It was amazing! I found this tour when I was hesitant about the large dinner cruises. It was a small group, and since there were hardly any Japanese people, the atmosphere was lively and very much like a party abroad! Some people got completely soaked from the splashes, but they enjoyed it nonetheless. The Mai Tai, which is also the name of the boat, comes right from the tap (laughs). Don't forget to bring a jacket, wear something that can get wet, and if you're drinking, make sure to bring your ID. I will definitely join again next time.

サンセットクルーズはしたいものの、大型船のディナークルーズばかりで気乗りがしなかった時に見つけたこのツアー。
少人数で、しかも日本人はほとんどいないので盛り上がり方も海外風の大騒ぎ！
波しぶきで思い切り濡れていた方もいましたが、それさえも楽しんでいました。
船の名前でもあるマイタイはなんと蛇口から出てきます(笑)
上着、濡れても良い格好、お酒を飲む方はIDをお忘れなく。
次回もまた参加します。

Since it was our honeymoon, we decided to go all out and booked the most expensive VIP plan. The location is on the 4th floor of the Royal Hawaiian Center next to the Sheraton Hotel in Waikiki, which is very easy to find. We were supposed to meet at 6 PM, so we arrived about 10 minutes early and showed our voucher at the reception, and they let us in right away.

There were about 15 participants in the VIP course, with 7 of them being Japanese. At 6 PM, we went to the green room… and immediately shook hands and took photos with a Michael look-alike. After that, we enjoyed some light snacks while sipping champagne and relaxing.

About 10 minutes later, the backstage tour began. The explanations were all in English, so I couldn’t understand much. I could catch a few familiar words here and there, but it was mostly just a vague understanding. We also got to wear some props used on stage and take photos.

After the backstage tour, we were guided to the front row seats right in the center of the stage, and the meal started. The menu included lobster, steak, dessert, and one premium cocktail of your choice. We were seated around 6:50 PM, and since there was an hour until the show started, we could enjoy our meal at a leisurely pace. However, due to the Christmas crowd, the food took a while to come out… I didn’t have high expectations for the taste, and it was about what I expected.

At 8 PM, the show started. It began with Hawaiian songs and dances, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and then Elvis and Michael came out, which got everyone excited. The singing was really impressive!! Although it seemed difficult for them to hit Michael's high notes… Even if you didn’t know the songs, there were plenty of entertaining performances to enjoy.

We got to shake hands and received fresh flower leis, and there were surprises throughout the show… The general seating area also had random interactions like handshakes, but I was glad we chose the VIP course for this experience. Especially, the backup dancers were amazing!! They were so close that I could see each dancer's expressions and subtle movements, and the energy was incredible!! I’ve seen free dance performances at shopping centers, but this was on a whole different level.

The finale was a fire show, which was also very impressive! I thought, “Are they really going that far?” as they performed dangerous and exhilarating dances. After that, they introduced the cast and wrapped up the show.

After the show, we took commemorative photos with the cast and looked at the exhibits. Since it was Christmas, there was even a Santa wearing an aloha shirt. By this time, it was around 9:20 PM, and thanks to the temporary olioli trolley running for the year-end, we were able to return to the hotel quickly.

Even after returning to Japan, I want to see that powerful dance again! Photos were allowed, but it was really disappointing that video recording was prohibited. Putting the food aside, if I go to Hawaii again, I will definitely book this show again.

ハネムーンだし豪華にいこうと一番お高いVIPプランで予約。
場所はワイキキのシェラトンホテル隣のロイヤルハワイアンセンターの4階でとても行きやすくわかりやすいです。18時集合だったので10分前くらいに行って受付でバウチャーを表示したらすぐに通してくれました。

VIPコースの参加者は15人程で、日本人は7名。18時になりグリーンルームへ…すぐさまマイケルのそっくりさんと握手し写真。その後はシャンパンを飲みながら軽食を頂き、くつろがせて頂きました。
10分程して今度はステージ裏ツアーが始まりました。全て英語での説明だったので何を言っているかわかりません。知ってる単語がたまに出たりニュアンスでなんとな〜くわかる程度でした。実際にステージで使う小道具などを装着して写真撮影もしてくれました。

裏を回った後はステージ前のど真ん中、一番手前の席に案内され食事スタート。
内容はロブスター、ステーキ、デザートと、選べるプレミアムカクテル一杯。席に案内されたのが18時50分くらいで、ショーが始まるまで１時間あるのでゆっくり食事が出来ます。しかしクリスマスで人が多いせいか料理が出てくるのが遅く…味もあまり期待はしてませんでしたがまぁこんなものかという感じでした。

