We were the only Japanese people on the tour. I couldn't understand Japanese, and I didn't know what the captain was saying, but it was okay, haha.

The tour description mentioned that they would lend us fins, but they only provided snorkeling gear and life jackets. I think the tour details need to be updated. Everyone else around us brought their own fins! It was fine without them, though.

Before boarding, they took photos (which they later sold for $20).

There was only one snorkeling spot. We got to swim with five big turtles! If you have a GoPro, the staff will dive down to take pictures of the turtles for you.

There are no changing rooms, so I recommend wearing your swimsuit under your clothes.
You will be instructed on how to put on the harness. Then, you'll take turns parasailing. Even if you can't speak English, you can understand through gestures. All dangerous items are removed. You can bring a GoPro.
If you want to take your phone, I recommend putting it in a waterproof case and hanging it around your neck.

I felt nervous before flying, but since you ascend slowly, it's not scary. The harness provides stability, so I wasn't anxious even at 150 meters above the ground.

What I realized after coming to Waikiki is that the waves are very small. My children (ages 13 and 11) participated, and they were able to stand up on the longboard right away on those small waves. The instructor pushes them from behind, so even kids can ride easily. Once they get on, they can stay up for quite a while. I think they were out there for about 30 to 40 minutes. After finishing, we had to wait about 30 minutes for the bus to arrive, and later I thought that since we stayed at the Sheraton and the location was near the Marriott, we could have just walked back. Very friendly staff. Check in place is walking distance from my hotel. Since I do get sea sick, I took motion sickness pill an hour before and I didn't eat until it's time to go back to Waikiki beach. Therefore, providing snacks only without meals is perfect for me. They have a guide to swim with us and find turtles and other sea life for us. Our guide even dived to retrieve GoPro for a girl in our group. After snorkeling, they rises their sail and took us to see whales. My 2 teenage boys really enjoyed the activity the whole time.

All the staff spoke English, but the explanations for the equipment were easily conveyed through gestures, making everything smooth. There were two staff members on the boat who really energized the atmosphere, and it was a lot of fun. Although there is a height requirement when booking, I felt that the height and duration were about the same for every session, so I went with the cheapest option. (laughs) During our session, three out of four groups were Japanese, and we exchanged our own cameras to take pictures. When disembarking, I gave tips to the two staff members. We also tipped the driver for our transfer, but I noticed that other guests did not give tips. The pickup was smooth, and they helped us get on and off the vehicle, so I felt it would be better to give a tip if possible.

We experienced parasailing as a family for the first time. We were worried about the weather since it rained heavily the day before, but on the day itself, there was no wind and we were blessed with good weather. Everyone in the family was a bit anxious, but once we took off, it was simply amazing! I highly recommend it!

I reserved a guaranteed seat in the front center, but today (the 24th), we were all together, and we had to line up for entry, ending up in seats at the end. However, the hula dance was significantly more wonderful and powerful than the dance I saw later at the Hawaiian Cultural Center, Star of Honolulu. The music and the emcee were truly American entertainers.

While I was dissatisfied with the seating, I was very satisfied overall, including the meal.
