My parents paid a lot of money to participate, but they said the sea was murky and there were no fish. It's disappointing.

せっかく高いお金を払って両親が参加しましたが、海が濁っていて魚がいないといっていました。
残念です。

Very comfortable way to see marine life in its natural habitat - no diving course required. My only complaint is that is that it was over way too quickly, but then you can always go again.

The friendly pick-up service was very convenient. Although the time went by in a flash, it became a wonderful memory. We entered the sea once during the descent, but it was just a little, so there were no problems at all. Waikiki from the sky was even more beautiful.

Both of us guys were extremely satisfied.

It was a great experience to see Waikiki from the sea, as it's not something you get to do often. The Mai Tai I had was a bit strong, but my wife said it was delicious.

ワイキキを海から見る機会はなかなかないのでよい経験になりました。

The atmosphere on the boat is great. We saw whales and dolphins while drinking a beer und enjoying the wind and weather.

I thought it would be better to bring warm clothing since it was a bit cold.
It was only in English, but I didn't have any trouble.
The sunset from the boat was a different experience, and I enjoyed the atmosphere.

I felt like I was in a foreign country since there were hardly any Japanese people around. When we boarded the ship, the captain explained that the mai tai was homemade that day, and when I tried it, it was much tastier than what I had at other restaurants, so I ended up drinking a lot. I was able to chat with a Canadian next to me, take some photos, and had a great time. We were also able to see whales during that season! The tour was all in English, but I think you can still enjoy it even if you don't speak the language.

We really enjoyed drinking homemade maitai and want to join that next time too !

日本人が全然おらず、外国に来た！って感じがしました。
乗船すると、船長がマイタイは当日仕込んだ手作りだと説明しており、飲んでみると他のレストランで飲んだものよりも、とてもおいしくて、たくさん飲んでしまいました。
隣にいたカナダ人と雑談もでき、写真もとって、楽しかったです。
時期的にクジラも見ることもできました！
ツアーは全て英語でしたが、できなくても楽しめると思います。

While sipping on a Mai Tai and watching the sunset, everyone took photos and chatted in their own way. We admired the hotels of Waikiki and Diamond Head, and when we turned around, we saw a bright red sunset on the horizon. There was hardly any rocking that day. It's recommended to wear beach sandals as you might get wet when getting on and off. VERTRA was very courteous with their email confirmations before and thank-you emails after. It mentioned that a passport is required for alcoholic beverages, but that wasn't necessary at all. Thank you for a great experience!

マイタイを飲みながら夕日を眺めて、皆さん思い思いに写真を撮ったりおしゃべりしたり。ワイキキのホテル群とダイヤモンドヘッドを眺め、振り返れば水平線に真っ赤な夕日。この日はほとんど揺れることはなかった。乗り降りの時に濡れるのでビーチサンダルがオススメ。VERTRAさんはメールでの直前確認や直後のお礼メールなど丁寧でした。アルコール飲料にパスポートが必要と書いてあるけど、全然要らなかったです。良い企画を有難うございました。

I made a reservation based on a recommendation from a local friend. Depending on where you are, the waves can splash, making it feel like an attraction, and I had a great time. The captain is American, and since there are few Japanese participants, you can really experience the international atmosphere.

現地の友人のお勧めで予約しました。いる場所によっては波がかかったりとアトラクションのようでとても楽しめました。船長がアメリカ人で参加者に日本人が少ないので海外感が味わえます。

I was able to make a last-minute reservation the night before. Although I was a little late, the driver who came to pick me up at the hotel was kind, cheerful, and a really great person. It was a beautiful day, perfect for parasailing. We took a boat just a little offshore from right next to Waikiki Beach and quickly got started with the parasailing. We were up in the air for about 10 minutes; I thought it might be scary, but there wasn't much swaying, and I enjoyed the view of Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach! I was told that the photo service was $30, which felt a bit expensive, so I think it would be better to bring a waterproof case for my phone to take pictures while up in the air. Also, there was a lot of cash for tips on the boat, so the three of us ended up paying $20. It was a bit pricey, but I think it was worth it!

前日の夜にギリギリ予約できました。時間に少し遅れてしまったのですが、ホテルに迎えに来てくれた運転手さんは優しく陽気でとっても良い人^^
天気の良い日でパラセイリング日和でした。ワイキキビーチのすぐ隣から船で少し沖の方まで出て早速パラセイリング。上空にいるのは10分くらいで、怖いかと思ったけど揺れもそこまでなくダイヤモンドヘッドとワイキキビーチの景色を楽しめました！写真サービスが30ドルと言われたのでちょっと高いなーと感じました携帯の防水ケースに入れれば上空で写真も撮れたのでその方が良いと思います。またチップとして船に20ドルがたくさん挟まっていたので私達は3人で20ドル払いました。ちょっとお高いですがしてよかったと思います(^o^)

I thought it was rare to ride a submarine, so I participated. The shuttle bus arrived a bit later than scheduled and took us to the sea.

