They arrived at the hotel on time, but after that, we went around three hotels in Waikiki, resulting in about an hour to get from the hotel to the airport (twice the time of a direct route).

時間通りにホテルに迎えに来たが、その後ワイキキのホテル３ヵ所を廻り、結果ホテルから空港まで約１時間（直行の倍の時間）かかってしまった。

I participated in cocktail sailing. The view at sunset is amazing. However, it’s cold, so please dress warmly. I enjoyed the rainbow, the sunset, and arriving at Diamond Head.

カクテルセーリング参加しまいました。夕暮れの時景色最高です。ただ寒いので、暖かくして参加くださいませ。虹と、夕日とダイヤモンドヘッド到着して堪能しました。

I used Roberts' shuttle both to and from my destination. On the way there, since I was going to Hilton Village, I was one of the second to get off, so it was quick to arrive at the hotel. However, on the way back, I was picked up first from Sheraton Princess Kaiulani, and after stopping at several hotels, it took over an hour to get to the airport. The pickup was on time, and the driver's service was good, so I would like to use it again next time.

行き帰り共にロバーツさんのシャトルを利用しました。
行きは、ヒルトンビレッジだったので、降りるのが二番目くらいで、ホテルに到着するまで早かったですが、
帰りは、シェラトンプリンセスカイウラニからのピックアップだったので、一番最初にピックアップされ、その後いくつかのホテルに寄ったため、空港まで１時間以上かかりました。
ピックアップは時間通りに来ましたし、ドライバーさんの対応もよかったので、また次回も利用したいと思います。

From start to finish the service was great ! Loved the back stage tour with Gavin ! Our server was great very personable and answered questions we had regarding the area! All of the performers were great! Elvis was one of my favourite, loved when he went through the crowd and sang to the audience and gave scarves to the women in the crowd. The dancers were very good! There were 2 dancers in particular that really kept me captivated, their smiles and enthusiasm made me want to get up and dance with them. I would highly recommend this show to anyone . The food was okay. I found the food a little salty and my the steak was under done, but the rest of the tables was done fine, doing the entire package made it fun to get an inside look at what happens behind the scenes. Thoroughly enjoyable !

The large windows made it very easy to see, which was great. Those who participated in the normal submarine mentioned that the windows were small, and they had to lean in to look out. However, I think it was just luck, as I didn't encounter any dolphins or turtles. Inside the submarine, it was very cold, so I used a hoodie and a shawl. The monotony and the cold made me feel sleepy in the second half. Since I rarely get to go diving, I think it was a unique experience.

大きな窓だったので、とても見やすくて良かったです。ノーマルサブマアリンに参加した方は、窓が小さくてかがみこむようにして眺めてたと話していました。ただ、やっぱり運だと思いましたが、イルカやカメには出会えませんでした。潜水艦の中はとても寒くてパーカーとストールを使いました。淡々としているのと寒さで後半は眠くなってしまいました。めったに潜水なんてできないので、珍しい体験にはなったと思います。

I participated based on the experiences of others.

The view while feeling the sea breeze was fantastic, and the night view of Honolulu from the sea was very beautiful.
You can drink as much alcohol or soft drinks as you like, so no worries!
There are proper restrooms too, haha.

There are no Japanese people or Japanese staff, but everyone is cheerful and friendly, so those who can't speak English don't need to worry at all.

I’m definitely joining again next time!

It was difficult to find the group exit desk upon arrival. The woman in charge was kind, but we had to wait a little until the bus arrived. Overall, we arrived at the hotel without major complaints, but everyone was exhausted from the congestion at immigration. That definitely needs improvement.

到着して団体出口のデスクがわかりずらいです。
担当の女性の方は親切でしたが、バスが到着するまで、少し待ちました。まあ大きな不満なくホテルに到着しましたが、イミグレの混み方にみんな疲れ切ってましたね。そちらの改善が必要ですねー(^ ^)

I participated on my first day in Hawaii.

First, the meal and the show are held in separate locations. It starts with a buffet meal. There was plenty of time, so I could enjoy it at my own pace without rushing. As for the meal… well, it was average. The taste was pleasantly ordinary. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't impressively delicious either. It was enjoyable enough.

The female guide was very kind and provided excellent service with a lot of humor.

The show itself wasn't large-scale, but it was enjoyable both musically and visually.

Before the show started, I felt the need to go to the restroom, and a staff member (who I later found out was one of the main dancers!) kindly assisted me all the way to the restroom.

ハワイ初日で参加しました。

まず、お食事とショーは別の場所で行われます。
最初にビュッフェのお食事から始まります。
時間もたっぷり設けられていてあわてずゆっくり自分のペースで頂くことができました。
お食事の内容は…う～ん。普通です。お味は普通に美味しい。不味くはないけど、感動するほどの美味でもない。普通に楽しめる程度です。

案内係りの女性もとても親切でユーモア溢れる素晴らしい接客です。

ショー自体も決して大規模ではありませんが
音楽、視覚的にも楽しめました。

ショーが始まる前にお手洗いに行きたくなったのですが、スタッフの方が（あとでわかったのですがメインで登場するダンサーの一人でした！）お手洗いの前にまでアシストしていただいたり、とても親切です。

This was my second time in Hawaii, and the view from the yacht was amazing. I took some motion sickness medication just in case, but I didn't feel sick at all and completed the schedule without any issues. There were only a few Japanese people, and I think most of the others were from English-speaking countries.

