While visiting the beautiful Island of Oahu, I started to reminisce of the last time I came here and it was for the last Michael Jackson performance back in the 90's. I was searching for a dinner and show activity and I was fortunate that I came across hawaiiactivities.com - Veltra because they have a 2 For 1 Review Rebate Special. I was traveling with my family, and so we booked for the Green Room & Dinner Show package. As we checked in at the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, we were greeted with warm alohas from everyone working. We started on an amazing tour of the theater and got to see some of the marvelous collections of Elvis and Michael Jackson. The dinner was amazing, and the we had the cocktails coming all night long. The show was amazing! It brought back many fond memories of my teenage life growing up listening to Elvis. I was having many flashbacks as I was singing to all the songs and rocking the night away. But unlike many shows in Waikiki, Rock A Hula has something special and particular to their show which is... Hawaiian Performances. Hula dancers, chants, and acts that resembled Elvis's presence here in Hawaii while sharing the Aloha spirit. This show is highly recommended if you love old school pop and classical songs. Thank you Veltra & Stars of Paradise for this wonderful time I had.

I requested private lessons for my 10-year-old son. I was a bit worried since he doesn't understand much English, but the coach provided clear instruction in simple English, so he had no trouble at all. Being a child, he improved quickly, and although it might be a parent's bias, I felt he was able to ride the waves longer than the adults who were taking group lessons at the same time. It became a wonderful memory, and it seems he also found joy in experiencing a sport that other kids hadn't mastered yet. I plan to have him try again next time.

Aftersnorkeling there was a report of a whale and that had just calved. The crew took us to the area where the whale was sighted and we, too, were able to see multiple sightings of the whale.

We boarded the same boat with several groups and headed out to sea... When we went, there were about six groups. Each group starts one by one!! Since each group takes about 10 minutes, if you're last, you'll wait about an hour. If you get seasick, don't forget to take motion sickness medicine!! The view of Waikiki, Diamond Head, and the ocean from about 150 meters up is breathtaking♪♪ Also, if you're lucky, you might see whales from above^ - ^ The boat sways, but it's very calm up there, so there's no fear at all. The staff who operated the boat and provided explanations were cheerful and entertaining. The explanations were in English, but even if you don't understand much, you can get the general idea from the atmosphere, so it's not a problem!! It's definitely worth trying at least once to fully enjoy the scenery.

We took a catamaran ride as a couple in our 50s. The two handsome crew members didn't speak Japanese, but they were friendly and we managed with their broken English. My wife can't swim, but they provided life jackets and simple floaties, so there were no issues. Above all, the experience of swimming with sea turtles was invaluable. The free hamburgers they provided were also delicious. However, be careful as the meeting point is at the left end of Outrigger Beach facing the sea, and it was hard to find. There were no signs or anything.

On our first trip to Hawaii, we came for both our wedding and honeymoon. It was our first parasailing experience with a total of six people, including our parents, and our driver, Yano, was super cheerful and taught us a lot about Hawaii in clear English. Thank you, Yano, who loves Japanese comedy!!

There were 12 of us parasailing, but half were foreigners and surprisingly quiet. We were the most excited. The view from 150 meters up was breathtaking and felt like it lasted only a minute or two.

The charming foot splash service was also a 100% satisfaction. I highly recommend it for those who are interested. Also, you will definitely be amazed by the young captain's strength and stability; the boat doesn't move an inch when it shifts. If you go, be sure to pay attention to that.

I'm looking forward to tomorrow's charter bus tour as well.

We arranged for a limousine, and everything went smoothly until the activities began. We initially booked parasailing for three people but changed it to four. I participated with two female friends. There were few Japanese people, and the staff communicated entirely in English, so the explanations were a bit lacking, but I could generally understand the atmosphere of the place. Even though I couldn't understand the words, I found myself laughing as everyone got excited. The sunset was beautiful! However, it was quite cold, and although there was an all-you-can-drink alcohol option, I couldn't drink that much. I realized that a thick hoodie is essential during this time of year.

Since I had the opportunity, I chose the Golden Circle, and it was definitely the right decision.

I was able to watch the show right up close to the stage, and it was incredibly powerful—I could even feel the warmth of the fire.

With the Golden Circle, in addition to receiving a shell lei upon entry, you also get a fresh flower lei, and you can go to the luau buffet with priority. It was definitely worth it just for the premium seating.

However, unfortunately, it was a very windy day, and it was quite cold, so it's advisable to bring a jacket.

Due to the request of my companions, we tried the standard height! The instructor didn't speak much Japanese, so all the explanations were in English and gestures, but I was able to understand enough to enjoy the experience. I was finally able to ride the catamaran that I've wanted to try for a long time. Most of the people around me were foreigners, and there was no Japanese spoken, but even with my limited language skills, I had a great time! The crew was really nice! There are free drinks available, but be careful not to drink too much since there are no restrooms. Overall, I felt amazing. I will definitely do this again!

We chose the buffet style, and it was a fun meal while enjoying live guitar performances and hula dancing.

After the meal, we were led to the venue where the show began.

Everything was performed live by the band and look-alikes singing, with an astonishingly high level of quality. It's completely different from Japanese comedy look-alikes. In between, there were hula dances arranged in a rock style. After the show, there was also a time for commemorative photos.

It was truly a worthwhile and enjoyable entertainment experience.

I would like to visit again when I go to Hawaii.