Near the coral reef, we were able to see fish and a few sea turtles. Since we hadn't planned to snorkel, it was great to see the fish swimming in the sea. Participating with my family made for some wonderful memories with photos.

I recommend bringing a jacket as it can get cold in the submarine.

潜水艦に乗ることも滅多にないと思い、参加しました。
送迎付きバスは、やや予定時間より遅くつき、海まで送迎してもらいました。

サンゴ礁の近くでは魚も見れて、ウミガメも数匹見れました～
シュノーケル等する予定がなかったため海で泳ぐ魚が見れたので良かったです。
家族で参加だったため、写真もいい思い出になりました。

潜水艦が寒いので上着を持っていくことをお勧めします。

It was very cold outside.
Even if it's hot during the day, it's better to bring something to wear at night.
I couldn't drink cold beverages because it was too cold.
Everything was in English, so I didn't understand it well, but the show was powerful and enjoyable.

すべて英語だったのでよくわかりませんでしたがショーは迫力があって楽しかったです。

Outstanding crew aboard the Holokai Catamaran...Extremely friendly, helpful and fun. They made sure all guests were instructed in snorkel usage before entering the water and were right there next to us in the water ready to aid for any reason.
Our sail was extra exciting as dolphins swam around our catamaran, and we spotted whales too. We were able to swim amongst sea turtles and an array of fish.
*Would I recommend Holokai Catamaran Turtle Canyon Snorkel Sail to my friends and family?

Reasonably priced for this adventure with buffet and they do not over crowd the boat. They even had a snorkel with a prescription mask so I could see underwater without glasses.

After reading some experiences, I wanted to see this show when I went to Hawaii. Since I wanted to enjoy it to the fullest, I made a reservation for VIP seats. The experience started with dinner, and then we leisurely watched the show. Those who reserved VIP seats were able to enjoy cocktails and snacks before dinner. I didn't have high expectations for the food, but the steak was delicious, and the mashed potatoes with truffles were very tasty. The content of the show was also very fulfilling, and I had a great time until the end. I definitely want to go again when I visit Hawaii.

せっかく鑑賞するならVIP席が良いと思い予約しました。
最初にﾃﾞｨﾅｰを食べてからショーをゆっくり見るという感じで、VIP席を
予約した人はﾃﾞｨﾅｰの前にカクテルとおつまみを頂くことが出来ました。
食事はあまり期待していませんでしたがステーキも美味しく、トリフが
入ったマッシュポテトがとても美味しかったです。
ショーの内容もとても充実していて最後まで楽しく過ごせました。
またハワイに行った時には是非行きたいと思います。

It was a very good lesson.

So, it might become boring as you get used to it.
Still, I'm quite satisfied.

It was a luxury to be able to view the beach from the ocean side. Swimming with the turtles while snorkeling was a lot of fun. There were many turtles, and they seemed unfazed by the large number of tourists. Since we were on a boat, I didn't bring my camera or any money, so I couldn't take any photos, which was disappointing. If you have some pocket money, you can buy drinks.

ビーチを海側から眺められるのはぜいたくでよかった。
カメとシュノーケリングで一緒に泳げて楽しかった。
カメは何匹もいて、観光客がたくさんいても平気そうでした。
ボートだから、とカメラもお金ももっていなかなかったので、

Last year, I was watching yachts leave from the hotel lanai, wondering where they were departing from, where to book, and where they were going. After returning home, I found out that there are various courses available, including sunset cruises! I absolutely wanted to go on one, so this year I took my first sunset cruise.

Among all the places I visited and other options I experienced, this became the most enjoyable memory!

I've loved boating since I was a child, so the cruise was just wonderful! Unlimited drinks and a perfect sunset!

During the cruise, a mother whale and her calf appeared, and I was able to see them teaching how to breathe.

There are catamarans enjoying the sunset everywhere, and when we waved to each other as we passed by, they happily waved back!

Everyone on the sea is a friend~~♪

I definitely want to use this service again.

Next time, it would be nice to go in the morning. I think this will become a regular activity for our family.