20時になりショースタート。
初めはハワイの歌や踊りで歓迎ムード満載、その後エルビスやマイケルが出てきて大盛り上がり。歌がかなり上手い！！さすがにマイケルの高い声は厳しいようでしたが…。
歌がわからなくても、観客を楽しませる演出盛りだくさんです。
握手したり生花のレイを貰えたり、サプライズがあったり…一般席の方もランダムで握手などしていましたが、ここらへんはVIPコースにして良かったなと思いました。
特に、バックダンサーの踊りがすごい！！とにかく近いので、ダンサー一人一人の表情や細かい動き、振動もすぐ側で感じられて、とても大迫力でした！！ショッピングセンターで無料のダンス等見ましたが、それとはレベルが違います。

ラストはファイヤーショーでこれまた大迫力！え、そこまでするの！？とデンジャラスで疾走感ある踊りを見せてくれました。その後キャストの紹介をして終了です。

終了後はキャストと記念撮影したり展示を見たり、クリスマスなのでアロハシャツを着たサンタもいました。この時点で21時20分くらい、年末でolioliトロリーの臨時便が走っていた為すぐにホテルまで帰ることができました。

日本に帰ってきても、あの迫力ある踊りをまた見たくなります！写真はOKですが動画撮影禁止なのがすごく残念。料理は置いといて、次ハワイに行くことがあれば間違いなくこのショーを予約します。

This was my sixth time participating. In the past five times, I only had the premium cocktails and show tickets. While that was enjoyable enough, this time I participated in the VIP seats for the first time as part of the monitor tour. I had a valuable experience visiting the backstage and taking photos while wearing the performers' decorations. The lobster from the course dinner was delicious, and the tenderloin steak was also very tasty and tender. I was able to enjoy my meal slowly while sipping cocktails.

The show was incredible, with the performers I always watched from the front row right in front of me... It was just moving! I could feel the stars' breath up close, and it was truly a wonderful stage. After experiencing this, I definitely want to be in the VIP section next time as well.

この度は、６回目の参加でした。過去５回は、プレミアカクテルやショーチケットだけでした。それでも十分楽しめましたが、モニターツアーということで初めてVIP席で参加しました。楽屋を見学したり、出演者の装飾を身に付けて写真を撮ったりして貴重な体験をさせていただきました。コースディナーのロブスターが美味しく、テンダーロインステーキもやわらくてとても美味しかったです。カクテルを飲みながらゆっくりと食事ができました。
ショーは、ステージ最前列でいつも見ていた、出演者達がすぐ目の前に･･･。
もう、感動！感動！スター達の息遣いを間近に感じられて本当に素晴らしいステージでした。この経験をしてしまうと次回もVIPでお世話になりたいですね。

The venue is located right in the middle of Kalakaua Avenue in Honolulu, at the Hawaiian Royal Center, making it easy to find. You can see Polynesian performances and rock 'n' roll, including Elvis. While Elvis seems to show a bit of age, a new addition, Moana, has joined, allowing you to enjoy both historical and contemporary Hawaii. As for Michael, it might make you think of Hawaii, but overall, the show is short and allows you to enjoy Hawaii.

ホノルルカラカウア通り、ど真ん中、ハワイアンロイヤルセンターにある会場なので、場所か分かりやすい、ポリネシアンとロックンロール、エルビスが見れる。
エルビスが少し年を感じるようになったが、新しくモアナ、女性が加わり、昔から現在のハワイを楽しめると思います。
マイケルは、ハワイ？とは思いますが、ショー全体は短い時間で、ハワイを楽しめると思います。

As the captain mentioned, the sunset was beautifully visible with the perfect weather. We went around the back of Diamond Head, and the view from the sea was amazing. On the mountain side, there were clouds, and after the rain, a beautiful rainbow appeared. We enjoyed beers and cocktails, truly savoring the essence of Hawaii.

キャプテンも最高のお天気と話していた通り、サンセットもキレイに見えました。
ダイアモンドヘッドの裏側まで周り、海からの景色も最高でした。山側には雲がかかって雨が降ったあとの虹もキレイでした。
ビールやカクテルも楽しめてこれぞハワイを満喫しました。

In Hawaii, you can enjoy free hula performances at various locations. I’m really glad I chose this show. First of all, the green champagne and snacks in the green room were delicious. Pony, who attended to us, provided a very pleasant explanation of the room and services. Gavin, the boss, gave an interesting explanation of the costumes, equipment, and lighting backstage. Both were in English, but I was able to understand. The food served at the stage side was also tasty. The boy even prepared lobster and made a shaka sign with its claw, and he showed me photos from his trip to Japan. I enjoyed the hula show and songs featuring Elvis and Michael. I was pleasantly surprised that photography during the performance was allowed without flash. I've been to Hawaii many times, but I would recommend this special experience for anniversaries and other occasions.

