I hurried to find an employee, but my mind went blank and I couldn't explain the situation. Fortunately, a female driver was able to take me to my hotel. I wasn't confident in my English, so I had Card Plaza mediate and confirm the situation, and I was relieved to hear that they could change the reservation date. I'm very grateful for the flexible response from Roberts Hawaii. I will definitely use their services again next time I travel.
