It's a sunset sailing, but the fireworks viewing on Friday is after sunset, so you won't be able to see the sunset. I don't think people who don't understand English and can't drink alcohol will enjoy it. The fireworks were beautiful.

サンセットセーリングだけど、【金曜日】花火鑑賞付きは日の入り後なのでサンセットは見られません。
英語がわからずお酒が飲めない人は楽しめないと思います。
花火は綺麗でした。

It was supposed to be a Diamond Seat, but I was directed to a regular seat without any reservation. It was very disappointing that the service was not thorough, especially considering the $50 difference.

ダイアモンドシートだったが、席の確保がされておらず、普通の席に誘導された。50ドルもの差をつけながら、サービスが徹底されていないのが、とても残念だった。

The transfer from the hotel to the airport was smooth without any particular issues. The hotel pickup time was as scheduled. However, in a way, having things on time overseas might be quite impressive.

ホテルから空港までの送迎なので、特段何ごともなくスムーズに送って頂きました。
ホテルのピックアップ時間も予定どおりでした。
でも海外で時間どおりということが、ある意味すごいことなのかも知れませんね。

Had a fun time, will go again next visit for sure!

We boarded the ship that departed at 11:00 AM (check-in was at 10:30 AM).
We were the only Japanese people on board, but we had a great time.
However, on the catamarans we've been on before, we were allowed to sit on the netting at the front, but this time it wasn't permitted.
Honestly, I was looking forward to sitting there again, so I was a bit disappointed.
As for taking photos before boarding, I'm not sure if it's necessary...? (They are sold for $10 at disembarkation for those who want them.)

11時出航のに乗船しました。(チェックインは10時30分)　
日本人は私たちだけでしたが、楽しい時間でした。
ただ、今まで乗ってきたカタマランは先端の網の部分に座っても良かったのですが今回はダメ。
正直私はそこに座るのが楽しくて、また申し込んだので少々残念でした。
乗船前の写真撮影は要らないかな…？(希望者に下船時10ドルで販売)

This time, since we were in Hawaii, we decided to enjoy this fun show. I made a reservation through Veltra, which offered a plan with some nice perks. At first, I was a bit worried about using Veltra, but on the day of the reservation, I headed to the venue and had no trouble checking in at all. I've already used Veltra for various activities and shows about five times during my two trips to Honolulu, and there have been no issues!

For this Rock-a-Hula show, I enjoyed the VIP dinner that came with the special reservation. We started with the meal, and I had the impression that the food at these types of shows is usually not very good, but I thought the food here was quite decent.

Next up was the start of the show. First, there was an Elvis Presley impersonator, followed by a female singer, and then a Michael Jackson impersonator. All of them had great singing abilities, and I really enjoyed watching Michael's dance. The fire dance was also impressive and enjoyable.

Since the dinner package can be a bit pricey, I would recommend just attending the show without the meal.

今回せっかくのハワイと言う事も有りこちらの楽しそうなショーを観覧しました。
ベルトラから予約をすれば嬉しい特典があるプランで予約をしました。
最初はベルトラ⁉︎大丈夫なのかと思いながら予約当日予約会場へ向かいましたが何のトラブルもなく受け付け出来ました。
既にホノルル2回の旅行の内5回程ベルトラ利用で色々なアクティビティ、ショーを予約しましたがもう無問題です！
今回のロックアフラショーですが、嬉しい特典予約あるVIPディナー付きで観覧しました。
最初にお食事を頂きますが、この手のショーのお食事は大した物が出ない印象が強く有りましたがこちらのお食事はまぁまぁ良かったと思います。
お食事の次はいよいよショーの始まりです。
最初にエルビスプレスリーのそっくりサン次に女性シンガーサン続いてマイケルジャクソンのそっくりサン、どの方も歌唱力が有りマイケルのダンスも楽しく拝見できました。
ファイヤーダンスも迫力が有りよかったですよ。
お食事付きだと少し料金がかさみますのでショーのみの鑑賞をオススメしたいですね。

Crew was good. Music was good. Would have liked more drink choices since it's called a booze cruise

I participated at the request of my 8-year-old daughter, and the location was very convenient as it was at the Royal Hawaiian Beach. Since I have a 3-year-old daughter as well, I was able to watch her play during the lesson. The instructor, Matt, spoke a little Japanese, and my daughter quickly understood and was able to stand up in the water in just about five minutes, which was surprising!

