I chose the direct hotel transfer and made a reservation, but there were multiple announcements at the airport counter and on the bus. I communicated that I didn't need to stop at Ala Moana, but in the end, we stopped at Ala Moana for a while. It seems that stopping at Ala Moana is mandatory.

Since I was traveling with children and there was a large group, it was a bit frustrating. Other than that, there were no particular issues.

アラモアナ立ち寄りはいらないと伝えたが、
結局アラモアナに寄ってしばらく停車。
アラモアナは立ち寄りを必ずするようです。

I saw that it was written they would arrive on time, so even though it was early in the morning, I checked out early and waited about 15 minutes before the scheduled time. When the time came and they still hadn't arrived, the hotel porter also seemed worried and asked if my reservation was confirmed. They arrived about 15 minutes late. There were a few other people getting on, and once I got in the car, I felt relieved that we were heading to the airport. However, after 10 minutes without any communication, I became quite anxious. They don't always arrive on time.

時間通りに来ると書いてあったのを見ていたので、朝早い時間ですが、早めにチェックアウトを済ませて、予定時間の15分くらい前から待っていました。時間になっても中々来ず、ホテルのポーターさんも予約出来てるの？と心配しましたが、15分くらい遅れて到着しました。他にも何人か乗っていて車に乗ると空港に行けると安心しましたが、10分を超えると連絡ないのでかなり心配になります。時間通りに着くとは限らないです。

Since the pickup was from the Big Island, I thought we would go to the international terminal, but Hawaiian Airlines came to get us, so the transfer was smooth.

ハワイ島からの送迎なので国際の方に回るかと思っていましたが、ハワイアン航空にきていただけたので、スムーズな移動ができました。

I experienced this with my fifth-grade son. At first, he was really scared, but once we got up there, he saw a view he had never experienced before and had a great time! I'm really glad we participated in this tour!

初めは、物凄く怖がっていましたが、いざ上に上がってみると今まで経験した事がない景色が見れて、凄く楽しんでました！

Compared to another cruising company, this one had a more subdued atmosphere without the wild partying. The combination of fireworks, sea breeze, and drinks was fantastic.

別のもう一つのクルージング会社に対してこちらはどんちゃん騒ぎせず大人しい感じ。花火と海風とお酒の組み合わせは最高だった。

We participated as a family. I was nervous, but my child said it was the most fun they had during the trip, so I'm glad we took part!

I participated with five friends! One of my friends was trying parasailing for the first time and was really nervous before doing it, but afterwards, they looked very satisfied and it was great that we joined.

友人の中には初めてのパラセイリングの子もいてやるまでとてもどきどきしていましたが終わった後はとても満足そうで参加してよかったです

I missed the meeting place and ended up passing by and going all the way to Waikiki, which made me anxious, but I managed to make it in time. It was my first time seeing the fireworks festival on Friday. After that, I went sailing for nearly an hour and was able to see the sparkling stars on the night sea, with the moon rising over Diamond Head, creating a magical view. Next time, I want to join to see the sunset.

集合場所がわからずに通り過ぎてワイキキまで行ってしまい、焦りましたが何とか間に合いました。金曜日の花火大会は初めて見ました。その後はセイリングで１時間近く夜の海を星の輝き、ダイヤモンドヘッドの上に月が上がり幻想的な景色を見ることができました。今度はサンセットを見に参加したいです。

As soon as you exit the airport, there is a noticeable desk, and they smoothly handled my suitcase just by showing my name without needing to present a voucher. The driver only spoke English, so he provided some sightseeing information, but I didn't catch all the details.

空港出口出てすぐ目立デスクがあり、バウチャー見せずに名前だけでスーツケースを運んでくれスムーズでした。
運転手さんは、英語オンリーなので観光案内もしてくれるんですが、細かくはわからなかったです。

Since I was alone, I was able to get to the airport more affordably than by taxi. The timing was also accurate. The driver helped carry my luggage as well.

一人だったので、タクシーよりお得に空港まで行くことができました。
時間も正確でした。荷物もドライバーの方が運んで下さいました。

The scenery was amazing, and the cheerful and reliable crew was also enjoyable. If I have the chance again, I would love to participate!!!!

It was an amazing experience to see so many turtles at once. I have been to Oahu about 20 times but never seen so many turtles! Some of them came to the surface and I was able to see them very close, I could even see their nostrils. After snorkeling, we went sailing to the Diamond Head and the boat jumped up and down the wave and my children were so excited! I would surely want to come again in the near future.

