It swayed more than I imagined! It was a day with not much wind, but we were rocked quite a bit by the waves, so I think motion sickness medication is a must. As long as you don't get seasick, I think it's a very enjoyable tour! ☺︎

想像以上に揺れました！そんなに風がない日でしたが、かなり波に揺られたので酔い止めは必須だと思います。酔いさえしなければとても楽しめるツアーだと思います☺︎

I was anxious when the bus that was supposed to pick me up passed right in front of me without stopping. I chased after it, and when I caught up and asked, I was told it was the next bus.

It’s possible that the pickup time I was waiting for was a route that this company’s bus frequently travels. In the end, my actual pickup bus arrived 15 minutes later. I think it’s normal to assume that if a bus arrives on time, it’s my bus. I understand that delays can happen overseas, but if that’s the case, I wish there was a way to know which bus is my pickup, like having a bus number marked.

When the bus I requested arrived on time, I thought it was there to pick me up. When our eyes met and it just drove past, I was filled with various anxieties, wondering if my reservation had been forgotten or if something had gone wrong. Honestly, chasing after it might have been a bit much, but it was embarrassing and difficult.

The bus driver who came to pick me up loaded my luggage into the vehicle, but started talking to the passengers before finishing, and since he let go of my bag, it ended up falling onto the road. There was no apology for that, just a smile as if it was no big deal. When I checked later, the cake was damaged and partially deformed. I plan to take it for repairs.

There might also be fragile items in the case, and while there are many cheerful people in Hawaii, experiencing something like this really dampens the mood. I don’t expect top-notch service, but I do think a certain level of care is necessary.

待ち合わせ時間にきたバスが目の前を素通りされて焦りました。追いかけ、バスに追いつききいたら次のバスと言われた。
おそらく、ピックアップ時間で私の待っていた場所はこちらの会社のバスがよく通る？通りだったのかもしれない。
結果、15分後に来たのが自分のピックアップバスだっった。
時間通りに来たら、自分のバスと思うのが、普通だと思う。海外だし、遅れるのは仕方がないと言うかも知れないが、もしそうならばどのバスが自分のピックアップバスなのか分かるようにして欲しい。例えば、何番のマークのバスなど…

時間通りに頼んだバスが来たら、自分を迎えに来たと思う。目が合い素通りされたら、忘れてるのが予約うまくいってなかったなどいろんな不安にかられた。正直追いかけたのかは勝手かもですが、恥ずかしかったし、大変だった。

迎えに来たバスの運転手が荷物を車に積んでくれたが、積み切らないまま乗客に話し始めて、手を話してたこともあり、私の荷物が、道に落ちてしまった。それに対し謝りもないし、笑って済まされた。ケーキは後々みたら傷はついてるし、一部歪んでしまった。
修理に出す予定。
ケースの中に割れ物も入ってるかも知れないし、ハワイは陽気な人が多いのかも知れないが、やっぱり今回のような一面を見てしまうと、あまり気分ないいものではない。最高級のサービスを求めるつもりはないが、雑？すぎるのは少し考えてしまう。

Since I was traveling alone this time, taking a taxi would be expensive, and I think the shuttle service here is easy to find with a desk right outside the airport. I would like to use it again next time.

今回1人旅だったのでタクシーだと割高だし、こちらの送迎は空港出てすぐデスクがあるのでわかりやすく良いと思います。次回もまた利用したいと思います。

The day before, I received a message that they would pick us up by taxi while we were at the hotel. In the end, it was just us. However, arriving at the airport three hours before the departure time was way too early, and the airline counter wasn't open, so we had to wait for 45 minutes.

前日にホテルにいたら連絡が来てタクシーで迎えに行くとのことでした。結局私達だけでした。しかし、出発時間の3時間前に空港到着はいくら何でも早すぎで航空会社のカウンターが開いてなく45分待っていました。

I participated alone and even though my English is terrible, I had a great time! The staff were very kind and gave instructions using gestures and simple words, so it was no problem at all despite my lack of English. As a beginner, I was able to stand firmly on the board and it felt wonderful! I would love to participate again when I come back to Waikiki! Thank you very much!

昔と変わらず、マイタイさんのホスピタリティー(スタッフの皆さんはいつもとても親切です！)、景色、サンセット、全てにおいて最高でした。マハロ！また絶対伺います！

The weather was nice, and the waves were calm, making it the perfect day for parasailing. However, both the boat and the parasailing were rockier than expected, and there were a few people on the boat who got sick. I also felt a bit seasick, but I managed to hold on. The view from the sky was absolutely amazing.