A photographer accompanied us and took pictures, so I ended up wanting to buy them. I was told that the photos alone would be $50, and if I wanted the video, it would be $80. I felt that was a bit expensive, but once I saw the video, I wanted it and ended up purchasing it...

My daughter had a great time!!

8歳の娘のリクエストで参加しましたが、場所もロイヤルハワイアンのビーチなのでとても便利でした。
下に3歳の娘がいるので、レッスン中は見ながら遊んでいました。
マット先生は日本語も少し話せて、娘も直ぐに理解して海に出てものの5分くらいで立ちビックリしました！

カメラマンも同行して、撮ってくれるので欲しくなり買いましたが写真だけなら50ドルでムービーもなら80ドルと言われ少し高いと感じましたが、ムービー見ちゃうと欲しくなり買いました…

娘はかなり楽しんでました！！

I used the service from the airport to the hotel.
The reception counter was easy to find.
Although the voucher had the correct number of people, when I checked in on the day, it showed only one person.
I had to wait quite a while for the staff to confirm with each other.
There were seats in the vehicle that couldn't be used due to air conditioning water leakage, and water was dripping quite a bit from other seats as well.

空港からホテルまでを利用。
受付カウンターは分かりやすかった。
バウチャーには正しい人数になっているのに、当日受付してみると1名だけになっていた。
スタッフ同士が確認するのにけっこう待たされた。
車内はエアコンの水漏れで座れない席があり、他の席でも水がだいぶ落ちてきた。

I participated with my 8-year-old daughter. The pick-up and drop-off were on time, which was reassuring. We quickly ascended into the sky and arrived in no time. It was very calm and stable, but I was a little scared... My daughter was having a blast, swinging around! She seemed to enjoy it so much that she kept saying she wanted to do it again. I ended up buying the photo data because I wanted to have those memories, and I think $30 is a reasonable price for that.

The water splash was only up to my waist, so a bath towel wasn't necessary.

とても穏やかで安定していましたが、私は少し怖かったです…
娘はブランコ状態で大はしゃぎ！！
かなり楽しかったみたいで、もう一回と言い続けていました。
写真データもやっぱり欲しくなり買いましたが、思い出になるので30ドルならお安いかと思います。

海ポチャも濡れて腰くらいまでなので、バスタオルは必要なかったです。

I have participated with my mother, who is over 80 years old, for three consecutive years. I am satisfied with the staff's brightness, the thrill of the boat, and the delicious cocktails.

80歳を過ぎた母と３年連続で参加させていただいたています。
スタッフの明るさと船のスリルとおいしいカクテル　満足です。

I was glad that I could make a reservation on this site, as other sites required a minimum of 12 people. The seats were in the second row, and I had a great view. There were three food options to choose from, including loco moco and fish and chips, and there were cocktails available as drinks. I was more than satisfied and full. I plan to make a reservation again next time.

他のサイトは12名以上でないと予約できませんでしたが、こちらのサイトで受け付けていただいてよかったです
席も2列目で、とても良く観覧できました
フードは3品から選べて、ロコモコやフィッシュ&チップスなどがあり、ドリンクはカクテルもあり、私は充分にお腹いっぱいになりました

Incredible experience with an amazing pair running the show. I’d definitely recommend it and definitely do it again.

We were seated for the dinner buffet in the order we checked in. Overall, the food was delicious, and during the meal, several people were invited to participate in a basic hula lesson, and my husband was called up with a "Come on!" and seemed to have a great time.

After eating the dinner buffet outside, everyone moved to the theater in their own time, but the seating inside the theater was first-come, first-served. If we had taken a little longer to enjoy dessert, there would have only been seats at the edges. Everyone was saying, "Is it really first-come, first-served?" so I think it would be good to place a notice in Japanese on the dinner buffet table regarding this.

Photography was not allowed during the show, but taking pictures without flash was okay. We enjoyed our last night in Hawaii with impersonators of Elvis and Michael, as well as the hula show.

