I attended with two female friends.

First, we had a buffet to fill our stomachs before the show. The whole roasted pig was impressive. Personally, I found the roast beef to be delicious. Since there were so many options and large portions at the buffet, I, being a bit careless, piled everything onto my plate at once, resulting in a tragic mix of meat sauce, bread, and cut fruits. It would have been nice to have dividers on the plate, even if just for convenience. During the meal, we enjoyed the lovely hula dance performed by the hula girls along with Hawaiian music.

After finishing our meal, we moved to a different location, and the Rock-a-Hula show finally began. I love hula dancing, Tahitian dance, and fire dancing, and I had been watching Japanese shows back in Japan, but the expressiveness and physique of the local Hawaiian performers were truly different. It was very captivating and moving. The show featured performances by Elvis and Michael Jackson, and I was entertained throughout without getting bored. At one point, Elvis came around to the audience with a hula girl, giving out leis and red cloths while doing cheek kisses with the guests. I was sitting at the edge of the second floor, and Elvis came to my side! It became a very happy memory.

Since the venue is located within the Royal Hawaiian Center, it was also appealing that we could easily go there right after shopping or sightseeing. I highly recommend participating for anyone interested in hula dancing or rock music.

まずはショーの前に腹ごしらえのビュッフェ。
子豚の丸焼きは圧巻でした。
個人的に美味しかったのはローストビーフです。
ブュッフェは数と量が多いので、ずぼらな私は一気にお皿に取ってしまい肉のソースやパンやカットフルーツが混じって悲劇になりました。
上手く乗せればいいのですが、簡単にでもお皿に仕切りがあれば良いな、と思いました。
食事中は可愛いフラガールのフラダンスとハワイアン音楽を堪能しました。

食事が終わったら場所を移動し、いよいよロック・ア・フラショーの始まりです。
フラダンス、タヒチアンダンス、ファイアーダンスが好きで日本でも日本人のショーを観にいっていましたが、ハワイ現地の方の表現力や身体つきはやはり違います。
とても魅力があり感動しました。
ショーにはプレスリーやマイケルジャクソンも出てきて、ずっと飽きずに楽しむことができました。
途中、プレスリーがフラガールと共に席をまわり、お客さんにレイやプレスリーの赤い布をかけてチークキスをするイベントがありました。
私は二階の端の方の席に座っていたのですが、私のところにプレスリーが来てくれました！
とても嬉しい思い出になりました。

場所がロイヤルハワイアンセンター内なので、買い物や観光を楽しんだ後にすぐ行けるのも魅力的でした。
フラダンスやロックに興味がある方は、ぜひ参加をお勧めします。

Overall, it was great! The explanation of the buffet was a bit unclear, but the food was delicious, and the show afterward was wonderful. I've been to Hawaii more than ten times, but this was my first time seeing this show. The Polynesian show with fire manipulation was particularly impressive. We participated as a couple in our fifties along with our 26-year-old son. While waiting to board, we noticed that the people returning from the previous cruise seemed to be foreigners. There were flashy splashes of water, loud music, and energetic dancing, creating a truly club-like atmosphere on the water.

"Wait, are we getting on that? Is that what it's like? This feels completely out of our element!" Even our usually lively son turned serious, and the three of us froze on the beach.

However, during our sunset cruise, the crowd was evenly mixed with Japanese and foreigners. Once we boarded, it wasn't as intense as the previous cruise. They offered various drinks, including Mai Tais, and would ask if we wanted refills when our cups were empty. They played music from DA PUMP, which showed consideration for the guests. Above all, the captain and staff were cheerful, fun, and wonderful! To top it off, we even got to see a whale for the first time in our lives.

At first, I was worried about how it would go, but my son said it was the best memory of Hawaii and he definitely wants to join again next time.

Since I get seasick, I took motion sickness medication just before boarding and didn't drink any alcohol, which worked out perfectly for me. However, around 4:30 PM, the sun was really strong, and I got quite sunburned. Also, during sunset, the wind can be chilly, so it's essential for women to have a hoodie or something similar.

It was the best memory for our family of three!

