Our sunset cruise was our favorite experience while in Hawaii! Our crew was the absolute best! They were so fun and personable. Would 100% do this again…provided we get the same crew and would recommend it to anyone. Mike, Jesse and Alexio made sure everyone on board was safe while enjoying their time. My family and I cannot say enough positive things about this cruise. We even printed the photo and have it in a frame at home.

Everybody was so sweet and friendly, very charismatic and funny too. The Maitais were so SO good, not too strong not too watered down. Beautiful views and easy check in. We were a party of four and one of ours had to use the restroom downstairs and he said it was clean and well maintenance. The sail itself was amazing I was able to get good pictures of Diamond head as well.

On the second day of our arrival, we had an experience. My husband, our 9-year-old daughter, and I were able to participate together for the first time. Until now, we had only been able to ride one or two people at a time, so it was great to ride as a family of three.

The boat was larger than I expected, and we went out to the open sea for the experience. We were with two other groups. The height was also 150 meters, and we were able to see the most amazing views.

One unexpected thing was that while anchored, the boat swayed a bit, and during sailing, it felt more like we were connected rather than being pulled by the boat, so we felt the swaying from the waves and wind, which made me a bit seasick.

It was my first sunset cruising experience. I had previously been on a dinner cruise, and since my husband had never been on one, I was thinking of doing a dinner cruise again. However, we decided to try the sunset cruise instead, so we quickly made a reservation.

After checking in, we boarded the ship at the scheduled time. Aside from us, everyone else was foreign tourists, but everyone was enjoying themselves, toasting with Mai Tais as we set sail. The view of Waikiki Beach and the opposite side of Diamond Head from the sea was fantastic, as well as the mountains we saw from the activities we experienced during the day. Of course, the setting sun was beautiful.

The background music was from my husband's youth, which also became a wonderful memory.

When flying, it was very enjoyable and made me feel elegant. It was a quick flight, and I wished I could fly longer. Great value, the three staff members were helpful in promptly refilling drinks when they saw empty cups. Also gave my wife and I unlimited mai tai's, probably for everyone else on the catamaran too. Ride was bumpy at times but we didn't get sea sick. Music choice was also perfect the entire way though. They take great pictures of you as well.

We heard we had to try snorkeling on our first trip to Hawaii but neither of us are super-confident swimmers, especially not in the ocean. If that sounds like you, START HERE. This snorkeling experience ended up being just right for two reasons 1) excellent instructor, Zola and 2) excellent location, Magic Island Lagoon. I was excited to try snorkeling, but when it came time to put the mask on, stick my face in the water, and breathe - I couldn't do it. After patient and friendly coaching from Zola, I was finally floating around and breathing under water. I owe it to Zola that I felt ready to sign up for another, more challenging, snorkeling tour later in the week where I got to see more fish and turtles. The location is this peaceful, blue and beautiful lagoon that's protected from the ocean's strongest waves by a barrier. The water is clear and just lovely to swim in. I would go back just to enjoy the beach.

I had previously been taken care of a few times, and this time I requested private lessons for my daughter, who just started elementary school (7 years old)! She was a bit scared at first, but Matt-sensei taught her in a fun way, and before we knew it, she was doing nice rides multiple times! Despite being scared and cold, it seems she had a great time.

I was also able to ride a few times nearby with a board I rented separately, which became a wonderful memory.

Since they incorporate some Japanese while standing, I think even those who can't communicate in English can enjoy it enough. I want to go to Hawaii again soon; thank you for your help next time as well!

When a friend who is well-versed in Hawaii asked me, "Have you ever been on the Catamaran?" and I replied, "I know about it, but I haven't," he exclaimed, "What are you doing in Hawaii? You can't start your Hawaii experience without riding the Catamaran! It would be pointless to go to Hawaii!" I thought he was being a bit dramatic, but his enthusiasm piqued my interest, and I attempted to board once, but that year (2019, before the pandemic), it was fully booked every day. I resolved that the next time I went to Hawaii, I would definitely ride the Catamaran, and I made my reservation around the same time I booked my flight tickets.

On the day of my reservation in early August 2022, we went to the check-in area on the beach in front of the Sheraton at the designated time, confirmed our reservation with the voucher, and then walked barefoot along the shoreline to board the "Catamaran," being careful not to bring sand onto the boat. Two capable crew members skillfully prepared for departure, and as the boat smoothly pulled away from the beach and floated into the sea, an extraordinary feeling and excitement washed over me. I understood what my friend meant. The Catamaran proceeded slowly offshore, paying attention to the surfers near the beach, and after a while, it raised its sails and picked up speed. I was moved by the view of Waikiki and Diamond Head from the ocean, a perspective I had never seen before. The crew announced that drinks were ready, and we toasted as a family on board. The blue sea, blue sky, the scent of Hawaii, the sound of the ocean breeze, upbeat background music, and the sound of the sails fluttering all combined to create an indescribably exquisite moment that my vocabulary cannot capture.

暫くするとイルカ達がカタマラン号と一緒に遊ぶ姿を見せてくれました。
太陽が水平線近づき、次第に船が沖合からビーチが近くになるのが残念に思えます。サンセット、日没と同時ぐらいにワイキキビーチへ戻りカタマラン号のクルーズは終わりとなります。次回またハワイに行く事が出来れば必ずカタマラン号に乗船します。

I signed up for a 150m course at the request of my 13-year-old niece. I was initially worried since it was about the height of a five-story building, but the wind was stable, so it wasn't as scary as I thought. The view was, of course, amazing! The guide made jokes and interacted with us, making the time on the boat enjoyable. You can fly while holding a selfie stick.

I thought the meeting place was a bit hard to find, but they sent a Google Maps link in the final instructions, so I was able to arrive without getting lost.

It's a unique experience, and I'm glad I did it! Highly recommended!

The experience was brilliant from start to finish. When we first arrived, we were worried there was no clear booth for arrival, but THEN like Maui himself on the ocean, the catamaran came out of the waves and docked right on the beach! The friendly crew checked us in, told us to grab some snacks if we wanted and then got us onboard.

They said if we wanted a fun, but wet, ride, we should sit on the net at the front. We did, and got SOAKED by waves and it was so fun!

We got to turtle canyon and were given high quality snorkels and instructions. There were other groups there, only one of them were slightly annoying but there’s plenty of turtles to go around!

We saw more than 15 turtles, ranging from babies to grown ups. They got so close but don’t forget- don’t be a turtle toucher!!! They were so visible and it was a once in a lifetime experience. We are still in Waikiki and honestly considering doing it again!

Do not book ANY other turtle snorkel experience in Waikiki other than this one!!!
