I'm glad I was able to see the sunken ships and airplanes, as well as many fish and sea turtles. Since the waves can be strong, I think it's a good idea for those who are prone to seasickness to bring motion sickness medication.

揺れが強いので、船酔いしやすい方は酔い止めを持参するといいと思います。

The white couple was significantly late for the departure time, causing us to leave about 15 minutes behind schedule. We were the first two to go parasailing. Since there was a group of five Japanese men, one of them joined us, and we ended up flying with three people.

I think we had a longer time than the others, but since we went first, we had to wait for the others to fly afterward, and my daughter got a bit seasick. I recommend taking seasickness medication for those who are concerned.

It was over in a flash, but we had a great time.

出発時刻より白人のカップルが大幅に遅れて、出発がやく１５分ほど遅くなりました。私たちは最初の２人でパラセーリングしました。5人の男性の日本人ツアーがいらしたので、私たち２人に１人いれられて、３名でとぶこととななってしまいました。。。
他のかたより時間は長かったとおもいますが、最初にとんでしまったため、そののあと、他の方が飛ぶのをじーっとまって、娘がすこし船酔いに。。。もし心配のかたは船酔いの薬を飲むことをお勧めします。
あっという間でしたが、とても楽しむことができました。

We participated as a couple on our honeymoon. There were three other couples with us, one of which was also a newlywed couple from Japan.

The staff do not provide support in Japanese, but they can manage to some extent. It would be wise to remember some basic English for communication. However, the staff were very kind and cheerful.

It was our first time trying the 150m jump (my wife's request). First, we were partially submerged in the sea before ascending! It was scary, but the wind felt nice, and the view was amazing! Up in the air, it became quiet, allowing us to enjoy a graceful journey through the sky. The flight lasted about 10 minutes. It was a dream-like experience. When we were brought down, we were again partially submerged in the sea before returning (laughs).

A waterproof phone case is essential. I took photos while keeping my phone in the waterproof case! The other newlywed couple from Japan also took some photos from the boat's perspective.

There is also a staff member who takes photos, but please note that they are charged.

Overall, it was so much fun! It's a great experience that you can enjoy in a short amount of time! If you love heights, you should definitely try it! There’s no need to worry as it doesn’t have the terrifying thrill of a roller coaster!

新婚旅行で妻と二人で参加。
他に3組同行者あり。うち一組は同じく日本人の新婚さん。

スタッフは日本語対応はしていませんが、ある程度は大丈夫。
こちらも多少のコミュニケーションが取れる英語は覚えておいた方が無難でしょう。
しかしスタッフの方はかなり優しいお方。陽気な方でした。

初めてで150mに挑戦(妻の希望)
まず一回半身を海に浸けられてから上昇！
怖いけど風が気持ち良く、見晴らしも最高！！
上空は音も静かになり優雅な空の旅を楽しめます。
約10分の飛行。夢のような時間でした。
降ろされる時はまた一回海に浸けられてから戻されます(笑)

防水の携帯ケースなどは必須でしょう。
写真は携帯を防水ケースに入れたまま撮りました！
一緒になった日本人の新婚さんに、船視点の写真も撮ってもらいました。

一応スタッフさんの撮影もありますが、写真は有料なのでご留意を。

とにかく楽しい！短い時間で楽しめるので良いですよ！
高い所が好きな人はやるべき！
絶叫マシンのような怖さはないので、そこは安心して良いと思います！

I participate every time I travel to Hawaii. This time, I joined on the first day of my arrival. The waves were a bit high, and it swayed like an attraction, but everyone was fine! Haha. We drank and drank, and our spirits were at their peak. Cheers to the healing journey that starts today!

毎回、ハワイ渡航中に参加します。今回は、到着日初日に参加。ちょっと波が高くて、アトラクション的に揺れたけれど、みんなへっちゃら！笑。飲んで飲んで、気分は最高潮。今日から始まる癒しの旅に乾杯！

I was worried that the strong winds from the typhoon would cause the trip to be canceled, but I’m glad we were able to set sail as planned. I participated with three friends, and it was their first experience, while I had been before. We saw three turtles and intentionally sat in a spot to get splashed by the waves, enjoying the beautiful blue sea and sky. My friends were very happy, which made me glad as well. Personally, I prefer the aggressive daytime experience of getting splashed over the quiet drifting at sunset. I want to participate again next time!