While enjoying a delicious Mai Tai, I thought how great it would be to talk with these people, which strongly motivated me to learn English.

人生2回目のハワイでしたが、ヨットから眺める景色が最高でした。一応酔い止めも飲んで行きましたが、全く酔う様子もなくスケジュールを終えました。日本人はチラホラ程度で殆どが英語圏の方たちだったと思います。
美味しいマイタイ飲みながらこの人たちと話せたらなぁっと英語学習のモチベーションにも強く影響を与えました。

At 63 years old, I was anxious about trying outrigger canoeing for the first time, but it was an amazing experience. I encourage everyone to give it a try. Make it a wonderful memory in Waikiki, Hawaii.

６３歳にして初めてのアウトリガーカヌー実際不安がありましたが最高の気持ちよさでした。

This time, we participated with five family members in the standard seating. I heard that there was a lei service, so I was ready to take photos when receiving the lei at the entrance, but we did not receive any leis and were processed in a conveyor-belt manner.

When we took our seats, the order for going to the buffet was prioritized for those at tables that received leis, and we had to wait for a while. Those who did not receive leis and did not understand the language were allowed to go without any warning, while those who understood the language were subjected to derogatory remarks.

Only those at the lei tables were allowed to participate in the show. I felt a sense of discrimination throughout. I thought that if I had known this, it might have been better to arrange for seats where we could receive leis (priority seating), but I also believe I would have felt uncomfortable in the opposite situation.

Next time, I would definitely like to choose the Polynesian or sunset cruising show.

今回スタンダードシートで家族５人で参加しました。
内容詳細にはシェルレイのサービスがあるとのことで、入り口で配られているレイを受ける時に写真で撮影しようとスタンバイしていましたが、私たちにはレイのプレゼントはなく、流れ作業的に進まされました。
席についても、ビュッフェの食事を取りに行く順番がレイを貰ったテーブルの人優先で、しばらく待機させられ、言葉のわからないレイを貰っていない人たちが行っても注意はなく、言葉のわかる人たちからは中傷の声が上がっていました。
ショーに参加する観客もレイの席の人のみ。ことごとく差別を感じました。
こんなことなら少々料金が高くても、レイのもらえる席（優先席）を手配したらよかったのかと思いましたが、逆の立場でも嫌な思いをしたと思います。
次回は是非ポリネシアンか夕日のクルージングのショーにしたいと思います。

This cruise was a fantastic way to end our holiday! The Staff were lovely and the boat was clean & comfortable. We had a great time :)

It was an 11-passenger shuttle.
The passengers were from various nationalities, but we were at full capacity.
Thanks to that, we arrived at the hotel as scheduled.

国籍豊かな乗客でしたが、定員乗車です。
お蔭様で予定通りにホテルに到着しました。

I applied alone, but I was able to participate enjoyably. I flew with a pair of other women, and the view from the sky was wonderful. Thank you very much.

If you provide your flight number and the hotel where you are staying, they will come to pick you up accordingly, so you don't need to decide on a time yourself. It's convenient and reassuring.

便名，宿泊ホテルを連絡すれば、それに合わせて迎えに来てくれるので、自分で時間を決める必要がなく、楽でもあり、安心です。

I go to Honolulu every year, and since last year, I've been using their shuttle service to the hotel. There were no issues with the contact at the airport, and the wait time for the shuttle bus was short, so I am satisfied.

ホノルルへは、毎年行っていますが、昨年からホテルへの送迎に使っています。空港でのコンタクトも問題なく、シャトルバスの待ち時間も短いので、満足しています。

Had a blast w/ the best crew on board! Very friendly, professional, and fun. They made sure my kids were comfortable and safe. Would cone back again

The sunset was great, the crew was great, and the Mai Tai was great! It was a tour that had all the right elements. I didn't get seasick on the boat, but I did get tipsy from the all-you-can-drink Mai Tai (laughs). It was really delicious Mai Tai. Cheers!!

I used this service for my friend. There was a slight delay, but that’s just Hawaiian time (laughs). According to my friend, it was neither good nor bad (laughs). Since it was a hotel near the zoo, it seems they were one of the first pickups. After that, they went around to a few other hotels, but there wasn’t any particular crowd, and they arrived at the airport without any issues. Just like me, I’d like to recommend it to my friend as well.

動物園近くのホテルだったため、最初の方の迎えだったようです。そのあと何軒かのホテルをまわったようですが、特に混みあうこともなく空港へ着いたとのことでした。私同様、お友達にもご紹介したいです。

I missed the bus at the meeting time and was really anxious. When I called, they assisted me in Japanese and quickly arranged another bus for me. They were very kind, and I appreciated it.

