The whole experience was fun! Captain Aaron, Jerry & JJ took us out on the water and we had a wonderful time on the cruise. We were never empty handed, the music was good & the vibes were amazing. I totally recommend this cruise.

It was my first experience in a state where I couldn't have a conversation, but it was no problem at all. Since I have a fear of heights, I chose to go up to 110 meters, but I think I could have gone higher without any issues. Although we were off the coast of Waikiki, one of the reasons I was satisfied was that I could see the very beautiful deep blue sea, which is different from the coastal area. There were 14 people on the boat, including two staff members. It was a small boat, but we were able to lift off without getting our swimsuits wet, and my sunglasses didn't fall off either. Some people even brought cameras, and we comfortably enjoyed parasailing. It was very stable in the air, and it was nothing but "pleasant." The media fee for the photos (SD card cost) was high, but they took many pictures, and I think I can use one of them as the best shot for my New Year's card.

I was fine, but since we were out at sea for a while, I recommend taking motion sickness medication just in case.

会話ができない状態で初めての体験でしたが全然問題ありませんでした。高所恐怖症なので110ｍにしましたが、もっと高くても大丈夫だったと思います。ワイキキの沖合でしたが、沿岸部とは違って非常にきれいな群青色の海が見れたことも満足した要因の一つです。ボートにはスタッフ２名を入れて14名が乗船。小型のボートでしたが水着も一切ぬれることなくその場から浮揚し、サングラスも落ちることなく、中にはカメラを持つ方もいて、快適にパラセイリングを楽しめました。空ではとても安定していて「気持ちいい」以外の何ものでもありません。撮影のメディア（ＳＤ代金）は高かったですが、何枚も撮影してくれていて年賀状のベストショットにできそうです。
　私は大丈夫でしたが、しばらくの間、沖合にいるので、酔い止めの薬を飲んでおくことをおすすめします。

Upon arrival, it was easy to find because it stood out in yellow.
I appreciated that tips were included.
Since there was no tour bus for individual travelers, something straightforward and easy was the best.

It was thrilling with stunning views. For an additional $20, you can get an SD card with around 70 photos. It would have been even better if the flying time was a bit longer.

It was my first trip to Hawaii in 38 years with my wife. I thought watching the sunset in Hawaii would be wonderful, so I signed up for it. On the boat, we enjoyed unlimited drinks and had a great time. We chatted with a young couple next to us, the breeze felt nice, and we even saw a rainbow, which meant we could come back to Hawaii again. It was the best!

My parents in their 60s wanted to join for the first time! There were two other groups of Japanese people as well. Once we headed out to sea, we raised the sail and picked up speed, and we got splashed by the waves a few times (when standing at the edge of the boat), but that was fun. Even if you can't speak English, you can manage just fine! The staff came over several times to check if we were enjoying ourselves and if everything was okay. My parents were the happiest, so we would like to participate again.

60代の両親が乗りたい！と初めて参加しました。ほかに二組日本人がいました。
沖に出ると帆をあげてグングンスピードをあげ波が何度かかかりました(ボートのへりに立っていると)がそれが楽しかったです。
英語が話せなくてもノリで乗り切れます！
スタッフの人も何度も楽しんでるか大丈夫か声をかけにきてくれました。
両親が一番喜んでいたのでまた参加したいと思います。

I participated in the evening, and the weather was really nice, so it felt great! I enjoyed myself both on the boat and in the sky! This is definitely worth repeating! It was a shame that the meeting place was hard to find.

Two years ago, I also requested a transfer to the hotel, and they came to pick me up at the scheduled time. Since there were only five stops, it was stress-free, and I was taken to the airport. I would like to request this service again when I go to Hawaii.

I made a reservation through SUP and brought the voucher, but it seemed the staff wasn't very familiar with it, and initially, they mistook it for a rental. They also said that due to the waves that day, SUP would be dangerous, that there would be no refund for cancellations, and suggested switching to surfing. I thought it was a shame that I wouldn't get my money back if the weather prevented us from doing it.

The Japanese staff at the reception wasn't very friendly, which was a bit disappointing.

The instructor was kind and great. I was able to ride the waves. However, since there were many people around, it felt a bit dangerous as I was worried about colliding with someone. In a semi-private lesson, there are times when you end up alone, and you might be far from the instructor, so I think it's better for those who are anxious to opt for a one-on-one lesson.

I tried another surf school on a different day, and I found that one to be better, so I don't think I'll be returning here.