去年、ホテルのラナイからヨットが出て行くのを眺めていて、どこから出てるのか？どこで申し込むのか？どこに行くのか？とっても気になってました。
帰国後調べてみると、いろんなコースがあり、サンセットクルーズもあると判明！
これは絶対に乗りたい！っと今年初めてサンセットクルーズに。

あちこち行ったり、他のオプションを体験した中でこちらは一番楽しい思い出になりました！

幼い頃からボート遊びが好きだったので、クルーズはやっぱり気持ちいい！
飲み放題のお酒に完璧なサンセット！

クルーズ中、クジラの親子が現れ、息つぎを教えている様子も見ることができました。

サンセットを楽しむカタマラン号はあちこちにあり、すれ違いざまに相手に手を振ると嬉しそうに手を振ってくれたり！

海の上はみんな仲間〜〜♪

また是非利用したいです。

次は朝から乗るのもいいな〜。
多分我が家はこちら、定番アクティビティとなりそうです。

I signed up for the highest option at 150 meters. Since it was a Saturday, we decided to meet at the location and disband there as well, stopping by the nearby Ward Warehouse Farmers Market (Kaka'ako Farmers Market) before heading out. The meeting place is easy to find, so I recommend meeting on-site.

There were 10 other people on the boat besides us, and we jumped in pairs of two or three. We were the only Japanese, which felt quite foreign in Hawaii. There were Japanese instructions available, and the crew spoke some basic Japanese words, but they might not understand much beyond standard phrases.

It was my first time parasailing, so I was half excited and half nervous, but once we were up in the air, it wasn't as terrifying as I expected since there was nothing to compare the height to. We just went up smoothly and came down smoothly, without any roller coaster-like experiences; it was simply sitting there. I thought, "Is this it?" when they just put on the harness, but it was surprisingly stable, even less shaky than the boat. We were up in the air for about 10 minutes, but since it was just sitting and looking around, it might get a bit boring if it were any longer. I was let down just as I had enjoyed it enough, which was perfect for me. It was a wonderful feeling to look out over Waikiki from above. I insisted on not getting wet when coming down, but... I did get wet. I felt like we were a bit more reserved than the other groups, but "not getting wet" seemed to mean just a little bit. It seems better to wear a swimsuit, but in any case, if you sit after someone who got wet, you'll get wet too, so I recommend bringing a change of clothes instead of just a swimsuit.

Along the way, we encountered a pod of dolphins, and the last group got to fly just above the water's surface where the dolphins were. That was really lucky!

Lastly, a few points to note: the boat goes quite fast out to sea, and it can be a bit bumpy while others are jumping. I was fine, but those who are prone to motion sickness might get seasick. Photos are available for $30 on a CD, which you receive when you disembark. You can pay by card, but it costs $32 that way, so it's better to bring cash.

一番高い150メートルで申込みました。
当日は土曜日だったので、現地集合現地解散にして、目の前のワードウェアハウスのファーマーズマーケット(カカアコファーマーズマーケット)に立ち寄ってから行きました。集合場所はわかりやすい場所にあるので、現地集合もおすすめです。
船には私たちのほかに10人いて、2人または3人ずつとびました。日本人は私たちだけで、ハワイでは珍しいくらいの外国感。日本語の注意書きはあり、クルーも簡単な日本語の単語は話してくれますが、定型的なこと以外は日本語は通じないのかもしれません。
パラセイリングははじめてだったのでドキドキとワクワクが半々でしたが、実際に飛んでみると、まわりに比較するものがあるわけではないので、ものすごく高くて怖い！！ということはありませんでした。すーっと上がってすーっと降りてくるだけで、ジェットコースターみたいなこともなく、ただ座っているだけです。ハーネスをつけるだけなので「え、これだけ？？」と思いましたが…思った以上に安定感があって、船より揺れないくらいです。上空にいたのは10分あったかなかったか？くらいですが、本当にただ座ってながめるだけなので、あんまり長くても暇かもしれません。ちょうど堪能したくらいでおろしてもらえて、私にはちょうどよかったです。上空からワイキキ方面をながめる機会はなかなかないのですごくきもちよかったです。降りるとき水につけないでと主張していましたが…つけられました…他の組よりは控えめだったような気はしますが…つけない=ちょっとしかつけない、みたいです。水着着用のほうがよいようですが、なんにしろ水につかったひとの後に座ったら濡れるので、水着よりも着替え持参をおすすめします。
途中でイルカの群れと遭遇して、最後の組はイルカがいる水面ギリギリを飛ばしてもらっていました。すごいラッキーですね！

最後に、いくつか注意点としては;
船は沖まで結構スピードを出していきますし、他の組が飛んでいる間はわりと揺れます。私は平気でしたが酔いやすい人は酔うかもしれません。
写真は30ドルでCDに焼いて下船時にもらえます。カードでも払えますがカードだと32ドルです。現金をもっていくほうがよいです。

My girlfriend and I were trying to figure out something to do for valentines day. I decided go surprise Her with this special event, and it didn't dissapoint! Booked it about 3 days beforehand, but still got a spot. Awesome trip, and exhilarating! I would highly recommend. Felt safe, and also had so much fun!