天気も良く波も穏やかで最高のパラセーリング日和でした。
しかし、予想以上に船もそしてパラセーリングも揺れて、船上で吐く人がチラホラいました。
私も船酔いしたのですが、なんとか持ち堪えました。
空からの眺めは申し分なく最高でした。

That day was clear from the morning, perfect for parasailing, and I was itching to go as soon as I woke up.

On the boat that towed the parachute, there were 11 participants, including us, but for some reason, my husband and I were chosen first. Maybe our excitement was showing on our faces.

Once we boarded the parachute and it was released, we soared into the sky in an instant! The speed was incredible, and it took me by surprise for a moment, but I hardly felt scared.

As we reached a certain height, it became so stable that it felt like sitting in a chair, and from there, it was a graceful aerial stroll.

The panoramic view of Diamond Head and the hotels of Waikiki far below was truly breathtaking.

Although parasailing is considered a marine sport, in reality, you just sit there, so I think it can be enjoyed easily by children and the elderly alike. It's not as scary as you might think!

This is definitely an activity that I want many people to experience when they come to Hawaii!

その日は朝から快晴で絶好のパラセイリング日和で、起きたときから早くパラセイリングをしたくてウズウズしてました。

その日のパラシュートをけん引するボートには、私たちを含む11名の参加者がいたのですが、なぜか私たち夫婦が1番手に指名。
よほどウズウズが顔に出ていたのかもしれませんね。

さて私たちが乗り込んだパラシュートが解き放たれると、あっという間に大空に向けてブワーっと浮上！
ものすごい勢いなので一瞬ドキッとはしましたが、ほとんど怖さは感じませんでした。

そしてある程度の高さまで行くとまるでイスに座っているかのように安定するので、そこからはもう優雅な空中散歩です。

ダイヤモンドヘッドもワイキキのホテル群も遠く眼下に見える大パノラマは、もう圧巻の一言でした。

パラセイリングはマリンスポーツとは言っても、実際はただ座っているだけなので、お子さんでもご年配の方でも気軽に楽しめると思います。
思っているより怖くないです！

ハワイに来たら多くの方に絶対に体験してほしいアクティビティです！

I usually check into the hotel first and then go to Don Quijote to buy souvenirs, but this time I was able to make good use of the time before check-in, and it was convenient to buy souvenirs and groceries.

いつも、一旦ホテルにチェックインしてから、ドンキでお土産を買いに行くのですが、今回はチェックイン前の時間を有効に使い、お土産や食材が買えて便利でした。

It was truly a walk in the sky! Floating in the air while gazing at Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head was a calm and very elegant experience! Since I was with a group of foreigners, the driver and the boat instructor spoke only English, but they occasionally mixed in some Japanese, which made it very enjoyable. It's not an intense activity, so I think families with small children can enjoy it with peace of mind!

まさに空中散歩！
ワイキキビーチやダイアモンドヘッドを眺めながらの空中浮遊は穏やかで、とても優雅な時間を過ごすことが出来ました！外国人グループと一緒だったので、送迎のドライバーさんや、ボートのインストラクターなど、それぞれ英語だけでしたが、時おり日本語も交えて話してくださり、とても楽しかったです。
激しいアクティビティではないので、小さなお子さま連れでも安心して楽しめると思います！

After signing up, there were some notes such as needing a windbreaker due to strong winds and that you would get wet up to your knees from getting on from the beach, but I thought it was okay not to worry too much about it. Indeed, the wind was strong, but it was fun and I didn't feel cold. There were only two other groups besides us Japanese.

The atmosphere might change depending on the composition of the members that day, but I thought it would be a very enjoyable event as an experience in Hawaii. I would definitely like to participate again.

申し込み後、風が強いのでウインドブレーカーが必要、ビーチから乗るので、膝くらいまで濡れる、等の注意事項がありましたが、それほど気にしないで大丈夫だと、思いました。確かに、風はすごいのですが、楽しくて寒さは感じなかったです。日本人ほ私達以外２組だけでした。
その日のメンバー構成で、感じは変わりそうですが、ハワイでの体験として、かなり楽しいイベントになると思いました。
また、ぜひ参加します。

We chose a VIP seat with meals for our honeymoon! When we arrived at the venue, we enjoyed welcome drinks and snacks, which was a lot of fun! The meal included a large lobster, meat dishes, fish dishes, bread, and dessert, leaving us completely satisfied! I didn't know how to eat the lobster, but the staff kindly taught me!