SUPで予約してバウチャーを持って行きましたが、受付があまり把握してない様子で、最初レンタルと勘違いされました。
また、その日の波だとSUPは危ない、キャンセル料はきかない、サーフィンに変えた方がいい、と言われ、サーフィンに。天候で出来ない場合にお金が戻らないのは勿体無いな、と思いました。
受付の日本人があまり愛想はなかったのが少し残念。

インストラクターは優しい良い方でした。波にも乗れました。ただ、場所的に人が多くいるので、ぶつかりそうで危なかったです。セミプライベートだと、どうしても1人になる時間があり、インストラクターと遠く離れるときがあるので、不安な方はマンツーマンにした方が良いかと思います。

別の日に他のサーフスクールでも体験し、そちらの方が良かったので、ここでのリピートはないかなと思います。

I made a reservation because I wanted to try it after seeing it on a Japanese TV show. The music was playing, and the staff were very energetic, which made it a lot of fun. I thought I would like to do it again the next time I go to Hawaii.

日本のテレビ番組でみたときにやってみたいと思い予約しました。

I was nervous about parasailing for the first time, but the view from above was amazing! The driver and the staff were friendly and it was a lot of fun. Just to be safe, I took some motion sickness medication. At first, it was calm, but then it got bumpy!

初めてのパラセイリングでドキドキでしたが、上からの景色が最高でした！ドライバーさんもスタッフの方もフレンドリーで楽しかったです。念のため、酔い止め飲んでおきました。初めは穏やかでしたが、揺れました！

I booked this snorkeling activity for a short duration since a full-day activity seemed tiring. We checked in at Outrigger Beach and set sail! There was only one other Japanese couple with us; the rest were from overseas. The captain gave explanations in English, so I didn't understand much (laughs), but I could get the gist through gestures, so it was okay.

We received a full set of gear, including goggles, and headed into the sea! It seems wearing a life jacket is mandatory, but those who were experienced took them off. I was able to let some air out and dive a bit, so I thoroughly enjoyed the ocean.

Along the way, a sea turtle appeared, and I was able to see it up close! It was exciting to watch it come up for air and be so close. After swimming to my heart's content, we went sailing. Some people were drinking, and it turned into a bit of a party. They even took pictures for us, and we had a great time☆

I recommend this for anyone looking to do an activity without spending too much time!

1日がかりのアクティビティは疲れてしまいそうなので、短時間でシュノーケリングができるこちらを予約しました。
アウトリガーのビーチで受付して出航です！日本人は私達と1組の夫婦のみで、あとは海外の方ばかりでした。船長が説明をしてくれますが、英語なのでほぼ分かりませんでした(笑)ジャスチャーでなんとなく分かるのでオッケーです。
ゴーグル等セットを一式もらって海へ！救命胴衣は必須のようですが、慣れている方は外していました。少し空気を抜いて潜ったりできたので、思いっきり海を満喫しました。
途中、ウミガメが現れてしっかり見ることができました！空気を吸いに上がってきたり、かなり近くで見れたのは嬉しかったです。思う存分泳いで、その後はセーリング。お酒を飲んでる方もいて、ちょっとしたパーティーになってました。写真を撮ってくれたり、楽しく過ごせました☆
時間をかけずアクティビティをしたい方はオススメです！

If you're traveling with a small group or not using a rental car and heading directly to the airport, it's easier and more convenient than taking a taxi. Since I was taken to the international flight, I can't really compare it with other companies.

If you're traveling with a small group or not using a rental car, taking a direct taxi from the airport to the hotel is easier and more convenient. One difference from other companies is that pickups are available at the domestic terminal as well.

The weather was perfect.

My companion initially got seasick, but recovered in the second half.

The changing colors of the sky, the different angle of Diamond Head viewed from the ocean side, the cheerful and considerate staff, and the convenient access at an affordable price make this tour highly recommended.

I participated in a company trip. People in their 20s to 50s all enjoyed it. The staff entertained us while we were waiting, and it was truly a great memory!

After arriving at the airport, I went to the Roberts desk and was immediately guided to the shuttle. After that, I was able to depart right away and quickly moved to my hotel in Waikiki. I will use this service again next time.

空港到着後、ロバーツのデスクに行ったらすぐにシャトルまで案内してもらいました。そのあとすぐに出発できてワイキキのホテルまですぐに移動できました。次回も利用します。

The meeting point was in front of the hotel next to our accommodation, but since it was still a bit early, we relaxed in the lobby of our hotel until they came to pick us up. They also took our luggage to the meeting point, allowing us to head to the airport smoothly.

集合場所は宿泊ホテル隣のホテル前だったのですが、まだ少し時間が早かったため、宿泊ホテルロビーでくつろいでたところ、迎えにきてくれました。
荷物も集合場所までもっていってくれて、スムーズに空港へいくことができました。

This was awesome! The entire crew was funny and helpful. There were plenty of turtles and fish for everyone to enjoy! The only downside was how many different groups of tourists were also at the same location at the same time. Still plenty of awesome pictures and fun!! Would do it again in a heart beat!