The captain and staff were amazing and made the night even better than expected! The sights were amazing, catamaran was enjoyable, music was hopping and the drinks were flowing! We can't wait to go back.

I had experienced a sunset cruise on a large cruise ship before, but this was my first yacht cruise. I was a bit anxious about getting seasick, but it turned out to be completely fine.

We gathered at the meeting point at 4:30 PM for the 5 PM departure. It seemed a bit early, as we were informed that the actual gathering time was 10 minutes before departure, so we waited on the beach for a little while. Check-in started around 4:45 PM. At the beach, I showed the voucher to the staff, boarded the yacht, and before that, a cheerful staff member took a picture of us with the yacht in the background. You can purchase this photo after disembarking (we didn’t buy it).

After boarding, we listened to some safety instructions (like not leaning over the edge and not standing in the captain's area), and then we set sail! Almost immediately, the captain got everyone excited by asking, "Who wants a Mai Tai?" and everyone responded enthusiastically. Of course, there are soft drinks available for those who prefer non-alcoholic options, so no worries there.

After about an hour of enjoying the gentle breeze and the beautiful scenery of Waikiki, we turned around just past Diamond Head. Since sunset was around 6:25 PM, we were able to enjoy it perfectly. Everyone was in high spirits, and we had a wonderful time together. The sunset was clear with no clouds, which was breathtaking! This was the highlight of my trip, and I would love to participate again.

As for the passengers, about 40% were American, 40% Japanese, and around 20% Korean. You only get wet when boarding and disembarking from the steps, so regular clothing is fine. It's best to wear shoes that are easy to take off. I think only those who are very sensitive to motion sickness might need medication.

Although my English is not very good, we managed just fine.

大型客船でサンセットクルーズはしたことがありましたが、初めてのヨットクルーズ。酔わないかなど不安でしたが、全く大丈夫でした。
5時出航のため、4時半に集合場所へ。まだ早かったのか、再度集合時間は10分前でと告げられ少しビーチで待つことに。4時45分くらいから受付開始。ビーチで受付のお姉さんにバウチャーを見せて、乗船、とその前に元気なお姉さんがヨットをバックに写真をパチリ。下船後、買うことができます。(私たちは買いませんでした)
乗船してから注意事項(乗り出さないとか船頭で立たないとか)を聞いて、いざ出航！すぐに船長が『マイタイ飲みたい人～♪』と盛り上げてくれて一同ハーイヽ( ・∀・)ﾉとマイタイ大会です。もちろんお酒が弱い人のためのソフトドリンクはありますのでご安心を。
出航してから1時間くらい風に吹かれながら、まったりとワイキキの風景を楽しみ、ダイヤモンドヘッドを少し過ぎた辺りでUターン。日没が6時25分くらいだったので、ちょうどいい具合にサンセットを楽しむことができました。みんな出来上がっているので、いい感じで盛り上がり楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。そして雲もないサンセット。感動でした！この旅一番の思い出です。また参加したいです。

乗客はアメリカ人が4割、日本人4割、韓国人2割くらいの割合でした。
濡れるのは乗船と下船のタラップのところだけなので、服装は普通でOKです。靴は脱ぎやすいものがよいでしょう。酔い止めもよっぽど揺れに弱い人以外はいらないかと。
英語はあまりできない私たちでしたが、なんとかなります。

This was my first experience in the ocean and snorkelling and sailing. The crew was excellent. Professional, knowledgeable, and very fun. Felt very safe and comfortable at all times. Saw multiple sea turtles, tropical fish, an octopus, sea urchins, and an amazing view of diamond head and Waikiki beach. You won't regret it.

I participated in a 150m tour with my husband. The person who picked us up in the trolley had a tough appearance, and they played loud music in the vehicle while driving quite fast, which made me a bit anxious, but it was fun to feel the foreign atmosphere.

In our group, there were eight participants, including us, and we were the only Japanese. There were two guides, and one of them could speak a few Japanese words, but it didn't feel like a conversation was possible. All the explanations were in English, which I couldn't understand at all, but they showed us written instructions in Japanese, so I didn't have any particular trouble.