台風のせいで風が強く、中止になるかと不安でしたが、予定通り出帆してもらえてよかったです。
友人3人で参加し、私以外は初体験。亀が3匹見られましたし、わざと波をかぶる席に座り、青い海と空を満喫しました。友人もとても喜んでくれたので、よかったです。
個人的には、静かに漂うサンセットより、波しぶきを浴びるアグレッシブな日中の方が好きです。次回もまた参加したいです！

I ride this yacht almost every time.

This time, there was wind but the waves were calm, with only the right edge at the front getting splashed, so it was a bit lacking in excitement. However, I saw two turtles and there were flying fish jumping around, which made me finally feel like I had arrived in Hawaii. I'm glad my companions enjoyed it too.

This was about my sixth time, but for the first time, there was a Japanese staff member who spoke fluent Japanese, so it was great to learn various things from them.

ほぼ毎回このヨットに乗っています。

今回は、風はあるけど波が穏やかで、先頭の右端しか波がかからず、揺れもあまりなく、ちょっと物足りなかったですが、
亀も二匹見られたし、トビウオみたいなのも跳ねてましたし、
これに乗って、ようやくハワイに来た感じがしました。
同行者も気にいってくれたので良かったです。

今回で6回目くらいですが、初めて日本語ぺらぺらの日系人スタッフさんがいましたので、色々教えてもらえて良かったです。

Crew were outstanding. Friendly and funny. The experience was worth triple what we paid and would have done again if we had more time. Highly recommend to anyone!!

My daughter and I went parasailing, while my wife joined us on the boat without parasailing. We made the reservation for parasailing and paid by card through this site. However, when we arrived, they said my wife's payment hadn't gone through. I insisted that we had already paid before leaving Japan, but as the boat departure time was approaching, they pressured us about what to do, and in the end, we had to pay for my wife again. We were all excited to enjoy parasailing as a family, but this situation was very disappointing and completely ruined the mood. With experiences like this, I won't be returning.

私と娘の二人がパラセイルをして、妻はパラセイルなしのボート同乗でこちらのサイトからパラセイルを予約しカード支払いしました。が、現地で妻の分が払われていないと言われ、日本をでる前に支払い済みと主張したのですが、ボートがでる時間が近くなったのでどうするのかと詰め寄られ結局また妻の分を払いました。せっかく家族でうきうき気分でパラセイルを楽しもうとしてたのにがっかり先行でまったく気分が乗りませんでした。こういうことがあると二度はないですね。

If you are prone to seasickness, you might be a little worried. The atmosphere was very nice, and I felt it was worth participating. The drinks were sufficient. The meeting place was hard to find.

船酔いがある方は 少し心配かなとも おもいます。雰囲気はとても良く 参加して良かったと思いました。ドリンクだけで 充分でした。集合場所が わかりにくい。

I chose this tour because it's close to the hotel, but the meeting place was a bit hard to find. The scenery was wonderful, and I would like to participate again.

I requested a shuttle from the airport to the hotel, but in the end, I had to wait for about an hour. The airport exit felt sparse and lonely with few people around. I definitely won't be using this service again.

空港からホテルへの送迎を頼みましたが結局1時間ほど待たされました。空港出口も人はまばらなさみしい感じに。もうここは絶対に使いませんね。

I arrived at the pickup location ahead of time, but even after 20 minutes, there was no sign of the driver. I begged a nearby driver from the same company to help me get in touch, and I found out that they had left because the driver didn’t show up on time. Fortunately, they managed to arrange a new shuttle for me, but the service was terrible. Other companies like H⚪S have drivers waiting in the hotel lobby, making it much more reliable. I will never use this service again.

ピックアップ場所に時間前に行ったのに、20分たっても迎えなし。。近くに留まっていた同じ会社の運転手に頼み込んで連絡とってもらうと、時間になっても来なかったから出発したということでした。何とか新たなシャトルを用意してくれたから良かったものの対応は最悪ですね。他社H⚪Sとかのシャトルはホテルロビー内に送迎者を探すほどの徹底ぶりなのに。もう二度と頼まないです。

This was amazing! Everyone should try it at least once in their lives. Great crew, very helpful and fun!

