Overall the experience was amazing! It was a first for both my husband and I and the kids. The crew did a fantastic job. They provided clear instructions, ensuring we were all safe and had many opportunities to see the sea turtles among a plethora of wildlife along the reef. I would not hesitate to book this again.

I do think it was a bit disorganized with adults and children going down the ladders and then needing to come right back up, leaving patrons that had not had a chance to get in the water a 10 min leg time.

Also, a female crew member was wearing a thong bikini bottom which I have no problem with - wear one!! However, the male crew members continued to smack her bottom or spray it with the defogger. I’m not sure that the female crew member cared but definitely not acceptable now a days!

If you're looking to see a hula show, I had my mind set on the Aha Aina at the Royal Hawaiian. Of course, I signed up for the front row seating plan. Since the price difference between regular and front row seats is minimal, I recommend going for the front row.

The show itself was simply amazing! With mesmerizing dances, comedic performances, passionate dances, and powerful fire dances, there was never a dull moment—it flew by in no time.

The dinner included an appetizer, a main course, and a generous dessert platter, so much that I couldn't finish it all. As expected from the Royal Hawaiian Hotel, everything was delicious. The ticket also included three drink vouchers, so I thoroughly enjoyed Mai Tais, Blue Hawaiis, and Piña Coladas.

I was a bit worried because there were no reviews, but it was such an amazing time that I wondered why there were no reviews! I went in March with 10 colleagues, and the two staff members were fantastic! The party was great, and we even saw whales. We had a truly memorable time!

In March, the evenings and nights in Hawaii can still be a bit chilly, especially when you're out at sea where the wind can be strong. You can swim (there's even a shower!), so I recommend wearing a long-sleeve shirt over your swimsuit that you don't mind getting wet!

We brought our own food and drinks, but everything was provided—plates, cutlery, cups, ice, you name it! They even put our snacks in a basket, making it super cute! One of the staff members spoke a little Japanese too! ❤️

We enjoyed ourselves without realizing the passage of time, watching many fish and turtles. The friendly staff guided us safely and helped us see the turtles better. It was fantastic! Refreshing drinks and great music added to the atmosphere.

There were eight participants, including us (two people). The others were foreigners. The crew consisted of two young Western men. During the cruise, the crew provided explanations, but only in English. I read in reviews that there were hammocks on the boat where you could lie down, but we couldn't use them due to a lack of explanation. What a shame! On the day of the cruise, there was wind, and we moved without using the engine. Because of that, it was very quiet and nice. Just before getting off the boat, the crew mentioned to give tips, and everyone put them in a container. It might be worth trying at least once.

Everything from the reservation to the guidance on-site was smooth, and it became an unforgettable experience. I tend to get seasick, so I took motion sickness medication, but I think it's easier to get sick while moving on the small boat than when flying, so I recommend taking medication if you're worried about it. I definitely want to do it again!

Went for spring break and had an amazing time. SHOUT OUT TO CALEB NICOLE AND NOAH they were an awesome and attentive crew! Definitely would recommend, we saw at least 2 different turtles and a whole bunch of different schools of fish. It took a bit to get to the top of the building but it was worth it. We got there and they were very helpful. Greeted up with a lei and took us to our table. Gave us our drink order (non alcoholic) and took our picture. The line up of food was quite amazing! All kinds of food to please everyone's liking. They also had dessert. It rained pretty good so they were able to cover the side so we didn't get wet. After dessert we we inside to watch the Rock a hula. And it was awesome. Elvis and Michael Jackson preformed along with the amazing hula dancers. It ended with an amazing fire show! It was well worth it! Go see it

The food was just average. Since it's a buffet, you can eat as much as you want. A person came around playing the ukulele at each table, but it seemed like they were looking for tips, so feel free to decline if you don't want to give one. Dining outdoors had its challenges due to the season and weather, and it was a bit cold. We got VIP seats for the show, but I think you can enjoy it from the regular seats as well. We participated with one male (85kg) and two females (50kg each). We flew together as a group of three. Requests for specific combinations cannot be made in advance. I think if there are about 2-3 people, you can generally fly together (depending on the total weight). The meeting place is a small hut about the size of two tatami mats.

- There is no transportation provided, so it's advisable to consider how to get there. It was within walking distance to the pink trolley.

- A voucher (displayed on your smartphone is fine).

- It might be helpful to have a translation app at the reception. They spoke the bare minimum of Japanese on the boat, so it was manageable.

- Changing clothes is not possible, so it's better to arrive wearing your swimsuit. There doesn't seem to be a place to change around the reception area.

- You can take photos during the flight with your smartphone, but since you will get wet, it's advisable to take waterproof measures.

- I wore glasses, and there were no particular issues. However, if they are loose, it might be dangerous.

- At the reception, you just need to show your voucher to the person inside the hut. Each participant will sign a waiver. You will need to write your name in kanji, your name in English, and the date (month/day/year). They will guide you on where to write.

男(85kg 1名)女(50kg 2名)で参加しました。
３名一緒に飛びました。事前に組み合わせ等のリクエストはできません。
多分２～３名であれば概ね一緒に飛べると思います。（合計体重次第）
集合場所は2畳程度の小屋になります。

・送迎は無いので移動方法は検討したほうがよいです。
ピンクトロリーまでは歩いて移動できる距離でした。

・Voucher（スマホから表示でOK）

・受付は翻訳アプリがあったほうが良いかもしれません。
ボート上では本当に必要最低限の日本語は話してくれたのでなんとかなります。

・着替え等は無理なので水着着用済みで現地入りしたほうが良いです。受付周りにも着替える場所はなさそうです。

・スマホ等で飛んでる最中に撮影は可能ですが濡れることになるので防水対策はしたほうがよいです。

・メガネをしていましたが特に問題なし。ゆるゆるだと危険かも？

・受付は小屋の中にいる人にVoucherを見せればOKです。
参加者各自誓約書に署名します。漢字で氏名、英字で氏名、日付（月/日/年）を書く程度です。記載箇所は教えてくれます。

・写真は勝手に撮影してくれてます。終了後受付の方に内容を見せてもらい気に入ったらSDカードごと４０ドルで売ってくれます。カード支払い可。

・手荷物、履物は飛ぶ前に座席下にいれます。水飛沫程度は濡れるかもですが、ほとんど濡れません。

・手荷物の盗難ですが複数グループが参加している状態であれば大丈夫そうです。環境上座席下の荷物をこっそりあさるなどは難しいです。

・来ている服（水着）や飛ぶ際に持っていたものは濡れるのでタオルはあったほうが良いです。

・天候（雨だけではなく風や波）次第で中止になります。飛べない場合は返金または別日に調整のようです。（私の場合は半数が中止になりました。）