The 150m height was higher than I expected, and I felt a bit scared when I looked down for a moment, but the view was really beautiful, and the pleasant feeling outweighed the fear. I had heard it would last about five minutes, so I thought it would go by quickly, but it felt quite long to me. Fortunately, we were lucky enough to see whales from above, which was amazing. I bought photos for $30, but since they were on a CD-R, I could only check what data was included after returning to Japan. They had taken more photos than I expected, and there were some interesting ones, so I was glad I bought them. It seemed like you could also purchase the photos with a credit card.

I knew tips were included, but the guide asked for a tip, and I ended up paying it. However, I don't regret it because it was fun! I highly recommend it!

夫と150mのツアーに参加しました。トロリーで迎えに来てくれた方の風貌がいかつくて、車内で大音量で音楽をかけて、結構スピードを出すので、ちょっと不安になりましたが、外国の雰囲気を感じられて楽しかったです笑
私たちの回では、私たちを含め8人が参加していたのですが、日本人は私たちだけでした。ガイドさんは2人いて、１人は少しだけ日本語の単語が話せる感じでしたが、会話ができる感じではありませんでした。
説明も全て英語で、全く理解できなかったのですが、日本語で書かれた注意事項を見せてくれたので、特に困りませんでした。150mは思ったより高くて、途中で下を見て一瞬怖くなりましたが、本当に景色が良くて、怖さよりも気持ちよさが上回りました。5分程度と聞いていたので、あっという間なのかなと思ったのですが、私的には結構長く感じました。また、運の良いことに、上からくじらを見ることもでき、最高でした。写真を30ドルで買ったのですが、CD-Rなので、どういったデータが入っているか確認できたのは日本に帰ってからだったのですが、思ったよりたくさん撮ってくれていて、面白い写真もあり、買って良かったです。写真はクレジットカードでも買えるみたいでした。
チップ込みだと分かっていたのですが、ガイドさんにチップをお願いしますと言われて、つい支払ってしまいました。でも楽しかったので後悔してません！おすすめです‼

Captain Jamie and Russell were so great! It was an amazing experience. My kids wanted to do it again immediately after coming down.

Everyone else was fluent in English, but we'll manage!! It was so much fun (((o(*ﾟ▽ﾟ*)o))) The photos taken with the DSLR camera are also very beautiful! You should definitely buy one!!

Had a great time with Hawaiian Parasail. Pick up driver was full of information and enjoyable. Captain and first hand made the event so incredible and both were so helpful. The actual ride in the sky was a rush but so calm and beautiful! This was my second time and I would do it again in a hawaiian minute!

It's expensive. If you make a reservation on-site, it will only cost $99. Also, Hilton guests can view the model room for free. I'm very satisfied with the experience!

I participated on February 24, 2016. I applied the night before as a long shot, and in the morning, I received an OK email ^o^
The driver spoke in English like a machine gun, but I couldn't understand at all; ^_^A However, it was clear that he was doing his best to guide us.
There were four groups on the boat, including us, and we were the only Japanese. We exchanged iPhones and took turns taking pictures.
I also bought an SD card. It had about 100 pictures, including the scenery. It was great.
For the 150M, it seemed we were at the same height as the others at first, and we were saying things like, "This is easy!" But then the altitude increased, and it got quite scary. But it felt good! The weather was nice, so we could see very beautiful scenery.
I was very satisfied ^o^
By the way, you need to tip both the captain of the board and the driver.

2016.02.24に参加しました。ダメ元で前日の夜に申し込んら、朝OKのメールが来ました^o^
送迎の運転手さんはなにやら英語で機関銃のように話してましたがさっぱりわからず;^_^Aでも一生懸命ガイドしてるのは伝わりました。
乗ったボートは私たち含めて4組で、日本人は私たちだけでしたが、iPhoneを交換してかわりばんこで写真を撮りました。
SDカードも買いました。景色も含めて100枚位入ってました。良かったです。
150Mは私達だけで、最初は他のひと達と同じ高さだったみたいで『余裕だねー』なんて言ってたら途中から高度が上がり、けっこう怖かったです。でも気持ち良かった！天気も良かったのでとても綺麗な景色が見れました。
とても満足しました^o^
ちなみにボードのキャプテンと送迎の運転手さんにそれぞれチップが必要です。

What a wonderful experience!
The crew on the Holokai did an exceptional job of taking care of us.
We even got to meet the fabulous owner of the Holokai, Soo.
We would highly recommend watching the beautiful Waikiki sunset aboard the newest catamaran on Waikiki! It was also fun eating at the Shorebird. We had a table right near the beach. A few steps out from the restaurant and you can see the Hilton fireworks show!
All in all, a great experience!