しかし、私達サンセットクルーズの時は日本人の方と外国の方が半々で、いざ乗ってみると前のクルーズほどのイケイケ演出ではなく、マイタイ を始めとして各種ドリンクもコップが空けば向こうからおかわりどうですかと聞いてくれたり、DA PUMPの音楽も流れたりと客層に配慮した演出でした。なんといってもキャプテンとスタッフが明るくて楽しく素敵！おまけに人生初のクジラを見ることもできました
最初はどうなることかと案じましたが、息子はハワイ最高の思い出だと言っており次回も絶対参加したいと言っています

私は船酔するので乗船直前に酔い止め薬をのみ、ドリンクは全く飲まなかったら、全然大丈夫でした
ただ、16:30頃は日差しがすごくめっちゃ日焼けします、そしてサンセットの頃は風も冷たいので女性のかたはパーカーなど必須です。

家族3人最高の思い出です‼️

Although there were a few clouds, we were able to enjoy a beautiful sunset with calm waves. Surprisingly, there were many Japanese guests on this sailing trip as well, and we relaxed while enjoying Mai Tais and champagne. The music was nostalgic and pleasant. I had a great time chatting with someone who was on their third trip, and I thoroughly enjoyed my last evening in Hawaii. I was very satisfied to have such a rare experience.

After enjoying a buffet dinner, we moved to the show venue. During dinner, there were hula dancers performing to ukulele music, and the menu featured dishes made with Hawaiian ingredients, allowing us to fully experience Hawaii. The staff who brought drinks and guided us to our seats danced energetically during the show, creating a very lively atmosphere. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hawaii.

The price is definitely not cheap, but it was a very impressive hula show! I reserved the best seats, so I was able to get priority guidance during entry and when going to get buffet food, which was great. There were also interactive moments where guests from the audience were invited onto the stage, and I had a lot of fun! The guidance is all in English, but I think you can still enjoy it even if you don't understand everything. The variety of buffet dishes is limited, but there were some traditional Hawaiian dishes that were surprisingly delicious! The drinks depend on the seat price, but we had two drinks included, and there were exchange tickets and a Japanese menu, which made it easy to understand.

If there's a little rain, the show will still go on, so I recommend checking the weather forecast. If it looks like rain, bring a raincoat or umbrella! Since it's outdoors, there’s no roof. When we arrived at the Hilton, there were many buildings, and I got lost not knowing which one was which, so I asked a staff member. We took the JCB pink trolley from Waikiki, and we could get off right in front on the way there, but on the way back, it didn’t stop anywhere near, and we ended up walking around and getting soaked in the rain, which was tough. On the way back, you can either walk about 10 minutes to the bus stop at Eggs 'n Things to catch the JCB pink trolley or take a $2.75 bus from a nearby stop. By the time the show ends, it gets dark around there, and recently the safety in Waikiki has been declining, so if you have a larger group, I recommend taking a taxi!

多少の雨ならそのまま決行されるので、天気予報をチェックして、雨が降りそうなら、カッパか傘の持参をおススメします！野外なので、屋根がありません。行きはヒルトンに着いてから沢山の建物があり、どな建物か分からず迷い、係員に聞きました。ワイキキからJCBのピンクトロリー、行きは目の前で降りられましたが、帰りは目の前や近くも全然止まらず、歩き回って雨でビショ濡れになり大変でした。帰りはエッグスンシングスのバス停まで10分程歩いてJCBのピンクトロリーに乗るか、スグ近くのバス停から$2.75のバスに乗るか、終わる頃は周りが暗いし最近のワイキキは治安が悪くなってきてるので、人数が多いならタクシーをおススメします！

- There was a mistake on the part of the organizer at the time of application, which caused a long wait at the reception on the day of the event. Despite arriving early, I was overtaken by people who came later.

- Michael was not there. From the comments, it seems that Michael's absence is not just on the day I attended, but it might be quite frequent? There are fans who go specifically to see Michael, and while there may be unavoidable reasons like illness, I think they should have a backup plan in place. - After finishing my meal, I went to the venue (2nd floor) early, but I was directed to a seat at the edge and could not choose my own. 　自分で席を選べなかった。会場へ入った順番で勝手に席が決まる、運次第、
　席の変更はして貰えなかった。席案内の女性の対応も高圧的でした。

・前回参加した時に比べ、全体的に明らかにショーのレベルが下がったと
　感じた、これが一番残念でした。
　恐らく、プレスリー以外前回とほぼ全員レベルでキャストが変わっていま
　したが　前回の方がレベル高かったです。
　女性シンガーも前回の方が断然上でした。

・ステージ前席のお客の中に、公演中立ち上がって踊ったり声を上げている人
　がいたが阻止等対応していなかった、しまいにその人はステージにまで
　上がっていました。明らかに他の客に迷惑です、ちゃんと対応するべき。

・前回はコースディナーでとてもおいしかったですが、ブッフェは正直おいし
　くなかったです。
　金額差を考えても、コースディナーの方がいいと思います。

今回感じたのは、行く日や時期によって当たり外れがあるなということ。
いつ行っても楽しめるショーであってほしかったです、残念。

Be careful not to arrive too early, as there won't be any staff present before the meeting time. Since the maximum number of passengers is limited, I recommend making a reservation early. It's a sunset cruise, so you can see the romantic views of Diamond Head and the streets of Waikiki from the sea. The meal was luxurious! The presentation of a whole roasted pig on a cart was impressive! After a photo session, we finally headed to the buffet. There was Hawaiian cuisine, fruits, of course the crispy-skinned roasted pig, roast beef, and desserts. At first, I thought there might not be enough variety, but once I started serving myself, I was completely full. The desserts were almost too much (since it's a buffet, you can go back for more).

