Since we were off the coast of Waikiki, the sunset over the ocean was very beautiful. However, it was a bit disappointing because there were many clouds that evening. The boat sways quite a bit, so I think it's a good idea for those worried about seasickness to take some motion sickness medication in advance. Along the way, dolphins came close to the boat, and we were able to see them from on board.

ワイキキ沖ということもあり、海の上から見る夕日はとても綺麗でした。しかし、ツアーの日の夕方は雲が多かったので少し残念でした。船はけっこう揺れるので、船酔いが心配な方は予め酔い止めを飲んでおくと安心だと思います。途中でイルカが船の近くまで来てくれて、船の上から見る事ができました。

We signed up for parasailing as a family of three. I thought only two people could fly together, but we were able to fly all three of us, which made for a wonderful memory. While we were flying, it was very quiet, and the wind felt pleasant.

親子3人でパラセイリングに申し込みました。2人でしか飛べないと思っていたのですが、3人一緒飛ぶことができたのでとても良い思い出になりました。飛んでいる最中はとても静かで、風が心地よかったです。

Nothing but amazing!! This was literally the best thing I’ve ever done. It feels like your in heaven with no worries god is real and Hawaii is beautiful. If I could do this every weekend I would thank you guys so much the staff was amazing

Excellent treatment. Prompt and detailed information at time of booking. Therapist on time and really appreciated that talking was kept to s minimum , except for feedback on comfort level. The catamaran was a great way to see Honolulu and you can’t beat BYOB! You do have to go into the ocean (ankle to knee height water avoiding waves) so be sure to wear shorts or quick drying clothes.

Great experience! Guaranteed turtle sighting. The crew was great! Best prices to get the most complete experience. I plan on re-using when I travel to Oahu in the near future.

During my last trip to Hawaii, I used Roberts Hawaii from the airport to the hotel. I can't drive, and The Bus doesn't allow large luggage like suitcases. Additionally, hotels have stopped their shuttle services to the airport due to COVID-19, so I think Roberts Hawaii is the only option.

There’s no complicated tipping system, you can charge your iPhone on board, they stop at various hotels, and the driver helps with loading and unloading the suitcases. It's less stressful than using Uber, and I plan to use Roberts Hawaii again when I go back to Hawaii.

前回のハワイでも空港からホテルまでロバーツハワイ利用でした。私は運転ができませんし、ザ・バスはスーツケース等の大きな手荷物はNG、ホテルもコロナの煽りを受けて空港とのシャトルバスを取り止めている…となると、ロバーツハワイ一択かと思います。
面倒なチップ制度もありませんし、車内でiPhoneを充電できますし、さまざまなホテルに止まってくれますし、スーツケースの上げ下げもドライバーがして下さいます。Uberよりも気を使いませんし、またハワイに行く時はロバーツハワイさんにお願いしようと思います。

I felt at ease with the Japanese support. After arriving at the airport, the guidance was clear, and the pickup to the hotel was almost on time and very kind. The vehicle was not full, so I think we were able to avoid crowding. I plan to use this service again next time.

日本語対応で安心できました。空港到着後、案内もわかりやすく、帰りのホテルへのお迎えもほぼ時間正確で親切に対応していただきました。車内は満席ではなくゆとりある席で蜜を避けられたと思います。次回も利用する予定です。

The airport receptionist spoke Japanese, and the driver spoke English. There was no waiting time at the airport, and we arrived at the hotel smoothly.

空港受付さんは日本語、ドライバーさんは英語でした。空港では待ち時間なく、スムーズにホテルへ到着することが出来ました。

I was worried about whether I would make it in time because I received notice that the boarding procedures for my return flight had been moved up, but despite it being early in the morning, they came to pick me up ahead of schedule, so I had plenty of time.

帰国のフライトの搭乗手続きが早まったとの連絡があり間に合うか心配しましたが、早朝にもかかわらず、予定時間より早めに迎えに来てくださったので時間には充分間に合いました。

As of now (5/19), when I exited the only airport exit for both groups and individuals, I immediately saw a small counter. I waited for nearly 40 minutes until the bus arrived. There was another flight waiting besides the one I arrived on, which I was unaware of, so I felt like I was waiting for a long time without knowing how much longer it would be.
The driver spoke broken Japanese, but he was cheerful and pleasant. I was concerned that it might be difficult to retrieve my suitcase as it was being piled up, but the driver checked each passenger's drop-off location and luggage, so there were no issues.

現在（5/19）、団体個人とも１箇所しかない空港出口を出ると、すぐに小さいカウンターが見えました。バスが来るまで40分近く待ちました。私の乗ってきた航空機のほかに別の便も待っていたのですね。そうとは知らず待っていたので、いつまで待つのか？わからず長く感じました。
ドライバーさんは片言日本語でしたが、明るく感じが良かったです。スーツケースがどんどん積まれるので降りる時に取れなくて困るのでは？と思いましたが、ドライバーさんは乗客それぞれの下車地、荷物を確認していたので、問題ありませんでした。

Reservations were fully booked for two days in advance, so same-day applications were not possible. I recommend making an early reservation. Before boarding, they asked if I had a fever and provided a paper to write down contact information in case of an accident.