チェックインした順からディナービュッフェの座席を座っていく感じでした。お料理は全体的に美味しかったですし、食事中にフラの基本レッスンに数名呼ばれて、うちの主人もカモン！と言われ前へ出て楽しそうにしていました。
ディナービュッフェを外で食べた後、食べ終わった人から各自で劇場の方へ移動するのですが、その劇場内の座席は早い者順という感じでした。もうちょっとゆっくりデザートを食べてたら、端の方しか座席がなかったです。「えー 早い者勝ちなの？」と皆んなが言ってたので、日本語でその旨案内の紙を、ディナービュッフェのテーブルに置いた方が良いと思います。
ショーはビデオ撮影はNGでしたが、フラッシュなしの写真撮影はOKでした。プレスリーとマイケルのそっくりさん、フラショーなど、ハワイ最後の夜を楽しませてもらいました。

First of all, the reception staff, the captain, and the crew were all cheerful and made it a fun experience! Everyone except for us Japanese was foreign (two couples and three women), but we managed to have a friendly atmosphere in a sort of casual English.

We participated as two adults, a 9th-grade boy, a 6th-grade girl, and a 1st-grade girl, and we split into two groups: my wife with the middle schooler, and me with the two daughters, heading up into the sky. The feeling of lifting off from that boat was special.

Up in the air, it was a strange sensation where all you could hear was the sound of the wind, and we could see everything from Diamond Head to Waikiki Beach. The crew took various photos for us, which they sell on an SD card for $30. Some people were taking their own pictures, but we decided against it due to the risk of dropping our phones in the air and the potential for them to get wet during the final splashdown.

I gave a $20 tip, and they were very happy to receive it. The ride lasted about an hour, and my son, who is prone to motion sickness, felt a bit queasy, but he managed to be okay. It was a lot of fun!

まず第一に受付さんから、キャプテン(船長さん)、クルー(船員さん)が明るく楽しくしてくれます！
私たち日本人以外は全て外国人(カップル2組、女子3人)でしたが、何となくのノリ英語で和気あいあいな感じでした。
大人2人、中学3年生(男)、小学6年生(女)、小学1年生(女)で参加しましたが、家内＋中学生、私と娘2人に別れて上空へ。
あの船から浮き上がる？飛び立つ？感覚は特別でした。
上空は風の音しか聞こえない何とも不思議な感覚で、ダイヤモンドヘッドからワイキキビーチ全て見渡せました。
写真はクルーの方が色々と撮ってくれて、SDカードで販売してくれます。(30ドル)
自分達で撮ってる方もいましたが、上空で落とすリスクと最後の海ポチャ？の時の水没を、考えてスマホはなしにしました。
チップは20ドルお渡ししました！大変喜んでもらえました。
1時間程の乗船ですので、船酔いしやすい息子が少し気持ち悪くなりつつありましたが、何とか大丈夫でした。
大変楽しかったです！

I requested a private lesson for my 7-year-old child's first surfing experience. The instructor didn't seem unmotivated, but I got the impression that they were just meeting the minimum requirements. My child seemed to have fun, though.

7歳のこどもの初サーフィンで、プライベートレッスンをお願いしました。インストラクターは、やる気がないとは言いませんが、最低限のノルマをこなしているという印象でした。こどもは楽しかったようです。

I have seen sea turtles several times before, but this time I was able to get so close that it felt like I was about to bump into one, and it was very exciting.

It was quite rare for Waikiki, which is usually full of Japanese people, to have no other Japanese participants or staff besides my family, and that atmosphere felt very refreshing.

これまでも何度か海ガメを見たことはありますが、今回はぶつかりそうなくらいに近くまで接近することが出来て、とてもエキサイティングでした。

日本人だらけのワイキキにしては珍しく、我家以外に日本人の参加者やスタッフがおらず、その雰囲気がとても新鮮でした。

The weather was great, and I was able to participate without feeling seasick at all. The boat itself, heading out into the vast ocean, was also enjoyable. The driver and the crew were very cheerful, which lifted everyone's spirits.

My children (ages 9 and 13) were a bit scared at first since it was their first experience, but they quickly got used to it and had fun once we were flying in the sky. The scenery was also very beautiful. It became a wonderful memory of our trip to Hawaii.

