My teenage boys had nothing but good to say about this group! They had a enjoyable and memorable experience! They talked and laughed about it for hours! Don’t forget to buy the pictures they do an amazing job! My husband and I let the boys go on their own and they loved every minute of it!
Our experience was ok..we were greeted by a cranky woman at the desk she mentioned our boat would arrive soon, our reservation was for 11am and we didn't end up boarding the boat until approximately 11:20. The crew on the boat was rude, we brought our gopro to film and it was about to die so we politely asked if we could go next so we could get footage of us in the air..they made a big deal of it and told us no even though the people who were up "next" didnt mind. I will say parasailing experience was a lot of fun! Just beware they ask you if you want to be dipped into the water, the couple before us stated they DID NOT want to be dipped but the crew said to us that they have a "special dip" for people who say no and proceeded to dip them into the water multiple times.
I loved the crew and the whole vibe the Cruise offered!! We had beautiful music playing and the sunset was gorgeous! If you’re looking for one of the best evenings you’ll have in Oahu, book this cruise without any reservations. It was easy to find. There’s a direct bus that goes from the Waikiki area and lands you on the basin where you’ll find your catamaran docked! Do it!
After a 20 minute walk in the sun, we arrived just in time to board and were told it was cancelled. They did a refund but we were disappointed especially since everything else is booked weeks ahead of time.

Although they cancelled the snorkeling due to water conditions the captain made it a blast and the kids loved it! The crew was awesome and super helpful!
This event was great and fun, the view while on the parasail is great and the captain/crew had great personality. A warning to those who get motion sick however, don’t eat too much before going on this trip. The boat ride gets a bit nauseating from all the waves.
Our two families ranged from 10yo to middle aged, we all had an amazing time!! We saw sea turtles while floating through the sky! Thank you for a memorable first visit to Hawaii!
My friends and I had a ton of fun on this catamaran! It was super accommodating and the workers were all very sweet and welcoming. It was super nice to spend some time around the area while not completely emptying my bank account.

I found this activity through veltra.com and boy do I owe so much to this website cause this trip was one of the highlights in my trip! Its a must do when in Honolulu the view the ride and everything was amazing. Captain John and his team were accommodating with water, drinks, and ice if needed.

Veltra’s refund policy for cancelling more than 24 hours is not as lenient as other booking sites. We did not see a direct way to ask for refund either.

It was stated that I could contact them in Japanese with a phone number, but no matter how many times I called, I couldn't get through. When I finally did get through, a staff member who couldn't speak Japanese answered, and I felt anxious because I couldn't communicate in English.

We got there worrying about how we would take some nice pictures without the camera/phone getting drowned/dropped, but we were offered some photography services for $30, able to take the SD card the pictures were taken on home with us. We really loved how they turned out, being able to keep memorabilia of a really great first experience in Hawaii!
The guys running the boat were so great and fun, I would suggest it at least once!!
This was one of my favorite things that I did during my trip to Hawaii! Highly recommend the 1000 feet line--you get an amazing view of the island! The staff were so nice and made sure everyone felt comfortable. It was truly an amazing experience.
This was the most interesting excursion I’ve ever had. I saw 2 turtles which was the main reason I wanted to go. The sea life was so interesting, wasn’t what I had expected. I highly recommend doing this if you’re interested in ocean life. I saw a live star fish on the bottom and a mortar shell. The guides were also very interesting and funny.

Fun trip, good crew. Snorkeling was a bit crowded and water not as clear as expected.
Check-in was easy and on time. The captain and his mate were so personable and funny, they made everyone have a good time whether they were parasailing or not. Look out though, they like to dip you into the water!
The staff was excellent! We enjoyed the ride; it was a vibe.
The ride was shorter than what I paid for. I recorded a video from the beginning to the end and it lasted 6-7 minutes while the ride was supposed to be 10 minutes. It was over all really fun.
