I participated once before the COVID-19 pandemic and had a very valuable experience, so I joined again after about three years! On the day I participated, the wind was strong and the waves were high, which reduced the water's clarity. As a result, when the honu dove, it quickly became hard to see them, and I didn't spot them as often as during my previous visit. However, I was able to see a few honu, and just as I was about to head back to the boat, I spotted a large pod of dolphins in the distance. One of them jumped high like in a dolphin show, and I was so excited! Just when I thought the excitement couldn't get any better, the pod of dolphins started swimming towards us, and in the end, I was able to swim with the dolphins too! It was the best experience to encounter both honu and dolphins!

コロナ禍前に一度参加し、大変貴重な体験ができたため、約3年ぶりに参加させて頂きました！
私が参加した日は風が強く波が高かったため、海の透明度が低く、ホヌが潜ってしまうとすぐに見えなくなってしまい、前回参加した際よりもホヌを見える回数があまり多くありませんでした。しかし、何度かホヌを見ることができたため、船に戻ろうとしたところ、遠くにイルカの大群を見つけ、一匹はイルカショーのように大きくジャンプしてくれて、大興奮していました！大興奮していたのも束の間、だんだんとイルカの大群が私たちの方に泳いできて、最終的にはイルカとも泳ぐことができました‼︎
ホヌもともイルカとも出会えて最高の体験でした‼︎

I felt a bit seasick on the boat, but it was a fun time. I got to know a Korean couple and we took pictures together. Thank you for the enjoyable time. "Thank you!"

Even a 5-year-old could fly! At first, he was scared, but the scenery was so beautiful that he said he had fun after flying.
However, I recommend taking motion sickness medication because the boat sways quite a bit and the waiting time is long.

The guide was very friendly and spoke to my son several times, who was feeling nervous. Since the landing is quite intense, if your child isn't okay with getting water on their face, it might be traumatic.

We were supposed to gather at 2:00 PM, but we ended up meeting at 2:30 PM, and we returned around 4:30 PM. Even if you gather early, I think it's fine to be cutting it close since there was quite a bit of waiting time.

5歳の子どもでも飛べました！最初は怖がっていましたが、景色がとてもきれいで、飛んだ後は楽しかったといっていました。
でも、船はかなり揺れるプラス待ち時間が長いために酔い止めを飲んでいくことをお勧めします。

ガイドさんもとてもフレンドリーで、緊張している息子に何度も話しかけてくれました。
思いっきり着水するので、水が顔に濡れても平気な子でないとトラウマになるかもしれません。

時間は予定時刻よりかなり遅れて2時半集合でしたが、帰ってきたのは4時半ごろでした。はやく集合しても、待ち時間がかなりあったのでギリギリでも大丈夫だと思います。

This was such a fun snorkeling tour!! Food was delicious and the entertainment was on point. Natalie treated our family so well. Will definitely re book the next time we make another trip to Honolulu.

When I arrive in Hawaii and head to Waikiki, I always book the shuttle bus from Roberts.

This time, it seemed that Honolulu International Airport was crowded, and we had to circle once, causing a delay of about 30 minutes. However, as soon as I exited, the staff guided me, and I was able to board the shuttle bus without much wait.
I think they are able to respond flexibly even if flights are delayed because there are many customers.
The prices are reasonable as well.

I would like to use this service again.

ハワイへ到着し、ワイキキへ行く際は、いつもRobertsのシャトルバスを予約しています。

今回は、ホノルル国際空港が混雑していたようで一回旋回し、到着が30分間程遅れましたが、出口を出るとすぐ係員の方が案内してくれ、それほど待たずにシャトルバスに乗れました。
利用客が多いから、例えフライトが遅れても柔軟に対応していただけるのだと思います。
料金もリーズナブルです。

また、リピートしたいです。

Starting from Waikiki Beach, you can have the best experience with the wind at your back. The waves are calm, and the breeze is pleasant—definitely recommended!

Five years ago, I was moved when I first saw this show, and on the last day of my trip to Hawaii after five years, I went again. Although I was in the second-floor seats (not reserved), I was only about ten meters away from the stage, and the seating was arranged theater-style, rising from the front to the back, so I could see the cast's expressions well. The reception at the show venue starts at 7 PM, the show begins at 7:40 PM, and ends at 9 PM. If you finish an early dinner and enter as soon as the reception starts, you can sit in a good seat right in front of the stage.