We took our family of 4 (including twin 7 year olds) to this experience. We all got in the water and couldn't believe how many turtles we got to experience up close! The excursion was well managed and very fun! The ride after the snorkel encountered some big waves, which my kids freaked out about a tiny bit, but overall we had an excellent time. It was, hands down, our family's favorite experience in our 10 days in Hawaii.

They picked me up at the hotel on time and dropped me off near the airline counter, which was very helpful. I would like to use this service again when I go to Honolulu.

We were a group of 13 and ready for a great time. We certainly weren’t disappointed! Ryan and Magic Mike were awesome we would absolutely recommend this cruise. The views were outstanding and I can’t wait to go back.

I got seasick while transferring from the boat to the submarine. If you're prone to motion sickness, be sure to prepare some medication. It can ruin a wonderful experience.

船から潜水艦への乗り換えで、私は酔いました。必ず乗り物に弱い人は酔い止めを準備して下さい。せっかくの体験が台無しです。

On the day, I was told that the waves were high and that stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) would be difficult, so I switched to surfing. There were seven students, and my friend and I ended up with Mr. M, who hardly speaks any Japanese. This Mr. M was the worst! He had no smile from the beginning and looked scary. I was nervous as a beginner...

Even when we were in the water, he never came over to the students. Even when he told us to come over, we couldn't move towards him... It was not fun at all. He assumed we didn't understand English and kept complaining, saying things like, "I'm just doing this for work," and "You can't even swim."

If you get this teacher, it's the worst. He should be let go! What should have been a fun memory turned into a terrible one that I don't want to remember. The woman at the counter (a Japanese person) also said that this teacher has a bad reputation. I can't understand why he is still employed. I want my money back. Of course, there are things that need to be said for safety, but that attitude is unacceptable!

当日、波が高いとのことでＳＵＰ難しいと言われサーフィンに。生徒が７人いたため、私と友人は日本語のほとんどできないＭ先生となった。このＭ先生が最悪です！最初から笑顔なし、怖い顔のまま。初心者で緊張しているのに・・・
海で出ても、先生から生徒に寄ってくることなし。こっちにこいと言われてもなかなか先生のところまですすむこともできず・・・
全く楽しくない。そして、こちらが英語がわからないと思って、「俺は仕事だからやってんだ」とか、「泳げないくせに」とか、文句ばかり。
この先生にあたったら、最悪です。やめさせるべき！
楽しいはずの思い出が思い出したくない最悪の思い出になりました。
カウンターの女性（日本人）もこの先生は評判が悪いと言っていました。なぜ、雇っているのか理解に苦しみます。
お金を返してもらいたい。もちろん、危険もあるでしょうから、言わなければいけないこともあるでしょうが、あの態度はない！

I used the shuttle service from the Big Island back to Honolulu to get to my hotel. Since the hotel only stops at five locations, it didn't take much time. The other limousine buses I used before stopped at about ten places, which took a lot of time, but I found Roberts to be comfortable. The price was reasonable, and the driver was polite. I would like to use it again.

ハワイ島からホノルルに帰ってきてホテルまでの送迎に利用しました。ホテルは5ヵ所しか回らないので、それほど時間は掛かりません。以前利用した他のリムジンバスは10ヵ所位回って行くので非常に時間が掛かりましたが、ロバーツは快適だと思いました。料金もリーズナブルだし運転手さんも丁寧でした。また利用したいですね。

This is my second consecutive year enjoying the sunset sailing. I had a great time with people I just met today, cheering with drinks in hand, and I was moved by the fantastic view of the setting sun. I'll definitely come again next year!

２年連続のサンセットセーリング、お酒を片手に今日初めて会ったばかりの人達と陽気に盛り上がって、沈む夕日の幻想的な光景に感動しました。また来年も来ま～す！！

The cheerful instructor was a lot of fun. They taught us carefully, so I was able to ride relatively smoothly. I recommend it for those who are trying surfing for the first time.

陽気なインストラクターさんがとても楽しかったです。丁寧に教えてくれたので割とスムーズに乗れるようになりました。サーフィン初めてという方にはオススメです。

This was my third consecutive year participating, and the exhilarating feeling of riding the waves was as amazing as ever! It's one of the must-do activities in Hawaii, so I'll definitely be back next year!

