Since I happened to be staying at the same hotel, I dined at the restaurant downstairs, and considering the current prices of hotel restaurants in Hawaii, I found it to be very reasonable. First, before the show, there was a buffet where the food was quite delicious. I wanted to try everything, so I took a little bit of each dish, but there were so many options that it ended up being quite a lot. While we were eating, there was a dance performance, which made the meal enjoyable. The dessert afterward was also tasty! (The strawberries were a bit sour, though.)

However, there was quite a long wait from the time we gathered until the food was served. I wish we could have eaten a bit sooner.

The show afterward was also fun and very lively. They performed impersonations of Elvis Presley and Michael Jackson. To be honest, I’m not very familiar with Elvis Presley, so I couldn’t get too excited about that part, but I enjoyed all the Michael Jackson songs. However, if you participate mainly for the flamenco, you might feel that part is a bit long. The dancing was all at a high level and impressive.

あと集合時間が過ぎてから料理が出てくるまでが結構長かったですね。もうちょっと早く食べたかったです。

そのあとのショーも楽しくとても盛り上がりました。エルビスプレスリーとマイケルジャクソンのモノマネを披露してくれるのですが、正直エルビスプレスリーはあまり詳しくなくそこまで盛り上がれなかったのですがマイケルジャクソンの曲は全て楽しく見させていただきました。でもフラメインで参加されるとちょっとそのパートが長いと思ってしまうかもです。
ダンスは全てレベルが高くてすごかったです。

The food was amazing.
It was a simple menu with an appetizer, main course, and dessert, but I was very full.
The portion of the main course was incredible!
The Waimea beef is close to Wagyu. It was cooked over wood fire, and it had a wonderful aroma.
When I mentioned it was a birthday dinner, they offered a complimentary dessert plate.
I ordered a cocktail on-site. It was delicious, but the alcohol was quite strong (the staff mentioned they made it strong... I don't usually drink, so it hit me hard...).

I was able to make a reservation in advance, which was a great deal, and if I have the chance to go to Honolulu again, I will definitely make a reservation and visit.

You can walk from the hotel in Waikiki, making good use of your time. At the reception, they placed a lei around my neck, and the buffet started at an outdoor table. We participated as a family with our one-year-old. We were guided to our seats with the stroller for the buffet. There were soft chicken and fruits available that even children could eat. The kids seemed to enjoy the show. They fell asleep partway through, but it felt completely fine to leave if they started crying. It might be reassuring to secure seats by the aisle.

The performances by the dancers and the impersonators of Michael and Elvis were wonderful and very moving.
Before the show, we enjoyed a meal while being entertained by hula dancing and ukulele performances right next to our seats. The friendly atmosphere made it fun.
However, we had to wait quite a while with our drinks and pineapple before it started, which was disappointing as it left us with a long period of idle time.
But the show that followed was so good that it made up for that disappointment. Plus, we were lucky to be there during the buy one get one free campaign.
It became a great memory. Thank you very much.

After indulging in rich meals in Hawaii, I was moved by the delicate dishes at Nature. Perhaps this level of finesse is something that only a Japanese chef can express.

The combination of papaya and prosciutto that I had as an appetizer was a first-time experience for me, and it was delicious. As someone who loves the pairing of melon and prosciutto, I was surprised to find that papaya pairs so well too! It was a new discovery. Also, I was amazed by the size of the burrata cheese! It had an American-style portion, and even sharing it among three people was more than enough to satisfy us.