While listening to the ukulele performance and singing, I enjoyed about 17 types of delicious meats, salads, and desserts.
I was very satisfied to be able to eat three types of meat: chicken, pork, and beef.
After that, we went to the second-floor seating for the rock and hula show.
Being close to the stage, I was very satisfied to experience various performances all at once, including hula dancing, Elvis, Michael Jackson, and fire dancing.

We joined the 2nd-floor buffet dinner plan. Check-in was on the 4th floor of the Royal Hawaiian Center, and we were guided to the buffet seats in order of arrival. To avoid crowding, we were seated at tables in sequence. While waiting for the buffet, we were entertained with hula shows and ukulele performances, which was a nice touch.
The buffet included not only salads and fruits but also hearty dishes like whole roasted pig and roast beef. In the latter part of the meal, there were small cakes, sorbet, coffee, and tea, so we could enjoy a complete dining experience. The Mai Tai cocktail that came with the buffet could be substituted with fruit juice for children or those who prefer non-alcoholic options, and it was delicious.

After finishing the meal, we moved to the show in order. Although we were seated near the back, the venue was large and elevated, making it easy to see. The show featured a variety of performances, from basic hula dancing to Elvis, Michael Jackson, and fire dancing, providing an enjoyable experience. The children had fun, even if they didn’t fully understand everything.
During the show, it was dark and the sound was loud, which caused some little babies to cry, but it was entertainment that everyone, from adults to children, could enjoy. ブッフェのセットについてくるマイタイカクテルも子供やノンアルコールの方はフルーツジュースにしてもらえるので、こちらもおいしかった。

食事が終わった方から順にショーへ移動。案内されたのはほぼ最後列でしたが、会場は大きくても高さがあるので見やすかったです。ベーシックなフラダンスから、プレスリー、マイケルジャクソン、ファイアーダンス等、バラエティーに富んで楽しめる構成でした。子供たちもわからないなりに楽しんでいました。
ショーの間は暗いし、音も大きいので小さな赤ちゃんは泣いていましたが笑、大人から子供まで楽しめるエンターテインメントでした。ショー終わりで自分のスマホやカメラで写真も快く撮影してくれるので最後まで楽しめます。

I had heard that the meeting place was hard to find, but following the guidebook led me there without any issues. We took off our shoes at the beach and climbed the stairs to the catamaran. The waves came in, and my daughter got wet up to her knees. Whether you get wet or not depends on the timing, I guess. The conversation between the cool bartender and the captain was enjoyable, and the music really enhanced the sunset experience. We even saw a whale jump and a big rainbow, which made me feel incredibly happy. It was a tour that definitely deserves the highest ratings from everyone. I would love to participate again if I come back to Hawaii. I think it would be even more fun if I could speak English.

This is my fifth time in Hawaii, but this time I'm here with my daughter who is visiting for the first time, so when you think of Hawaii, you think of hula dancing. Around 6:00 PM, we went to the Royal Hawaiian Center on the fourth floor to exchange our vouchers for entry stickers, which we placed on our chests. While waiting near the entrance, we were already welcomed by hula dancing. After that, we were invited into the tent based on the stickers we had on our chests, where we were shown to our seats. We were asked if we wanted two types of welcome cocktails and whether we wanted alcohol or not. Those who looked young were asked to show their passports. In the U.S., it's not allowed to serve alcohol to anyone under 21, so it's necessary to carry your passport. My daughter is 23, but she was still asked to show hers.

食事が終わると建物内に誘導されて二階席に移ります。
早め早めに、誘導する人の元に行って食事も建物への移動もすれば二階席の最前列席に座れるので非常に見易くお得です。ショーも色々趣向を変えたフラダンス、エルビスのそっくりさんやマイケルジャクソンが時間をかけて色々出てくるので楽しかったです。お値打ちがあります。娘は当初はお父さんにお付き合い程度の意識で来ましたが、食事やその時のフラダンスで結構満足して、楽しいショーも見れて大満足していました。私も前回4年前のハワイは亡くなった母親と一緒の最後の海外ツアーでしたが、このショーを見せてあげれば更に喜んだだろうと想いました。ともかくお勧めです。