The VIP Green Room Dinner and Show was the ultimate Legends in concert experience. Before the dinner my wife and I had the opportunity to relax in the VIP section where the complimentary drink and snacks set the right tone for the evening. The Elvis impersonator was available to take pictures minutes prior to being seated a few feet from the stage. The main course was delicious. Wife said the Steak was excellent but didn't care for the Salmon. I enjoyed them both. The drink tickets were an added benefit to compliment an already wonderful dinner. The desert was a delicious and beautifully arrange. The show began at about 815PM and the ELVIS impersonator was an awesome entertainer. He did about 4 songs to open the show and really had us comfortable and enjoying the show. He came off the stage and greeted the guest in the VIP section and planted a kiss and lei on a few unsuspecting women, my wife being one of them. Then the Lady Gaga impersonator had an outstanding performance. She WOWed the crowd with a descending entrance from above the stage. She was very fitting for show and a joy to watch. The The Michael Jackson impersonator was to the letter dancing like Mike. Although he wasn't as vocal as the other performers, those classic Michael Jackson dance move had us clapping and snapping. There were several other performances between impersonators that were very well performed as well. The host, ELVIS, did a final stage appearance and the grand finale was epic. After the show we had the opportunity to take photos with the entertainers and consume more beverages. Just as we thought the night was complete, a young lady validated our parking and we only paid 8 dollars in the Royal Hawaiian Parking Garage. My wife enjoyed it so much she said she's coming back. It was actually the best stage performance I'd ever been to. From check-in to check-out the whole experience was over the top classic.

My daughter and I went surfing for the first time together. The beach right in front of Waikiki was just perfect for beginners. We both managed to stand up and pose for photos. Since I have been let go by Spider Man because he moved on in life recently, I have now been contracted by Iron Man to be his editor and newspaper publisher. Iron Man had told me that while he is in Oahu, he wants to do something fun and exciting. So I did my research and found hawaiiactivities.com - Veltra. They had great reviews of Hawaiian Parasail and they are the highest ranked for customer reviews! Veltra has a 9:00am early bird special that is reasonably priced, so that is what we booked for. As we checked into Hawaiian Parasail, the reservation agents Loke and Keri were very welcoming with an ample amount of Aloha. They got us checked in and ready to board as we met Captain Jayme and crew member Jason. As we were sailing out to sea, there was quite a bit of nervousness from everyone on the boat. It was everyone's first time, and there was 1 woman who went by herself and she could not swim. So Iron Man voluntarily flew tandem with her, and I stayed on boat as an observer so Iron Man could save her lonesome day. As Iron Man started to get ready to go up, Jason and I were getting all the photos in as we could. Since I am only an editor, my pictures were not of great quality compared to Jason's. It was a smooth ride the whole time for them until they were returning back to the boat. The female started trembling with fear as they started to get dipped in the ocean. Her body twisted as she almost did a 360, until Iron Man caught the line to prevent her from doing so. As we got back to the hut, Keri and Loke displayed their images of Iron Man's event. He saved the day again and he had an amazing time. All in thanks to Hawaiian Parasail & Veltra!

If you are contemplating going, don't think - just book it! Rock-a-Hula is by far one of the more entertaining shows here on Oahu. You can only watch so many luaus before getting sick of them. If you enjoy Vegas shows, this is on the same scale. Also make sure to book the VIP backstage package. It was definitely worth having the show producer show us the entire stage, meet and greet with the crew, etc. - especially if anyone in your group is interested in theater. The food was several times greater than what we ate at other shows that cost more as well, with a 4-course surf and turf. The end dessert was delic'. The entire staff was very professional and you could tell they wanted you to really enjoy their performance as they must put a lot of work making the magic happen. My mother in law thought Elvis looked more handsome than the real deal. The mannerisms of all the characters were spot on. Bravo to the dancers, especially to the fire juggler. I especially enjoyed the incorporation of Hawaii's cultural aspects into the show for that local touch.

I went to the show with my parents and my husband. It was our first time in Hawaii, so we had little clue what to do, what to see and where to go. My parents found out about the show from some Korean TV show(they came from Korea) and told me about it, so I got the VIP tickets. We stayed in Waikiki so we could Walk to the theater.
The producer showed us the behind scene such as dressing rooms and even let us walk on the stage. There was a Hawaiian Flame show(I don't know the official name). It was actually my favorite part of the whole show. I was thrilled. I wanted to take a pictures with him but only the singers were out waiting for the photo time. That was disappointing.
There were a lot of Hawaiian dances. I thought the this Hawaiian dance part is something that I wouldn't be able to see in any other cities.
And "Michael Jackson" had the same nose job as the real Michael Jackson. Haha. His moon walk was great.
The dinner was served right before the show for about an hour and the food was very delicious. I was in the VIP seat so I was served the full course dinner. The dessert, molten chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream was heavenly.
The only downside I thought about the show was the fewer numbers of the legend singers than I would like to see. I was expecting about five singers but it was 1 hour and 20 minutes show with three singers.
I was just glad that my mom loved the show. She doesn't speak English but music doesn't require languages. It is all about the showman ship and atmosphere.
Overall it was a good show and I recommend this show to everyone!

It was a great tour where I could enjoy the view of Honolulu from the sea in a short time. Since we went quite far out, it was a bit rocky, and the splashes of water made it chilly, so it's necessary to wear long sleeves or take measures against the sea breeze. The boarding area was a little hard to find.

短い時間で、ホノルルの景色を海側から眺められて良いツアーでした。結構沖まで出るので揺れるし、水しぶきがかかったりするので冷えるし潮風対策もかねて長袖等は必要です。乗り場が少しわかりづらかったです。
