I went towards the shuttle bus area, but while other companies had clear signs, I ended up wandering around and finally asked a nearby staff member for directions. The wait time also felt a bit long, so I hope it can be a bit smoother next time.

I used Roberts Hawaii for the airport transfer again because I had a great experience last time. However, since it was during the Obon season and the pickup was at the last hotel, there were no seats available, and my husband and I ended up sitting separately. At the airport, I felt anxious wondering if it was okay to get off here. I wouldn't recommend it for those who don't speak English.