Once the show started, there were so many captivating moments, especially Michael and the fire show, which were impressive! At the end, we even got to take photos, making it the best trip to Hawaii ever!!

新婚旅行ということで、食事付きのVIP席にしました！会場に着いたらウェルカムドリンクを飲みながらおつまみも頂けて楽しめました！食事は大きなロブスター、お肉料理にお魚料理、パンとデザートがあり、お腹いっぱいで満足です！ロブスターは食べ方が分からなかったのですが、スタッフの方が親切に教えてくれました！笑笑
ショーが始まったら目の離せない場面ばかりで、特にマイケルとファイヤーショーが印象的です！ラストは写真まで撮って頂き、最高のハワイ旅行になりました！！

I made a reservation with Roberts as usual through Veltra. This time, I finished immigration more than an hour earlier than my reservation, and I wondered what would happen. When I went to the reception desk, the cheerful Roberts Aloha staff appeared for the pre-boarding check, and it went smoothly, allowing us to depart in about 10 minutes. We arrived at the condo very smoothly. The driver was also polite.

いつものベルトラでロバーツを予約。
今回は予約より1時間以上早く入国審査が終わり、どうなるかしら？と思いなが受付デスクへへ、乗車前確認も黄色ロバーツアロハでにこやかに登場されスムーズに終了し10分程で出発。とてもスムーズにコンドに到着。
ドライバーさんも丁寧でした。

Departed right on time for a 45 minute sail all before moving into a great position to view the fireworks. Hosts were pleasant and it was a very nice evening. Tip - wear shorts or a short dress - you may be knee deep in water getting onto and off the catamaran!

Since it was close to the hotel, I was able to enjoy my free time in the afternoon. Surprisingly, I managed to ride without flipping over! It felt great, and the instructor was kind too!

Sailing while drinking a Mai Tai. The night view of Waikiki and the sunset orange were exceptionally beautiful. My heart felt relaxed. I thought to myself that I was glad to be alive.

ワイキキの夜景やサンセットオレンジが格別にきれいでした。こころが、ほぐれていきました。生きてて良かったと思いました。

I feel at ease, so I always ask for your help. This time, I appreciate your assistance despite my early morning arrival. I've been here several times and have no major concerns in Hawaii, but it's smooth and reliable, so I recommend it even for first-timers. I have also received your help in other countries. Before the show, we had a meal at the buffet. There was pork, beef, chicken, and white fish. I thought it was quite tasty.
The show was enjoyable with impersonators and fire dancing. It was really great that it ended with the Hawaii Five-O theme song!

ショーを観る前にブッフェ での食事をしました。豚も牛もチキンも白身魚もありました。普通に美味しいと思います。
ショーは、そっくりさんが出てきたり、ファイアーダンスがあったりと楽しめました。最後、ハワイファイブオーの曲で終演したのがとてもよかったです！

I was nervous during my first parasailing experience, but the view was beautiful and it was amazing! Although the language is English, the staff could speak a little Japanese, so there were no issues!

初めてのパラセーリングで緊張しましたが、景色も綺麗で最高でした！
言語が英語とありますが、スタッフの方たちは少し日本語が話せるので問題ありませんでした！

The reservation process is easy, and the airport staff provides assistance in Japanese, which is convenient. The transfer to the hotel was smooth, but the pickup from the hotel was delayed both last time and this time. This time, it was about 30 minutes late, but as long as I make it to the flight, a delay is not a problem. However, waiting without knowing if they are coming or not is stressful, so I would appreciate a notification regarding this. For example, an email to inform me that the pickup has departed would be helpful. If this could be improved, it would be excellent. Other than that, I am very satisfied. Thank you!

予約が簡単で、到着後の空港も日本語で対応してくれ便利なので利用しています。
ホテルまでの送りは何も問題無く良いのですが、ホテルからのピックアップは前回も今回も遅れてきました。
今回は30分ほど遅れてきたのですが、飛行機に間に合えば遅れるのは問題ありません、しかし来るのか来ないのか分からず待機しているのは不安になるので、その旨の連絡が頂ければ有難いと思います。例えばピックアップ出発済みのお知らせをメールでも良いのであれば助かります。ここが改善させれると最高です。それ以外は大変満足しています。

My hotel was the first stop, but I arrived about 20 minutes late. I visited five hotels before heading to the airport. Even so, I arrived about two and a half hours early. I'm glad I got there with plenty of time to spare because the baggage check at Honolulu Airport has a long line.