ハワイでは各所で無料のフラを楽しむことができます。それでもこのショーを選んで大変良かったと思いました。まずグリーンルームでのグリーンシャンペンとおつまみがおいしかったです。アテンドをしてくれたポニーさんにとても感じ良く部屋の説明やサービスをして頂きました。ボスのギャビンはバックステージで衣装や装置、照明の解説をしてくれ興味深かったです。どちらも英語オンリーですが理解はできました。ステージサイドでの料理もおいしかったです。ボーイさんがロブスターをさばいてくれその爪でシャカサインをしてくれたり、自分が日本を旅行した時の写真などを見せてくれました。エルビスとマイケル、フラのショーや歌も楽しめました。上演中の写真撮影はフラッシュ無しなら全てＯＫなのは驚きと共に嬉しかったです。ハワイは何度も行っていますが特別な体験で記念日などにはお薦めしたいと思います。

We had such an awesome time cruising on the Na Homs Catamaran Booze Cruise! The weather was 75 and sunny, the staff was friendly and inviting. The waves were tolerable and there was plenty of sitting space on the sail boat, could not have asked for a better 25th birthday!!

My husband and our friends really enjoyed the view of Honolulu and the fireworks!

The show itself is somewhat inferior compared to Las Vegas. I wished that Elvis and Michael would sing more popular songs. The theater is smaller compared to those in Las Vegas.

ショー自体はラスベガスに比べるとやや劣ります。エルビスさんもマイケルさんももっと人気歌を歌ってほしかったものです。劇場はラスベガスに比べるとこじんまりとしています。

This is my second time using this service this year. I was able to see a wonderful sunset, and the sea breeze was refreshing. The atmosphere on the boat was great, and the Mai Tais and beer were delicious. They even gave us snacks as a gift on the way back. I plan to ride again when I go to Hawaii.

今年2回目の利用です。素晴らしいサンセットが見れましたし、潮風も爽快です。船の上の雰囲気も良くて、マイタイやビールもおいしい。帰りにはお菓子もプレゼントまで有りました。またハワイに行った際には乗るつもりです。

I heard from a friend who went before that they had a great time sitting in the front row and even got a kiss from Elvis, so I thought if I was going to go, I might as well join the show with a backstage tour. First, I was welcomed at the entrance with a hula dance, and then I was taken to the VIP room. After taking photos with the stars, we enjoyed champagne and finger foods. Then, we were taken backstage for explanations and more photos. After that, we had a course meal right in the center of the front row. Everything was delicious. Honestly, I wish I had a bit more time to enjoy the first finger foods. But the girl, Momo, whom I talked to in the VIP room was incredibly beautiful, and I was completely smitten. Since she was also in the show, I thought, "That's the Momo I just talked to!" and I became a fan. I was so excited to see Michael Jackson, Elvis, and hula dancing right in the center of the front row. It was an amazing night filled with unforgettable memories, especially when they came down to our seats. I highly recommend the backstage tour plus the VIP course dinner if you go.

友人が以前行き、最前列で観てたらエルヴィスにチューされて楽しかったと聞き私もどうせ行くならと思いバックステージツアー付きのショーに参加しました。 まず入口でフラダンスのお出迎え、その後VIPルームに通されました。スターとの写真撮影後、シャンパンとフィンガーフードをいただきました。その後バックステージに連れて行って下さり説明と写真を取りました。その後ステージ最前列のど真ん中でコース料理をいただきました。味も全て美味しかったです。正直最初のフィンガーフードをもう少し食べる時間が欲しかった。でもVIPルームで色々お話したモモちゃん！すっごく綺麗で惚れ惚れでした。ショーにも出ていたのでさっき話ししたモモちゃんだ〜っと思ってすっかりファンになってしまいました。最前列のど真ん中でマイケルジャクソン、エルヴィス、
フラダンスなど見れてめちゃくちゃ興奮しました。席にも降りて来てマジかでも見れたりと素晴らしい最高の思い出に残る夜でした。行くならバックステージツアー＋VIPコースディナーをお勧めします。

Not only Hawaiian, but also impersonations of famous singers like Presley are very well done and captivating.

The buffet before the show felt a bit short on time, but it was exciting to see Hawaiian dance and ukulele up close.

ショーの前のビュッフェは少し時間が物足りない気がしましたが、間近で、ハワイアンのダンスやウクレレで盛り上がりました。

The Rock-a-Hula show, the largest cast show in Waikiki that blends Polynesian culture with rock and roll, is one of many shows on Oahu. You can see all of them right here at the Royal Hawaiian Center, located in the heart of the town, and the safety in the area is excellent.

