All the performances were enjoyable and moving. The sense of unity with the audience was simply the best. The venue is cozy, so I think every seat offers an impressive view.

The sea was a bit murky, but we were able to encounter sea turtles about 5-6 times. It takes about 10 minutes by boat to get there, and we snorkeled for a little over an hour. It's definitely a good idea to bring drinks, sunglasses, sunscreen, a rash guard, and motion sickness medication.
All the instructions are in English, so having a certain level of English proficiency would be reassuring. There were no other Japanese people besides us, but the crew members were very kind. Each person snorkeled, and when a turtle appeared, they would point out the direction. It felt like everyone swam to see the turtles, so I think being able to swim to some extent would enhance the experience.

注意事項等全て英語となるのである程度英語力があった方が安心かと思います。
私達以外に日本人はいなかったですが、クルーの皆さんがとても親切でした。
各自シュノーケルをして、ウミガメが現れるとその方角を教えてくれます。各自泳いでカメを見に行く感じで、ある程度泳げた方が楽しめるかなと思いました。

I was confused about where to show the voucher. I received instructions to exchange it for tickets for the number of people at the green ticket counter on the second floor. That was the only issue I had. The sense of unity between the stage and the audience made the 80 minutes fly by. I felt the essence of Hawaii and was satisfied.

The show was wonderfully structured, and even though they were impersonators, it was truly impressive for an American business. The flow of the tempo was good, and at the end, the performers were easy to talk to and took photos with us, creating great memories. If I had to mention a downside, the buffet-style meal didn't meet my expectations, and there were very few Japanese guests who went back for seconds.

We arrived at the snorkeling spot in no time after departure. Once we put on our gear and entered the water, I was amazed to see colorful fish swimming right in front of me. As I swam towards where the staff pointed, I was thrilled to see a sea turtle swimming gracefully!
All the staff were friendly and provided thorough explanations, so I felt secure participating in the tour. My elementary school-aged child also seemed very happy and enjoyed snorkeling the whole time. I would love to join again on our next trip to Hawaii.

We couldn't make a reservation for Hanauma Bay, and we wanted to snorkel with a group of 13. I thought we would bring our own fins and shoes, but instead, we had to leave our shoes in a basket outside the boat and go in barefoot. We were able to borrow fins and goggles. My mother waited on the boat. In August during Obon, the sun was strong and there was no place to hide, so I think it's good to have towels or something. The wind was strong enough to blow away hats. We were the only Japanese people there, and everything was in English, so we struggled a bit, but a kind female staff member helped us in Japanese using her smartphone. I could feel the beautiful scenery and breeze of Hawaii, and it was the best experience! The location was also easy to find, near Kaka'ako, and after we finished, we went shopping and took a walk before heading back! If you love heights, you should definitely try this!

It was unfortunate that we couldn't see Air Supply, who had a live performance the following week, but we still enjoyed a wonderful Hawaiian night filled with a mature atmosphere at Spyra Jaira. The tour included one drink and tips, so I thought there wouldn't be a bill, but lacking English skills, I ended up paying with my card for the bill the waitress brought. However, after returning home, I contacted VELTRA, and they responded very politely, and to my surprise, they arranged for a refund. I didn't think getting a refund would be possible, but I was truly impressed by their attentive responses and the numerous emails I received. I definitely want to participate in the tour again.