天気が良く、船に全く酔うことなく参加できました。
　大海原に繰り出す船自体も楽しかったです。送迎のドライバーも船員も大変陽気な方々でテンションがあがりました。

子供（9歳と13歳）達は、始めての体験に少々怖がっていましたが、空を飛ぶとですぐに慣れて楽しんでました。景色も大変良かったです。ハワイ旅行のいい思い出になりました。

I had heard that there were few Japanese people on this experience, and there were none besides us during our time. All the announcements were in English, so there were many moments when my husband and I, with our limited English skills, didn't quite understand what was being said. However, as long as you go with the flow of those around you, you'll be fine. They also respond casually to questions, even if you ask in broken English.

Before departure, they showed us a board written in Japanese that included information about drinks, safety on the boat, and tips.

For those with experience, it was okay to take off the life jackets, so we dove in without wearing them (they are mandatory in emergencies and are provided to everyone). They also lent fins for free to everyone. Life jackets and masks were distributed on the boat, and just before entering the water, they applied anti-fog solution to the masks and handed us the fins. However, the fins were a bit large since the sizes were quite general.

The depth of the sea was probably around 10 to 15 meters, and we got to see sea turtles! (There were several of them.) The fish we saw were black and a bit striped, so I wouldn't expect a colorful variety.

When we came up once, there were already people on the boat drinking alcohol. When we tried to go back into the sea, they kindly informed us that we had about five minutes left, saying, "This is the last chance!" (of course, in English).

At the end, there were people enjoying jumping off the boat. It was heartwarming to see everyone cheering and laughing as the kids jumped in.

I thought we would head back right away, but instead, we sailed further before returning, enjoying nearly an hour of sailing. It was quite rocky, so I would recommend taking motion sickness medication. The foreigners seemed to have a strong image, but some were looking quite exhausted. Of course, there were also some strong ones who were drinking heavily!

The payment for drinks was on a self-report basis after returning to the sandy beach. At that time, we put tips in a box, and the captain rang a bell and expressed his gratitude.

There were many small children, so it seems like families can enjoy this as well. The boat also had a restroom.

こちらの体験談で、日本人が少ないと聞いていましたが、私たちの時も日本人は他にいませんでした。
案内も全て英語でしたので、英語力の乏しい私たち夫婦には途中のアナウンスがよく分からない場面も多々ありました笑
でも周りの人たちに合わせていれば大丈夫です。また、拙い英語で質問しても気軽に答えてくれます。
出発前には日本語で書かれたボードを1枚見せてくれました。(飲み物や船上での注意、チップについてなどが書かれていました)

ライフジャケットは、経験のある人は外してもokでしたので、着用せずに潜りました。(緊急時は必須とのことで、全員に配られます)
またフィンも全員無料で貸してくれました。
船上でライフジャケットとマスクが配られ、海に入る直前に、マスクに曇り止めを付けてもらい、フィンを受け取ってGOです。ただ、フィンはサイズがザックリしているので、少し大きかったです。
海の深さは恐らく10〜15m位の所で、ウミガメにも会えました！(しかも何匹もいました)魚は、黒い魚と少しシマシマ模様の魚、という感じです。カラフルな感じは期待できないかと。

途中一度上がると、船では既にお酒を飲んでいる人たちも。再度海に入ろうとすると、丁寧にあと5分くらいで終わりだからラストね！と声をかけてくれました(もちろん英語ですが)

最後は、船からの飛び込みを楽しむ人たちも。子どもが飛び込むのをみんなで、笑いながら応援していて微笑ましかったです。

そのあとすぐ帰るのかと思いきや、もっと奥まで船を進めてから戻るコースで、1時間近くセーリングを楽しめました。結構波に揺られるので、酔い止めは必須かと。外国人の方は勝手に強いイメージでしたが、何人かグッタリしていました。もちろん、がんがんお酒を飲みまくる強者も笑

飲み物の精算は、砂浜に帰ってから船上で申告制でした。その時にboxの中へチップを。入れると船長がベルを鳴らして感謝の言葉を言ってくれていました。

小さい子どもも沢山いたので、家族連れでも楽しめそうです。船にはトイレも付いていました。

I was worried because I saw some reviews mentioning long wait times, but the bus left right after we boarded. I was also grateful that children's fares were not included. I would like to use this service again (^_^)

口コミを見ていたら待たされた人もいたので、どうなのかな〜？と心配でしたが、乗車後すぐにバスが出ました。子どもの料金が入らないこともありがたかったです。また利用したいです(^_^)

The airport exit was hard to find, and I wondered if it used to be on this side. I went towards the shuttle bus area, but while other companies had clear signs, I ended up wandering around and finally asked a nearby staff member for directions. The wait time also felt a bit long, so I hope it can be a bit smoother next time.