ロック・ア・フラショー　ポリネシアンとロックンロールを融合させたワイキキ最大のキャストショー は、オアフにいろいろショーがあるが、その全部をここロイヤル・ハワイアン・ショッピングセンターで、みれる、場所が町のど真ん中のロイヤル・ハワイアン・ショッピングセンターで、治安も最高です。

It was a short stay, but it became my best memory. The sunset, the night view, the expressions of Waikiki town, and the sight of the sun sinking on the horizon with buildings and many yachts were wonderful. Also, on this day, the wind was strong, and the waves were higher than usual for winter, but riding the music and the waves made it the best activity without feeling dizzy. The Americans were very high-energy. Perhaps due to the season, there were few Japanese people around.

短期滞在でしたが、いちばんの思い出に。
夕焼け～夜景とワイキキの町の表情や、水平線に沈む太陽を視界にビル、たくさんのヨットなどの眺めがステキでした。また、この日は風が強く、波は冬場としては高めでしたが、音楽と波にのり、酔うことなく、最高のアクティビティとなりました。アメリカ人はハイテンションでした。時期柄？日本人は少なかったです。

I made a reservation as a reward for completing the Honolulu Marathon in December! I was worried about whether it would take place since it often rains during this time. When I arrived at the meeting point, there were a lot of people gathered. I thought it would be good to prepare the following: 1) a windbreaker or raincoat, 2) bottoms that I expected would get wet up to my knees, 3) personally, I wanted leg warmers that I wouldn't mind getting wet since my body would get cold in the second half, 4) I would take off my shoes, and 5) a plastic bag that I could carry diagonally over my shoulder to hold these items (there is storage available, but it might not be usable due to the large number of people). First, I showed my voucher at the nearby desk, then took off my sandals to enter the designated beach. Once the cruising started, the drink bar opened, and the staff served us. We moved to a point where we could enjoy the sunset, but during that time, they let us enjoy some surfing, so be careful of splashes and seasickness. By the way, motion sickness medication is sold at LAWSON in Sheraton Waikiki. After watching the sunset, we enjoyed the night view of Waikiki from the sea for a while. When we went, there were about half Japanese and half people from other countries. There were various people, some actively enjoying conversations and others quietly enjoying the scenery and drinks. In any case, it was a great experience!

12月のホノルルマラソンを完走したご褒美に！と予約しました。この時期、雨がよく降るので決行されるか心配でした。集合場所に行くとたくさん人が集まっていました。用意した方が良いと思ったのは①ウィンドブレーカー又はレインコート、②膝下が濡れると想定されたボトムスを着用、③後半、とにかく身体が冷えるので個人的には濡れても良いレッグウォーマーが欲しくなりました④靴は脱ぎます。⑤これらを入れて肩から斜めがけできるビニール袋（収納場所もあるけど人数が多くて使えない事もあります）。先ずはバウチャーを付近のデスクに見せてから、サンダルを脱いで専用のビーチに入場します。クルージングが始まるとドリンクバーがオープンし、スタッフがサービスしてくれます。途中、サンセットを楽しめるポイントに移動するのですが、その際波乗りを楽しませてくれるので、水飛沫、船酔いには注意です。因みに酔い止め薬はシェラトンワイキキホテルのLAWSONでも販売しています。日が沈むのを見たら次は沖から見えるワイキキの夜景をしばらく楽しみます。私達が行った時は日本人とそれ以外の国の方と半々くらいでした。積極的に会話を楽しまれる方、寡黙に景色とお酒を楽しむ方、様々です。いずれにせよ体験して良かったの一言です！

After the buffet dinner, there was a show, and during the buffet dinner, the staff entertained us with various songs and dances at our tables. Since most of the guests were Japanese, everyone was a bit shy and hesitant, but the staff tried to relax us by saying funny things and making us laugh, creating an atmosphere that suggested we would have a great time that day.

Thanks to the staff's efforts to put us at ease, we were able to chat and bond with the family sitting next to us, contributing to the fun atmosphere even before the show began. When the show started, we were treated to a variety of songs and dances, and both the dancing and performances were of a very high level. At the end, we even got to take photos. The paid photos turned out really well, so we decided to purchase one for everyone. My whole family was happy and said they were glad they came and had a great time.

初めにビュッフェディナーの後ショーがあるのですが、ビュッフェディナ―の時から、スタッフの方達が私たちを楽しませようと、いろんな歌や踊りを食事の席で見せて下さいました。
日本人のお客さんがほとんどだったので、みんな恥ずかしがってもじもじしていましたが、スタッフの皆さんがリラックスさせようと、いろいろ面白いことを言って笑わせてくれたり、食事のときから、今日は楽しく過ごせそうという
雰囲気が漂っていました。
スタッフの皆さんがリラックスさせてくれたので、隣の知らない家族の人達とも話して盛り上がったり、ショーの前から楽しい雰囲気を作ってくれました。
いざ、ショーになり、入れ替わり立ち代わりいろんな歌や踊りを見せてもらって、踊りもパフォーマンスもすごくレベルの高いショーでした。
そして最後には写真まで撮らせてもらいました。
有料の写真もすごくうまく撮って頂いてたので、全員の分を購入しました。
うちの家族のみんなが行って良かった楽しかったと喜んでいました。

