Our driver was wonderful and funny. I appreciate that he called us to tell us he had arrived at the pick-up spot. We didn’t see the van pull up and he was parked behind us. The hike is demanding especially in the rain. It was quite slippery on the way down. We had already purchased ponchos, but our driver had some for sale. We were able to complete the hike easily within the timeframe, and had time to stop in the gift shop. Just be aware of the weather and plan accordingly. Good shoes are a must!

It was fun that the captain and crew talked to us. We searched for whales since they said we could see them, but we couldn't find any that day. The scenery was really beautiful and enjoyable! I have a fear of heights, so I was nervous and held onto the reins the whole time, which made my arms sore when I got off, but it became a great memory. I tend to get motion sickness, so I took some medicine, but I was totally fine.

It was my first time parasailing and my first time in Hawaii, so I was a bit anxious, but it was an incredibly satisfying activity!! I have experienced various optional tours overseas, but this was the best. After jumping out of the boat and rising a little, it was nice to touch the water once. Then, we quickly ascended to the sky, and it was dynamic. The view of Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach from above was amazing. The flying time was about 10 minutes, but it was a great tour overall.

I was worried about seasickness, so I took motion sickness medication in advance! They regularly checked on my health, and I was able to enjoy the activities! I highly recommend this experience, but for those who get seasick, I suggest taking motion sickness medication.
