After a relaxing time at the beach, my daughter and I joined in, dressed up just a little. (laughs) The dinner was delicious. There was absolutely no stiffness at all. 一番の楽しみでもあったマイケルも、第一声からソックリだったので、懐かしく聴き入りました。後半に登場するファイアーダンスも迫力満点で、とても楽しい時間になりました。

There are no Japanese staff members, but they explained things to us in simple Japanese! I read in reviews that people get motion sickness, so I took motion sickness medication on the bus! The boat rocked a lot, but thanks to the medication, I didn't feel sick at all. There was music playing on the boat, and the staff even high-fived us, which really boosted our spirits! It was 150 meters high, which felt really high, haha. But the view was incredibly beautiful, and it felt amazing. I want to do it again!! It ended so quickly, haha.

I participated with my family of three (my wife, our fifth-grade son, and myself) during the flying stone holiday in October. In the past, I had gone on a company trip to Guam and watched a luau at a certain domestic place, and I wanted to show my family that experience, especially since it included a meal.

◇ Good Points
- About half of the participants were Japanese, which allowed us to somewhat feel like we were abroad in Hawaii.

◇ Disappointing Points
- The show’s production was too tailored to American tastes, making it hard to feel the essence of Hawaii.
- The food was also very American.
* I was expecting luau dishes (like roasted pig), but...
- I opted for the economy course to save money, but the difference in service compared to the higher-tier course was too stark (though this might be due to the price difference).
* In the higher-tier course, seats are closer to the front, and the seating and buffet meal guidance are prioritized. Additionally, leis are given to everyone, making the visual difference between us common folks and others painfully clear and causing unnecessary feelings of inferiority.

過去、自分だけ社員旅行で行ったグアムと○ワイ○ンズ（某国内）でルアウを観ていて、家族にも見せたいという思いと食事付きという内容により参加しました。

◇良かったところ
・ハワイにしては日本人の参加者が半分位で外国に来た気分が多少味わえました。

◇残念なところ
・ショーの演出がアメリカ人好みの演出すぎてあまりハワイを感じられなかった。
・食事もアメリカン
　※ルアウ料理（子豚ちゃんの丸焼き？など）を期待していたのに・・・
・値段をケチってエコノミーコースを申し込んだのですが、上のコースとのサービスの差が激しすぎる（これは値段の差なのでしょうがないかも）
　※上級コースだと席が前の方というのもあるけど、席への案内も食事（ブュッフェ式）の案内も先。さらにレイが全員にプレゼントされ、我々庶民との差がビジュアル的に一目瞭然で余計な劣等感を感じてしまう。

◇総評
自分としては演出がとても残念だったし、ファイヤーダンスなどは寧ろ「○ワイ○ンズ（某国内）」でみたショーの方が迫力があったかも。
ハワイでもそこそこの値段を払ったつもりなのに、酒 もウェルカムマイタイの一杯だけで、普通に外でステーキでも食べた方が良かったと後悔しています。
まぁ、嫁と小五の息子は喜んでいたからまぁ良いか・・・

◇補足
ちなみに、お酒はバーがあって飲みたければ現金払いでも買えるのでお酒好きのお父さんお母さんはご安心ください。

時間通りに頼んだバスが来たら、自分を迎えに来たと思う。目が合い素通りされたら、忘れてるのが予約うまくいってなかったなどいろんな不安にかられた。正直追いかけたのかは勝手かもですが、恥ずかしかったし、大変だった。

迎えに来たバスの運転手が荷物を車に積んでくれたが、積み切らないまま乗客に話し始めて、手を話してたこともあり、私の荷物が、道に落ちてしまった。それに対し謝りもないし、笑って済まされた。ケーキは後々みたら傷はついてるし、一部歪んでしまった。
修理に出す予定。
ケースの中に割れ物も入ってるかも知れないし、ハワイは陽気な人が多いのかも知れないが、やっぱり今回のような一面を見てしまうと、あまり気分ないいものではない。最高級のサービスを求めるつもりはないが、雑？すぎるのは少し考えてしまう。

That day was clear from the morning, perfect for parasailing, and I was itching to go as soon as I woke up.

On the boat that towed the parachute, there were 11 participants, including us, but for some reason, my husband and I were chosen first. Maybe our excitement was showing on our faces.

Once we boarded the parachute and it was released, we soared into the sky in an instant! The speed was incredible, and it took me by surprise for a moment, but I hardly felt scared.

As we reached a certain height, it became so stable that it felt like sitting in a chair, and from there, it was a graceful aerial stroll.

パラセイリングはマリンスポーツとは言っても、実際はただ座っているだけなので、お子さんでもご年配の方でも気軽に楽しめると思います。
思っているより怖くないです！

It was truly a walk in the sky! Floating in the air while gazing at Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head was a calm and very elegant experience! Since I was with a group of foreigners, the driver and the boat instructor spoke only English, but they occasionally mixed in some Japanese, which made it very enjoyable. We chose a VIP seat with meals for our honeymoon! When we arrived at the venue, we enjoyed welcome drinks and snacks, which was a lot of fun! Departed right on time for a 45 minute sail all before moving into a great position to view the fireworks. Hosts were pleasant and it was a very nice evening. Tip - wear shorts or a short dress - you may be knee deep in water getting onto and off the catamaran!

I splurged on VIP seats for Michael, which I was really looking forward to! First, we enjoyed the meal, and then the opening! I was focused on the front, so I was surprised! We had a fantastic time with Presley, a local singer, and of course, Michael, along with hula and fire dancing.