I splurged a bit and got the Diamond Seat. Since it's priority entry, you hardly have to wait. The stage is close. You get some snacks before the meal (other grades don’t include this). You can start the buffet right away. Anyway, the stage is so close that the atmosphere is incredible. Everything is in English, so I can't fully understand, but I get the gist and enjoy it quite a bit, so no worries. It was drizzling, but they provided ponchos. Right after entering, there's the customary photo opportunity. They come around to sell photos during the meal, but it's fine to decline. The photos are quite expensive at $50, but I usually buy them as a keepsake at other shows too. Looking around, it seems like Japanese people are declining while foreigners are buying. The buffet isn't luxurious, but it's not bad. The hula and luau were wonderful. If you participate, definitely go for the Diamond Seat. The middle grade is directly in front, but it's behind the Diamond.

ちょっと奮発してダイアモンドシートにしました。
優先入場ですのでほとんど待ちません。ステージが近いです。食事前のおつまみが付きます（他のグレードはなし）。ブッフェは最初にスタートできます。とにかくステージが近いので臨場感半端ないです。全て英語なので完全に理解できませんが、何となく理解できてそこそこ楽しめます、心配ありません。雨交じりでしたがポンチョの配布もありました。入場直後にお約束の写真撮影があります。食事中に売りに来ますが断って問題ありません。写真は50ドルとかなりお高いですが、まあ記念にと他のショーでも購入しています。周りを見ると日本人は断り外国人は買っている感じです。ブッフェも豪華ではないですが悪くないです。フラ、ルアウとも素晴らしかったです。参加されるならダイアモンドシートですね。真ん中のグレードは正面ですが、ダイアモンドの後方です。

It was a wonderful time with a professional group. From check-in, we were greeted with "Aloha~" and smiles. They properly prepared a table for one, and I enjoyed the show from the front row. The red meat steak was tender, and the Mai Tai was delicious.

It started with a hula show, and then Elvis made his appearance, bringing the atmosphere to a peak! The excitement was overwhelming. There were many cheers from the white group on the second floor. The lady next to me was warned about taking flash photos, though.

Just like the recreation of Elvis on stage, they didn't forget to provide fan service to the audience. Next came Michael's light steps! The collaboration show of rock and hula that followed exceeded all expectations, leaving us with excitement and a pleasant aftertaste. The photo with the female performer also became a great memory. I highly recommend it!

次はマイケルの軽やかなステップ！、、次々と繰り出されるロック フラのコラボショーは 想像を遥かに越え、興奮と心地好い余韻を残してくれた。女性とのファイル写真も良い思い出になりました。是非お薦めです。

Cruise on blue water is cool. Right music and enjoy unlimit drinks. Energing crew. Message for remind is great. Will return oN my next vacation here. Would recommend to my friends .

On the seventh day in Hawaii, we had a reservation for a dinner show on our last night. We took the usual photos and enjoyed a welcome drink. The dinner with drinks was leisurely, allowing us to eat deliciously and feel full. The show featured great dancing and singing, especially Michael Jackson was amazing! Being close to the audience and participating together made it a fun last night.

I wanted to have a memorable dinner for our honeymoon, so I participated in a show with a backstage tour. First, we were welcomed at the entrance with a hula dance, and then when we were taken to the VIP room, Michael Jackson greeted us! Since the highlight of this show was Michael's performance, I was already quite excited at this point! We took photos (which we received later) and enjoyed some champagne and finger foods. Since I don't drink alcohol, I had a non-alcoholic drink. After relaxing a bit in the VIP room, we went on the backstage tour. We got to see the instruments used in the show, experience the headsets worn by the hula dancers, and check out the costumes of Michael and Elvis.

After that, we had dinner in the front row of the stage! The lobster appetizer, the fish and meat main dishes, and the pineapple gelato were all perfectly portioned and very delicious. After enjoying dinner at a leisurely pace, the much-anticipated show began! It was a fantastic performance with hula dancing, Elvis, a singer from Hawaii named Sienna (she's the real deal! lol), Michael Jackson, and fire dancing—it was an incredibly powerful show! Michael and Elvis came to the audience while singing, and since we were in the front row, we were able to interact with them multiple times, creating wonderful memories. By signing up for the backstage tour, you can definitely secure a front-row table, so while it’s a bit pricey, I think it’s worth it! I highly recommend the Rock-a-Hula show for a memorable night in Hawaii!