Due to the weak yen, the prices have gone up a bit, but compared to show prices in Japan, I think it's still a good deal. I especially recommend this show for fans of Elvis Presley and Michael Jackson. The show is entirely in English, but even if you don't understand English, you can enjoy it thoroughly.

５年前に初めてこのショーを見て感激し、今回５年ぶりのハワイ旅行の最終日に再び出かけました。２階席（指定席ではない）とは言ってもステージから１０メートルくらいしか離れておらず、席は劇場スタイルに前方席から後方席にかけて高くなっているのでキャストの表情も良く見えます。ショー会場の受付開始が１９時、開演が１９時４０分、終演が２１時。ちょっと早めの夕食を済ませて、受付開始同時に入場出来ればステージ正面の良い席に座れます。
円安でちょっと料金は高くなりましたが、日本のショー料金と比べたら割安と思います。エルビスプレスリーのファンの方、マイケルジャクソンのファンの方には特におススメのショーです。ショーは全て英語ですが、英語が分からなくても十分楽しめるショーです。

Very simple snorkeling just off Waikiki Beaches, nothing crazy but fun to get out and see some fish life!

I used this for my honeymoon.
I had a great time and was very satisfied.
I'll write about the plan details and other specifics.

First of all, I felt that there was a shortage of tourists in Hawaii overall, which led to a shortage of staff.
This wasn't a complaint, but perhaps due to the lack of Japanese tourists, there were few staff members who could speak Japanese, making it a country where good English is necessary.
At the reception area, there was supposed to be a hula dancer, but unlike the photos on this site, there was only one person... (laughs)
Since there were few people at the reception, it felt a bit lonely, but they danced just for us when we asked, so I think that was lucky in a way.

I mentioned that there were few tourists, and this tour also had a small number of participants, so there was plenty of space. However, participants were seated closely together, so the distance was quite close.
Unlike in Japan, no one was wearing masks, so if you're concerned about that, I think you should bring your own mask.
Also, we were told to share pineapples at the table, so there was some interaction with the people at the same table.

Regarding the buffet food, it was set up in a way that you go to each table island to get food, so it didn't feel like a place where you could freely go back for seconds.
I apologize for my poor serving skills, but the food itself was quite delicious. The welcome drink, Mai Tai, was also tasty, so I was satisfied.

Here are some photos from the Rock-a-Hula stage.
Not only hula dancing, but also impersonations of Elvis Presley and Michael Jackson were presented in chronological order.
Elvis felt a bit out of place due to the era, but for those in their late 20s, I think they would enjoy the Michael Jackson songs, as he only performed songs that people would recognize.
The venue can hold about 750 people, but I think there were only about 60 during our time.
It felt very sparse, and it seemed like the performers were dancing just for us.
After the show, my wife and I took a photo with Michael.

I wrote this roughly, but it was truly a fun tour.
The waiter during the meal was also dancing in the show, and I couldn't help but think it must be tough for them, but the content was wonderful.
It was sad to feel that such a great show had so few people.
It was so enjoyable that I definitely encourage everyone to participate in this tour.

ハネムーンで利用しました。
とても楽しかったので大満足でした。
プラン内容やその他の詳細書いていきます。

まずはハワイ全体として観光客不足で、それに伴って人手不足だったと感じました。
それが不満だったわけではないのですが、日本人観光客が少ないせいか、日本語を話せるスタッフも少なく、しっかり英語が必要な国になってます。
③受付スペースでフラダンスを踊ってくれていたのですが、このサイトの写真とは異なり1人だけでした、、。笑
そもそも受付している人が少ないので、少し寂しい印象でしたが、お願いすれば自分達のためだけに踊ってくれたので、それはそれでラッキーだったのかなと思います。

②観光客が少ないと書きましたが、このツアーもやはり参加者が少なく、スペースとしては余っていました。しかし、参加者同士は詰めて座らされるので距離はかなり近いです。
日本と違ってマスクしてる人なんていないので、そういうのを気にされる方はご自身でマスクをつけていくべきかと思います。
また、みんなでフラダンスを踊ったりするだけでなく、テーブルでパイナップルを分け合ってくれ、とも言われるので同じテーブルの人とは多少交流することになります。

