We were the only Japanese people there, and I was anxious because I didn't understand English, but I managed to understand through gestures and by watching how others did it! At first, it was scary because it swayed a lot, but after that, it just felt amazing!! When we landed, they made sure our feet touched the sea, which was so much fun! I could feel the beautiful scenery and breeze of Hawaii, and it was the best experience! It was unfortunate that we couldn't see Air Supply, who had a live performance the following week, but we still enjoyed a wonderful Hawaiian night filled with a mature atmosphere at Spyra Jaira. The tour included one drink and tips, so I thought there wouldn't be a bill, but lacking English skills, I ended up paying with my card for the bill the waitress brought. However, after returning home, I contacted VELTRA, and they responded very politely, and to my surprise, they arranged for a refund. I didn't think getting a refund would be possible, but I was truly impressed by their attentive responses and the numerous emails I received. I definitely want to participate in the tour again. The weather was perfect, and we had an amazing experience. We enjoyed a 1 hour and 30 minute dinner at Hyatt, and then the show started right after. It was truly a precious time to experience a real show up close! (I felt the show was longer than scheduled.) Our 6 and 10-year-old children were also completely satisfied with everything. The staff provided pleasant service as well. On our way back, we were lucky to see fireworks right in front of us at Waikiki Beach.

We had a reservation for 4:30 PM. Since we were the only family there, the wait time was minimal, and we finished without any time to feel seasick.

For parasailing, we split into groups of two and three, and everything went smoothly. We also requested photos for $40, and they took various shots for us.

My daughter, grandfather, and I went together, and 150 meters was higher than we expected, offering a breathtaking view. My 78-year-old grandfather was very moved, saying it would be a great memory.

After disembarking, the staff kindly transferred the photo data to my smartphone. I highly recommend this experience if you visit Hawaii.

Since my daughter can only apply for private lessons at her age, we have requested private sessions each time (this is the third time this year). This year, we had the same teacher who is fluent in Japanese as last year! It seems my daughter remembered her and was completely at ease during their conversation. This was my third time participating. The instructors are very kind, so I can join with peace of mind every time. The waves were a bit high, possibly due to the tsunami two days prior, but I felt safe participating. I would love to join again when I go to Hawaii!