まず入り口ではフラダンスでお出迎え、その後VIPルームに通されると、マイケルジャクソンが出迎えてくれました！このショーでの一番の楽しみがマイケルのショーだったので、この時点でかなりテンションが上がりました！写真撮影をし（その写真は後で貰えます＾＾）シャンパンとフィンガーフードで小腹を満たしました。私はお酒が飲めないので、ノンアルコールのドリンクを頂きました。VIPルームで少しゆっくりした後は、バックステージツアーです。ショーで使う楽器を見たり、フラのダンサーが付けて踊るヘッドセットなどを体験したり、マイケルやエルヴィスの衣装などを見て回りました。

ディナーをゆっくり頂いた後は、お待ちかねのショーが始まりました！フラダンス、エルヴィス、ハワイ出身の歌手Sienna(彼女は本物です！笑)、マイケルジャクソン、そしてファイアーダンスと、とても迫力のある素晴らしいショーでした！マイケルやエルヴィスが歌いながら客席に来てくれるのですが、最前列なので何回も触れ合うことができ、とても良い思い出になりました。バックステージツアーに申し込むと、絶対に最前列のテーブルを確保できるので、少し高いですが、その価値はあると思います！ハワイの一夜の思い出に、ロック・ア・フラショー、お勧めします＾＾

I go to Hawaii almost every year, and I had always been curious about "Rock-a-Hula" whenever I saw the signs at the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center. This time, I finally got to experience it for the first time. I participated in the version that included a backstage tour.

It started with a photo opportunity in the VIP room with one of the women performing in the show. (The photo taken here is complimentary.) After that, we were treated to champagne, snacks, and fruits, and then it was time to tour the backstage. The explanations were in English, but even someone like me, who struggles with English, could understand thanks to simple vocabulary and gestures, making it an enjoyable experience. I think the explanations about the costumes and stage setups made the show even more enjoyable.

After that, I was guided to a seat in the center front row for dinner. The cocktails, lobster, beef steak, salmon, and dessert were all delicious.

Then came the main event, the show. With hula dancing, fire dancing, and live music, it was incredibly powerful. The Elvis Presley and Michael Jackson impersonators, along with the singer from the VIP room, had impressive vocal skills, and I was captivated by their performances. The Elvis impersonator even came down from the stage during the show to offer guests a cloth (to wipe sweat?) and a fresh flower lei, giving a little kiss on the cheek as a service. I also received a blue cloth, which made me a bit nervous (laughs).

Being in the center front row, I was close enough to see the performers' sweat, making for a thrilling and engaging live experience. After the show, I was able to take photos with the performers at the venue's exit. I also got to have the photo taken in the VIP room signed.

I’m really glad I chose the backstage tour; I am very satisfied with the experience.

　ほぼ毎年ハワイに行きますが、ロイヤルハワイアンショッピングセンターで看板等を見る度に気になっていた「ロック・ア・フラ」を今回初めて鑑賞しました。私が参加したのは、バックステージツアー付きのものです。
　VIPルームでショーに出られる女性との記念撮影から始まりました。（ここで写していただいた写真は、無料でいただけます。）その後、シャンパンとおつまみやフルーツでおもてなしいただき、いよいよバックステージを見学です。説明は英語でしたが、英語が苦手な私でも理解可能な英単語や身振り手振りで、楽しく説明を伺うことができました。衣装や舞台装置等の説明を受けていたことで、より一層ショーが楽しくなったと思います。
　この後、舞台から最前列中央の席に案内され、ディナーをいただきました。カクテルとロブスター・ビーフステーキ・サーモン・デザート、どれも美味しかったです。
　食後は本命のショーです。フラダンスあり、ファイアーダンスありで、演奏もライブですので迫力満点でした。エルビスプレスリーとマイケル・ジャクソンのそっくりさん、VIPルームで一緒に写真を撮ってくださった女性のシンガーが歌唱力があり、とても楽しく歌に聞き惚れました。プレスリーのそっくりさんは、途中でステージから降りて、お客様に汗を拭いた布（？）や生花のレイをかけて、ほっぺにチュッというサービスもありました。私もブルーの布をいただき、ちょっとドキドキしました(笑）
最前列中央の席でしたので、出演者の汗も見えちゃう位の距離で、大迫力で見ごたえのあるライブでした。
　終了後は、会場の出口で出演者と自分のカメラで写真を撮ってもらえました。VIPルームで最初に撮っていただいた写真にサインをいただくこともできました。
バックステージツアー付きを選んで、本当に良かったと満足しております。

We went to Hawaii for our honeymoon!!
Amid a packed schedule of wedding photos, shark diving, and skydiving, I really wanted to see a Hawaiian show.
However, my husband didn't seem very interested...
That's when I found this show!!
I thought my husband, who loves music, might be interested, so I made a reservation.
During the backstage tour, we got to experience the hair accessories used in the show and met the cast up close!!
The powerful show was absolutely amazing!!!
On our way back, we even received a commemorative photo with the cast as a gift!!
It's the best memory to cherish!!