空港の出口が、わかりずらく、以前こちら側だったっけかな？と思いながらシャトルバスのあたりにいったものの、他社さんは、わかりやすく出ているのに、ウロウロして結局近くのスタッフに聞いて案内してもらいました。待ち時間も微妙に長く感じたので、もう少しすんなり行けるといいかなと思いました。

I used Roberts Hawaii for the airport transfer again because I had a great experience last time. However, since it was during the Obon season and the pickup was at the last hotel, there were no seats available, and my husband and I ended up sitting separately. At the airport, I felt anxious wondering if it was okay to get off here. I wouldn't recommend it for those who don't speak English.

空港までの送迎で、前回も利用し、とても良かったので、こちらのロバーツハワイさん利用したのですが。　　お盆の時期ということもあり、迎えが最後の場所のホテルということもありで、座る所がなく、旦那とは別々の席に・・。空港では、ここで降りて大丈夫？と不安を感じるものでした。英語ができない方には、あまりおすすめではありませんね。

I used this service from the hotel to the airport. I was scheduled to board a China Airlines flight at 11 PM, but Daniel K. Inouye International Airport serves both China Airlines and China Eastern Airlines, and they are located quite far apart, so it's important to avoid confusion. At that time, someone who was supposed to board China Airlines got off at the China Eastern Airlines location, and I informed them that they were at the wrong place. The driver is not at fault, but it's better to remember which airline you are flying with. (It's only a few minutes on foot, though.)

ホテルから空港まで利用しました。
23時のエアチャイナ（中国国際航空）便に搭乗する予定でしたが、
ダニエルＫイノウエ空港はエアチャイナとチャイナエアが就航していて、
場所も離れているので間違えない様にする必要があります。
このときもエアチャイナに搭乗予定の方がチャイナエアの場所で降りて
しまい場所が違うことを教えてあげました。ドライバの方に責任はありませんが、自分の乗る航空会社は覚えておいたほうがいいです。（歩いても数分くらいですが）

They came to pick me up at the airport exit, and the company is well-known, so it was easy to find them. They quickly handled my luggage, and all I had to do was get in the car. We arrived at the hotel in about 20 to 30 minutes, and they also unloaded my luggage. If you're using a flight that isn't a direct flight, this service is very convenient since other companies do not offer this.

空港出口まで迎えに来てくれますが会社が有名なのですぐわかりました。
すぐに荷物を運んでくれて、あとは車に乗るだけ。
大体２０～３０分でホテルに到着し荷物もおろしてくれます。
直行便以外で利用する場合、他社では対応外なのでとても重宝します。

I participated on New Year's Day with hopes that 2018 would be a wonderful year.

The departure point for the catamaran was a bit hard to find, but I asked someone at a nearby shop and managed to locate it.

When boarding the cruise, you will have to step into the water from the sandy beach, so it's recommended to wear flip-flops or go barefoot.

There were many participants from countries other than Japan, allowing us to enjoy an international atmosphere.

The sight of the large sun slowly setting over the coastline is breathtaking. This tour allows you to feel the grandeur of Hawaii's nature. The boat returns just after the sun has completely set, so you can thoroughly enjoy the view of the sunset.

The boat has a restroom, but be careful not to drink too much water (laughs).

2018年が素晴らしい１年になるよう願いを込めて、元旦に参加しました。

カタマラン出港場所が少し分かりにくく、
近くのお店の人に聞いて見つけました。

クルーズに乗り込む時は、砂浜から船に乗るため、水に足が浸かる形となります。乗る時はビーチサンダルか裸足がオススメです。

日本人以外の参加者の方も多く、インターナショナルな雰囲気が味わえます。

海岸線に大きな太陽がゆっくりと沈んでいく様子は圧巻です。
ハワイの自然の雄大さを感じられるツアーです。
夕日が完全に沈み終わった頃に船が帰着するので、日が沈んでいく様子をじっくりと楽しむことができました。

船にトイレは付いていますが、水分の取りすぎには要注意かも（笑）。

This is my second time using Roberts, and the counter was easy to understand. They arrived on time to pick me up, which was reassuring.