私のホテルは1箇所目だったのに20分くらい遅れてきました。5箇所ホテルを回って空港へ。それでも2時間半くらい前には到着しました。ホノルル空港は手荷物検査がとにかく並ぶので余裕を持って到着できてよかったです。

I splurged on VIP seats for Michael, which I was really looking forward to! First, we enjoyed the meal, and then the opening! I was focused on the front, so I was surprised! We had a fantastic time with Presley, a local singer, and of course, Michael, along with hula and fire dancing.

The portion sizes were just right, and the staff was efficient. I think the show is well-adjusted for various age groups, so it would be great for families to experience together. After the show, they are friendly and willing to take photos with you.

まず、食事を堪能してから、オープニング！前方を注視していたので、ビックリしました！プレスリーと地元の歌手の方、楽しみにしていたマイケル、フラ、ファイアーダンスとてんこ盛りで楽しめました。
食事の量も丁度よく、スタッフもテキパキ。ショーの内容は、いろんな年代に広くアジャストするものだと思うので、ファミリーで体験するのも良いのではないかと思います。ショーの後も、気さくに写真撮影に応じてくれます。

My son saw it on TV and said he wanted to try parasailing! There are various operators in Hawaii, but we decided on one that had no unnecessary options, reasonable prices, and a short duration, which were appealing to us. We booked a 150m session starting at 9 AM. We had a simple breakfast in our hotel room (spam onigiri and drinks), used the restroom, and waited for the pickup in the hotel lobby. Based on reviews mentioning seasickness on the boat, both my son and I took motion sickness medication on the bus. My son has never experienced motion sickness, but just in case. After giving birth, I have become a bit prone to nausea on rides like roller coasters.

The boat departs from the marina near the Prince, past the Hilton. There were five groups together. Once the boat went offshore, the parasailing opened up with a whoosh! The rainbow-colored parachute stood out beautifully against the sky, and it was so cute. Our excitement skyrocketed. After putting on life jackets and equipment, we took off in order. We were the second group. We quickly ascended to 150m, and the view was unlike anything we had ever seen! We could see the mountains of Hawaii, the outline of the island, and our parachute's shadow on the ocean, which felt absolutely wonderful. Initially, I was worried about the fear of heights, but it was so high (laughs) that I wasn't scared at all. Up there, it was stable with no swaying or wind. Both my son and I kept exclaiming how great it felt! The scenery was amazing! After about 10 minutes, the descent began, but I wasn't scared at all during this time either. The moment we landed, my son kept saying he wanted to do it again! He was laughed at by the others who were with us. The total time, including the round trip, was about an hour and a half. It was on time as stated on the website, and we were able to use the rest of the morning meaningfully after returning to the hotel. The crew was attentive, making sure everyone didn’t get seasick with high-fives, encouragement, pranks, and jokes. My son and I thoroughly enjoyed it. We will definitely repeat this. For families with children, I recommend the early morning sessions when they aren't too tired.

Lastly, a realistic note. One person in our group was nervous from the start, worried about getting seasick, and actually ended up vomiting on the boat. They mentioned they had taken motion sickness medication as well. Since there are many other fun things to do in Hawaii, I don't think those who are prone to motion sickness in their daily lives should force themselves to do this. Since it's a trip, you don't have to be fixated on parasailing. However, if you have experience getting nauseous on extraordinary rides like roller coasters, you don't need to be too nervous. You get to see the best views, and it's a unique experience of traveling, so it's better to relax and just enjoy it!