新婚旅行でハワイに！！
ウエディングフォトやシャークダイブ・スカイダイビングとスケジュールがいっぱいの中、どうしてもハワイアンショーが観てみたかった私。
しかし、主人はあまり興味がなさそう…

It was much more fun than I had imagined!
Turning off the engine and moving with the power of the wind felt really nice.
It was enjoyable to sail through the blue sea before sunset and to see Diamond Head, and the sunset was, of course, beautiful.
The two staff members always kept the atmosphere lively, making it a fun experience throughout.

Points to note:
- Depending on where you sit, you might get splashed by the waves (if you don't sit at the edge, you won't get wet at all).
- Since it was December, it got cold after sunset, so having a jacket like a hoodie would be a good idea.

想像していたよりもずっと、楽しかったです！
エンジンを切って、風の力で進むので、とても気持ち良いです。
日が落ちる前に、青い海を進むのも、ダイヤモンドヘッドを見るのも楽しく、サンセットは言うまでもなく綺麗でした。
スタッフの方2名は、常に船を盛り上げてくれ、終始楽しい雰囲気でした。

注意点は、
・座る場所によっては思いっきり波を受けて濡れること(端っこに座っていなければ全く濡れることはありません)
・12月だったので、日没後は寒くなるので、パーカーなどの上着があるといいと思います

Initially, I thought about the VIP course dinner, but choosing this course was definitely the right decision. During the backstage tour, I received enjoyable explanations in simple English that even someone like me, who struggles with English, could understand.

Above all, securing a central front-row seat for the dinner to fully enjoy the show is the best part. If you're lucky, you might get a central front-row seat even with the VIP dinner course, but if you're not, you could end up at the edge of the second (or third) row.

For those on an anniversary trip or looking for a special gift for someone important, I highly recommend choosing this course. Additionally, the level of the dinner was satisfying. The positive reviews on this point were what convinced me to book, and it was the right choice.

　当初はＶＩＰコースディナーでもと思いましたが、こちらのコースにして大正解でした。バックステージツアーでは英語がほとんどダメな私でも理解可能な簡単な英語で楽しく説明を受けました。
　何より、ディナーで中央最前列を確保いただきショーを堪能できるのが最高です。運が良ければＶＩＰディナーのコースでも中央よりの最前列となりますが、運が悪ければ２列目（３列目）の端の方ですものね。
　記念日旅行の方や大切な方へのプレゼントなら、是非こちらのコースを選ばれるとよいと思います。なお、ディナーのレベルも満足できます。この点の高い口コミが申込の決め手でしたが、正解でした。

I participated with my 2-year-and-11-month-old son. At first, he was scared, but as he got used to it, he started exploring the inside of the boat and enjoyed sitting and lying down on the net at the front. We also encountered a pod of dolphins multiple times, and there were dolphins that showed off their jumps and spins, which made my son very excited! It was a satisfying cruise, not only because of the beautiful views of Diamond Head and the ocean from the boat but also for the chance to meet the dolphins.

2歳11ヶ月の息子と二人で参加しました。
息子は最初は怖がっていたけれど、慣れてくると船内を散策し始め、前方のネットの部分にも座ったり寝転んだりして楽しんでいました。
また、イルカの群れに何度も遭遇し、ジャンプや回転ジャンプを見せてくれるイルカもいて、息子も大はしゃぎでした！
船上からのダイヤモンドヘッドや海の美しい眺めだけでなく、イルカにも出会えて大満足のクルーズでした。

It was the perfect day to go sailing. It was raining a lot for the past couple days so I was happy that the weather cleared up when we went. Sunny weather, relaxing Hawaiian music playing while sipping on Maitais. A wonderful way to spend a Sunday afternoon.

For the toilet, it is your standard boat toilet where you have to go down a ladder through a narrow tunnel to get to the toilet. Luckily, I didn't drink too much so I didn't have to use the bathroom during our 90-minute sail.

Overall, I had a great time and would love to go again!

We visited Hawaii as a family for my sister's wedding, participating in a sunset sailing tour with my family (children aged 11 and 5), my brother's family (children aged 7 and 4), and our parents (over 60). Everyone, including my parents, was very satisfied and enjoyed the tour. To help those who will participate in the future, I will share my experience step by step.

(1) "Reservation"
I made the reservation through the VELTRA website. There were no particular issues, and the application process was straightforward. Since there were 10 family members participating, I made the reservation as early as possible. I believe changes to the number of participants or cancellations were possible, so I recommend making an early reservation.

(2) "Check-in (on the day)"
We participated around late November. Since we were informed that the check-in time was at 4:30 PM, we made sure to arrive 15 minutes early. However, we had some time to spare before boarding (I can't remember the exact time, but it was around 4:45 PM or 5 PM), which made us feel a bit idle. The meeting point was a small beach near the Sheraton, and if the wait is long, it might get boring. If you know the exact meeting location, I think it's fine to head there right at the check-in time (4:30 PM).

