I was anxious because I couldn't speak English, but the person explaining things was able to communicate in Japanese, so I was able to understand everything without any issues. After that, we headed straight to the beach! The lesson was right in front of us on the beach! Although the lesson was in English, it was fine with gestures! They quickly taught me the tips to stand up, and I was able to ride the waves multiple times. They even took photos of me riding the waves, which became the best memories! I highly recommend it!

I was late for the meeting time, but it was okay! I was the only Japanese person. In other tours, even if there was just one Japanese person, they would often reach out (of course in English) and show concern, but this time, there was absolutely no consideration, and I wasn't even asked if I wanted a drink refill. (Maybe they intentionally didn't ask since the other people were quite active.)

The other large group was having a great time at the front of the netting area (a wet spot where you could get splashed). However, it was quite cold, so I didn't have the luxury to join in. The sunset was beautiful, and there were turtles, making it an enjoyable cruise, but since I'm not very strong with alcohol (of course, there are soft drinks available), I felt it was just an ordinary cruise with one can of juice.

Well, it was average. The sunset looked more beautiful from Magic Island, and I can see turtles on other occasions as well. For those who love alcohol and can drink about ten cups, it seems like a great deal. I recommend it for those who understand English to some extent and want to have fun with a group on the boat.

サンセットもマジックアイランドから見たほうが美しかったですし、
カメも普通に他の機会にたくさん見れますし。
お酒大好きで、10杯くらい飲める、という人はおおいに元が取れる感じ。
英語がある程度分かって、グループで船に乗って騒ぎたい人にはおススメです。

I arrived in Hawaii without knowing that a hurricane was coming, and after a while of rain and clouds, I participated. One hurricane had already passed, but another was still offshore; despite this, the weather was clear and the conditions were perfect with no waves. The sunset was beautiful and it was the best. Besides our family of four, there were only four young women, and most participants were from Europe and America. The age range was diverse, and everyone was enjoying the sunset with a Mai Tai in hand. I will definitely participate again next time!

Due to a pickup trouble from another parasailing experience, we were an hour late and participated with my 14-year-old son. He was satisfied as he was able to stand up and ride the waves early on. Since we were an hour late, I think we only had about an hour left for the lesson, but after the other participants left, it turned into almost a private lesson, and we were able to enjoy an extended time. Thank you to the Japanese staff member, Aiko? (I hope I’m not mistaken ^_^) for handling the pickup trouble. I definitely recommend this tour. As for me, I had to give up after 30 minutes due to a recurrence of back pain! (It was because of the hotel’s too soft bed! Just an excuse ^_^;) It's a shame I don't have any photos.

別のパラセーリングの体験談に投稿させていただいたピックアップのトラブルで、1時間遅れで、14歳の長男と参加。長男は、早々に立って波に乗ることができて満足そうでした。1時間遅れだったので、本当はレッスン時間あと1時間ぐらいしかなかったと思いますが、他のレッスンの皆さんが帰ったあとも、ほぼプライベートレッスン状態で、時間延長で楽しませていただきました。日本人スタッフのアイコさん？(だったかな。間違えてたらすみません^_^)ピックアップのトラブルから対応ありがとうございました。ぜひ、オススメのツアーです。最後に、私は？というと、腰痛再発のため、30分でgive up!(ホテルの柔らかすぎるベッドのせいだぁ！言い訳でした^_^;)写真がないのが残念。

I go to Hawaii every year and was aware of the boats anchored at the beach, but this was my first time participating in this cruise. I've been on regular dinner cruises before, and the food wasn't great, but I wanted my husband to enjoy his first time in Hawaii, and since I love cruises, I decided to join. It was definitely the right choice. The weather was perfect, and on the boat, there was an all-you-can-drink Mai Tai, which I enjoyed since I love alcohol. There were also snacks provided. There were no Japanese people on board, just everyone from overseas. Everyone was very friendly, and we took pictures together while enjoying the sunset and even saw a rainbow. It was the best cruise. My husband said he really enjoyed it too, and since we could disembark in the evening, we were able to go for a delicious meal afterward, making the most of our time. It was fantastic.

We were picked up by the hotel and arrived at a nearby beach. Along with us, there were many couples and groups of friends who boarded the same boat and headed out to sea. However, when I checked the data after returning home, there was nothing in it, and despite paying $30, I didn't get a refund. It was the worst experience.

By chance, the hotel pickup times for both tours were the same. On the day of the tour, I went to the reception first, and when the driver arrived, he called my name, and my son and I got in. I provided my full name and handed over the voucher (which clearly stated surfing), but it turned out to be the parasailing van. I asked the driver to go back so we could switch with my wife and younger son, but the driver insisted he couldn't go back due to time constraints!