When boarding, you need to take off your sandals. You will get wet up to your knees, so please wear something that can get wet. It's barefoot inside the boat. Many people wore swimsuits because of the splashes along the way. I brought a towel to dry my feet. There was a place to store luggage inside the boat. You can buy Mai Tais and juice on board, and there were restrooms available. I brought my own drinks, though. The staff took photos and were very friendly, making it a lot of fun!

予約が2日分先まで埋まっていて、当日の申し込みはできない状態でした。早めの予約をお勧めします。乗る前には熱がないかを聞かれたり、事故にあった場合の連絡先など書く紙がありました。
いざ乗るときにはサンダルを脱いで乗ります。膝くらいまでは濡れますので、濡れても良い格好で参加してください。船内は裸足です。途中しぶきで濡れるので、水着の方が多かったです。足を拭くタオルを私は持っていきました。船内に荷物を入れる場所はありました。船内では、マイタイやジュースを買うことができますし、トイレがありました。私は飲み物は持参しましたが、、。スタッフさんが写真を撮ってくれたり、気さくでとても楽しかったです！

We booked this as part of our first sunset in Oahu and it was amazing! Drinks were great and the views memorable. Thank you to the crew for an unforgettable experience!

I had experience with boat fishing in Japan, so I joined casually. We used a rig with frozen squid as bait. I caught a few flatfish, but the weather was nice, and the view of Waikiki was amazing. The staff cleaned the fish for us, put them on ice, and we could take them home. It was a relaxed and enjoyable experience.

　日本での舟釣り経験はありましたので、気軽に参加しました。
胴付きで、エサは、冷凍イカでした。
釣果は、カワハギ数匹でしたが、天気もよく、ワイキキの眺めは、最高でした。
釣れた魚は、スタッフが、捌いてくれて、氷に入れてくれて、持って帰れます。気楽に楽しめます。

Completely amazing unforgettable experience.. the crew did a great job..

I used the service from the hotel to the airport. When I presented the voucher to the driver at pickup, I was told that only one person's name was listed. There is a section for the name of the person making the reservation, but there was no section for the names of all family members, only the number of people. Even though the number of passengers is written on the voucher, I was told that it seemed only one person could ride, which caused a delay in confirmation and inconvenienced other customers. There was no issue when I used the service from the airport to the hotel! Please communicate this properly to the driver.

ピックアップの時ドライバーにバウチャーを提示した所、1人だけの名前しかないと、言われた。予約の時、予約人の氏名は書く欄がありますが、家族全員の氏名は書く欄は無く人数のみでした。バウチャーに乗車人数が書いてあるのに
1人だけしか乗れないみたいな事を言われ、確認に時間がかかり他のお客さんに迷惑をかけてしまいました。
空港からホテルまで利用した時は何もなかったのに！
ドライバーにきちんと伝えてください。

This was an amazing experience with my family. The crew was friendly & helpful. This is a must if you're visiting the Waikiki area!

It was great that I was in an easy-to-understand location right outside the exit! Although it was a shared ride, we were able to head to the hotel smoothly without much waiting time.

Overall, five star for service to and from the airport. Upon arrival, we paid for the lei greeting but didn't get one which was a little disappointing. But we were met at baggage claim and our greeter escorted us to where the buses were waiting. I will definitely use them again. Just wouldn't pay for the extras.

We had a good trip, the driver was appropriate, the ride was very bumpy but like most of the shuttles. No problems.

Crew is extremely nice. The drinks are really good. The value you get out of this experience is high. It is just a relaxing good time. Recommend this activity 100%.

Disappointing! This excursion was marketed as a sunset dinner cruise. There was a boat - and a takeout bag of overpriced food, but no tables. The information provided did not include the type of attire that was appropriate for the boat or even how long the trip was. For the price of the trip and meal, I expected to at least not to have to juggle my food on my lap. The crew was nice, but they also made sure we were positioned to be back dockside as soon as the sun broke the horizon. If you are looking for a quick, casual romp, this might work for you - but if you are looking for a romantic dinner cruise - this may not be it.

The timely transfer from the airport to the hotel in Waikiki was very good. However, the pickup time for the transfer from the hotel to the airport was more than 10 minutes late, which made me anxious. I thought it would be nice to be able to check the operation status online. The transfer itself was comfortable.

空港からワイキキのホテルまではタイムリーに送迎してもらえて、とても良かったです。
ホテルから空港までの送迎はピックアップ時間が10分以上遅れたので、不安になりました。
webで運行状況を確認できるといいと思いました。
送迎自体は快適でした。

In the final email of the guidance, it mentioned that the current situation at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport is that only the group exit is in use, while the individual traveler exit is closed.

Since it was my first trip, it started with Juan in Hawaii.

The Roberts Hawaii reception kiosk was located in a prominent spot, so I was picked up without any issues.
