The reason we chose this one among many options is that it departs conveniently right in front of the Hilton Lagoon where we were staying, and we wanted to experience Hawaii by viewing Waikiki Beach, the city, and Diamond Head from the sky.

We were the only Japanese people there, but the explanations mixed with Japanese were well done, so we didn't feel anxious. Contrary to my expectations of being scared of heights or not being able to open my eyes due to strong winds, it was calm up there, and the three of us were able to have a normal conversation at a regular volume.
I was impressed by the beautiful sea of Waikiki and the stunning mountain scenery, which exceeded my expectations. I absolutely hate roller coasters, but I enjoyed every moment of those two hours.

It was a fun experience! The food was great, desserts are even phenomenal. My favorite was the salad and the roasted pork. The pineapple is so sweet! I enjoyed the Haupia. It reminds me of the version we have back in my home country. The only thing off with the entire experience was I felt we were left out and not asked how we are doing because we were a group of 2. One experience also was when we were going to the theatre for the show. We were following a group to tourist and the lady who was holding the cord closed it when the last tourist came in and followed them. Leaving us wondering where to go. If we are not allowed to go there. I get it they might have paid more for the vip experience but we were left there wondering where to go next. I admit I felt some type of way being left out again. The young girl who took pictures earlier told us where to go. Even after that we have to figure out the way to the mezzanine. I still gave 5 stars because I get it, people paid for vip services but sure hope that they paid attention as well to people who are in a budget. You know being the aloha spirit and all. Overall fun experience!

The heartfelt performances by all the performers were wonderful, and the content was fulfilling, allowing me to have a truly lovely time. The performance of the show was of such quality that I would give it a perfect score!
The buffet meal was delicious, especially the pork. There were many types of desserts after the meal, all sweet but tasty.
As a VIP, you are guided to the best seats in the middle towards the front, allowing you to enjoy the show from an excellent vantage point.
The performers resembling Michael Jackson and Elvis Presley were quite similar, and the quality was impressive.

The crew for Hawea deserved an extra round of applause. They are the epitome of friendly professionals. The day we did our snorkel trip, it was a bit choppy due to a storm that had passed the previous night. Unfortunately, it left several passengers pretty sick. The crew did an excellent job taking care of everyone, and making sure everyone stayed safe!