④ビュッフェの料理ですが、テーブルの島ごとに並んで取りに行く感じなので何回も自由に取りに行く雰囲気ではないです。
私の盛り方が下手で申し訳ないのですが、ご飯自体はかなり美味しかったです。ウェルカムドリンクのマイタイも美味しかったので、満足です。

①ロック・ア・フラのステージの写真です。
フラダンスだけでなく、エルビス・プレスリー、マイケルジャクソンのモノマネが歴史を追って順々に披露されていく感じです。
エルビスは年代からズレているのでふーん、と言った感じでしたが、マイケルジャクソンは20代後半くらいであれば聞いたことある曲しかやらないので、楽しめると思います。
会場自体は750人入れるらしいですが、私たちの時は60人くらいだったと思います。
非常に少なく、演者の人たちが自分たちだけに踊ってくれているように感じました。
ショーの後、私と妻はマイケルと3ショットで写真を撮ってもらいました。

ザックリと書きましたが、本当に楽しいツアーでした。食事の時のウェイターの人が、ショーでも踊っていて、なんだか大変なのかなぁと思ってしまいますが、内容としては素晴らしいです。
こんなに良いショーなのにこんなに人が少ないなんて悲しい、、と感じてしまうほどでした。
とても楽しいので、ぜひ皆さんも参加していただきたいツアーです。

I appreciate that you were informed in advance about my mother being in a wheelchair and that you accommodated us. However, there were some delays due to possibly exceeding the capacity, such as having to transfer buses and needing assistance with the lift for the wheelchair, which caused some frustration among the other passengers. It made for a somewhat uncomfortable situation during the ride to the hotel. I wonder if it would have been helpful to explain the situation to the other passengers?

母が車いすであるこをと事前に連絡しご了承いただき対応いただけて感謝しています。
ただ定員オーバーなのかバスの乗り換えがあったり、車いすをリフトで上げてもらったりと時間を要し、同乗のお客様が怒って不快感をあらわにされていました。
ホテルまでの乗車中少し居づらい状況でした。
他のお客様に状況のご説明があれば良かったのかな？と思いました

This is my first time joining the Luau dinner with Polynesian Show. When we arrived there was a traditional Hawaiian dance to greeting us. The Luau dinner was tasty. But the line was moving a bit slow. Buffet dinner was starting at 6pm, but when we started getting the food, it was already passed 6:30pm. Not enough time to enjoy the food.
The show was spectacular. Great music and dance including Polynesian and Contemporary choreography. The fire knife dance was scary awesome. I highly recommend this show if you are interested in a lively, entertaining night in Honolulu!

I arrived an hour early, but I was able to join the previous group! We went parasailing right after getting on the boat. I didn't understand everything in English, but it seems like you can have photos taken and buy them later. When I participated, there were two groups of Japanese people and two groups of foreigners. Everyone was really friendly, and it was a lot of fun!

船ですこし出たところですぐにパラセーリングでした。英語でわからなかったのですが、写真を撮ってもらって後から写真を買うこともできるみたいです。私が参加した時は日本人2組と、外国の方が2組でした。皆さんノリが良く、楽しかったです！

The Luau dinner and Rock-A-Hula are situated at a very convenient location. The Luau buffet-style dinner had many different options including roast pig and dessert. The line was moving a bit slow. Not enough time to enjoy the food. The Rock-A-Show was very good. Really enjoyed the hula dancers and singing. Overall it is a great activity if you like dinner and show.

First time attending to this Luau and Polynesian Show called Rock -A-Hula. The dinner and show took place at a very convienent location along the Waikiki Beach. Getting situated to the seating was very easy. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. The dinner itself had a good variety buffet style and was tasty. Overall the line on waiting for the food could have been better. Took me appx 30 minutes before I was lining up for the buffet line. By the time I got my food, only had about 30 minutes left to eat. Felt a little rushed. The Rock-A-Hula definitely is a must see. Very nice production, dancers were great, and singers were impressive. Overall I highly recommend doing this activity.

As dusk approached and the effects of the drinks began to kick in, a couple sitting near the waves started making a big fuss on the net! They showed off their hot romance, receiving loud cheers and applause! I had a great time.

