I do this each time i arrive to Hawaii, get a nice deep tissue massage. Second time going back to this place and are very delicate on approach of doing things; for you! Which is should be, especially when you should be relax and feel better. They do just that and why i would go back again and again. Yes it is pretty penny to pay, but the cost doesn't outweigh the experience of physically in Hawaii and now feeling the trip is off a on great start!

Beyond expectations! 予想以上！

I didn't have high expectations for the massage at the resort, but it was quite skilled compared to those I've received in Japan. (It also suited me well.) There was no unnecessary chatter during the treatment, allowing me to relax completely.

The 60-minute course included acupressure (back) → oil massage (back) → oil massage (feet) → oil massage (decollete & neck/head), and the balance was great, leaving me feeling refreshed. If it was this good, I wish I had opted for a longer course!

If time and money allow, I think it would be perfect to have a short course after arriving in Hawaii and a longer course on the evening of the last day.

One thing to note is that there are no paper underwear provided, so you'll be treated in your own underwear. There is that lingering feeling from the oil massage on your skin and some dishevelment of your hair, so it's a good idea to plan this for the end of your outing or bring a hat for reassurance.

I believe getting two treatments here is more worthwhile than one at a luxury hotel!

リゾート地のマッサージには期待をしてませんでしたが、日本で今まで受けてきたのと比べてもかなり上手いマッサージでした。(相性もあるので、上手い＆私に合っていた)
施術中の無駄話も一切なくリラックス出来ました。
指圧(背面)→オイルマッサージ(背面)→オイルマッサージ(足)→オイルマッサージ(デコルテ＆首・頭)で60分のコースでしたがバランスも良くスッキリしました。こんなに上手なら、もう少し長いコースにすれば良かったー！
お金と時間が許すならハワイ到着後に短いコース、ハワイ最終日の夕方に長いコースをやると最高だと思います。
注意点として、紙パンツなどはないので自前の下着での施術になります。
オイルマッサージ特有の肌に残る感じ＆髪の毛の乱れはありますので、お出かけの最後にするか帽子の準備などがあると安心です。
高級ホテルのマッサージ1回やるより、こちらで2回受ける方がお得だと思いますよ〜！

I made a reservation for the day of travel from the Big Island to Oahu. I received a thorough massage that relieved the slight swelling in my body due to the air pressure! It was a 60-minute course, and I felt so good that I ended up dozing off for a bit (laughs). When I woke up, my body felt refreshed and light (*^^*).

I had a simultaneous treatment with a colleague, and both of our therapists provided attentive service, which left us both satisfied.

By the way, after making the reservation, I was contacted about the payment method, requesting to pay the treatment fee plus tip in cash. However, when I inquired about card payment, they confirmed that the treatment fee could be paid by card. (I later realized that I had already made a prepayment when booking through Veltra (laughs)). I paid the tip in cash, but they offered the amount, which might be appreciated by Japanese people. (Since I just had to pay the specified amount, it was easy for me.)

Tipのみ現金で支払いましたが、金額を申し出ていただけたので、日本人にはありがたいかもしれません。

I returned to Honolulu via a layover in Orlando, Florida. My body was stiff, probably from the cold on the plane and having too much fun in Orlando. On top of that, the shuttle bus from the airport was stuck in traffic... During that time, I found a place that was available for reservations, so I requested it. It was very close to the hotel, and more than anything, I was relieved to communicate in Japanese. They even had a foot bath, and the treatment was thorough. I will visit again.

It was a good massage. I added a couple things. Reflexology and aromatherapy(peppermint) for this massage. Unfortunately, I had a back spasm week prior and was still sore, so cannot say that the back was good. However, the neck was considerable difference, from being tight(from my back) to very loose, which in turn relieved pressure on the back.

I used the scrub and detox massage! The shop was beautiful, and I was attended to by a Japanese person and another woman. It felt so good that time flew by in no time. I actually fell asleep, so I didn't notice, but on the way back, when I was fixing my hair, I realized they had also taken care of my neck, and it felt so smooth! The hotel was easy to find, but since the room number wasn't listed in the directions, I asked the hotel staff, and they pointed me in the right direction right away. My room was indeed at the end of the hallway.

I travel to Hawaii with friends about twice a year. This time, due to work commitments, I ended up going a day earlier by myself, so I decided I wanted to have a different experience and opted for a massage.

Actually, I realized during the flight that I had double-booked it with another activity. In other words, I mistakenly reserved the date wrong. I thought there would be no refund for a same-day cancellation, but after checking into the hotel, I contacted them to let them know I couldn't make it.

They responded in English and asked if there was another day that would work for me, so in the end, I was able to receive the massage on my first day of arrival. The massage I received was called "Lomi Pohaku," which combines Lomi Lomi massage and oil massage. Honestly, I wasn't expecting much, but they carefully and slowly worked on all the tired areas of my body in a calm atmosphere, and it felt so good that I almost fell asleep. This time, Yoko was my therapist, and I could really feel the fatigue melting away from my head to my toes.

I plan to go to Hawaii again this December, so I definitely want to experience this again as a repeat customer. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

私の受けたのは「ロミポハク」というものでロミロミマッサージとオイルマッサージが組み合されているものです。正直、期待していませんでしたが、全身の疲れている個所を丁寧ゆっくりと落着いた雰囲気の中、揉みほぐしてくれて、とても気持がよく眠ってしまうほどでした。今回はＹＯＫＯさんが担当してくれましたが、頭からつま先まで疲れがスーと抜けていく感じが実感できました。今年１２月に再度またハワイに行く予定なので、必ずまたリピーターとして受けたいと思います。本当に素晴らしい企画をありがとうございます。

We both ( me and my wife) liked the ambience of the establishment (in a quiet room of a busy hotel 1/2 block away from the beach). The staff were extremely polite and friendly and were very professional in their massage. Their selection of soothing melodies were especially appealing to us and the aromatherapy was a welcome addition.

Overall, i would recommend it to anyone looking for a way to quickly get the kinks out of their muscles and recover from a long journey to Hawaii. It prepared us for the hikes and the swims and the kayak rides we undertook during out trip.

Very satisfied.

90 minutes bliss - 2 days sore

I did this the same day I arrived. The location is great if you're staying in Waikiki.

The massage was super relaxing. The value for the price is phenomenal. It was not at a big fancy spa but the massage was professionally done. Having limited experience with massages I was a bit surprised to find my back extremely sore for the next 2 days which isn't quite how I wanted to feel on vacation in Hawaii, but not being a massage expert I assume this would probably be true for any massage I would have gotten anywhere.

I also looked quite disheveled walking back to my hotel after the massage so I would suggest planning time after your massage to clean-up (fix hair/make-up and come out of the massage coma) before going somewhere else.