This was my first time in Hawaii, and it was also my first time surfing. I had a bit of anxiety, but the instructors were very friendly, and the lessons were enjoyable from start to finish! I'm not particularly good at sports, but I was able to stand up on the board!! The way they taught was also very good. When I go to Hawaii again, I definitely want to surf here again!

初めてのハワイで、しかもサーフィンも初めて。不安も少しありましたが、教えてくださった方々がとてもフレンドリーで終始楽しいレッスンでした！運動は、どちらかといえば苦手だったのですが、立てました！！教え方がとても上手なところもよかったです♩またハワイに行った際は、是非またここでサーフィンをしたいと思います！

Paddling is such an amazing Hawaiian tradition; these guys made it a blast. My family hasn't paddled before and it had been 20 years for me. They took us out in Waikiki and we caught some swells and rode the waves in. The photographers associated with canoeing took great shots and captured everyone smiling. I absolutely recommend this excursion for anyone traveling to Oahu.

On windy days, those who are prone to seasickness may want to take motion sickness medication, as it could be helpful. It's close to Waikiki, so I recommend it for those who are short on time.

風が強い日は、船酔いしやすい人は酔い止めを飲んで、望むとよいかも。ワイキキから近いので時間の無い人にもオススメです。

It was very expensive, but since it was over the sea, I wasn't scared. The view of Waikiki was very beautiful. The boat rocked quite a bit, so it's better to take motion sickness medication. In the end, you get dropped into the sea, but I had fun.

とても高かったけど、下は海なので怖くなかったです。ワイキキの景色がとてもきれいでした。かなりボートが揺れて船酔いしやすいので酔い止め飲んだ方がいいです。
最後に海にドボンされますが、楽しめました。

I referred to the experiences beforehand. Following the advice, I gave motion sickness medication to my children who are prone to getting seasick before boarding, but only my eldest daughter ended up feeling seasick among the three kids. The boarding position might also be a factor. It may be better for those who are prone to seasickness to board towards the back of the boat.

The parasailing experience itself was wonderful. I let my 5-year-old try it at 150 meters. Thanks to the cheerful and friendly staff, we had a great time.

ｱﾄﾞﾊﾞｲｽ通り、乗り物酔いしやすい子供たちに酔い止めを内服させて乗船させましたが、3人の子供のうち長女のみが船酔いしてしまいました。乗船位置も関係しているかもしれません。船酔いしやすい人はなるべく後部の方に乗船した方がよいかもしれません。
ﾊﾟﾗｾｲﾘﾝｸﾞ自体は素晴らしい体験でした。
5歳児も150mで体験させました。陽気でﾌﾚﾝﾄﾞﾘｰな添乗員のおかげでとても楽しめました。

The crew was fantastic and entertaining. I would definitely do this again.

On the way there, I used a different company and was dropped off at a nearby hotel. For the optional tour, I was told that parking was not allowed in front of that hotel, so we went to another hotel instead, but they came to pick me up right in front of the hotel! The cheerful driver made the trip to the airport feel like no time at all. I would like to use them again!

行きは別の会社に頼むと近くのホテルでおろされ、オプショナルツアーでも、そのホテル前は駐車できないのでと、別のホテル前まで行きましたが、ちゃんとホテル前まで迎えに来てくれました！陽気な運転手さんで空港まであっという間に感じるほどでした。また、お願いします！

I stayed at a different Hilton, but the location was a bit hard to find. I chose the middle course, and I was able to get priority for the buffet, so I recommend it. I was seated to the side, but there were dancers in every direction, so it was totally fine!

I recommend going at least once!

別のヒルトンに泊まってたのですが、場所が少し分かりづらかったです。
真ん中のコースにしたのですが、優先的にビュッフェを取れたのでおススメです。横の席だったのですが、全方向にダンサーさんがいるので、全然大丈夫でした！

一度は行ってみることをオススメします！

I signed up for a 90m experience with my wife and our two elementary school children. The whole family was super excited about this extraordinary experience! We had a great time.
There was a middle school boy and a woman from another couple on the same boat who got seasick, so it's better for those who are prone to motion sickness to take anti-nausea medication beforehand.

小学生2人と妻と私の4人で90mに申し込みました。非日常の体験に家族みんな大興奮！すっごく楽しめました。
同じボートに中学生の男の子と、別のカップルの女性が船酔いで死んでましたので、酔いやすい人は酔い止め薬を先に飲んでおいた方がいいです。