I'm not a fan of roller coasters that make my heart race, but I'm glad I chose the 150-meter one. I really enjoyed it. It goes up and then comes down quickly, so it feels like no time at all. You won't have any trouble even if you don't understand English. They explain how to secure yourself and the precautions in simple Japanese.

A tip is necessary; I gave it when I got off the boat. It's also mentioned in the frequently asked questions.

楽しめました。
上がったらすぐに下がるので、あっという間です。
英語がわからなくても、全く困りません。
片言の日本語で、装着方法も注意点も言われます。

The number of Japanese participants was relatively small.
All explanations on the ship, including the types of drinks, were in English.
At the drink counter, they would speak slowly, asking, "Champagne? Beer? Mai Tai?" so you won't have any trouble even if you don't understand English.
There was also water and cola (or Pepsi).

My mother, in her 60s, didn't want to get seasick, so she stayed in the center of the ship and didn't drink alcohol. There were also Japanese people who were feeling seasick.

日本人の参加者は割合的に少なかったです。
船の中の説明は飲み物の種類等含め、すべて英語です。
飲み物のカウンターに行けば、「シャンパン？ビール？マイタイ？」など、
ゆっくり話してくれるので、英語がわからなくても困りません。
水とコーラ（かペプシ）もありました。

60代の母は船酔いしたくないので、船の中心部分でアルコール飲まずにしていました。船酔いしている日本人もいました。

I made a reservation at the request of my mother, who is hesitant about diving and snorkeling.

We had a great time on the boat ride to the submarine, and the submarine that emerged from the sea was really cool!! The flow was smooth, and I think the pilot made sure there was no unfairness in seating positions! We were able to see sea turtles swimming from inside the submarine, and on the way back, we also saw dolphins! I thought it was a really valuable experience since the fish didn't escape as they do with snorkeling or diving!!

ダイビングやシュノーケルにおっくうな母のリクエストで予約しました。

潜水艦までのボートもすごく楽しむことができ、海中から現れる潜水艦はほんとにかっこよかったです！！
動線もスムーズで、座る位置での不公平がないように潜水艦を操縦してくださっていたのだと思います！
潜水艦の中からウミガメが泳いで行くのも見れて、帰りのボートではイルカもみることができました！
シュノーケルやダイビングより魚たちが逃げないのですごく貴重な体験だと思いました！！

The pickup time was around 10:45 instead of 10:30. I was worried if they were coming or if my reservation was not confirmed! They did arrive, but it would have been more enjoyable if they had come on time.

10時半のピックアップ時間が10時45分くらいでした。来るのか来ないのか、もしくは予約されてない？と不安なりました！

I wanted to go on a sunset cruise, but it was fully booked, so I gave up on that. However, choosing this option was definitely the right decision!

I've walked on Waikiki Beach before, but seeing the beach and Diamond Head from the ocean was spectacular.

It was faster than I expected and thrilling. The only downside was a group of students from Canada who were making a lot of noise, getting injured, and even throwing up. However, I think it was an experience that makes me want to participate again.

サンセットクルーズに乗りたかったのですが、予約がいっぱいで断念しましたが、こちらにして大正解でした！
ワイキキビーチで散歩したことはあっても、海から見るビーチやダイヤモンドヘッドは壮観でした。

思ったよりスピードがあって、スリリングでした。
カナダからの学生の団体がいて、大騒ぎして怪我をしていたり、吐いたりしてて騒がしかったのが唯一の難点でした。
しかし、また参加したいと思える内容だったと思います。

It was my first time parasailing. They picked us up at our hotel, and we departed by boat near the Hilton Hotel. I really appreciated that there was no wasted time during the waiting and travel, allowing us to make the most of our valuable time during the trip. Everyone who participated was friendly and had a great time. When it was our turn and we moved on the boat, the staff kindly escorted us, so we felt no anxiety during the setup and enjoyed sailing in the beautiful sky of Waikiki. We went up to 150 meters, and it was absolutely amazing without any fear. The splash back into the sea on the way back was also a lot of fun! I will definitely participate again when I come back to Waikiki.

初めてのパラセーリングでした。宿泊ホテルまでお迎えに来ていただき、ヒルトンホテルの近くからボートで出発、待ち時間や移動時間に時間もかかることなく、旅行中の貴重な時間を無駄なく利用できたのがとても良かったです。
参加された皆様も和気あいあいと楽しくて。自分たちの順番が来て、ボートの上を移動するときも係の方が優しくエスコートしてくださって不安なくセッティングも完了して素晴らしいワイキキの空をセーリングしました。
私たちは150メートルでしたが、怖さも全然なくとても素晴らしく感激でした。戻る時の海にボチャン！がまた楽しかったです！

The pickup arrived on time and dropped me off right in front of the airline. I was satisfied with the price, which was cheaper than the travel agency. I would like to use this service again if the opportunity arises.