We arrived at Hilton Lagoon Harbor in about 15 minutes, and reluctantly, the boat departed without us. I then called VELTRA for assistance. I participated with five friends from my hula group. To be honest, I didn't have high expectations because the price was on the lower side, but it turned out to be an experience that exceeded my expectations. Although I've visited Hawaii many times, I've never seen such a beautiful sunset before. We were all deeply moved! The sunset, of course, along with the ocean, sky, wind, waves, and the view of Waikiki, plus the all-you-can-drink Mai Tais! Each element was simply amazing! There's no doubt this will become a repeat optional activity for our next visit!!

This was a lot of fun. Captain Steve filled us in as to what to expect and Chris was a great bartender and sailing mate. We went out just past Diamond Head and had a beautiful view of everything. We participated as a couple. The shuttle driver was a super cheerful Japanese man. He said he could only speak English, but he was very proactive and kind. When we arrived at the harbor, it seemed like the previous group hadn't returned yet, so we waited for the boat. After a short wait, we set sail. Everyone else, mostly white couples and families, was chatting happily with the instructor, and I felt a bit envious... We flew in pairs, but since we were the fifth group out of five, I got a bit seasick during the wait. Everyone, including us, chose the highest altitude.

When it was finally our turn, the view was amazing, and it felt like we were floating. It was quiet, and I didn't feel scared at all. However, I still felt a bit nauseous from the seasickness, which was disappointing. It's better to take motion sickness medication beforehand.

Although it was an extra charge, they took a lot of photos with a digital camera, and we made great memories. At the end, they told us we didn't need to tip since we purchased the photo data at the harbor office, but I left a little something anyway.

送迎は超明るい日系人のおじさんでした。英語しかしゃべれないんだ～と言いながらも積極的！それに親切です。
ハーバーに着くと前の組がまだ帰ってないようで船待ち。少し待ってから出港。私達以外は白人のカップルや親子でインストラクターとみんな楽しそうに話してて羨ましかった…。二人ずつ飛びますが、５組中５番目だったため、待ち時間中に船酔いしてしまいました。私達含め全員、一番高い高度を選んでいました。
いざ自分の番になると、とても景色がよく、ふわふわと飛んでるみたい。静かで風を感じて怖さは全くありませんでした。ただ船酔いしてたので気持ち悪さもまだあってそれだけが残念でした。酔い止めは飲んでいった方が良いです。
有料ですがデジタル一眼で写真も沢山撮ってくれ、良い思い出ができました。最後に港の事務所で写真データを購入したから、チップはいらないよ～と言ってくれましたが少し置いてきました。

Since I was staying at Hilton Hawaiian Village, the departure port was very close and convenient, and the staff were very cheerful and kind, so even if you don't understand much English, you can still enjoy yourself! During our participation, there was a north wind, so when we returned from offshore to Waikiki, we went higher compared to the members on the way out. Since Waikiki is on the southern coast, if you want your face to look good in photos, I recommend boarding when heading out to sea. On the way back, the lighting is somewhat backlit, so your face may appear darker in the pictures. On the boat, there was a note in Japanese stating that "the fee does not include tips," which I believe means they want tips from Japanese customers. Everyone except us spoke English!! In the bus and on the boat, it was filled with fast-paced English, and even the English I thought I could understand was completely incomprehensible, but I managed to go with the flow. Since we're all human, we somehow made it work.

With an upbeat energy that you don't find in Japan, let's fly!! She was screaming in fear and kept her eyes mostly closed, but that really got a laugh from everyone else. It was a fun adventure! It was 90 meters, but there was plenty of time, and I was completely satisfied. I recommend getting the photos (an additional $30). They ask if you want to take pictures just before you fly or if you need an SD card.

I said, "Sure!! So many pictures please!!" When I got back, there were 150 photos!! Amazing. There are some black spots in the images, possibly from sand or water droplets, but the quality is top-notch. When zoomed in, you could even see each hair on my shins (laughs).

I definitely want to participate again when I go back to Hawaii, but she says she doesn't want to do it anymore! It felt like we were abroad since everyone else was from another country. The weather was nice, and it was a very pleasant sailing experience. I think an hour and a half was just the right amount of time—not too short, not too long.

They were selling drinks for $5, and I wanted to have one, but I decided to skip it just in case I got seasick. The waves were minimal, so I might have been fine to drink. Next time, I’d like to try the sunset cruise.

Wow, what an experience! It's the only way to describe the feeling. Out of the choices we did 1000ft. Now it sounded pretty high but that's the only way to do it! Go big or go home! The views of the bay and diamond head were so awesome. The driver kills the engine a few times and it feels like a roller coaster ride. When you're in the air, it doesn't matter that you are so far in the sky and the boat looks so tiny. Such a rush! The guys are super cool and do offer to take pictures for you for a cost. It was like $30 for almost 200 pics. I had a waterproof camera and snapped some pics but not the same. Whatever floats your boat. Also remember that the longer the line, the longer the ride! And when you come back to the boat, you get dunked in the ocean, so refreshing! I was lucky to ride again with a single guy who was doing 300ft. Not even close to the same feeling when you're so much higher. I hope this review helps.