　息子がテレビで見て、パラセーリングをやってみたい！と言い出しました。ハワイでは色々な業者さんがいますが、不要なオプションがなくて値段が手頃、所用時間が短い、この2点が私たちには魅力的だったので決定。9時から、150mを申し込みました。当日の朝食はホテルの部屋で簡単に済ませ(スパムおにぎりと飲み物)、トイレも済ませ、ホテルのロビーでピックアップを待ちました。口コミで、ボートで酔うと書いあったのを参考に、酔い止めはバスの中で、息子も私も飲みました。息子は乗り物で酔った経験なしですが、念のため。私は出産後、ジェットコースターなどでは少し酔うようになったので。
　ボートは、ヒルトンの先、プリンス近くのマリーナから出ます。5組が一緒。ボートが沖合に出ると、パラセーリングがバサっ！と、開かれます。レインボーカラーのパラシュートが空に映え、すごく可愛い。テンションがいっきに上がります。ライフジャケットと器具をつけたら、順に、すぐに飛びます。私たちは2組目。150m まであっという間に上がり、見たことのない景色が！　ハワイの山々が見えて、島のラインが分かり、海に私たちのパラシュートの影がうつり、とてもとても気持ちがいいです。当初、高さへの恐怖を心配しましたが、高すぎて（笑）、まったく怖くなかったです。上空はゆれもなく、風もなく、安定してました。私も息子も、気持ちいいー！を連発。景色が最高でした！　10分ぐらい経つと下降が始まりますが、この間もまったく怖くなかったです。降りた瞬間、息子は、またやりたい！すぐやりたい！と言いまくり。一緒に乗っていた方に爆笑されてました。所用時間、往復もふくめ、総所要時間は1時間半程度。HPに書いてあったとおりのオンタイムで、ホテルに戻ってからも午前中の残りを有意義に使えました。乗組員のスタッフの方も、みんなが酔わないように、ハイタッチや声がけ、いたずらやジョークなど、ずっと、気にして声をかけてくださいます。息子も私も大満喫。私たちは必ずまたリピートします。お子さん連れは、疲れが溜まってない、朝早い回をオススメします。
　最後に現実的な話。一緒のグループにいらした方は、最初から、酔いやすいから心配……とナーバスで、実際にボートで酔って吐いていました。酔い止めも飲んでいたとのこと。他に楽しいことが沢山あるハワイなので、バスや電車など、日頃の生活でも酔いやすい方は無理してやることはないと思います。せっかの旅行なのでパラセーリングにこだわらなくてもです。ただ、私みたいにジェットコースターとか、非日常的な乗り物で酔った経験のある方ならば、そこまでナーバスにならなくても。最高の景色が見れて、旅行ならではの経験だから、あまり構えず、とにかく楽しんだ方がいいです。

This time, the driver was about 25 minutes late for the pickup, and we didn't get out of the vehicle; the hotel staff and we handled the loading and unloading of the suitcases. Moreover, the driving was quite fast, which was nerve-wracking. The drivers we've had before, including this one, were good, so it was disappointing.

Next time, please prioritize safe driving!

今回は送りのドライバーさんが25分くらいの遅延でのお迎えで、降車しないで、スーツケースの上げ下ろしは、ホテルのスタッフや私達が行ないました。しかもかなりのハイスピード運転でドキドキハラハラでした。今までや今回のお迎えドライバーさんは良かったので、残念でした。
次回はぜひ！！安全運転第一でお願いいたします！！

On the last day of our trip, we made a reservation as a couple. Since the staff were Japanese, we were able to clearly communicate our current physical condition, and they understood us well for the massage. It was very satisfying to receive the treatment together with my husband in a space just for us.

旅の最終日に夫婦で予約しました。日本人スタッフの方なので、今の身体の状態をきちんと伝えてわかってもらった上でのマッサージ。主人と一緒に受けられて私達たけの空間なのでとても満足でした。

If I go to Hawaii, I will definitely ride it! You can see it from offshore at Waikiki Beach, and I enjoy riding the waves. Please take care of me next time I go to Hawaii.

The driver on the way to the hotel seemed to have misunderstood the location, which caused a delay of about 20 to 30 minutes. However, the driver on the return trip arrived on time and comfortably took us to the airport. It's to be expected, but I think that's just part of the unpredictability of traveling abroad.

往路のドライバーさん、ホテルを勘違いして結局2~30分位はロスしてしまった感じでしたが、復路のドライバーさんは時間通りに迎えに来て、余裕で空港まで送り届けてくれました。当然といえばそうですが何が起こるか分からないのが海外旅行かなと思います。

I expected them to be late, but they arrived almost right on time. Since it's cheaper than a taxi for two people, I would like to use this service again next time.

I have used this service multiple times, but this time it took a bit longer because we were a large group. In the past, there were times when I arrived quickly with a smaller group, but this can't be helped. The driver was kind.

何回も利用していますが、今回は多勢で乗車したので多少時間がかかりました。以前、少人数で早く着ける時もありましたが、これはしかたがありません。ドライバーは親切でした。