待ち合わせ時間にバスに乗れず、すごく焦りました。電話すると日本語で対応していただき、すぐ違うバスを手配していただけました。とても親切で良かったです。

After getting off, I was able to go straight to the boarding area without getting lost, and the staff were kind and helpful. I would like to use this service again next time! Thank you!

Each instructor was assigned to one out of two participants, which made it a very enjoyable experience! I believe even those who lack confidence in their physical fitness or are usually inactive can manage to stand up just fine!

The price was a bit high, but I decided to go for the "Green Room" tour. Whether it was worth the price is debatable, but it was a valuable experience to be guided and explained by a friendly manager through the backstage, which I would never normally get to see. Plus, I got to watch the show from a good seat, and since it's something you rarely get to do, I felt it was worth it for me. The show itself was quite impressive, and I think the structure was well done. I really enjoyed it. The food was also quite tasty.

ちょっと値段が高かったですが、思い切って「グリーンルーム」ツアーに申し込みました。価格ほどの価値があったかどうかは微妙でしたが、普段は絶対にのぞき見ることのないステージ裏を、フレンドリーなマネジャーが丁寧に案内、説明してくれるのは貴重な体験でしたし、良い席でショーも観られるし、滅多に出来ないことなので、私にとっては行って良かったです。ショー自体は、なかなか迫力も有り、また構成もよくできていると思います。とても楽しめました。お料理もまま美味しかったですよ。

I was able to see a beautiful sunset.
It gets chilly when the sun goes down, and you might get wet, so a jacket and towel are essential.
When riding on the yacht, it's best to go barefoot, so I recommend wearing sandals.

日が沈むと肌寒くなるのと、濡れたりするので上着とタオル必須です。
ヨットに乗るとき裸足になるので、ビーにサンダルがおすすめです。

The parachute was very colorful in the photos and other tours, but ours was mostly white with a large skull on it. I think some people might like skulls, but I was a bit disappointed because I was expecting something colorful. Also, I signed up for the 150m, but it felt like the height was the same as the 120m. It seemed like the time was a bit longer compared to others, so I wondered if that was to make up for the price difference. The parasailing itself was as expected and fun. The handsome staff took a lot of photos, but $30 is expensive!

写真であったり他のツアーではとてもカラフルなパラシュート(？)でしたが、私たちのツアーのものは殆ど白で大きくドクロが書かれていました。ドクロが好きな方もあるとは思いますが、私はカラフルなものを期待していったので少しガッカリでした。また、150mを申し込んだのですが120mの方と高さは変わらなかった気がします。時間的には他の方に比べて少し長めだったので、それで差額を補充されたのでは？と思いました。パラセーリング自体は期待通りで楽しくはありました。イケメンのお兄さんが沢山写真を撮ってくれましたが、30＄は高い！

My first parasailing experience was amazing! I was able to enjoy the beautiful sea and scenery from above, and it was truly a great experience! I'm really glad I signed up for it!

I originally booked for a height of 150m, but when I arrived at the hotel and saw the view from the tall buildings, I got nervous about the height and changed my reservation to 90m the day before. Despite the sudden change, they responded quickly, and I was able to have a fun time! I had no worries on the day of the activity, so I plan to request their services again for activities on my next trip! ^_^

はじめてのパラセーリングは綺麗な海と景色を空の上から眺めることができ、とっても良い経験になりました！！申し込んで本当に良かったと思いました！！
高さに関しては150mで予約しましたが、ホテルに着き高層ビルから景色を見た途端、高さにビビり前日に90mへの高さ変更をしました急な変更にも関わらず、迅速な対応をして下さり、楽しく過ごすことができました！！なにも不安なく、当日楽しむことができたので、また旅行でアクティビティをする際はこちらでお願いしようと思います！！^_^

The waiting area at the hotel was slightly different from the one mentioned when I arrived, which caused a bit of confusion, but other than that, I was able to get to the airport smoothly. I would like to use this service again.

If you are coming from Japan, there are other services available, but when using flights from the United States or other airlines, it will be outside of service hours. Mr. Roberts, whom I often asked for help on the Big Island, is known for his flexibility. Additionally, they often use large buses, which are very comfortable. On the Big Island, the driver lent us a ukulele, and we sometimes played it on the way to the airport.

日本からの便であれば他のサービスもあるのですが、米国からの便やその他の航空会社を使用するときにはサービス時間外になります。
ハワイ島でもよくお願いしていたロバーツさんは融通性が良いのが特徴です。また大きいバスを使用するときが多くとても快適ですね。
ハワイ島では運転手の方のウクレレを貸していただき、空港まで弾いて遊ぶこともありました。

This was my second time surfing in Hawaii. This school was my first experience. There were about 10 people in each class, which was a bit on the larger side. There were three instructors. The instructors helped by pushing the boards at the right moments, so everyone was able to catch the waves. The girls found paddling to be quite challenging.

ハワイでサーフィンをするのは2回目でした。こちらのスクールは初めての体験でした。1クラス10人程度で人数は多めです。先生は3人でした。先生がタイミングよくボードを押してくれるのでみなさん、波に乗れていました。女子はパドリングが大変でした。