I've always wanted to try parasailing, and I finally got to do it in Hawaii! The shuttle arrived five minutes early, and as soon as I got in the car, I was laughing, which helped ease my nerves.

Once we switched to the boat, we were able to store our bags and shoes under the seats, which was reassuring. Life jackets were distributed to wear over our swimsuits. We were assigned our turns and fitted with the equipment for flying. I had taken motion sickness medication because I heard the boat could be quite rocky, but my companion ended up feeling sick. However, the staff kept encouraging us in a mix of Japanese and English, showing us where we could be sick if needed and handing out tissues.

As we waited for our turn in a counterclockwise order, when it was finally time to fly, we sat down and were connected to the equipment. Before I could even prepare myself mentally, I was told "Goodbye," and suddenly I was soaring up into the air. I was worried, but it was not scary at all—I felt like a bird and experienced the most amazing feeling. Once I was airborne, it seemed like my motion sickness got a little better, and I waved with a smile.

It seemed like they were considerate, as my plunge into the sea felt less intense than others. After floating back up, they slowly lowered us back onto the boat. The landing was much gentler than when I landed from paragliding on the ground.

Some people handed their smartphones to take pictures while we were flying. We asked the staff for "Pictures, please" before our flight and purchased the photo data. It cost $30, but since there were over 70 photos, I thought it was much cheaper than the typical tourist photos priced at 1,000 yen each.

Thank you for a wonderful time until the very end!

ずっと前から一度、体験してみたかったパラセイリング！
やっとハワイで参加できました。
送迎車は５分前に到着。車に乗ったとたんに笑わせてもらえて緊張もほぐれました。

ボートに乗りかえると荷物と靴は座席の下に入れるので安心です。
ライフジャケットが配られるので水着の上に着用。
順番が決められ、飛ぶ時の機材も装着。
船が結構、揺れると聞いていたので酔い止めを飲んでいたけれど、ツレは酔ってしまいました。
が、スタッフがリバースしてもいい場所を示しながら何度も替えのティシュを渡し
常に「へい！頑張って！！」と日本語まじりで励ましてくれていました。

反時計回りに順番が回ってきて、いよいよ飛ぶ時には並んで座り機材に繋がれ
心の準備の間もなく「サヨナラ」と言われたとたん、もう飛び上がっていました。
心配してたけれど、全然怖くなくて鳥になったように最高の気分を味わいました。
飛び上がったら酔いも少しマシになったようです。笑顔で手を振りました。

気を遣って下さったのか海ポチャは他の方より控えめな感じがしました。
もう一度、浮上して、その後ゆっくりと船内に降ろしてくれました。
地上でパラグライダーして降りた時よりも衝撃がありませんでした。

スマホを渡してお互い飛んでいる間の写真を撮ってもらっている人もいました。
私達は飛ぶ前にスタッフに「ピクチャー、プリーズ」と頼んで撮影データを購入。
３０ドルしましたが７０枚以上あったので、一枚千円の観光写真よりは
ずっと安いと思いました。

最後まで楽しい時間をありがとうございました！！

It was a lively session with 10 participants in 5 groups (3 of which were Japanese), likely due to it being the weekend. There were 3 staff members, 2 of whom were handsome, which was a nice bonus (laughs), and everyone had a great vibe, making it an enjoyable experience. I chose the lowest height option beforehand, but all 5 groups seemed to jump at similar heights and for about the same duration, so I thought the height selection might not matter much. At the end, they asked for a tip, but I felt it was justified given the level of entertainment provided. It seemed that having photos taken by the staff would cost $30, but if you ask them before jumping when you have companions, they were more than happy to take pictures for you, which I thought was sufficient.

