We experienced parasailing as a family for the first time. We were worried about the weather since it rained heavily the day before, but on the day itself, there was no wind and we were blessed with good weather. Everyone in the family was a bit anxious, but once we took off, it was simply amazing! I highly recommend it!

I reserved a guaranteed seat in the front center, but today (the 24th), we were all together, and we had to line up for entry, ending up in seats at the end. However, the hula dance was significantly more wonderful and powerful than the dance I saw later at the Hawaiian Cultural Center, Star of Honolulu. The music and the emcee were truly American entertainers.

While I was dissatisfied with the seating, I was very satisfied overall, including the meal.

They picked me up in a car with cheerful music blasting! My energy was high from the morning! After getting off the bus and waiting for a while, I was guided to the boat. There were only two families, who seemed to be American. When I asked the staff to take a photo, they gave me an SD card and said it would be $30, so I decided to go for it. Honestly, it was expensive, but I’m glad I bought it for the memories. It mentioned to bring a bath towel and a change of clothes, but since only my feet got wet, I didn’t need them. The scenery was beautiful, and I felt it was a great experience to have for the first time.

This time, due to the weather, there were two schedule changes on-site, but the staff at VELTRA were very kind and helped us, allowing us to fly safely. When I had questions on-site and called, I was relieved that I could communicate entirely in Japanese, possibly because there was a Japanese staff member.

For parasailing, there were two staff members, and while we were waiting, they kept the atmosphere lively, which was a lot of fun. The view from 150 meters was truly breathtaking!

One thing to note is that the boat used for transportation shakes a lot, so if you're prone to motion sickness, it's better to take some anti-nausea medication.

At the end, as a thank you for the enjoyable experience, everyone gave tips to the staff (I’m not sure about the standard amount, but we gave $10 each to the two staff members). It was truly the most pleasant and fun experience!

The transportation to the flight was very enjoyable. However, there was one issue with the group division; my brother-in-law, his wife, and her sister's son were placed in one group and flew together. Since we received photos, it would have been better if we could have flown separately.

We came to Hawaii to bring our young daughter, age 7, for her first trip, hoping it would be a memorable one, and she was over the moon with this experience. She got a bit queasy for just a few minutes with the short ferry ride to the sub, but after that, she was perfectly fine. The sub itself was roomy enough to not feel like you were sitting on someone else, and everyone gets window seats, so there is no need to worry about not seeing something. They do 180s so that both sides of the sub get to see everything. Amazing. They have sunken plane and ship wreckage that have allowed artificial reefs to be created, and they are teeming with fish. I've personally been to Hawaii over 20 times in my life and this has by far got to be the best experience I've ever had. Bring a light sweater for the breezy trip to and from the sub, if you're prone to getting chilly in ocean breeze. Don't forget to look in the water when you're on the pier waiting for the ferry - there are reef fish there, too!

I challenged myself to 150 meters of parasailing! I thought if I was going to do it, I might as well go for the highest option. I was a bit anxious about what it would be like before getting on, but once I was up there, the view of Honolulu was amazing and very refreshing. The boat crew was also a lot of fun and kept the guests entertained. I definitely want to do it again!

It was so much fun! I was excited and nervous, but I flew over the ocean. For a moment, I felt a bit scared, but since I was with someone else, I felt very reassured. Once I put on the safety belt and thought I was ready, I was suddenly in the air. I quickly soared higher and higher. Once I was up there, I didn't feel scared anymore and enjoyed the Hawaiian breeze. In the end, I splashed into the water (laughs). The staff took photos from the boat, and I bought a USB memory for $25. I'm still enjoying looking at those photos (they turned out to be quite interesting).

However, the view was amazing and I was really moved. That said, I started to feel seasick. I took motion sickness medication beforehand since I had read reviews, but it didn't help. Motion sickness medication is absolutely essential!

The driver for the pick-up was also funny, which made it enjoyable.