ロバーツを利用するのは、二度目になりますが、カウンターも判りやすく、時間通りに迎えに来てくれ、安心でした。

I participated with my 8-year-old son, and the sailing trip to the distant ocean was wonderful. The view of Waikiki and Diamond Head from out at sea was great! Occasionally, we got splashed by big waves and felt the wind, which got my son really excited!

８歳の息子と二人で参加しましたが、遠い沖までのセーリングで、離れた海の上からのワイキキ、ダイヤモンドヘッドの眺めが良かったです！
時折、大きな波を被ったり、風を感じて、息子も大興奮でした！

The staff helped with loading and unloading the luggage, which was very helpful. Also, since there were enough seats for everyone, we were able to sit comfortably on the way to the hotel. There weren't many explanations, but the driver calls out the hotel name, so as long as you pay attention, you should be fine. The vehicle isn't too big, so you'll be able to hear it clearly. It was convenient, and I would like to use this service again next time.

荷物の積み下ろしをスタッフがやってくれたので、助かりました。
また、席は全員座れるような人数で出発でしたので、ホテルまで座って行けました。特にいろいろな説明はありませんでしたが、ホテル名をドライバーが叫ぶので、それを聞き逃さないようにすれば大丈夫です。車はそれほど大きくないので、聞こえるので大丈夫です。
便利でした。次回も利用したいと思います。

As mentioned in the initial notes, taking motion sickness medication was definitely the right choice. The boat can hold about ten people and goes quite far out. You’re on the boat for a while until it’s your turn, so it rocks quite a bit and the waves are intense. Watching the people in front put on parachutes and fly into the sky is… a bit scary. They soar away like kites at an incredible speed.

However, once you muster the courage to jump, there’s no fear at all, and you get swept away into the world of the sky! The view of Diamond Head, Waikiki Beach, numerous hotels, and the endlessly expanding blue sky and emerald green sea is just amazing! The swaying feels like being on a swing, gently rocking, but the captain’s driving technique makes it quite dynamic. Since we were relatively young, we were tossed around quite a bit. Other young couples were also getting a good shake. It was really fun, and everyone who participated was super excited! It felt great to share that sense of unity.

For some reason, there was a conspicuous display of tips from the previous guests inside the boat… which was a bit disappointing, but I thought it was okay. Maybe I just didn’t understand, and it could be the norm.

When we returned to the harbor, they asked if we wanted to buy the SD card with the photos. It’s difficult to take pictures yourself while flying until you stabilize, so I thought purchasing it might be a good idea. The SD card was $30. We decided to buy it since we had such great memories, but some others chose not to.

Overall, it’s a lot of fun, and you really get to feel like a bird. If you love swings, you should definitely try it!

最初に注意書きにあった通り、酔い止めを飲んで正解でした。ボートは１０人くらい乗れるタイプで、結構沖まで行きます。順番がくるまではずっとボートなので、かなり揺れますし波が凄いです。前の方がパラシュートを装着して空に飛んで行くのは…ちょっと怖いです…。すっごい勢いで凧のように飛んでいきます。
でも覚悟を決め飛ぶと、恐怖なんて全くなく、空の世界に吸い込まれて行きます！目の前に広がるダイヤモンドヘッド、ワイキキビーチ、沢山のホテル、そしてどこまでも広がる青い空とエメラルドグリーンの海、最高です！揺れ具合はブランコのようで、ゆらゆら揺れますが、船長さんのドライビングテクニックで沢山動かされます。私たちは比較的若い方だったので結構揺らされました。他の若いカップルもガンガンやられてました。それもかなり面白く、一緒に参加した方たちも大盛り上がり！一体感があってよかったです。
船にの中に何故かわざとらしく前の人のチップが飾ってあり…ちょっと残念だったのでよかったにしました。でも私がわかってないだけで、相場くらいなのかもしれません。
港に戻ると写真のSDカード購入希望を聞かれます。飛んでる最中は安定するまで自分で写真を撮るのは難しいので、購入ありかなと思いました。SDカードは３０ドルでした。私たちはいい思い出だったので購入することにしましたが、他の方は何人か購入されませんでした。

It's amazing. The unique crew is fun. It's English-only, but I was able to understand through gestures, which added to the atmosphere and was great.