週末ということもあってか、10名5組参加（うち3組が日本人）で、大変賑やかな回に当たりました。スタッフの方3名で、うち2名はイケメンで目の保養にもなり（笑）、みなさんノリも良く、楽しませていただきました。飛ぶ高さは、事前に1番低めを選択しましたが、5組とも同じような高さで、同じような時間飛んでいたので、高さの選択はあまり関係ないのかな、と思いました。最後にチップを求められましたが、それに見合うだけのエンターテイメント性があったので、当然払うべきと感じました。スタッフに写真撮影してもらうと30ドル、とかかかるみたいでしたが、同乗者がいる場合には、飛ぶ前に頼んでおけば、みなさん快く撮ってくれていたので、それで十分ではないかなと思いました。

We had grreat fun!! The crew was super helpful and made the snorkeling easy! We saw several turtles!

I used the airport transfer service to get to the hotel. The pickup location was a bit hard to find, but when I asked a passing staff member, they kindly took me there and guided me. Shortly after, I shared the ride with four other guests heading to Waikiki, and the service was very speedy. The cheerful driver interacted with the passengers, making it a fun ride. (On the other hand, it might be a bit challenging for those who can't speak English.) I was able to bring a large bag (golf bag) without any extra charge, which felt like a great deal. There are similar airport transfer services offered by Japanese travel agencies, but those often have many Japanese travelers with small children or babies, making it noisy, and they tend to cram as many passengers as possible into one vehicle, which doesn't create a pleasant atmosphere. Personally, I prefer this service. I would like to use it again.

空港→ホテルの送迎で利用しました。乗り場がちょっとわかりづらかったですが、通りすがりのスタッフに聞いたところ、わざわざ連れていって案内してくれました。その後すぐに他の客4名と相乗りでワイキキ方面に向かい、大変スピーディな対応でした。陽気な運転手さんで、同乗の人達とのやりとりもあり、楽しいライドでした。（逆に、英語が話せない人にはちょっと厳しいのかもしれませんが。）大きい荷物（ゴルフバッグ）も追加料金なしで乗せられて、お得感たっぷりでした。同じような内容の、日本の旅行代理店がやっている空港送迎サービスがありますが、あちらは小さい子供や赤ちゃん連れ日本人旅行者が多かったりして騒々しかったり、とにかく多くの利用者を1台に詰められるだけ詰めようとしたりと、車内の雰囲気はあまり良いとは言えず、個人的にはこちらのサービス方が好きです。また利用したいと思います。

Since I went to Hawaii, I thought I should try something adventurous, and I hit the jackpot with parasailing!! Great value for the price! I highly recommend it♪

Despite the early morning hour, I was greeted with a pleasant attitude. Even though my luggage was unusually heavy, the driver kindly handled it without showing any signs of discomfort. I would like to request their service again when needed.

かなりの早朝にもかかわらず、気持ちよく対応頂きました。
荷物も異常に重いのに嫌な顔１つせず、ドライバーさんは親切に処理して頂きました。
次も必要な時はお願いしたいです。

An English-speaking driver came to pick me up, and I immediately recognized it was my ride when he called my name.

He also handled my luggage properly, carrying it from the area with steps.

There were already other passengers in the car (all foreigners), and the driver was chatting with them in English. (They seemed to be having a fun conversation, but I couldn't understand what they were talking about, haha.)

He looked a bit intimidating, but surprisingly, he was friendly and kind, which was great!

By the way, I also booked the pickup for my arrival with the same company, but the return vehicle was definitely cleaner and more high-tech.

The car for the arrival was quite old and shook a lot, haha.

英語オンリーの運転手さんがお迎えに来てくれましたが、
名前を呼んでくれたのですぐに自分の迎えだと分かりました。

荷物もきちんと段差のあるところから運んでくれます。

車中は私たちの他にも既に乗っている方がいて(全員外国人)
運転手さんが何やら英語で語りかけていました。
(楽しそうに会話してましたが何を話していたのかは分かりません笑）

コワモテな方でしたが意外とフレンドリーで
親切な方だったのでよかったです！

ちなみに「行き」の送迎も同じ会社で頼みましたが、
「帰り」の送迎車のほうが断然キレイでハイテクでした。

行きの車はけっこうな古さでめっちゃ揺れました、笑。

The driver who picked us up from the airport to the hotel was very energetic. Since we arrived early in the morning, we were a bit low-energy upon arriving in Hawaii, but the loud-voiced driver lifted our spirits and increased our excitement for the journey ahead (laughs).