Upon arrival to the Luau we were greeted by a young lady selling beautiful purple lei’s. Of course we had to have one not only for the beauty, but the feeling of being welcomed in to the community as well.
The host/dancer/MC/ bartender was extremely friendly with everyone. We were ushered to our seats by a wonderful young man that not only performed at the luau, but also at Rock a Hula. This young man was full of passion for the culture and the love of dance.
The drinks and pineapple were at great start to our dinner as well as the traditional dancing while we waited for the main course.
There was plenty of dishes to chose from including seafood, pork, beef, chicken, and even vegetarian choices. I personally recommend the fried pig skin as it was the absolute most delectable dish we were privy to enjoy during our visit. After dinner we tried each of the 5 different desserts. None of them blow your socks off, but are nonetheless tasty as well. There is also after dinner coffee for those of you who enjoy a nice hot cup of Joe before the Rock a Hula.
You could order drinks during dinner and before the Rock a Hula began as well.
The choice of a local musician and singer was a wonderful way to start the show. The classic Elvis performance seemed to fit the show perfectly and added to the fun filled and interactive show. The only thing that felt out of place was the Michael Jackson performance. While it wasn’t bad, it just didn’t seem to fit in to the rest of the event in general. I would give the luau and Rock a Hula a 7 out of 10 stars.

The crew is awesome and the vibe was next-level. Will definitely join again!

Overall we got exactly what we were expecting, which, for us, was actually refreshing. So many businesses mislead these days. We were happy with our experience and pleasantly surprised at the Rock A Hula show afterwards.

Our first impression was great. The setup under the large tents and the decor and dishware were all very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were seated quickly and immediately served our complimentary Mai Tai and offered fresh pineapple at the table. We ordered more adult beverages and while they tasted fine, did not seem to have much if any alcohol in them. The MC did a good job of keeping things running smoothly and had an upbeat attitude. We enjoyed the dancers and learning to hula felt very welcoming. They presented the roasted pig with the traditional apple in its mouth. Definitely try some along with the crispy skin. We found the food at the buffet somewhat bland, but that was our experience throughout most of Hawaii.

After dinner we proceeded to the large theater for the show. This presentation is much bigger and longer than we anticipated. We would attend this show by itself without the dinner and pay handsomely for it. The Elvis and MJ impersonators were great! The charisma and crowd interactions of both of them and other entertainers were spot on! The show is a bit long and disjointed though. And while we do love MJ and his songs, some seemed a bit "off-brand" for a Hawaiian themed hula show. Thriller was one, even though the zombies were great and so was Michael.

Overall we'd give the luau and show a 7 out of 10. Food and drinks could be better and show could be shorter and more on-brand. We would still highly recommend it, especially for the price.

easy to locate the catamaran. the couple who ran the boat were so very sweet. their son took an amazing photo of us. beautiful sunset/views, and BYOB was definitely the way to go.

so many fun & friendly guests joined us as well, but it didn't feel crowded. the length of time and distance was worth it. so many other cruises are overpriced but i was careful to find one that was more budget-friendly and so glad i did.

would go again for sure!

We totally enjoyed the cruise, captain and crew. Very knowledgeable, kind, welcoming and helpful.

After the airplane arrived in Honolulu, we had to stay on the ground for about 30 minutes due to a medical emergency on board, which delayed our exit. While I was a bit worried, I made my way to the group exit and looked for the Roberts Hawaii desk. Fortunately, a staff member was waiting with a sign displaying our names, which made it easy to find them. They handed us our tickets right there and explained the shuttle bus departure location and number, allowing us to move smoothly without getting lost.

Additionally, I accidentally left my luggage at the shuttle waiting area when I boarded the bus, but the staff member kindly brought it to the bus for me, and I couldn't be more grateful. It was truly a lifesaver. Thank you very much!

飛行機がホノルルに到着後、機内で急病人発生のため、30分ほど駐機したままになったため、出場が予定よりも遅くなってしまいました。
大丈夫かなと思いつつ、団体出口に出て、ロバーツハワイの受付を探そうとしたら、係の方が名前を掲げて待って下さってて、わかりやすくて助かりました。
受付票もその場で渡して、シャトルバス発着場所や番号も説明してくださったので、迷わずスムーズに行動できました。
あと、シャトルの待合場所に荷物を忘れたままバスに乗り込んでしまったのですが、係の方がバスまで持ってきて下さり、感謝しかないです。
本当に助かりました。

I arrived a little late for my appointment, but the staff warmly welcomed me. I used the provided paper underwear for changing, which was not uncomfortable. I recommend this for those who dislike getting their clothes dirty with oil.