Now, onto the main topic: I challenged myself to the 150M. I thought my 7-year-old son might hesitate at the last minute, but he watched the other adult guests being attended to first and seemed to enjoy it, saying he wanted to ride again the next day. They adjust the flight arrangements based on the size of the children, which is great. In the latter half of the flight, you get about half your body submerged in the sea, but if you don't like that, you can go ahead first. However, since the belt gets wet, your swimsuit will also get wet. So let's give up on staying dry and enjoy it to the fullest. You ride the shuttle van to and from in your swimsuit, and it's fine even if you're wet. Just bring a towel instead of a change of clothes. I don't speak English, but I thought I could manage if I understood the experiences shared by others. I couldn't fully understand the English of the woman at the beach reception or the crew on board, but they were very kind and helpful. When we dove into the sea, we saw four sea turtles swimming gracefully, and we were able to see tropical fish up close, including striped ones and yellow ones. The sailing after coming out of the water was also pleasant, with good weather and wind. It was great that my wife and child had learned the basics of snorkeling on another tour, but if it's your first time and you're going in without any preparation, it might be tough. I think it's better to research and understand beforehand. This tour offers good value for money, and since it starts in Waikiki, there's no wasted time. I think I will participate again next time.

We boarded the Holokai Catamaran and quickly arrived at a point where we could see the beachside hotels of Waikiki. During the ride, we received explanations in English and were given life jackets. When I asked if wearing a life jacket was mandatory, I was told it wasn't required, but it was at our own risk. There was no worry about not seeing sea turtles, as they were coming up to the surface to breathe all around us. There was also a tour company nearby doing scuba diving. One slight disappointment was that there weren't many colorful tropical fish or coral at this point. However, there was plenty of time to enjoy snorkeling. After getting back on the boat, we were offered chips and chocolate (free), and drinks like guava juice and beer (for a fee) as we slowly began sailing. Since it was December, we went whale watching and saw a few in the distance. Given the price, the service was good, and I was satisfied with the experience. I highly recommend it!

My 6-year-old son was interested in deep-sea fish, so this submarine was the main attraction for our trip to Hawaii. It dives to about 300 meters below the sea. We were able to see many fish at various points, although it wasn't completely natural; it felt like there were artificial habitats created, which was part of research by the University of Hawaii.

Towards the end, we apparently encountered a whale, but we only caught a glimpse of its shadow from inside the submarine. The guide was quite excited and announced it, but since we were still underwater, it seemed to have passed above us. If we had been surfaced, we might have seen it.

何とか最悪の事態は回避できましたが、少しでも心配のある方は酔い止めの服用をお勧めします。
この日はかなり波も穏やかだとガイドさんも言っていたので、普通に波がある日だと厳しかったと思います。ご参考までに。

I heard from a friend who has seen various shows in Hawaii that the Hilton's luau was absolutely fantastic, so I decided to go.

The day before, there was heavy rain, and I was worried it might be canceled (it mentioned indoor seating), but on the day itself, it was beautifully clear. However, since it was going to be evening, a jacket was necessary. With guaranteed front-row seats, we also had priority for the buffet, and an extra drink was included, so we really enjoyed the meal.

There were couples from all over the world celebrating their honeymoons and silver anniversaries, and it was fun to chat with everyone at the same table. Our seats were the fourth row from the front, and the dancers were visible from all directions, so I had no particular complaints. However, I was a bit put off by the amusement park-style photo sales.

Whether you go early or not doesn't make much of a difference, but I'm glad I opted for the guaranteed seating.

同じ席でいろいろ話も弾んで楽しかったです。
席自体は前の方の席で4番目
ダンサーさんはどの方向からも見える位置なので特に不満もなかったのですが
遊園地のような写真の販売にちょっと興ざめしてしまいました。

早くいってもいかなくても大して変わらないけど
確約席にしてよかったです。

The experience was definitely worth the time and cost. Picture taking left a bit to be desired, problem with reflection through the portals...wished we could have seen more sea life...may have just been the Tim of the year.

We wanted to snorkel with sea turtles and we were not disappointed. Great crew who were very helpful getting us to the right location and then finding the turtles for us. We saw about 8 turtles in all. A wonderful experience.