The driver only spoke English, but he communicated using simple words, so even someone like me who can't speak English was fine.

By the way, the staff from Roberts Hawaii who guided us to the driver was Japanese, so it's totally okay if you can't speak English. (Just showing the reservation name or the confirmation screen voucher is enough.)

Also, there is a section to write your arrival flight when making the reservation, so even if the flight is delayed, they will come to pick you up accordingly, which was reassuring.

空港⇒ホテルまでの送迎では、テンション高めの運転手さんが担当してくれました。
早朝着だったのでハワイに着いても若干ローテンションでしたが、声の大きい運転手さんが盛り上げてくれたのでこれから始まる旅のワクワク感も上がりました(笑)
運転手さんは英語オンリーの方でしたが、単語単語で話してくれるため、
英会話が出来ない私でも大丈夫でした。

ちなみに運転手さんのところまで案内してくれた
ロバーツハワイのスタッフさんは日本人の方だったので
英語が喋れなくても全然OKです。
（予約名か、予約確定画面バウチャーを見せればOK）

また、予約時は到着便を書く欄があるので、
例えば飛行機が遅れたりしたとしても、
それに合わせて迎えに来てくれるので安心でした。

Overall, there are no particular issues to note. It's not a problem at all if you can't speak English. I recommend this over taking a shuttle bus with a large number of Japanese people from other companies!

普通、特に問題ない点が評価できる。英語が話せなくてもなんの問題もない。他社の日本人大勢のシャトルバスに乗るよりも、こっちをお勧め！

This time, it was my third participation in two years. I always enjoy the wonderful show that has been enhanced each time. It's not just a simple impersonation show; I am moved by the high quality every time. I have seen similar shows in Las Vegas, but this one does not fall short at all. However, I felt that there were fewer performers this time and that the showtime was a bit shorter.

今回、２年ぶり３回目の参加でした。毎回ショーアップされた素晴らしいショーを楽しんでおります．単なる物まねショーにとどまらずそのクオリティーの高さには毎回感動しております。
同様のショーをラスベガスでも見たことがありますが決して見劣りしておりません、但し今回は
出演者も少なくショータイムも少し短かった様な気が致しました。

I used the service again this year, just like last year. The conversation with the staff at the airport, who was very knowledgeable about Japan, was really enjoyable. The car was a bit dirty, but I think that's to be expected, so it's fine. The reasonable price is also a great help.

I wanted to experience parasailing on my honeymoon, so I made a reservation! I was quite hesitant since I'm not good with thrill rides and tend to get seasick, but I decided to challenge myself since it was a special occasion! I boldly chose the 150m option, and it was the right decision!

At first, it was really scary, but once I saw the view, all my fears disappeared. It felt amazing. I had my DSLR with me, and when I handed it to the staff, they happily took several photos for me! They even used a shark toy to take fun pictures! Of course, tipping is essential; we gave $20.

The foreign guests around us were handing their iPhones to each other to take photos and videos, so that's another option if you're feeling brave. I recommend taking motion sickness medication if you're prone to seasickness. I have a weak vestibular system and get seasick easily, but I took a 24-hour medication, and I was fine! Just be prepared for the boat to rock a lot and go fast!

The explanations were in English, but even if you don't understand everything, you can manage with the vibe!

ハネムーンでパラセーリングを体験したいと思い予約！
絶叫系苦手だし船酔いもしやすいのでかなり迷いましたがせっかくなので挑戦することに！おもいきって150mにしましたが正解です！
最初はめちゃくちゃ怖いのですが景色みると吹っ飛びます。すごく気持ちがいいです。
自分で一眼レフを持っていたのでスタッフの方に渡したら快く写真を何枚もとってくれました！
サメのおもちゃとか使って面白く撮ってくれますよ！もちろんチップは必須です。私たちは$20渡しました。
周りの外国の方はiPhoneを渡して写真とって、ムービー撮ってと行って撮りあいっこしていました。勇気がある方はその方法もありです。
船酔いやすい方は酔い止めを飲んでいくことをオススメします。わたしは三半規管が弱くかなり酔いやすいので24時間効くものを飲んでいったら平気でした！かなり船がゆれるし早いので覚悟してください！
英語での説明ですがわからなくてもノリでなんとかなります！

