did not arrive after 5 minutes.

I waited from 10 minutes before the designated time, but the charter vehicle did not arrive. When a shuttle bus from the same company came, I confirmed my reservation and was told to wait a little longer. After 10 minutes, I became quite worried, and the hotel made two calls on my behalf. Finally, after 45 minutes, the shuttle bus arrived. I boarded it and left the bus depot, then switched to the charter vehicle at a different location within the hotel grounds to head to the airport. It seemed the charter driver did not understand the meeting point.

I never want to use this service again.

帰国日、ホテルから空港への利用です。高齢の同行者の負担を減らそうと、貸切りチャーターにしました。
便名、時間を伝えると、その3時間10分前にホテルのバスデポ集合となり、5分経過しても来ない場合は電話するようにとの案内です。
指定時刻10分前から待っていましたがチャーター車は来ず、途中、同社シャトルバスが来た際に確認すると、予約は入っているのでもう少し待つよう言われました。10分経過してさすがに心配になり、ホテルから2回電話していただき、45分経過後にようやく到着したのはシャトルバス車両。いったんそれに乗ってバスデポを出て、ホテル敷地内の別の場所でチャーター車に乗り換え、空港に向かいました。チャーター車の運転手が、集合場所を理解していなかったのでしょうか。
二度と利用したくありません。

Overall, this was way more than we expected to experience at a Luau. First of all, the food was delicious and the spread was huge. The staff was incredibly friendly and it was a relaxed environment. I will say that it pays to do the VIP experience so that you don't have to pay out of pocket for a lei or for an additional drink (it was nice that it came with 2 premium drinks with the VIP option). The seating for VIP for the show was also excellent! The show wasn't just dancing, but an entire story through the years. The dancers and singers were so talented! The entire night was about a 4 - 4.5 hour long event and you really got the bang for your buck. I highly recommend this experience, especially if it's your first time going to a Luau!

Wow, I didn’t expect to see turtles but saw more than that! Turtles, gosh, dolphins! First time snorkeling but instructors were great and I learned something new

Although it was disappointing that we didn't catch any fish, the captain was quick to assist when we had trouble handling the fishing gear. We moved to three different spots, and we only had about an hour and a half of fishing time. The captain cooked the fish caught by others on board and served it as fried fish for us to enjoy while returning to the harbor. There was a large shark swimming near the boat, and we were able to see it up close, along with the sight of sea turtles swimming. The scenery was fantastic, making it a great experience for cruising and sightseeing.

釣りは何も釣れずに残念でしたが、釣り具の扱いに困った時には船長さんがすぐフォローしてくれました。
3ヶ所ポイント移動して、釣りの時間は1時間半程度しかありませんでした。
他の方が釣れた魚を船長が船上で調理してフライドフィッシュとして釣り場から帰港するまでの間に食べさせてくれました。
船の近くで大きな鮫がウロウロしており、間近に見れて、海亀の泳ぐ姿が見られたり、景色も最高でクルージングや観光としては十分楽しめました。

Our family -seniors and adult children-were delighted with the sunset sail. It was the best thing I did in Oahu. We learned about Hawaiian values, the significance of the leis, danced some hula steps, and the men pounded taro. It was fun, staff was excellent, and we ended with a chant to the sunset. Everyone was so glad we did this. Highly recommended.

We had a fabulous time. We got wet, laughed, saw a beautiful sunset & back in time to see the fireworks. The crew was excellent. Highly recommend them!!!

They were very helpful as they were punctual and offered affordable rates. I used their services for a round trip and have no complaints. I definitely want to use them again next time.

We were blessed with very nice weather and felt the impressive submarine and pleasant sea breeze as we moved towards the submarine. Everything was wonderful! It was the best dream-like experience! Both my mother and child were very satisfied, and after getting off, they were excited, saying, "We saw sea turtles! There were so many fish!"

It was a unique world, different from regular snorkeling, almost like a movie. The explanations were in English, delivered by a lively and entertaining host, while my mother and child enjoyed the commentary in Japanese that they had downloaded in advance.

This is a tour that I definitely recommend trying at least once!

とても良い気候に恵まれ、迫力のある潜水艦と気持ちの良いシーブリーズを感じながら潜水艦へと移動する船。
すべてが気持ちよかったです！最高の夢のような体験でした！
母も子供も大満足で、降りた後も海亀に会えたね！お魚さんたち沢山いたね！と興奮していました(^^)
貴重なシュノーケリングとはまた違う映画のような世界でした。
説明は英語でお姉さんの迫力あり、笑いありの楽しいホストと、母と子供は事前にダウンロードしておいた日本語音声で解説を楽しんでいました。
ぜひ一度は乗ってみてほしい、体験してほしいツアーでした！

The team was super patient from the start. They gave us a check in call since we got a bit lost after parking. If you see lifeguard stand 1E, head left out towards the water, not down the beach. The instructor was really engaged and patient, tailoring the lesson to our comfort level.