(3) "Boarding"
We boarded the yacht that was docked at the beach near the Sheraton Hotel. As stated on the voucher, you will need to climb three steps of a ladder from the beach, so your lower legs will almost certainly get wet. It's better to wear clothes that won't be a problem if they get wet, as my family had someone who wore long pants because I forgot to mention this, and they had to roll up their pants to board.

(4) "Start of sailing"
Once on board, two crew members explained various things in English. They spoke quite fluently, so it was difficult to understand everything, but here are the main points:
1. It's fine to walk on both ends of the yacht's bow.
2. The central part of the yacht's bow is dangerous, so do not move there.
3. All drinks are unlimited! (Note: While the tour reservation states "unlimited drinks," the voucher mentions that ID (passport or international driver's license, etc.) will be required for alcohol purchases, which can be a bit confusing, but it is indeed "unlimited drinks"!)

(5) "During sailing"
During the sailing, you are not required to stay seated and can move around freely. When we participated, there were quite a few people, and the seats were full (probably because it was the day before Thanksgiving). Also, I think the participants were about half Japanese and half foreigners. The atmosphere on the yacht was relaxed, allowing for enjoyable conversations with other participants, which was very fun. Additionally, there is a restroom on the yacht, located below deck. It was a bit cramped, but we could use it without any issues.

(6) "Disembarking"
When disembarking, you will also get a bit wet, just like when boarding, so please be careful. It may also be a bit dark, so watch out if you have children with you. As for tips, I think you can hand them to the crew members when you disembark.

妹の結婚式のため家族でハワイへ訪れ、私の家族（子供11歳、5歳）、兄の家族（子供7歳、4歳）、両親（60歳以上）でサンセットセーリングに参加しました。両親含め、全員大満足でツアーを楽しむことができました。 これから参加する方のため、順を追って体験談を書き残しておきます。 (1)"予約時" 予約はVELTRAのサイトから実施しました。特に悩むところもなく申し込みできました。 家族10名の参加だったため、できるだけ早く申し込んでおきました。 予約人数の変更やキャンセルも可能だったと思いますので、早めの予約をお勧めします。 (2)"チェックイン時（当日）" 参加したのは11月下旬ごろでした。 チェックイン時間は16時半と事前に連絡があったため、15分前に到着するように移動しました。 ただ、乗船時間(16時45分？17時？正確な時間は忘れました）まで、時間があり、時間を持て余しました。 集合場所は、シェラトンのそばの小さなビーチで、待ち時間が長いと退屈してしまうかもしれません。 集合場所が正確にわかっているのであれば、チェックイン時間（16時半）ちょうどに向かっても問題ないと思います。 (3)"乗船時" シェラトンホテルそばのビーチに、ヨットが停まっているため、そのヨットに乗船することになります。 バウチャーに記載の通り、ビーチから3段のはしごを上ることになるため、ほぼ確実に膝下は濡れます。 バウチャーの通り、膝下が濡れても問題ない服装で参加するようにしたほうがいいです。 私の家族は、私が伝えそびれていて、長ズボンで参加する人もいて、ズボンを巻き上げて乗船しなければならくなってしまいました。 (4)"セーリング開始時" 乗船すると、船員（2名）が英語で、いろいろと説明してくれます。 かなり流暢な英語で説明されるので、すべて理解するのは難しいですが、ポイントは次の通りかと思います。 ①ヨット先端の両端は歩いて移動しても問題ない。 　 ②ヨット先端の中央部は危ないので、移動しないこと。 　 ③お酒すべて飲み放題！ (※)ツアー予約時は「飲み放題」とありますが、バウチャーに「アルコール購入の際はID(パスポートや国際免許証等)の提示が求められます。」と記載されており、少し混乱しますが、「飲み放題」です！ (5)"セーリング中" セーリング中は、座席に座っている必要はなく、自由に動くことが可能です。 私たちが参加したときは、かなり多くの方が参加しており、座席は満席でした（サンクスギビングデーの前日だったからだと思います）。 また、参加者は、半数は日本人、半数は外国人、という感じだったと思います。 ヨット上で自由な雰囲気なので、ほかの参加者の方とも楽しく会話でき、非常に楽しかったです。 なお、ヨット内にはトイレが設置されていますのでご安心ください。トイレはヨットの地下にありました。少し狭いですが、問題なく使うことができました。 (6)"下船時" 下船時も、乗船時と同じく少し濡れてしまうので、気を付けてください。 また、少し暗くなっているので、お子様連れの場合は気を付けてあげてください。 また、チップについては、下船時に船員の方にお渡しすればいいと思います。