During the massage, they asked about my tired areas and focused on those spots. They also adjusted the pressure as needed. The atmosphere was cozy with relaxing music and dim lighting.

The 60 minutes flew by. Thank you very much.

集合時刻に少し遅れてしまいましたが、暖かくスタッフの方が出迎えてくださいました。
着替えは用意された紙パンツを使用しました。着心地は不快ではありませんでした。衣類がオイルで汚れるのが嫌な方は利用することをおすすめします。
マッサージは疲れているところを聞かれ、その箇所を中心にしていただきました。途中力加減にも配慮していただきました。ゆったりとした音楽、暗めの照明で居心地の良い雰囲気でした。
60分があっという間でした。ありがとうございました。

Four years ago, it was canceled due to a hurricane. I thought the prices were high for optional tours in Hawaii due to inflation and the weak yen, but I decided to give it another try for the memories. At first, I was a bit scared, but I quickly got used to it and enjoyed the view of the high-rise hotels in Waikiki and Diamond Head from the sea.

前回（４年前）はハリケーンでなくなく中止。久しぶりのハワイは物価高と円安でオプショナルツアーも高いなあと思っていましたが、想い出に再トライしました。
最初は少し怖かったけど、すぐに慣れて、海からみるワイキキの高層ホテルとダイヤモンドヘッドを楽しみました。

I used it on my travel day in Hawaii! The shop is located a bit deeper inside the hotel, and I got a little lost when I first arrived, but when I asked the person at the reception for directions, they guided me. The staff were Japanese and very polite, which made me feel at ease. I booked the 60-minute course, and the pressure of the shiatsu was just right; they also checked in with me about the pressure throughout the session. The oil massage was also very pleasant and absolutely wonderful! I ended up sleeping deeply due to my stiff body from the flight and the drowsiness from jet lag, haha. I would definitely like to use this service again if I have the chance!

ハワイ移動日に利用しました！お店がホテル内？のちょっと奥にあります、最初に到着した時は少し迷いましたが、受付で案内をしている人に聞いたら案内してくれました。スタッフは日本人の方で対応も丁寧で安心です。60分コースで予約、指圧の加減もちょうど良く、指圧加減も都度きいてくれます、オイルマッサージも気持ち良く最高でした！フライトでの凝り固まった体と時差ボケの眠さもあって爆睡してしまいました笑。また機会があれば利用したいと思います！

This was a wonderful and beautiful experience! If you want to experience the net of the catamaran, make sure to wear a swim suit or clothes you dont mind getting wet in. Overall 10/10 experience with lovely staff and incredible views.

I have only basic English skills for everyday conversation, but I didn't have any trouble at all. The reservation was easy.
The captain and crew welcomed us very kindly. The weather was great, so the sunset was amazing! The night view of Honolulu from the boat was also fantastic! The catamaran was excellent! And the interior of the boat was clean! We even got to see dolphins! There were so many unforgettable sights, and it's a memory I'll cherish for a lifetime. Thank you very much.

This is my second time on the boat. The sunset viewed from the beach is beautiful enough, but the sunset from here was truly exceptional. It's a good idea to bring a towel since you'll be stepping into the water when boarding and disembarking. Also, the wind can be colder than expected while on the boat, so it's advisable to have a jacket.

今回2回目の乗船。
ビーチからみるサンセットも十分綺麗ですが、ここから見るサンセットはやはり格別のものがありました。
船の乗降で海に足がつかるためタオルを持参したほうがいいです。また乗船中は予想以上に風が冷たくなるので上着もあったほうがいいです。

Hotel to airport upon returning home. The hotel pickup was right on time, which was a relief. When asked about the airline during boarding, I answered Hawaiian Airlines, but I was dropped off at the first terminal for flights to Kona, even though flights to Japan are at the second terminal. I was able to move shortly after, but I was filled with anxiety and sweating profusely.

帰国時のホテル→空港。ホテルの迎えは時間ピッタリでホッとひと安心。乗車時、エアーラインは？ときかれたので、ハワイアンエアーと答えたら、JAPAN行きは第二ターミナルなのに、Kona行きなどの第一ターミナルで降ろされた。程なく移動できたけれど不安満載で大汗だった。
