We visited for our family's first trip to Hawaii. The cheerful staff greeted us warmly, allowing us to start our meal in a fun atmosphere. While the variety of the buffet wasn't very extensive, each dish (especially the roast beef) was very delicious, and we were satisfied.

After the buffet, we went inside the building to enjoy a show. We were able to enjoy various types of music, including hula dancing, fire dancing, and popular songs from America. I highly recommend seeing it at least once when traveling to Hawaii.

Since it was the rainy season, we had several days of bad weather, and our originally scheduled day was canceled due to strong winds. However, we rescheduled for the next day and were able to experience it without any issues! The weather was great, and the view was spectacular!

After reading reviews, I took motion sickness medication, and it worked well! There were three groups on the boat, including us, and the duration of the ride was just right—not too long!

As for tips, the foreign guests gave $20 each to the crew and the captain, while the Japanese guests did not give any. We gave about $5! The crew responded with refreshing smiles in any situation, so it didn't feel necessary to worry too much about it!

Overall, we enjoyed the trip. Staff was great! However, the snorkel spot was crowded with lots of other groups. It felt like you were bumping into people the whole time. We saw some turtles, but there wasn't much else to see. Also, the parking instructions are unclear. All it said was they validate in the garage, so I parked in the obvious giant garage. But they don't validate in that one (the Hale Koa). They only validate in the Hilton Garage which is harder to find. I hope they aren't unclear on purpose...that cost an extra $39!

However, as time went by, my feelings became complicated with disappointment and sadness about not being able to see much. But when the boat finally reached the point where dolphins gather, everyone started taking pictures, and somehow that helped distract me a little.

I had never experienced such a rainy trip during the rainy season in Hawaii in December. Since the last day was also forecasted to be rainy, I made a last-minute reservation with Veltra the night before.

At the dinner buffet, we were seated near some Japanese guests, which allowed us to take photos and enjoy conversations together. It was amazing to see the hula dance up close during the meal.

Although we didn't have the top-tier tickets for the show venue, we were close to the stage and it was exhilarating! Elvis came right up to us, and we even got to shake hands. Unfortunately, the scarf was given to someone at the next table... Even though we aren't very good at English, we were able to enjoy the stage thoroughly and would love to come back.

It's definitely not a cheap option, but I think it's worth seeing at least once.

We participated in a 150m parasailing experience with our family of five. We wore swimsuits and brought towels, our phones, $50 for tips, a GoPro, and credit cards in a beach bag. At the reception, we each signed in, and when it was time, we boarded the boat. Before us, the people who finished their experience gave tips at the end, but we handed the captain a tip of $50 at the time of boarding, expecting better service. All three of us were surfing for the first time, and there were people from various countries in the same group lesson. Since my family was the only Japanese group, I felt a bit lonely at first, but we had one instructor dedicated to just the three of us, and he was fluent in Japanese, so we were able to enjoy surfing without any worries. I would like to try again when I go to Hawaii. The water was clear, the sky was blue, and we had the best time.

I was a little late for the scheduled meeting time, but when I called to inform them, they said they would wait for 20 minutes. I made it just in time to sign the agreement. It was a one-hour course as planned. My family of six participated, along with two others at the same time, making a total of eight of us setting sail. We were divided into two groups of three for the parasailing. In no time, we were up in the blue sky. It was an experience of just under 10 minutes while enjoying the best views. I thought it would be a short time before the experience, but since it was my first time, 10 minutes was just right. Thank you very much.

予定通りの1時間のコースでした。家族6人で参加しましたが、同時間に2名の方と参加で、計8名で出航しました。

あっという間に、青空へ。
最高の景色を楽しみながら約10分弱の体験でした。少ない時間だなあーと体験前は思っていましたが、初めてだったので、10分弱でちょうど良かったです。

Even when I wanted to get out because it was cold, they wouldn’t let anyone leave until everyone was in the water. If I tried to get out from another spot, I was redirected. It was a terrible place. It would be better if there were Japanese staff present.

The food wasn't very delicious. The guidance wasn't very good either. It felt like a conveyor-belt type of service. I felt a bit left out. I understand that the dishes are served on one plate, but it was disappointing that everything was mixed together. The show was good, though.

Everything was great. The hosts of the boat were all very personable and very friendly with a good sense of humor! Their mai tais were GREAT, I don't care for mai tais because of the dark rum but they do theirs differently and i loved their drinks. Very calming, good music and great drinks. I would definitely do this again