I applied for the VIP dinner and cocktail show after seeing it featured in "In Love with Hawaii 2." I attended with my 75-year-old mother. The food was decent, but it seemed like there was too much for my mother. She also complained about the quick removal of the dishes (it seemed like the woman next to us was saying something similar). However, the show itself was absolutely wonderful, and my mother was very happy. The impersonation show was great, and the fire dance was very impressive. It was also a nice touch to be able to take a photo together on the way out. I would like to visit again if the opportunity arises, but next time, I think it would be better to have dinner elsewhere before attending.

ハワイに恋して2で紹介されて気になっていた所、VIPディナー&カクテルショーのモニター募集があったので申込みしました。75歳の母との参加です。食事の味はまあまあでしたが、母には量が多かったようでした。また、食事を下げるのが早いと不満をこぼしていました。(隣の女性もそのような話をしていたようです)ただ、ショーの内容はとても素晴らしく、母もとても喜んでいました。そっくりさんのショーもそうですが、ファイヤーダンスとても迫力がありました。帰りに一緒に写真を撮ってもらえるのも嬉しいサービスです。機会があればまた伺いたいと思いますが、その時は食事は他でしてきてからの参加でいいかなと思います。

It was thrilling, and there was a rainbow over Waikiki, making the view absolutely stunning! The advanced board skills allowed me to dip my feet into the ocean, adding to the excitement!

We participated as a couple. Since check-in was at the beach in front of the hotel, there wasn't a check-in counter; instead, there was a staff member under a parasol, which mixed in with other beachgoers and was a bit confusing (laughs). I thought this was quite typical of being overseas. We moved to a boat in front of the Halekulani Hotel to board.

Everyone else was from English-speaking countries. The crew spoke only in English, and since I had some snorkeling experience, I managed to keep up. The snorkeling lasted quite a while, about an hour. There was an explanation in English on how to put on the gear, and we were given life jackets and goggles (no fins, but that was fine). Equipped with the snorkeling set, we headed into the sea!! When I swam along with the crew, there were sea turtles!!! I was thrilled to encounter four of them! The seawater was a bit murky, so it was hard to see the fish, but I still had a great time. After that, we returned to the boat for sailing. It was an exhilarating moment with the large sail unfurled, creating a sense of speed. You can buy water and beer on the boat, so no need to worry about drinks! (Cash is better.) There was also a restroom on board. Since sailing can be quite bumpy for a long time, those prone to seasickness should take motion sickness medication. It was a great activity to enjoy the waters of Waikiki in a short amount of time!!

夫婦で参加しました。
ホテルの前のビーチでチェックインという事だったので、チェックインカウンター的なものはなく、パラソルの下に担当のお姉さんが居て他の海水浴客のパラソルと混ざり困惑（笑）これも海外っぽいなぁなんて思いました。
ハレクラニホテルの前にある船に移動して乗船。

私達以外は全員英語圏の方だった。
船員も終始英語で、スノーケル経験者だったのでなんとかついていけたって感じ。
スノーケルは長めで、1時間くらい。英語での装着の説明もあり、ライフジャケットと水中メガネを渡されます。（フィンは無し。無くても大丈夫でした。）
スノーケルセットを装備していざ、海へ！！
船員の人に泳いでついて行くと…そこには海ガメが！！！その後も4匹も出会えて感動でした！少し海水が濁っていたので魚は見えにくかったですが、楽しめました。その後、船に戻ってセイリング。大きな帆を広げてスピード感とスリリングなひと時でした。お水やビールなども船上で買えるので飲み物の心配なし！（現金の方が良い）トイレも船内にありました。セイリングは割と長い時間揺れるので船酔いする人は酔い止めが必要です。
ワイキキの海を短時間で楽しめる良いアクテビティでした！！

Straight off Waikiki beach - fun crew. We had dolphins frolicking off our bow and escorting us halfway to Diamond Head then saw plenty of turtles when we snorkeled.
